I had taken package for hair reduction and lip lightening. After a few sessions I had skin infection. My dermat warned me not to continue with any laser as my skin has become hypersensitive. Kaya Green park has been telling since 2019., 2020, 2021 that mam you have only one session left . I trusted, the truth revealed. I booked appointment, they agreed . When I went to green park Kaya, they said you have no package left . I said on phone call you confirmed and so I came . I paid for laser hair reduction for upper lip and underarms for both me and my sister in 2005. Kaya had promised a lifetime of services free of cost even if one hair is seen. I had Last been to Kaya in 2011. Recently, I noticed regrowth of hair on upper lip for which I called them for an appointment (Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad). The lady said they discontinued lifetime services!! I’m shocked. Please restore lifetime services and stop cheating...
