I did so many mails and call to kaya care but they are even not replying on any single mail.
1) i visited kaya for marks and pigmentation reduction, dr. And team suggested me to take chemical peel and q switch laser combination treatment, however i was only willing for peel but they convinced me to go for laser as well with no side effect and kaya is a brand, so i did whole payment of more than 30000 and initiated my treatment.

2) they started with first chemical peel session, it was good and my marks got a bit lighter with shiny skin.
Next session they gave q switch laser session. With this session i got so many pimples on my face and my skin became full of acne and pimples and i got another marks which was not in the starting of treatment. I notified about my condition to helpdesk and clinic staff. They assured me to cure this and given me black peel instead of cosmo peel as my second session of peel and that acne peel did nothing to my pimples that was popped due to laser. I wasted my one peel session in which i suppose to take cosmo peel for marks reduction not for acne that is coming due to your laser treatment.

3) again they gave me 2nd laser session and same thing happened with me and to subside pimples they gave me black peel for acne which was totally waste as nothing did for acne. Then 3rd time instead of giving laser they gave me same acne peel as my acne was not in control but the same nothing was effective. They were just wasting my sessions for the reason which was even not my reason or aim to come kaya.

These were side effect of laser treatment which should be subside by any additional therapy or any other substitute rather than using the services from my package only.

4) now only 1 peel and 3 laser remaining and i didn't get any effect or marks reduction even my skin became worse and got new marks on face due to side effect of laser treatment and not getting proper care and cure for this from kaya. Even doctor also didn't bother about their patient condition and just completing sessions as you people take all the payment in advance so why you would bother for this. Staff also treats so carelessly.

5) i became totally fed up with all this behaviour and not satisfied with treatment as i earlier told you my aim for initiating treatment in kaya was marks and pigmentation reduction which was not accomplished.
For my each and every concern they just say "mam kaya is a brand and you are in brand so dont worry, your skin in our hands". But their statement is not getting fulfilled as my treatment is about to finish.
So kindly request you to refund my amount as your treatment was not worth for me.
I just feel cheated got worst skin from your clinic instead of shiny and clear skin.

It has been aprox 20 days since i mailed to Kaya but not getting any positive response..how irresponsible behaviour they are showing. It seems they are not at all interested in entertaining their customer as they have already taken all the amount of Rs 30000. I want refund of my amount atleast for remaining services which i have not availed till yet as treatment is not effective for me.

    I had made payment on kaya online portal for the purchase of 2330 around a couple of weeks back.
    First they say payment is made but they can't track the shipment
    Later they claim payment hasn't been made, check with the bank
    I checked with the bank, they confirmed me successful transaction
    Now they claim payment hasn't been there, it is still pending
    I have called innumerable times and rather than providing a solution or just giving back my money they are putting blames.
    Here is the attached copy of payment.

      Firstly, the treatment has not been effective.in fact there is more hair growth than before - on my face esp after six sessions. I have raised the issue with the therapists but kept telling me that it will get better the next session however it just became worse. I spoke to the therapists although they were understanding, they were helpless and just told me to wait for results after further sessions, still it's getting worse. I was wrongly guided where i paid 99, 000 for the package, and they told me if i booked it any later i would have has to pay double that amount. However the same package is now 49, 000. Customer's cannot be wrongly guided, moreover as this is a skin clinic there has to be a trust formed not deception.
      I had various issues while taking my sessions, for example i booked an appointment, and when i reached the clinic they informed that they doctor wasn't not there hence the session can't be performed. This happened to my sister too. However in few cases they did actually perform it, but its inconvenient as to the time and money we spend on travel.
      After spending a lot of money, and having various issues at my sessions yet it left me off with more hair growth. I require either a compensation or additional sessions.

        Hi,

        I have paid the FULL amount for a laser treatment at Kaya, Infiniti mall Malad. One session pending and the center is refusing to give an appointment. I have also suggested to extend my package validity and give an appointment for next year if the are all booked till Dec, 2018. When I called the center for appointment they say we will call you back with available dates and time 2 days ago...does not happen, [protected]@kaya sends a generic mail in response to my appointment request.

        Since they don't have any appointments please refund my money for the session. Any ways the treatment has not achieved what I was promised.
        Hygiene at this center is also VERY poor. dirty wet used sheets and blankets. Wait time is more than 30mins even for a confirmed and reconfirmed appointment

        Thank you consumer complaints for your support. After logging my complaint here... infinity mall Kaya centre called and suddenly had multiple appointment slots available. I completed my final session today.

          I had booked for a laser hair removal service with Kaya DLF Mega Mall Branch, Gurgaon for Rs.40, 000/- for 6 sittings. I had availed 5 sittings and 1 sitting is pending. When I approached the Kaya clinic for the service, I was informed that my service period has expired and also Rs.2999/- is due at my end.

          I would like to state that I had booked the service for Rs.40, 000/- and paid full in cash by my debit card. The amount had been rounded off as some discount period was going on. Logically also, if you think that if I am paying through my debit card and that too in one go, I would not had left Rs.2999/- to be paid later. The Clinic manager at that point of time had assured me of the complete payment for the service (Rs.40, 000/-)

          Secondly, I had never been informed either by mail or by phone about the expiry of my service period. I had been asked to approach only after I have significant hair growth on my legs.

          In this regard, I had raised a complaint at the customer care number on 28th September and had been assured for the solution within 3 days but have not received any communication from them yet. I have been following up with the Customer care through emails and phone but they dont seem to provide any solution; rather they have developed attitude that the customer would stop following up after sometime. The DLF Mega Mall clinic had assured me to provide a solution by 24th October but they never responded; infact, they have stopped taking up my calls and when I called up the customer care on 1st November, the backend support team simply denied the service and asked to pay Rs.2999/- and when I asked to refund my balance amount, they had simply denied it stating they do not have any refund policy

          I am very disappointed with the Kaya Service and never thought of such miscommunication, indifference from a brand like KAYA.

          I will not recommend anyone to avail service from KAYA.

          I am facing the exact same problem with Kaya, Infinity Mall Malad. I have one hair removal laser session pending and they are refusing to give an appointment or refund my money. I was not told about the expire of the package but have discovered my package is only valid till end of 2018. This will explain the fraud of not having any appointment slot available from Oct 2018 till end of the year.

          Customer care is totally useless and not replying to mails. I have also paid the FULL amount before my 1st session. Refund the money with interest.
          Have sent an email to their customer care email ID. Its been more that 3 weeks haven't got a resolution. Neither when I called Viviana clinic they said their higher authorities are not responding. If their Higher authorities are not bothered about customer concerns. Not sure what to expect from the clinic. My detail email is already been sent.

            I've sign up for a service 4 months back and paid the complete amount. However, the clinic does not offer services as promised. Its been almost 3months and the clinic constantly postpones my services.

            They take money but refuse to serve the cx.

            Service at the clinic - indiranagar bangalore is pathethic. It looks like they are only behind money and not giving quality service. Being a cx service entity its shame that they cant offer a good service.

            Doctors at the clinic are so lazy and does not keep proper post treatment prescription.

            Issue is not resolved. I spoke to one of the member from kaya indiranagar (sheena) as the manager was on leave is what she said on call. Asked her to send me an email but no email sent and it’s bedn 2days already. Is this a good cx support??

              The law college road branch customer service sucks.. The staff was not co-operative.. My fiancé is in us and wanted to talk to the specialist and they were not ready to talk. They bluntly said that we have to go in person and talk to them. Not friendly and rude staff.. Because of the useles staff, the brand name is spoilt.. Plz teach some etiquettes and have some professional and well mannered staff.. Never going back to kaya again.

                I have taken treatment of laser to reduce hair permanently, but got excess hair growth near to highlighted laser part. Suggestion to dermatologist need to be find out the solution on excess hair growth, otherwise there is no need to do any laser hair removal treatment because it not reduce hair growth instead increase on other place.. Waste of money..

                  I have taken a package of 6 facials at kaya skin clinic, inorbit mall, hyderabad, telangana. I am trying to book an appointment to avail a facial since a week and no one is picking the call. Earlier also this happened when i wanted to book an appointment for hair removal and they did not pick my call. As it was an emegency i had to take it elsewhere. Please look into this..

                    I am malleswari registered with my mobile number in kaya skin clinic, jubilee hills branch, hyderabad. I availed underarms, upper lip lasik treatment. And also bikini lasik which was billed in my friend's account. I referred two of my friends who availed 2 services of kaya each. I was told that i will receive two referral benefit vouchers worth 1500rs on my mobile. I havent received any specific messages which have a code in it. It's been nearly 3 months but the told stipulated time limit was 40 days.

                    Apart from not receiving the messages, what is very disgusting is the behaviour of kaya jubilee hills staff. I rang up four times to schedule my sessions and they are least bothered, intimated them with the issue many times. They just pass over the issue saying ' we ll look into and call back.' i had cancelled my sessions waiting for their reply twice.

                    To my surprise, the same has been happened with the kaya customer care as well and also i filed a written complaint in their website as well. Received an automatic mail saying issue will be resolved in 7 working days. I neither received a mail nor even call from the competent regarding this. I paid nearly 50000rs to kaya people by now. They fake everything when introducing the product but later even after 10s of calls, they don't even respond properly or take the responsibility of the issue.
                    And also when i have availed lasik treatments, i was told that the maintenance sessions last lifetime but now they end up saying yours services have expired though i have maintenance sessions remaining. More than their technical failure to send proper messages, it is their irrational and unprofessionalism of passing over recklessly is what i find more inappropriate. Please look into the issue and i need to get back vouchers and my other maintenance sessions.

                      I have been with kaya from almost 2 years initially for laser hair reduction even after 8 sessions i don't see any difference and no value for money and inspite of having service for small area like face few areas are missed.
                      After writing them and waited patiently for more than a month i got basic acknowledgement email nothing other than that.
                      I am so so much done with kaya and can't recommend this to any one.
                      Just a well established brand nothing more than that.
                      Kindly don't fall into their marketing tactics.

                        I have had booked a package more than 5 months ago for a service, now i am unable to get appointment at kaya infinity malad centre. Multiple times they denied service, saying, all slots are booked.
                        Each session requires not more than 1.5 hrs
                        This is definitely worst customer care exp with kaya, wherein that take compete amount in advance i. After that, continuously deny appointment itself for the service.

                        Manager ove infinity centere said that i need to book an appointment a month ago, which is highly difficult.. I requested them for any eveninf or next day slot, to that also that said that it's not possible and denied assisting in this.
                        Dealing with client in such a way, who has been taking services for last five to six years... Is nof at all per norms od reputed company and would not be recommended by me to others

                        I am availing Kaya services from Seawoods clinic since it opened here. First four sessions were good enough but later they started showing tantrums for giving appointments. It’s really ridiculous that after paying lump sum amounts in advance, they are simply giving appointment as per thier convenience.                           I had raised a request for extending validity of my package. Mail sent on 3rd september. Reference no. 39932.
                          Promised a response within 7 days. No response yet. Called contact centre on 21st sept, was told the clinic would reach me and the clinic manager redirected me to the [protected]@kayaindia.net mail id again.

                          As usual, there is no response.
                          Why do you take money if you do not have the decency to respond?

                            Hi,
                            I am monika and i have consulted kaya kalyannagar in 2014 august and i have paid 31k at a time and they guaranteed for loosing facial hair through laser treatment.
                            I have taken almost 7 sessions and i use to get the hair again and again in 1.5 months and they asked me to go for maintenance.
                            Then asked me to undergone the tests and those were perfectly normal.
                            Still i took one maintenance but of no use.
                            Then in may 2015 i have transferred to hyderabad and asked them to transfer my file as well to one of their hyderabad's clinic where they said ok and didnt support for my calls.
                            Then i was pregnant which ended up with dnc and didnt call them back till 2016 september. They were really not interested this time to service my request which is very bad..
                            Then in 2017 jan again i was pregnant where i was not called them back and as i am feeding my baby now, i am still calling them but not responding.. Keep on putting aside my call.
                            My sincere request is to get my money back.. Lost my money time, and treatment also hurt me alot.

                              I had taken kaya services of removal of chin and upper neck hair in 2017... While the sessions were going on they kept assuring me that i will have minimal hair thickness on that area after the sessions are done. After the completion of sessions when i still had the bearded look around my chin i questioned them... They told me that i might have hormonal issues and asked me to get few testings done. I got the testings done and reports were all absolutely normal. Now they came with the maintanance agenda... They asked me to buy maintanance sessions which i refused. My logic was how can i buy their services further when i am not satisfied with the previous one. I complained on facebook then a mail and call came from kaya headoffice mumbai.. After lot of convincing they gave me 2 more sessions but still the problem remains the same.. I am having beard like man. They ask me to cum in 2 to 3 months but i have growth every 10 days so these people asked me to shave which made that area green and black. Now when i call they keep twisting and turning and avoid entertaining my query... My money has gone in drain and the mental trauma i am going through is really bad seeing the bearded look... Kindly help me as they are nonresponsive. They are just pulling the matter long.

                                I bought a sunscreen at the thakur village centre, along with a few other products. After half an hour, i wanted to return it or exchange it for some other product since my sister had already picked a sunscreen for me. They refused to get it exchanged or returned. Kaya return of products policy online says we can do so within 4hours of buying it. Feeling so cheated.

                                  I went to kaya (Shop no. S. 214 a, second floor, ambience mall, new delhi branch) on 13.1 2018. I had a small number of pigmentation spots on my face, they suggested me chemical peeling and took rs. 14000 from me.

                                  The team was inexperienced, they burnt my face. The chemical peeling treatment gave permanent scars on both sides of my cheeks. After ruining my face the kaya team showed very unprofessional and negligent behavior. I personally visited the place, sent emails @ [protected]@ kaya india.net, they didn’t respond positively.
                                  I am going to send legal notice to kaya limited and mr. Harsh mariwala (M. D) in case you do not refund my full money in time. Bloody cheaters.

                                    I was subjected to buy packages worth 1.6 lakh inr from kaya as per doctors and managers consultation. The doctor named shivangi bansal at preet vihar, delhi caused severe burns on my face just before my wedding. Despite my numerous calls, the doctor didn't revert to me. The eye peel session and q switch clarity session caused me irreparable harm. I could not dare to avail my any sesions witg kaya. I have been writing at [protected]@kaya.in and calling them since november. However, ms jessica and others started acting blind and deaf to my requests for refund. I have many unused sessions from kaya. Moreover, their laser hair removal by untrained uneducated therapists have caused immense burn and thicker hair. My time with kaya has really affected my future. Please pay heed to my suffering.

                                      Hi, i paid more than 50% of the amount for kaya skin clinic laser removal full body after they lured me into it. But unfortunately one of my relatives was diagnosed with cancer, and i asked for a refund without taking the service. I asked in jan 2018 for a refund. Kaya accepted and all approvals were done. And i have mail confirmation too from them on the refund. They asked me to send cancelled cheque copy and account details. After sending there is no update or response to the refund. They are not considering on human grounds that it's for a medical emergency. It's infuriating and am planning to take action if they are not responding soon. It should be kaya sin clinic not skin clinic as they are only accumulating sins by eating money of people who are sick also. Don't know why they are delaying after approvals.
