I had booked for a laser hair removal service with Kaya DLF Mega Mall Branch, Gurgaon for Rs.40, 000/- for 6 sittings. I had availed 5 sittings and 1 sitting is pending. When I approached the Kaya clinic for the service, I was informed that my service period has expired and also Rs.2999/- is due at my end.
I would like to state that I had booked the service for Rs.40, 000/- and paid full in cash by my debit card. The amount had been rounded off as some discount period was going on. Logically also, if you think that if I am paying through my debit card and that too in one go, I would not had left Rs.2999/- to be paid later. The Clinic manager at that point of time had assured me of the complete payment for the service (Rs.40, 000/-)
Secondly, I had never been informed either by mail or by phone about the expiry of my service period. I had been asked to approach only after I have significant hair growth on my legs.
In this regard, I had raised a complaint at the customer care number on 28th September and had been assured for the solution within 3 days but have not received any communication from them yet. I have been following up with the Customer care through emails and phone but they dont seem to provide any solution; rather they have developed attitude that the customer would stop following up after sometime. The DLF Mega Mall clinic had assured me to provide a solution by 24th October but they never responded; infact, they have stopped taking up my calls and when I called up the customer care on 1st November, the backend support team simply denied the service and asked to pay Rs.2999/- and when I asked to refund my balance amount, they had simply denied it stating they do not have any refund policy
I am very disappointed with the Kaya Service and never thought of such miscommunication, indifference from a brand like KAYA.
I will not recommend anyone to avail service from KAYA.

Customer care is totally useless and not replying to mails. I have also paid the FULL amount before my 1st session. Refund the money with interest.
