I had my second session for Laser Hair Reduction for underarms on 8th Feb in Kaya Clinic Andheri East, Mumbai. 3-4 days after the treatment, I can see hair growth as I would normally see if I used a razor instead of laser treatment. My first session was in Nov in Guwahati and I had no growth for 2 months after the treatment. Please provide an additional session to compensate for this.

    I live in the US since 2016, but I take sessions with Kaya every time I come back. This year, I came 3 times - once for the session, one time for consultation and other for my maintenance session. Now, I have informed the office at Law college branch in Pune that I do not have a local number and would like to be contacted by email for confirmation. However, the staff there has confirmed that this cannot be changed at their level. Please can you make this change to keep email as the primary source of communication, because customers like me who don't live here anymore do not have an Indian number that is permanent! I faced several incidences and problems of miscommunication even after informing them that my registered number is no longer valid. The only solution that they provided is to call again before the appointment to confirm. I don't blame the staff for it, because they are following the protocols. I'm requesting the corporate to make these guidelines flexible.

      My first experience with Kaya was rather awful and I went back the second time around only because I heard amazing reviews of one specific person. That person has now left and the organisation is defaming her, which is highly unethical to begin with. Secondly, they have not even informed the technicians clients that she is no longer with Kaya which is not acceptable either. I would like a refund of the services that I haven’t availed yet but have paid for as I paid for a package. The clinic manager is refusing to grant the refund and upon checking the privacy policy and TnC, it is nowhere mentioned that Kaya doesn’t offer refunds if a customer requests for it on a substantial reason. At the end of the day, this is rather unethical and frankly not acceptable.

      The Kaya customer care has not gotten back to me since three days and I’ve called them myself today and all they said was no refund and our team will get back to you. I’ve mentioned earlier that there is no mention of a refund policy in their privacy policy and cannot claim the same without evidence. My issue is still unresolved

          I am yanisha customer of kaya . I had an appointment 4 years back . I have some spots on my face . I had tried the laser but it wasn't effect ful infact due to this my skin get more spots .I had also used products of kaya but they are not effect ful. Kaya is featuring the people . I had paid 70 thousand for the treatment .I want my rupees back. If you don't give my money back I will file a case against you of frauding the people and making fool of them

            Last year on 1jan 2021 I started my laser hair removal season from Chembur kaya clinic and kaya doctor said that after 6 season I only needed some touch up season after and year or 8 month and now I have completed my all 6 seasons and for some body part the hair growth as same as before I startedmy season.
            Also the doctor said that 90% of hair gone and remaining 10% is way to small.
            And now the doctor has changed now the are telling me that I need more 3 4 season that worth 3k for each body part.

              I have been a regular customer of Kaya and have been taking regular full body hair reduction laser since 2015 with the assurance of lifetime validity. Also promised by service person that validity can be extended regardless of date.

              I had taken the two maintenance packages one in 2017 and another in February 2018 for full body part which is on going now. I had been taking these sessions but in 2020 PANDEMIC happened wherein even Kaya wasn’t operating at any of their clinics. Kaya even shut operations at Kaya Khan Market and even GK where I used to take my sessions. Moreover, later in 2020 I got pregnant and delivered a baby in 2021 during which Kaya advised not to take any laser sessions so I couldn’t take any sessions.

              Despite all this reasoning on LEGITAMATE grounds. Kaya expired my pending sessions without considering any reason (Even Pandemic & Pregnanacy) saying all sessions expired and no longer available. As I am a regular customer of Kaya, I am disappointed at the moment.

              Can you please resolve the false promises of validity and help me to get continued service in the near future?

                I’m neena . I was getting my acne treatment at kaya Pusa Road, Karol Bagh . My course duration was 3 months . When I 1st made my appointment doctor suggested me 6peel + 6 qswitch + 3 fractional laser, which was costing around 56500₹ . I instantly paid 36500 ₹ & started my sessions . 1st I had my chemical peel and qswitch done . Everything was good . For the second session doctor changed . Dr Rajiv was attending to me then, i said everything about my concerns, to continue the ongoing treatment he did peel and qswitch, now the staff manager at kaya ms akriti comes and says that was the last day for fractional laser equipment at the clinic . Immediately after conducting peel and qswitch doctor and the manager decided to do fractional laser aswell, which had adverse affect on my skin .infact, it made my skin worse. Had I known the consequences or the availability of equipment I wouldn’t have chosen for everything to be done on the same day . Neither the doctor nor the staff bothered to inform me . Ms akriti, who was supposed to b managing and informing the client did a worst job . Whole clinic is mismanaging.only cared about taking the damn money!!! This treatment left me w dark marks on my face . I went for asking refund bc i no longer intended to continue my treatment at kaya . They said they don’t have such option . Then 3rd doctor Dr saijal, convinced me and did a peel on me .which had no affect no peeling happened even after 3 days.now they asked me for remaining ₹20000.I said I don’t want to continue and asked for detailed bill, ms akriti conveniently adjusted my 36500 ₹ for the treatments done .she said she’d send it to me via mail .i haven’t received anything yet . I’m so done w kaya . The worst staff . They din’t care for my skin . I urge yu to attend to the grief they’ve caused me . Bcoz nothing and no one is more sensitive about their face and skin and kaya clinic, pusa road did very good job ruining my face .🙏🏻 I regret my decision going to kaya . I urge you to pls attend to my complaint

                    I was a regular patient at Kaya but not from now onwards.I went to Kaya (Lulu mall, Kochi) today to do my laser.I took the appointment at 2pm and reached there on time and waited till 3 pm to do the laser.They kept on asking me to wait telling they want to eat food and stuff.I could see the staffs and doctors laughing and roaming inside the clinic.I asked more than 5 times whether it’s gonna get delayed .They acted so irresponsible and this is not the way staff should behave.Worst experience ever.Never gonna visit Kaya again !!!

                      Firstly weong service has veen reccomended to me aeeing my face type. More ovee, i see my facw ia becoming worst than before and i am not at all happy with the service.

                      They have set up Bajaj finance for this package which is again i feel is a waste. I am paying like that for the service which ia actually of no use.

                      My wedding is nearby an di am now vrry much worried whata gonna happen to my skin.

                      I am not at all happy to see my skin condition after i started taking the service.. It has become pathetic.

                        This complain is regarding unethical behaviour of staff name Sofiya sitting in noida sector 18 branch. I brought a package for a Q switch and botex on dec 2019 before the pandemic so I didn’t know the situation of pandemic would come through which is why I won’t be able to avail the service. Required amount was already paid and since last two year I never asked kaya to refund my money as I was aware of the service and benefit.but from last four months I was trying to resume the service but unable to avail the appointment as per our convinces. Always there was problem with timing and slot.although I manège.
                        Today incidence is really shocking Ms Sofia at Kay’s noida 18 is behaving like immature and unethical.This is the customer service you are providing.I am also a banker and well know how the treat our customers.she is shouting like no other. I have 20k due which I already asked her to be paid by month end and already discussed one day before then I went foe session.After that she is behaving like this.Since last two year I have never asked for my money which I already paid and you guys are treating you customers like this. I am raising my complaint to customer foram to as I and my husband who is also humiliated by her is not going to tolerate this .

                          Extremely unhappy with the service provided. I went for full body hair reduction laser treatment at Kaya clinic. Now after 2 years of 6 sessions for all the body parts and 6 months of waiting to get back to waxing I have so many parts in my body which gets hair like a man- thick, sharp and poky. Especially my hands and facial area, I am so afraid to even wear dresses without sleeves now and have to go for waxing my hands and face every other week. It is annoying and very depressing. I wouldn't recommend Kaya to anybody for Laser hair reduction. It is a total waste of money.

                            The maintenance sessions are very expensive. No package is provided for it and per body part paying 2000 minimum is not done. You should provide a discount for it. Otherwise signing up for the main package is also not worth it. I have spent 80000 so far on hair reduction and to spend so much more is not justified

                              My Registration is with Kaya t Nagar Chennai.
                              I have taken acne peel 2 sessions and 2 sessions of Q switch facial laser in 2016 with the assurance of lifetime validity. Also promised by service person that validity can be extended regardless of date.

                              Now when I went to redeem the pending sessions, I was told it was expired and no longer available. As I am a regular customer of Kaya, I am disappointed at the moment.

                              Can you please resolve the false promises of validity and help me to get continued service in the near future?

                                I khushbu Vishwakarma is unsatisfied with your online registration as I have opted for kaya trial session sorry to inform but it not updated system you guy use as a customer if I have opted for this trail 3 years back an if again I have choosen to do your system should have straight away denied me by saying ‘’ You cannot avail this service’’

                                Very bad experience as after reaching at kaya clinic which at Vile Parle staff name Ms Minaaz says me I cannot opt as I asked her what if I have not told u and done…….such a strange n weird reply I got by her by saying I would have later checked system……..if it’s a matter of checking later then I should have not been honest an said yes……. Very bad an worst experience I would never recommend this to any1.

                                  I had visited Kaya GK2, Delhi for my daughter for pimples. Instead of doing the service for which I had given consent and have paid for Dr Priyanka took my daughter who is not an adult inside the cubicle and did Q switch and Chemical peel on her face together. No one took any permission from me before doing the treatment. She came out of the after the service with her face burning. The kaya team of GK 2 Delhi clinic charged me extra for the Q switch they had done without my permission. Which is unethical considering my daughter is a minor. Within few hours of reaching home my daughter's face turned total black. By midnight we were in total panic. The night was spent in mental trauma.
                                  1. Treatment was done without consent. I had paid for some other service just because they did not have that laser machine the team did another treatment. I was not informed the machine was not there.
                                  2. We were not explained after effect of the treatments. Q swtich along with strong chemical peel if its advisable.
                                  3. The scabs now are falling off leaving brown patches on face.
                                  4. Have mailed Kaya customer care several times. Just got reply over mail once clinic and experienced doctor will call me.Which now seems like a cheap lying statement. No one till date got in touch with me for remedial measure. No phone calls from any doctor
                                  I feel the doctor in Kaya clinic is not trained at all. The clinic knows they have done a gross mistake so just trying to close up the issue.
                                  Their actions unethical, disastrous they are playing with life of people bothe physical health and mental health.

                                  Attaching the picture how my daughter's face looked after the Qswitch done without my permission and chemical bleach on 11th September. (Two severe services on face together). The child came out of the clinic complaining of burning feeling. We kept on applying ice throughout the evening.
                                  After few hours the face turned black as if its burnt. It sent us through mental trauma from midnight that day and days after. My child could not step out of house for few days. After few days the scabs started falling off the face .Then the face took the appearance of bright pink like a raw wound healing after burn. Now it has turned into brown patches of skin.
                                  Is this expected from a supposed to be a Doctor from Kaya. She has no knowledge and playing with skin of her clients which can lead to permanent damage. I really want to know how Kaya is handling this serious issue of burning the face of a 17 year old. If the doctor gives a lame excuse of frosting its not that case. Because I have done chemical peels before. face never gets burnt like this and the patient suffers from pain of burn, Its unimaginable what the Dr ofGK2 Delhi, Dr Priyanka has done to us. Anybody who would have seen her face that night and subsequent would have got shivers!

                                  The response I got from Kaya was hardly any response. It just stated the team will get back to me. It was very vague. nothing specific.
                                  Extremely pathetic customer care service of Kaya on such grave issues. It borders to total insensitivity.
                                  I have attached the picture now to show how badly Kaya Doctor Ms Priyanka has made my daughter and family suffer.

                                    Hi,
                                    All the Kaya clinics sell their laser treatment packages stating they can be used towards maintenance sessions and is therefore valid for lifetime. And they themselves suggest a longer gap between sessions for better effect.
                                    However after the pandemic, I received an email from them stating my package is expiring. This is after almost a year of the clinic itself shutting down due to covid protocols. After an email I sent, I was assured that this will be extended until Dec'21. Please note that the clinic reopened only in Jul'21.
                                    Firstly I'm not sure how they can mention that this is something they're doing as a gesture when clearly their staff refers to the package as lifetime valid. Now in September, I've received an email from them again stating my package expires by end of Sep'21. I seeked a clarification from them on 16th, however Haven't received a response yet.
                                    Although the staff at the clinic deals with the customers well, the administration is ridiculous in dealing with customers who have spent more than 50k on their packages.

                                      Extremely poor customer service and not providing service for which I paid

                                      Dont visit kaya at all, its better that you go to oliva or vlcc or something. Because they actually care about their CUSTOMERs. I had visited kaya because skin condition called keratosis pilaris(small dots on legs due to ingrown hair) and was told to do chemical peeling for it, even after 3/4 sessions which was a waste as there were no changes at all, so then they asked me to do laser hair removal full legs, for which i again had to pay extra...

                                      Me and my Mom have taken a package over 1 lakh of rupees and I belong to Rajasthan and we only have Kaya in jaipur which is like 4 hours to and fro from my place and they call me Like every 15 days to grab the service. I was managing to go until the last session but 10 days back my grandmother suffered from Heart attack and we are not in the position to leave her for 8 hours for any skin service
                                      So, today I called Kaya and told them about the situation and the receptionist is like it’s not in our hands to cancel the order then how was it in your hands to take the order first tell me this
                                      Do, refund my money back as it will not be possible for me to travel this long and take the services
                                      If you refrain from doing this I will file a case and also take the police to the clinic where I was taking the services - Kaya skin Clinic, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
