I paid for 3/4 payments for my sessions. They then charged me outside of those payments for a session without informing me. They have not cleared my bill and now are asking to pay the balance 1/4. Disgusting treatment. Customer service is a joke. They said they would get back to me ONE WEEK AGO, till now no response and they fines are adding up. I'm not paying anything. Actual proper terrible service, money hungry.

    This is regarding some of the packages I have taken from Kaya, Delhi.

    I have taken a package for Laser hair removal and was told package validity is not an issue and I can use all the sessions I paid for. I had told them that I don't live in India and I won't be able to avail the sessions within a year. Due to pandemic, I could not travel and now I am not able to use the remaining sessions.

    Kindly take required action & extend all the validities.

      I booked 6 sessions for 25000rs at kaya skin clinic, pacific mall. I was promised a laser peel with NO SIDE EFFECTS. This was important as i am getting married this year. I was also pushed a couple of products that i paid extra for with good faith in the team. Soon after the first session, i got milia on my skin. The warts on my skin also inflamed and started spreading. I tried to get in touch with the clinic, sent pictures on what's app to no avail. Finally i got an appointment after two weeks. The doctor conveniently dismissed the milia labelling it as blackheads. She also tried to convince me that her 30 years experience couldn't be wrong. Thankfully her shift was over and i could consult with the other doctor present. Who confirmed my fear of the allergic reaction. And asked me to halt further sessions. I now need a full refund of the remaining 5 sessions as I believe that their services cannot be trusted. On top of this, the doctor was manipulative which is highly concerning for me. Please help me. I am ready to go to the consumer court.

        I have been taking service from Kaya, Pusa road (New Delhi) since 11 years, not only have I introduced my daughters but so many relatives and family friends to Kaya
        But since 2021 I've been having an extremely poor service from the staff.
        Whenever I want to book and appointment or enquire about packages, I am slung.
        There are so many instances. On one particular instance, my daughter had been calling since 10days to book a signature facial but staff Geetanjali would say we'll call back and never called back. When I straight away visited the clinic to enquire about what was wrong staff- Geetanjali simply said we don't have staff right now. Half an hour after I left she called me back saying please come we will do the facial .
        Forget customer satisfaction, customer convenience doesn't matter to her and the manager at all.
        On another occasion my daughter had introduced her cousin to Kaya who wanted to buy the package. The manager Aakriti was so rude, it almost seemed we were the ones trying to sell rather than them. She wasn't even ready to share the packages available, she simply had said we'll only give if you buy for 20k.
        Moreover just last week my niece (who my daughter had introduced to Kaya) called them twice to buy a signature package, she has been slung since then.
        Lastly just today I called the clinic twice to talk to staff Geetanjali to buy signature facial package, she had told me about earlier. I was again told that I would get a call back but I haven't.
        It is so disheartening, I've been a part of this family since more than 10yrs and this is how this new staff is behaving.
        The 4 o[censored]s- Me, my daughter, my niece and my friend are now left with no other choice but to stop visiting Kaya entirely because forget relaxing it has become a headache for us thanks to the rude and uncooperative staff Geetanjali and manager Aakriti.
        I request you to please look into this matter and take strict action against the unruly staff so that nobody else has to face similar consequences.

          All this is also fraud. After looking at my complain here some representative called me and said they have notified Kaya. Then he transfered my call to Kaya representative. He then said he will give a voucher code. Instead of my account getting credited it got debited. They all are a cheat. Its cyber crime. +91 [protected]. This is the number from where I got a call. Again he called me and asked me to deposit monet in my account.

            I had taken package for hair reduction and lip lightening. After a few sessions I had skin infection. My dermat warned me not to continue with any laser as my skin has become hypersensitive. I made several attempts, made calls, messages.. all they did is dragged it for almost 2.5 months now. I had once spoken to a representative from the clinic. She said either I should buy products of the remaining amount or get a client for them. My question is will she buy products worth 25k??? Then their dermat had a video call with me. She wasn't satisfied and asked for my dermat prescription. I sent that to them. After this they are not replying me. I am begging for my own money. This is so rude. Its my hard earned money how can they do this to their client.

              Refund of unused service

              I had recently booked a services for cool sculpting arround 80K though shopSe payment method in Kaya rajouri, Delhi.

              I don't want to proceed with this service anymore.

              I had a bad experience in using your other services. I have took 14 hair PRP, GFC and Biocell sessions from Kaya. I took lasers sessions as well. Nothing is working for me.

              Now, Kaya rajouri is not ready to stop my EMIs.

              Address: Main branch : Mumbai, treatment I took in Bel Road Bangalore

              I have ongoing treatment for cool sculpting with Kaya clinic at Bel Road, Bangalore.
              The power backup for coolsculpting machine was not sufficient it went off many times and continuous beep caused headaches and nausea. I was kept inside in low temperatures for long even though machine was not working. I got high fever and cold post procedure.

              There were many information was kept hidden until money was taken.
              1.) location where treatment will happen. Was not informed it would be Indira Nagar Bangalore not Bel Road Bangalore where I consulted.
              2.) the exact duration of the treatment. No where 18 cycles committed in 1 d.

              3.) post treatment side effect. Was told it would be normal though got high fever and full body pain.
              4. I asked to refund money and discontinued the procedure but they forced me to take the treatment

                Kaya Green park has been telling since 2019., 2020, 2021 that mam you have only one session left . I trusted, the truth revealed. I booked appointment, they agreed . When I went to green park Kaya, they said you have no package left . I said on phone call you confirmed and so I came . These women who set at reception (not the therapist ) are fraud and bringing down business of KAYA!!
                Then I called on customer care and came to know that I have Not one (as told bykaya fraud receptionists) but 5 packages and not used .
                They told many expired and I was shocked. ! Now kaya packages of 3-6 session cost more than 10000 . You can imagine my loss

                  I have placed an order for 3 pieces of "kaya on the move" from kaya skin clinic online store. I receive the partial order, as only pieces of "kaya on the move" were there that too in messy condition as the entire toner has leaked from the bottles and the day I received the product I wrote to kaya, there was an autogenerated mail that my complaint has been registered and no action further.                     I've been taking laser hair removal services from Kaya Punjabi bagh for the last one year and have purchased 25 sessions package with 3 complimentary sessions.

                    Even after using around 24 sittings (21 +3 complimentary) I have seen no results. I complained to the concerned people multiple times with no resolution. After a long discussion with the branch manager and doctor, they decided to change the heat setting and provided one session on hand and underarms on Aug 13 which was the only session I have seen results of.

                    So I want to understand what they were doing during the last 24 sessions? Am i stupid to waste my money and sitting with no results. Doctor and branch manager is not even listening to the complaint and is offering 2 complimentary sessions in lieu of all the waste sessions. I have consulted multiple dermas and they told me how my laser sittings were a complete waste and if I switch to someone else I have to start it again as Kaya did nothing apart from robbing my money and just putting me in a place where I have to just complain to several people.

                    The branch doesn't even have clear pictures and all the pictures are tainted or edited. They have nothing to compare the growth and are giving me silly excuses. I don't expect this behaviour from such a big brand. And I'm not going to settle for 2 complimentary sessions in exchange for my 24 useless sessions.
                    Even their doctor agrees that there is no visible result.

                      I had availed a full body laser hair removal lifetime package back in 2015 with Kaya. On making recent contact I have been informed that my 'lifetime' validity package has expired. Which makes absolutely no sense!

                      I have paid a large sum of money to avail this. It is extremely upsetting. Especially since I have received no communication regarding this so called expiration - no emails, sms or call.

                      It is absolutely unfair and frustrating.

                        I had been to Kaya on 30th October. I was asked to get a hydra facial subscription. I heard it as 2900 per session . I though ok I can try it sometime later. I did not avail the service just got it billed and as soon as stepped outside I saw the message on my credit card that it’s 29500!! I got the shock of my life. I called the clinic immediately and they say they cannot cancel it. So I called the customer care and they asked me to mail them. They reply saying can’t be cancelled. What kind of policy is this? If I cancel after few days or months or use Atleast a session and try to cancel then ok don’t refund. But I tried to called after 5 mins as it was a mistake but still such a sad response. I have been a customer of Kaya for 8 years and this is how they treat thier loyal customer! I have sent them a mail again. If it doesn’t work then Mayb hav to go the legal route

                          This email is a strong grievance with your koramangala team telling me today that my many many facials have expired without any email notice ..without any phone calls ..without any prior notice that package is about to expire . It is my hard earned money please!!

                          I had bought many packages from Kaya skin clinic because your marketing people at Koramangala Bangalore mentioned that availing facials does not have an expiring date so please avail this offer even though I had many facials in my kitty already but they told me on polite positive note that rates will soon be raised so best is to buy it now etc.

                          Here is background of me...pls bear with this long email chain.

                          1. I started off with Kaya in Pune using phone no[protected] number but when I shifted to Koramangala Bangalore, it took ages to transfer my old facials here. Even though later it was shifted 1-2 facials were less. I ignored it thinking at least these got transferred after so much follow up. at that time using OTP was not used when you avail facials.
                          Later again, I bought many facials
                          my phone numbers
                          1) Phone no 1- my Bangalore account. (Ritu )
                          2) phone no 2- Asha Arora- for my mother - Rohini /Delhi. this purchase was also done from Koramangala Bangalore using phone no 1 as referral account.
                          3)Another phone (which i had bought for my son/maid for using at home temporarily). Mostly on name of Rajesh (husbands name) /Ritu /Asha. Cant recall the number off hand. but using this one also I bought a few facials referral was either phone no 1 or phone no 2 .

                          When in Bangalore, I bought many facials
                          1. I visited to avail facial in koramangala bangalore but your team convinced me to purchased a few more facials in Bangalore. Despite the fact that I was shifting to Singapore to that they told it will never expire but be informed that these cannot be shifted internationally... it is best offer .. you can used when you visit to India and you can give it to others as gift. Hence a good no of facials were bought by me. Not sure if anything was expired out of those without my knowledge. It scared me now.
                          2) After 2.5 years, I came back from Singapore permanently to India and visited your center for facial...again some festive schemes were running...I already had many facials in my kitty but your koramangala team started to convince.
                          3). That time I told them that my father is bed ridden so i have shifted back to India but not sure if i should buy anything like this for my mother but if i buy some facials for her (asha arora - phone no -2 ) she would get some change to go out for facial once in a month to feel some change ..they said ma'am it wont expire at all...if she doesnt use it due to your father illness, you can use it...and during the course of talking, they told me it is very good offer and on personal note they are telling that prices are going to rise up so buy it. i bought another one for mysel[censored]sing phone no 3. The idea to enroll another of my number was also given by them so that i get referral benefits.
                          4) Extremely unfortunate that my father became more and more ill.. he got neuro issues and heart issues and parkinson disease.This lead to our running from one hospitals to another, many times he was admitted, many days of hospitalization, and when he was shifted at home, he was under supervision of full time nurse with tubes for toilet and even tubes for giving food, ..I was flying from bangalore to delhi almost every month and my mother also went through low phase so we had to mentor her from time to time...It was extremely diff situation dealing with hospitals, medecines, injections, nurses and attendants for all o[censored]s.
                          5) The thought of kaya or any skin clinic was out of question. My father expired after 2.5 years of big struggle, pain and bed ridden situations .. ... After his death, we were not even out of pain ...that within 6-8 months corona started. I did not have slightest of thoughts of going out of home, let alone any facials or any salons
                          6) Here I am calling your center today to know all my money (facials) have been expired. It came as very shocking/ disheartening..I even asked to dig out who had sold these to me to talk to me and i was told ..they might have changed job and also company policy keeps changing... we have no control over it.

                          How can company policy change over your style of selling that package will never change to company policy that it has expired now.

                          It is my hard earned money please.. i am not ok to let go so many facials.
                          I would like to raise a grievance here for same.

                          Can we pls discuss and sort this OUT!! trust that I am not OK and I shall be escalating it further!!

                              I have done 3 sessions of peel till now. I had a word with the doctor as well as Mansi the consultant, this is regarding a sever issue i am currently facing because of those peel sessions my skin condition has became more awful....

                              This is complaint is for Kaya Pusa road, the number mentioned is wrong on the website. Now finally when I got the correct number no one is picking up the call. Called more than 8 times on 2 different days. But no response has come.
                              Kaya Skin Clinic customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
