Hi,
This is to express my displeasure with the kind of service provided in Kaya Ispahani and T Nagar in Chennai facilities.
I had signed up for a hair treatment about a year back, which was a package of 6 sessions. But after the first sessions of multiple needle ### on the scalp, I had severe head ache and my BP too raised too high. So I requested for the change in package. I am also willing to pay the extra charges if any. Besides my pending requests they have been calling me every week for an appointment for the hair treatment itself.
Based on my previous experience I fear that they will call me up one fine day, to let me know that my package has expired.
I have a balance of RS 8000/- worth of service pending.

Apart from this there have been instances in the past
1)appointment clashes where they give the same time to two clients with insufficient staff
2) I have been given appointment at 10.30 am only to find the clinic closed, had to return back after waiting on the staircase for 45 minutes
3)mANY TIMEs appointment is given only to go and find doctor is on leave and that the appointment is cancelled
4)They never pick calls. Tried calling them several times for rescheduling my appointments, but they are never there to pick. This lead to one of my packages expiring before I could avail.
5) There is no responsible to answer the queries, they are always passing the blame on to the others. Complete lack of ownership. You need more committed and passionate staff. None of them are good.

Also wanted to let you know there are many more unhappy costumer's, someone or the other there can be seen complaining most of the times I go. Please tighten your systems to check that your staff people are not screwing up the brand name which otherwise has such a good reputation.

Now I am totally fed up with the kind of attitude each one of the staff there has. I only want a complete refund of my the package at the earliest .

    I have undergone laser hair removal treatment. I have completed all 6 sessions. But the hair growth thickness is still same no improvement on hands and thighs fingers and toes and face. When i went there they are asking me to pay more and go for maintenance treatment. I have paid 80 k. Highly dissatisfied. Please help me with this issues. I have opted kaya over olivia, la bella & anoos. But never expected this from kaya

      Hello,

      I would like to share the quite bitter experience which we least expected from a highly professional establishment like Kaya.
      I am sure you want to give your customers an experience wherein they not only get treated but they feel relaxed and, but for me the first visit & treatment ended into a bad experience.

      Background:
      I went to pick up my spouse, who is your customer for over 4-5 years and has regularly taken your packages, although she had a bad experience in the past still she recommended me to try your treatment.
      I was skeptical in the beginning however, after learning about some interesting offers decided to take a chance. It was my first experience to take packages for facial & laser treatment.
      I had a lot of expectation knowing Kaya as an established brand who believes in customer experience, until it was shattered during the start of the treatment.

      Unpleasant & unexpected experience from Kaya: (2nd time)
      1 I met your manager (Mitali) who explained to me the cost of package for facial (includes Q switch) and I paid approx. Rs 10k. later she pitched for laser treatment (hair removal) for 2 body part she quoted Rs 20, 150/- and started explaining about the procedures. At no given time did she ever mention that the laser treatment for chest didn’t include abdomen. We asked all relevant questions and got complete information. We clarified that the chest hair removal is for complete body till navel (abdomen). We understood that as 1 body part. It was utter surprise when I came for treatment that only the chest area was marked and hair removed leaving the abdomen area as it is with hair. It was an Easter Sunday and we wasted more than an hour addressing the issue. Your manager denied that she had failed to communicate and therefore I had to call Karishma to confirm as she was present to during the explanation. She too was proved wrong when she tried to confirm about the misinformation, Is this how you trust your loyal customers?
      2 Another example of miscommunication and unprofessional behavior was when after the explanation was done (prior to treatment) and when we were about to make payment, the same manager increased the amount from 20, 150/- to Rs 23, 900/-.When asked why sudden increase she said that she quoted wrong price. We agreed for a treatment basis a price and while billing if you find price increase, I believe the deal is not the same. We silently accepted without creating any issue in front of other customers and were quite understanding. Now I realize that the issue of miscommunication or not being clear is normal at your Kaya clinic at Borivali. On another occasion, when my spouse had asked for using rewards to be used for paying the package, Mitali forgot and charged for full amount. To use the rewards points, she had to pay 300 extra to buy a product. Which means more money being paid while you enjoy the product margins on the sold product. She apologized but doesn’t leave a good taste. Doesn’t this clearly state that there is an issue with customer communication and service.
      3- There was not a bit of professionalism in terms of apologizing or acknowledging, forget taking responsibility or ownership. The manager kept on arguing and wasting an hour and denying her act. She said max she can now consider abdomen at additional cost of Rs 13k? Isn’t this ridiculous?
      As a customer why should we always pay for your misdeeds. VLCC had a corporate offer for us at 35k full body and now because of your goof-up I have to shell out Rs 24K + 13K ( Rs 37K) just for 2 body parts (ears & chest/abdomen). She later pitched for credit note which is not desirable for us. We have already taken package worth 50k, why do we block our hard earned money? Why is Kaya not customer centric ? or is it that you only show customer sensitivity when we open up and try to get fair justice on social media or consumer forums. We have been quiet all this while but now we want Kaya to take a call. We asked to speak to someone higher, which we never got details for.

      It looks like that this is all a ploy to get more and more money from the customer. Even though we had a package with services left, we bought another package worth RS. 20, 000. Then I bought for approx.. 10, 000. Therefore, initially paying 23 for laser, and now since it is useless to get half body lasered, need to pay another 23k. if we were explained the full body package for 50k, we may have opted for that. Having more than 50k with your center, is not a small amount for service class.

      Our fair and genuine expectation:
      1 Either you compensate and consider the treatment for what the manager failed to clarify i.e. reconsider the treatment for chest and abdomen (till navel) for whatever we have already paid. (* I am not asking full body laser as compensation for you to find it so difficult to compensate for your folly).

      OR

      2- Refund the money for laser treatment. (*the other treatments we will still continue)

      I want to see some customer centric approach addressing our expectations because we believe that Kaya values are being fair and retaining its customers.

        I have taken afat treatment in kaaya koramangala. After applying chemical peel, i had suffered from acne roscea. The medicine given by them to control roscea is not working. I applied on face... Redness went away and after some hours entire face became red and itching with burning sensation.
        I visited clinic then doctor told me that it happens. Again face became worsen and worsen. Again i went to clinc, and asked for refund because already 20000 i had paid there. But they refused. Still my face is red, m suffering from acne roscea and neither any treatment given by her not refund.
        If i won't get any rply from customer care team, i will raise it under high esclation.

          I am sick of writing emails to your company helpline, complaining that the points on my account keep expiring even though i was promised that for the 1 lakh rupees package the points collected will not expire and can be used at anytime in the future for maintenance sessions for full body laser.

          This is the second complaint i am filing here on this portal, and hereafter if my complaint is not taken up seriously i will have no other choice but to make my complaint on social media.

          Neha (The then manager at kaya) from the bandra, mumbai clinic, had promised me that these points wont expire because i am buying the full body pain free laser. I had specifically mentioned that the points expire on other programmes with other companies so i am not interested in her proposal if this will be the case here also but she assured me that at kaya you care, and so the points can be used anytime in the future for maintenance sessions.

          Hence i bought this package with you all.

          Neither is the service working on me, nor are you living upto your promise.

          Everytime there is any response (Which has just been once since i have been writing mails to you) you said "points expire and you get sms. What the # do i do with your sms? Why are my points expiring is my questions. When you took money from me that time why didnt you tell me they will expire?

          Is this what you teach your representatives? To fool clients and build faith telling lies and stealing money and then activating smart?

          #ing useless you guys are.
          I have till date not received any call or email in response to my emails.

          On 6th sept 2016 i received an email saying that i will get a card for kaya smiles, that too has not happened.

            I've been a Kaya customer for years now, and never have I had a smooth sailing ever. Neither with respect to the treatment results and nor with respect to renewal or transfer of my package.

            The latest issue at hand is as that I had some sitting pending from my last renewal that I got done some 3 years back. I could not continue as I had conceived and then was nursing my baby, and was advised not to take laser treatments. And, this I had very well informed the staff at your galleria centre.

            All this while in the past 3 years, never did I receive even a single call from Kaya regarding my package. However, now that I myself went to the clinic to avail my pending sessions, I'm being told that I have a pending payment and that my package has expired.

            My question to you is that if a package is getting expired isn't it your duty to call up the customer and ask what is to be done? Also, if there was a pending payment in the first place, which sane organisation is going to wait for 3 years to inform about it to the customer?

            I'm really frustrated by the way Kaya finds new and innovative ways to harass their customers. This is certainly quite disappointing and not expected from a brand like Kaya.

            Please look into this and resolve with appropriate measures. Looking forward to an immediate response to my query and and end to this menace once and for all.

            I took complete package of acne and pigmentation for face cost was around 50k. When session was going on my skin was getting recover but after finishing all the sessions of package my am getting again acne and pigmentation. When i asked dr she said take more session..

            What a ridiculous and worst service of kaya.

              Hi,
              I would like to bring to your notice that the cutera laser machine used at pusa road, karol bag mostly shows error, whenever i go there for laser services.
              But during my last session on april 7, it completely shut down. Helpless kaya therapist came to me that being sunday it can't be repaired today and either i had to go back or take pain-free laser (Which is never pain-free except pain), in fact much more painful than cutera.
              All the pre-work of shaving, numbing cream everything was done and i left with no option but to go for pain-free.
              I requested them a lott that if i don't get satisfactory result within a month, please don't waste my cutera session due to no fault of mine's. I requested them again n again to let me talk to manager. But she was on leave and they flatly refused me to consider my request. I have been associated with kaya since 2004. But sometimes the unprofessionalism is always seen and customer satisfaction should be your topmost priority. I'm sorry u r not working great on customer service and complaints. This may harm your reputation in future. Nobody will like to refer you if they themselves aren't satisfied.

                I take laser hair removal treatment from kaya skin clinic, noida
                They haven’t followed the sop even once.
                They didn’t click the pictures of area before treatment, which us used as reference for upcoming sessions.
                Not even once did the treatment start on time.

                Today when i complained about the time related issue, they sent me for the normal laser treatment (For which the doctor had not recommended)
                The doctor had recommended painfree sessions, but the rooms weren’t empty, so they took me for a normal laser treatment which resulted in rashes.

                Please take the necessary action required in order to ensure that the same is not repeated and other consumers are not harassed the same way.

                  Hello everyone,

                  The call center team of Kaya is fake. Never aware of the SOPs. They pushed me like anything to visit for a service of laser underarms at 85 Rs. Booked an appointment, sent reminders telephonically as well as SMS to make sure I attend. The call log clearly mentioned of a client who has already a Kaya customer but laser of another body part.still they just wanted me to avail service.
                  I changed my schedule in life made sure to see the place, travelled all the way and to my horror... They declined the service and asked me to leave.

                  What was that for ????
                  I was on time, I was there for a purpose but only wasted my precious time and energy.
                  Mental harassment..
                  When called back on the call center number, they simply accepted their mistake, said thousands of sorry and apologies, 100% accepted the fault of the company and not at all mine at any cost.
                  Everything was done but service was not given then why in the first place I was asked to be in the center ???

                  Who is responsible for nuisance activity without any output.

                  I Definitely need a good explanation and refund of traveling or replacement with other service or product to me otherwise I will put my experience in social media as it is.
                  Advise others not to fall pray to promotions through Facebook plus visit only genuine skin clinics but never Kaya.

                    I went to kaya skin clinic around 1.5yrs back for consultation about laser hair reduction treatment. I wanted to go for only legs and bikini area but manager at the clinic suggested to go for full body. I would say it wasn't a suggestion but kind of compulsion as the manager kept forcing me to go for full body. But it seemed out to be the worst decision of my life. The hair growth on my body has increased instead of reducing. Moreover doctor told me the hair growth post laser would be fine. But on the contrary, instead of fine hairs, thicker hairs started growing on my body. When asked about the refund of my hard earned money, manager refused and told me so many things but not ready for the refund.
                    All i want is a solution to the damage happened to my body and if there is none then I want my money back.

                      I paid for lower face laser treatment 21/2 years ago, at the start of the treatment my facial hair on the side of my face but after almost 10 sitting the hair has increased and become denser, MY FACE IS RUINED, i can't wax the facial hair nor bleach it, the doctor at the bangalore phoenix kaya central Dr Veena has made me do tests worth 8000, all have come clear i do not have any hormonal imbalance or PCOD. its a harassment to the extreme, i do not want any more sitting but a full refund plus reimbursement for the useless tests that they made me do .

                      The newly appointed doctor is quite inefficient in her work she doesn't know properly what to do how to do I am having two derma roller treati left with Kaya but still dbtful to go with it due to the negligence of doctor

                        Regret the day i decided to get full body laser hair removal from kaya. Initially before the session they seemed to be very polite that no reaction or side effects arr there and it is all safe. I got my second session done on 15th january 2019 from preet vihar branch and since then i am reaction and marks on all my body. I went there to show that and then they prescribed me some medicines but still no improvement is there.
                        I mailed this complaint thrice and still did not get any quick revert. They all are so unprofessional that instead of getting me treated they just told me it doesn’t happen generally but happened in my case. They are not even ready to apologise that it happened die to their negligence and some fault. I am suffering from about two months and i am not even able to wear what i like as i am having marks. Instead of compensating for the same and getting it treated, they are asking me to get some other services for the amount that i paid to them. They are not even ready to atleast pay the amount that i deposited as i don’t want any further sessions from there. I will never recommend anyone to get any services from kaya.

                          As from d beginning of session no such improvement been seen on my face neither on my hair.
                          Huge investment made by me which i requested for installments but forced by kaya people to make it at once.
                          Now after raising my voice two times, i 've been suppressed by them telling their own dermatological terminology to me.
                          I feel like cheated.
                          I request now u people to refund my money back, otherwise i have to go through other route for justice.

                            Hi, I m Uma I hv a complain about Preet Vihar customer care manager ""Bhawna"" she is very rude and money sick lady. I have taken laser services for arms, bikini and under arms, peeled, facials etc. I didn't use my service for 2 yrs as I was in the city. Now they don't entertain me well. They always say that the settings left are expired on the day of booked appointment. It happened twice. Bhawna os not at all customer friendly, always come up with excuses. They don't take actions on the stop. They are asking me to take a new package by making me face delay for my previous settings. I am highly disappointed. Need a resolution.                               I had undergone filler treatment for under eye sunkeness hollowness.. Completely dissatisfied with the results visited the clinic day after the treatment to which the area manager assured me to wait for fewdays and if the results are stillnot visible she would provide the filler treatment again at her own expense.
                              Completly flipping after 10days she refused to accept what she promised.
                              This has been the worst experience ever. Will never visit kaya ever!!!

                                I was advised q switch, which was totally useless, exhorbitant amount was charged for six sittings with no significant improvement, also i was not informed of the option of four sittings, by parul who had attended to me. Total waste of money and fooling customers.
                                I had visited the clinic at ambience mall vasant kunj and the staff didnt bother to mention about alk the treaments. I was speaking with parul there, who just told me about this treatment which was for 21, 000 and not a single treatment costing less was told. Even after paying a huge amount, there has been not even 1% change on my face.
                                I need my compensation for this else im going to take higher measures.

                                  Why did you guys suggest me to go for pain free laser when you want me now convert to ndac? Just because you can get more money?
                                  I was not informed that at kukatpally, you don't have pain free laser and even prp. But you made me to pay for it.

                                  Instance1- they booked a slot at kukatpllay and made me to go to banjarahills who dont know anything
                                  Instance2- they said they booked an appointment at banjarahills. After taking a leave from office to get the services and go to another branch, they say there was no appointment booked. On top of it employees there were extremely rude. You are expected to be quite even after all this #

                                  Everytime i have to go to hell to get an appointment, it feels like i am begging
                                  I end up getting waxing done and wait for hair to grow and the cycle repeats

                                  Now they say, why don't you convert to the lower package which is available with us?

                                  Then i call customer care, they are even worse! The moment they start listening and realize i called to complain they are disconnecting

                                  Tell me now what should i do?

                                  BEAWARE!!Please don't believe this portal, someone got my details from this portal and called me saying that they resolved the case and willing to transfer money to account. They took my paytm details and ended up transferring money from my account. They had all my details including how much I paid to Kaya. This website also seemd to be fraud. BEAWARE!!!

                                    Yesterday it's a big mistake, i visited kaya clinic city center for basic facial with extraction, and made an appointment at 6:45 for the following day.in the afternoon the next day i received a call from the clinic asking me if i want to come earlier around 2pm as they have available slot to do the facial but this timing wasn't suiting me. At 5:55pm again i received a call from the clinic asking me to rebook my appointment for tomorrow in qurum branch because apparently they have issue with the machine and the doctor availability. I beleive that they were just running late and trying to remove my appointment to not to work overtime.
                                    By then i already left my work earlier to attend the appointment.
                                    Upon the arrival at the clinic i waited for an hour to be taking care of.
                                    After a long wait the practitian told me that she could read my skin, she told me that the treatment at 40 omr was not good for me, as i have dry skin i should go for the one at 60 omr so she started the treatment and at exactly 8 past 5 minutes she stopped the procedure and telling me that i'm having skin reaction to her recommended product and that i should come back the next day to see the doctor.
                                    Result as they planned i didnt get the treatment done i am back home with no skin reaction of any kind and i wasted almost 3 hours of my time. She also told me that maybe my skin was not good to do any facial treatment like it was my first time treatment. Of course not but usually i am using a profesional company belo medical group.
                                    I highly not recommend this clinic.

                                      My name is anju,
                                      I have taken the full face and underarms laser 6 session package. 5 session has been finished but i don't see any decrease in hair growth (You can see the pictures taken by them). Due to face laser treatment, i have developed pimples on my face. At the time of purchasing of the package, the receptionist and doctor said that after six-session you will need a session in either in 6 months or in a year. Now they don't have any answer, why growth is increased? Doctor every time tried something new but still not getting any result. I have paid around 33000 but still did not get any result. Please help me out with this problem. Please don't make fool of customer and there hard earned money. I need result otherwise my compensation.

                                      Hi Anju, as per our doctor's recommendation a few hormonal tests are to be done, so that further treatments can be aligned for you accordingly. We request you to visit concerned clinic again after doing the tests as recommended by our doctors for further assistance.
                                      After consulting Doctor, she has advised me to do 6 types of a blood test. One ultrasound, two medicine and one cream. Why she did not recommend me these before. Now my 6 sessions have been finished. After these checks, I have to pay for the next session to see the result of her experiment. This process may continue in the loop.

                                        Sold package to me promising that the points do not expire and can be used throughout life for any service in the future.
                                        All points have expired within one and a half year of purchase; the company says they sent messages and so they are not liable to keep up to the false promise they made while selling the package.
                                        I have been enquiring since i received the first message; assuming that it is some system issue as i trusted the clinic manager who had sold me the products; but it turns out that this company is a fraud and gives no hood to what the clients concerns are nor do they take any responsibility for the services they give.

                                        Since i have taken the sessions i have raised concerns about the quality of the sessions a number of times, but no one gives any answer no one takes any effort to help.
                                        I have taken 5 sessions for full body and still i have no result, due to the fact that each session that was booked for 4 hours was finished ina hurry in 2, 2.5 hours. At first i was not aware but in a month when i realised that some patches were not done etc and compained they told me to take another session.
                                        They made me waste my sessions because they did not do their job well.
                                        And now they have also taken my points.

                                        Rubbish company, fraudulent promises, zero accountability, zero customer care.

                                        I recommend kaya no noone and will raise this issue on social media as much as possible to ensure this company is sued with a class action for making such a joke out of its clients.
