I also have the same problem they r cheaters they are not ready to refund liers...they always offer you the packages and also say this package is for limited days only 2 days pls pay the money and so on... I wish the same happens to them

I'm totally agree with your exprenices with kaya skin clinc .They pretence you that come and take our packages then you will get to know about it what is the diffrence is in treatment with kaya but the reality is something diffrenet they only know to cheat you and lure you to invest as much as possible, because they are big cheaters in our locality.So before going to kaya please be vindicate about it that your are going to be cheated .So i would like to say awarensee is the best possible way to save our time and money.i hava been cheated i don't want that you will be cheated.

don't make fool of yourself and consult best dermotologist who can give you much better result as you expecting after investing your hardearned money.

i have been going to kaya from April 2009. durring my first visit, doctor saha of Kolkata, purna das road told me that as i have pigmentation and feckles, cosmopill is required for my skin and by the end of 6 sessions, my skin will glow and pigmentation will reduce and even feckles will reduce.

now, suprise after 2 sessions, my face started having extra marks due to cosmopill. doctor told me then to wait for one month and take next sessions...but my extra spots started increasing on different shapes and sizes. I complained and Dr. Chatterjee took over my treatment. She has given me glcopill..she told that my face will look better and the damage made by dr. saha wil vanish.

now it is december, nothing has happened. So high price products, i continously used without any results. My entire money is lost there and blocked there. My skin is totally damaged by kaya. Such a bad and non professional clinic, i never came through before.

i want refund of my money asap.

I recently paid Rs. 7000 advance in your Kamal Nagar Branch towards some bridal packages, but after reading Ms. Kant and other complaints on consumer complaint i am really scared to go for any treatment in Kaya.

Today i visited your branch for refund of money but they refused to refund the money starightway and said instead of mesoglow you can avail other services like facials, etc. But now i have changed my decision of taking any service from Kaya.

When ever any consumer like me go to big brand like yours we look for personal satisfaction and an assurance that we will get best of services.

I request you to please refund my money at the earliest as i have not availed any services.

Same thing has happened with me. I tell you 1 thing, if you have any problem related your skin, you better see one Professional Skin Specialist rather than going such cheap KAYA People.

Their doctors are not well educated, their aim is to give only some glycolic treatment to every person visiting to their sadial clinic. I have met a doctor in Kaya and told him of one Professional Skin specialist, he replied i can not tell you medical things. This answer gives you an enough time to think on their reputation

I was just planning to visit Kaya for some peels. I thank god that I made an effort to read these blogs. There are so many complaints at diff complaint sites. Did a free search on Google and all i got were complaints. There must be something really wrong done by kaya clinic or else these many people would waste there time writing hate balogs on kaya.

Guess I need to look for some were else for my skin problems. If any one knows any good Doc in mumbai/ Ahmedabad area.. kindly ref the same. All the best to those who are fighting for justice.

Require refund of Rs.1 lakh from Kaya Skin Clinic. I am asking them for refund but they are refusing. It is not only that their package does not work on me but my skin is peeling and red and itchy for at least three weeks after the treatment. Even then, they are refusing refund, saying it is not part of their policy. I am still trying. Will they refund or am I going to lose this money?

Last week I had been to kaya Clinic to get a free consultant but I don't know somehow they convinced me with laser treatment for a 3 areas with discounts they said the offers are only valid if I get it immediately after the consultant. I went with it. I don't live here in India I live in UK and had come for visiting my family here for a month and almost in every 1 or 2 yr I visit once. They actually didn't give me time to think everything was so sudden and I made the decision and spent Rs.67000. But when I came home my parents were very upset that I didn't ask them before making this decision. They explained me it's not worth it as it would take me almost 7-8 yrs or even more to complete my 6 sessions. Hence I decided to cancel it and go for a refund instead. I didn't avail any of their services. And called them to tell them my decision the gave me a customer care service email address and asked me to email I did so they called me and deer 4 days saying the refund is not possible u can instead change to some other products or make as a gift voucher and give it to family or friends. Do they even understand Rs.67000 is such a huge amount to give it to anyone. Was so upset I asked them if I can speak to nay of their officials or Seniors. I need my refund what so ever or else I'll sue this company. There are lot of complaints against their company it won't take me secs to file a complaint against them.

It's so disappointing with such a huge brand.

Last week I had visited kaya Clinic in vashi for a free consultant for laser hair removal treatment. They didn't even give me time to think. What sales tactics they have. I went with it. I don't live here in India i live in UK and come to visit my parents here in India once or twice a year. Which would mean I would finish my 6 sessions of the treatment within 7-8 yrs of time. When I came home my parents were very upset with my decision firstly they were not happy that I took decision without consulting them and even I then thought that's true it would take me ages to get done with these sessions. Hence decided to cancel everything and ask for refund I had not even sat for any sessions yet. When called the store in vashi they gave me a customer service email id which I have seen here where these kaya people have given to email them. I did that and they call me in like 4 5 days of time saying this is not possible and asking me to get a voucher of that amount and gift it to any family or friends. It's such an huge amount do they even understand how big amount r they asking me to give it to a family member or friends. It's my hard earned money they asking me to simply give away. I have asked them if i could speak to any serious or higher officials. If they don't refund me my money I am going to sue this company and as i can see so many people have already face this problem won't be hard to get this company on the road. They playing with people's hard earned income.

We costumers when approach such a big companies we expect good service and customer satisfaction. We look for personal satisfaction and an assurance that we will get best of services if not atleast refund the moeny happily as u couldn't provide the service to them or if costumer wants their money back.

I request you to please refund my money at the earliest as i have not availed any services. If not I'll have to take very strict action against it as it's not a small amount taht I'll simple let go. It's huge amount.m and for that I can go to any extent.

Went through a session they burnt the crap out of my body and gave me a ice pack and nothing else.
3 months later... They have only agreed to give me the money of the services I have not used and the medications I paid from my own pocket.

I have been told that the service doesn't have any validity period, so I can take even after 6 months or next year if am not able to avail the service in very next months, So I paid the money of 66, 535/- by giving assurity that I don't have to pay any interest with Credit Card payment EMI, So I have elected that option and did the transaction of 66k and the bill they gave has 70k as I need to pay 4, 500 as interest. This is ridiculous! spending 66k is only more!! again 4, 500 as interest. It just happened yesterday. I wanted my money back. Please help me to get refund. No matter what I need full refund, than I will pay only for the treatment I needed. I am desired to be with Kaya, Please don't make me upset on my expectations about your Trust and Services

Here i want to mention my experience with A'bad Kaya. When i first went to kaya they checked my skin and told me that i should take their ASR treatment. i told that it is difficult 4 me to come on week days i can come on sundays.I clearly mentioned to doc that i get pimples regularly. I dont know the doc listened or not. they convinced me that i should go for ASR. so I had paid for 4 sessions. After that when i went for 1st sessions they told me that as u have pimples now u can't take ASR.I asked them why you havent said that when i was paying. They told me that u should go for some peel. Then go for ASR. So that indirectly they said pay some more. As i was scared of peels so I said i want ASR or money back. The answer was very bed. Then we agreed that i should take 4 sessions when i dont have pimples on skin. i told them that it might happen that i dont have pimples on my skin on friday and if i take appointment for sunday, pimple can occurs on sunday. As u dont serve without appointment and charge more for breaking it. They told me that u can take appointment on saturdays and come on sunday. now when i call on saturdays they say that they are not free. they just trap the customers and then continously ask about different treatments which probably they don't need. They have docs but they are totaly inexperienced. Instead of that it is better to get skin treatment from some good dermatologist. I have very good experience with my dermatologist.i regret that i went to kaya.

Horrible horrible service.

Not a single skin problem has been cured.I spent 35000 on a couply of treatments taken from the WORST CLINIC IN THE WORLD KAYA and I feel so angry and upset that nt a singtle skin problem of mine has been cured.

My mail is just to stop the other ladies from wasting their money in this Pathetic clinic where hey harldy have any knowledge about the skin problems.The dostors only for the benefit of their particular brank attract the customers and reach their target of maximum number of clients and ultimately ruin the skin of customers.

I want to say only one point if you cant cure a skin problem atleast dont ruin the earlier skin that we had.

Because of the pathetic and harmful products my skin has become dark and is now totally damaged.

There Hospitality is good but doctors are not good.Avoid going there. Better take Homeopathy and have some patience. it will surely work but take longer time to show effects.

I also have been going to Kaya Skin Clinic and there are no results that can be seen. Let me advice you to go to a Doctor. I had a lot of pimples when I was in college. I went to a doctor and he helped me. After 5 years, when I noticed mild pigmentation, I went to Kaya Skin Clinic... and it was a big big mistake.. they suck... they are polite but the results are pathetic... i wasted 10 grand. DO NOT GO TO KAYA... GO TO A DOCTOR.. A REAL DOCTOR

I can not agree with you more. kaya is a big swindle they take money from you up front give you no service there is no record of the sessions that you undertake. They took 1, 20, 000 from me dint give me a bill after a lot of fight they did issue one without mentioning what services. now after 8 months when i go back they tell me all my sesssions are finished . except for 1 lazer and 3 back or arm shine. where before i had taken a break they told me i had 3 lazer and 9 backshine+armpeel sessions.

They know how to cheat customers by their sweet talks. Money makers never ever go to kaya they are the worst ...Hate them

Even Kaya service at chennai adayar is also very very bad.. At the time of registering for a service they will promise u lots of complimentary stuffs and once u pay the money, they will say they never made those promised it might be a misunderstanding... so make sure to make them write it on ur sheet... Its only till u pay they will act good .. Very cunning ppl... I still have to wait to see any results even after 3 sittings ...

I stronglyagree with you all, i went through the same. They will be helpful only till they get the money from us, after that they will not respond the way theu use to. I just hate their service... PLEASE DONT GO TO KAYA... they just know to milk your money... Take care ALL...

i was planning to visit kaya 4 my pigmentation treatment...now after reading these comments im a little doubtful...

i went for mesoglow treatment as suggested by the dermotologist in kayaclinc in Indiranagar, Bangalore branch, based on my skin condition. This treatement which i undergone for 5 sessions left my skin so pathetic, it increased acne & skin buring problems. When i went again regarding this problem, dermotologist again suggested me to undergo some more expensive medication treatment ( glycolic peels + microdermabrasion ) which ended spending hell lot of money, but without any useful results. My skin became dark with acne problems. Before consulting Kaya, my skin was OK..but after that it lost its actual face. But good thing about clinic is there products are good to use but little expensive. But never take medication treatment suggested by them. ITs my personal experience.

I was planning to goto Kaya for Acne scars treatment...but after reading all these...I am confused what to do...? If Kaya really does like thease...request you guys to gimme any good contact..who is not cheat...!

I saw results in the intial sessions, after the 4th session my skin became very sensitive to sun. I dont know what to do now, even if i spend 10 min in sun my skin gets so dark that it is easily visible to all.

kaya skin clinic is as they rip of[censored]r money and provide u pathetic services...i was taking the laser treatment and as i handed my money to them.they r least bother and even burnt my skin badly doing laser treatment in south ex branch.they say that we cant do anything apart from saying sorry even there manager which they told me anubhuti didnt know how to do what as every1 is unprofessional and untrained and gave me some pain killers only.my burnt marks are still there and no1 even bother to call later on as well.this i am takling abt southex branch where evry1 is untrained and unprofessional but as i already paid to them..its like i am ripped off it i am feeling like i am ripped off and got nothing and on top of i have got burnt marks on my skin.

I too Have enrolled for pigmentation reduction and the price charged is too high. On top of it they try and reduce the area of treatment and also the same kind of smile, refreshment drinks and care was lacking...

Stay without treatments instead of blowing your money out.

I agree with the comments posted. I have paid a huge chunk of my hard earned money to them for laser treatment and Aqua Radiance. Initilaly they go out of the way to be hospitable to you and then hey drop you like hot potatoes, not bothered at all. They will never call you back if you miss yr appointment and to reshedule. The doctors are all a farce as pose as if they are real doctors. How are you doing after 1 or 2 sessions, they will necer make an effort to meet you. there is no such system in Kaya only initilally they project being professional. Aqua radiance is nothing but lot of saline water spraying.01671

i wnted to take treatment from kaya but now i dont think i will ever plan to go kaya

i have also had a very bad experience with kaya skin clinic in delhi. once you pay the advance, they are least bothered to contact you. at first it was told sitting has to be within 15 days and that they will call. when they didnt call for 45 days, they responded by saying that it was atleast 15 days.
and about withdrawing from the scheme, they say they dont return the money.

Kaya sucks!! I got microdermabrasion (everyday radiance) six sittings. after getting some acnes!..
after 6 sittings my skin has become more darker, with more dark spots, and it has become extremely dry with worse acne!! NO Improvement, but my skin became worse!!!


Hate kaya!!..and after finishing my last sitting they were like i need acne scar service and comedon or some 10 sittings!! wtf, i asked them before if i needed this they didnt even say so,

they are cheats, its no clinic its just a money stealing place!

Please spare your visit to this sucky place, and go to a real doc if you face problems with your face.

even i went to kaya for pimples and i had to pay almost Rs 10, 000 for 5 sessions. After the third session my skin started becoming very oily and i informed the doctor about it and she replied saying that some peels make your skin oily. But why was i not informed this before.Also I had paid for 5 sessions and at the end of my fourth session i was informed that all my 5 sessions are complete. I did not bother arguing with them because i had no proof to prove my point right and besides they had spoil my skin my making it extremely oily

However they did not suggest any other alternative or solution to my problem and i had to visit another cosmetologist to get it rectified.

i had gone for botox treatment for a month it was good but after a month it showed its true colors!! more wrinkles started i went again for the treatment, again even more wrinkles started to come... with dat i put an end to it.
these cheats dey want oly money.. third class doctors!!!

i fully agree as i have also went for pigmentation problem...they just don't bother about results at all, they are interested is in money...they first suggested me some peels...once the procedure started i complaint about that my skin is not showing any improvement..they didn't bother..and when the treatment was finished (6 sittings of peeling) they again suggested me more sittings..and after spending so much money with no results..i decided not to go for the so called treatment.The doctors, after once suggesting u treatment do not bother to see u again or listen to you...please don't waste your money by taking the treatment.

I had the same experience with Kaya. The tested my skin and suggested a treatment and charged me the entire money upfront. But once the treatment started, their attitude was very lackdaiscal. They would come up with some excuse or the other - that I had pimples, that I had a keloid, whereas all these were checked, told and noted by the dermatologist during the consultation services.
Repeated complaints to them yielded no results, other than calls saying that they are extremely sorry. If you are sorry, take actions to rectify...but no, no such efforts seemed forthcoming.
Completely agree with the above reviews and would sincerely advice anyone against going there. I for sure will never again!!

This is a Complaint I would like to make to the Kaya Management regarding a Very Bad Customer Service I have come across Twice now with the staff at Kaya Sharjah, UAE

In February once and one in May.
In February - I had a appointment for chin laser (maintainance), the appointment was booked on a date i dont remember for around 11:30am, a phone call confirming the same was done prior to the day too - however, on the day of the appointment when reaching to Kaya Sharjah, i was told the machine was not working since the day before evening, and no one cared to give me a call and inform me, got to know this only on arriving at the clinic, on asking why they didnt inform me a lame excuse was given that the phone number is the system is mentioned wrongly - how can that be when they gave me a call to confirm the appointment ?

Secondy incident happened recently on May 27th - I had called Kaya after two months informing that the growth on my chin is visible and woudl like to take an appoitment for maintaince session again. Shamshauddin gave me an appoitment for 26th May 10:00am, on reaching there the phillipene lady tell me she cant do the session as its only been 2months and maintainance happens every 6months, upon telling her, it dosent matter i dont mind doing the session, she just wouldnt do it and told me to wait till the doctor could come - now it was 30 mins past the appointment waiting - no sign of the doctor and i walked off from there, cos it was just waist of my time - I drove all the way from Dubai for this appoitment, and was disappointed with this kind of service. On asking the lady why didnt Shamshauddin tell me over the phone that the appointments could be seeked only after 6months for maintainance, as i had no idea about this, only after the phillipino lady told me on 26th May 2012. She gave me an excuse that the system has been changed so they didnt have the details - then how come she knows that my last session was 2months back and that some Caroline had done by last session and Caroline should have informed me about this the last time that maintainance sessions must be done after 6months - which means she was lying saying the system has been changed...

These are two occasions i visited Kaya and both the times went back unhappinly due to lack of training of staff in handling customers and customer information.

KAYA managment please give a professional training to your staff, and keep them (all) well informed about the clients details and inform the client prior to them coming all the way to the clinic and going away disappointed.
Now i have voiced this to you, hope you take action against these and many situations that many have come across, but you may not have known as no one must have reported this.

Kaya in India (mumbai) is very well organized and well informed about each and every patient and the Doctors are very polite. I found that the kaya doctor in Sharjah is a bit harsh and unpolite with clients. A litlle politeness would be appreciated on seeing the client, whether we are new or come from other nationalities ..

Hope the Management can provide a good feedback on this message to them.

Can anyone suggest any other place for this treatment?

Hi I had gone to Kaya for a peel sessions and the results are quite visible.The staff also was polite but they did make u wait for about 20 mins even though u have fixed the appointment.

I was planning to go for underarm laser treatment at Kaya but most of the comments are giving bad reviews and quite scary.So im rethinking now .Is there any better clinic for laser treatment for hair removal ??? Please help guys.

I had visited Kaya at Vashi near ICICI Bank..they are just cheat and nothing else..I had snapdeal voucher for consultation and peel off session.. I took appointment on phone and went there..they were all smiley and welcoming untill they knew I have voucher.. they immediatly started excusing that they cant give an appointment..I went again after few days with prior appointment..again they did the same.. one of gal there said to go to Kaya at Inorbit Vashi..there after seeing my voucher told me that doctor is not availale and simply told me to spend 18000 for some peel off treatement..they are pathetic..really...Never ever visit Kaya...

Wow!! So many Negetive reviews have saved my money, my skin and my life!! Thank you so much everyone.. i had fixed an appointment for tomorrow but i am definitely not going. Although i was realy excited about it but after hearing a negetive review from one of my friend i searched online and out of 100 reviews that i must have read there are hardly 2-3 that were good reviews and those too seemed FAKE!
I request all those who have lost their money, time and skin, please raise your voice and make this clinic shut down ASAP.

Horrible services...you never get the same what they promise.They are frauds and inexperienced doctors. KAYA SKIN CLINIC Deserves to be banned all over India ...big mistake of life visiting kaya skin clinc.

I had gone to kaya skin clinc aundh branch in Pune. The consultant suggested me three types of treatment for the pigmentation in my skin . The total cost was coming up to 30000 something . So i thought of taking only one treatment and go for others when i get a feel that its working on me. Anyways I took gycolic peel treatment which had six sessions of 20 minutes each. After the third session only i started getting marks or break outs on my face. I consulted the doctor and she suggested me to go for an aloe vera massage before applying the peel but it didn't improve and made it worse. After this treatment i got 4-5 spots on my face which was easily visible. When i consulted the doctor again she was making me feel as if all the marks were there on my face before the treatment and gycolic peel treatment had nothing to do with it. She made all lame excuses.. Finally i discontinued and now this treatment has still some effects on my skin. I have started getting more pimples and it leaves a mark after it has gone. Before the treatment i had a clear skin, main problem was pigmentation. After this treatment i have got 14-15 marks on my face and sometime it really frustrates me. I would suggest everyone not to join kaya in any case. They just know to make money. Please don't encourage them by joining kaya. They have just open a clinic with all the facility but the people there are useless . They don't know their job.

i took the chin laser session from kaya new delhi(southex) branch and they have burnt my skin. I have got all ulcers on my chin.
The service is really bad. some time they do not give appointment or some time their machine is not working. And worse thing every time you go for session the staff is different including doctors.

I would like to highlight an unpleasant experience that I have had at the Kaya Clinic, Kamla Nagar.

I am a regular customer of Kaya and have taken numerous services in past. This time when I have taken an open package of 4 sittings of Intense clarity under Kaya scheme, I was absolutely unsatisfied with my first sitting. After doc recommendation, I had taken GP instead of intense clarity and did not find any difference to my skin.

I had reported this to the Kamala Nagar clinic yesterday, 22 Jan. The manager of the centre came across to be very unprofessional as no satisfactory answer was given. If the GP is meant to not give instant results than it should have been clarified to the customer in the initial discussion itself and this has happened when i have reiterated that I am taking this package for a weeding and need instant results.

The manager of the centre - Nidhi came across to be very aggressive and has displayed unpleasant body language, she walked out of the room even when I was talking, she was loud and did not cater to the redresses satisfactorily.

The lesson of customer service needs to be arranged even before you think of getting into a customer service industry. My intention of writing this mail to you is to bring my 2 concerns to your notice -

1) Wastage of my money in my first sitting, with no effective results
2) Unpleasant behaviour of your Kamla Nagar clinic Manager

I have taken Mesoglow, EDR and Gold therapy from Kaya. It was an unpleasant experience as I started getting lot of spots and pimples.

Addition to that Kaya is least concern about the results and start talking about there Laser treatment and tell me to take there treatment for pimples.

I am spending good amount of my money on other doctor to get it treated.

I will never ever recommend Kaya to anyone it is just a money making mechanism without any care for their customers.

My kaya experience at alipore Kolkata has also been really bad. Apart from the staff being totally indifferent there is an utter lack of hygiene at the clinic. They do not bother to sanitise their hands before touching your face and keep reusing disposable bed linen and head caps. I developed a severe lice infestation in my hair from their clinic due to this. It is completely appalling how some place providing treatment can be so filthy. A harrowing experience. Yuck!!

They cheated me.i paid full amount for laser.
The 1st visit was good.but on 2nd visit, they asked me to leave d clinic within 5min saying the treatment is complete.
Dr.had her personal work on that day.hence, she was busy on call the entire duration.
this happened in lokhandwala clinic, Andheri west. I raised the above issue with the call centre and got rest of my sessions shifted to Gokuldham branch, goregaon west. my experience was fine during the 3rd session. the 4th session was shocking because i was asked to pay more money. They insisted on more money and refused to give me any more service. On complaining, people from head office landed up at my home. They asked me to not post anything on social media and said they will return the rest of my amount back.
Around 2 weeks has pass by and till date, there has been no response from Kaya clinic. Kaya clinic seems to be a big money building scam to me. Hence, its a humble request to all that please do not waste your precious time and money.

This is with reference to the Kaya Skin Clinic at Siripuram, Vizag. Their staff literally forced me to buy a package of 6 photo-facials. I initially expressed my reservations strongly as I do not visit skin clinics regularly, given my tight work schedule. But a group of three workers from Kaya badgered me so much that I gave in and boy did I regret it! The photo-facials were useless! Totally ineffective! I think they knew it and that's why forced me to pay in advance so I would just have to keep coming in. Moreover, after extracting money for 6 sessions, they are now saying that the package was for 5 sessions, effectively ripping me off the money for a photo-facial session. So Kaya is into ripping off their customers too.

I am now moving to Raipur. No more Kaya Maya for me please. There products and services are as BLAND & insipid as their signature color of white, at the same time not maintaining the nobility and purity of their color.

Kaya! Please do tell me how you have been surviving till now. I mean, for beauty services, this is a very competitive era. And for sure, I am going to your competitor next.

Would never recommend Kaya to anyone. They are cheaters. I went for Laser hair reduction.. they sold me mole remover method which turned out to be a nightmare. they changed mole in to a scar. And here i am talking about Khan Market clinic. Doctors are not certified. if something goes wrong they will hide that particular so called doctor.

I am having a very bad experience at Kaya koramangla, Bangalore . I went there with a complain of skin tan ...met the Doctor who suggested me to take PRS-DEEPER PIGMENTATION (6 sessions) charging around Rs16, 000.00. She assure me that I will be able to see the difference within 3 sessions ...but my experience was totally different. After the 2nd treatment I got some new burning marks on my face and when I complained about it in the next session...no attention was given to the matter. Every time in response to my complain the Doctor suggested me some more new very costly creams.

After the 4th session I strongly complained to the Manager regarding my dissatisfaction and wanted to stop the peeling session ...in response the doctor said "I am rude" again gave me a new cream and stopped it for some time. As they have already taken the entire money from me ...I went to them again ...but it's just in vain, they repeated the same process.

I am really upset ...it's an entirely waste of time and money. Staff is good but that doesn't compensate for your loss of time, money and faith. Doctors are mechanical ...and there is no reason for trusting their words. I won't suggest anyone to go for this treatment.

Kaya Clinics are frauds. I have had not just one but 2 experiences wherein depite paying for six sittings, at the time of the 4th session they tell me that i have exhausted my package and that i have to pay extra now. They themselves have filled in their book about my visit to their clinic but have not taken my signature near it. Despite me repeatedly telling them they refused to listen and made me pay extra. I have half a mind to file a report against them of fraud.

i am planning to visit kaya 4 my laser treatment...now after reading these comments i m a little scared..can anyone suggest some other good place for laser treatment.

I had taken facial pakage of 6 session in 2014 Aug at KAYA, NEW BEL ROAD, BANGALORE, i had completed my 3 session and 3 were pending, since i was out of country and could go for almost 6 months, and if i go now and ask for my session, they straight way say '' you dont have any session''.
This is ridiculous and very annoying. I requested so much to check it properly, but there is no response from them.
I called the kaya helpline and they said they will get back to me in 48hrs, but no response from one week.
This really bad, and i am really scared to take any packages from them.
I have been going to kaya for 4 years and because of this incident i feel I am being badly cheated.

I agreed with the above comments. I got the receipt on which they mentioned 3 numbers. Two landline numbers are wrong and the cell number is always not reachable. When I dropped the message the response was not good. They didn't call me for the appointment. Lost my day in stupid appointment.

Yesterday I visited kaya skin care clinic... dermatologist suggested me PRP sessions in Rs. 66080/- without checking my skin problem... I told her my skin is healthy just facing some problems of open pores from last 2-3 mnths. I was confused to take services or not coz i'm 29 years old and PRP session is for who's skin is dull, unhealthy, having dark circles and wrinkles. I don't think so I need it.
Thank God I checked all reviews... now i'm sure not to take any services from kaya.

Not at all good my skin became damaged more after the treatment i lost 6000 rs in the treatment however i could manage to get some money back, there is no coordination among the team and also the staff is rude at Ahmadabad cg road branch, would not recommend to go in kaya and spoil your skin also products arent effecitve at all, acne prone girls should avoid taking services especially

i took my first session of rapid 360 acne control today. It was very quick..like in just 20 minutes everything was done. 3 peels were used and were kept for half a minute only. Keeping my fingers crossed to get some positive results

I have taken peeling sessions with kaya skin clinic CG Road in 2012. It has really helped me and boosted my confidence. Kaya soothing gel has been outstanding for me.

I do agree, it is costly but it is where I found solutions to my skin problems.
