This is kopal i took a package from kaya clinic malviya nagar jaipur branch for acne i was told that i will be given 6 sittings in total and the total cost of the package was 26400 and i was asked to complete the payment in 2 instalments i payed 13200 bt was given only 2 sittings... I was called for 3rd sitting and when i reached they refused to give me the service.. And asked to pay the whole amount... But in the beginning and also on col when i was called they told me that i need to deposit the rest amount when i will be taking my 4th service and not 3rd and then after that i called them n asked to return my rest amnt (I. E approx 7k) i was told by rekha (Receptionist malviya nagar clinic) that i will get my return within next 7 working days she asked me for my accnt details when i send it she called me saying sorry ma'am we cannot refund you may use the rest amnt to buy products when i agreed on that they even refused to that and asked me to take the service.

    Very irresponsible and Shameful behavior, cheating attitude at Kaya

    I Ms.Vagdevi Karumuri took 12 maintenance sitting for 6 of my body parts from Safdarjung Enclave branch, later the branch was shifted to Green park. At that time they use to keep the files. I used only 5 -6 laser sittings from my 12 laser sittings. Since last 3-5 months I have been mailing to Kaya – Mumbai for my missing Laser sittings which was not updated in my account instead of that they updated the payments which I don’t have to pay. Till now I spend 3 to 4 lakh rupees at kaya since last 10 years. Even though they are behaving this way to my queries. They are literally cheating.
    I asked them many time to send my file to Kaya-Gurgaon. It is always easy to keep transparency before the client. KAYA is a big brand then how these kinds of frauds are happening at KAYA. IT is really a shame to KAYA Brand.

      Hi,

      My name is chandni and here i want to mention 2 major issues out of which 1st is customer service which is pathetic and the 2nd and even more important as kaya is known for it's treatment.

      I have been undergoing Kaya Pigmentation therapy some(Intanse Clarity peels)6 session for face and hands each for quite sometime now for which i paid around 37000 and also 2000 for the kaya products.Also before going for these session kaya promised me that there will be total pigmentation/tan removal from my face and hands too but here my hands says a different story and i can't see any difference on my hands even after the completion of all the 6 sessions.The result is not at all satisfactory and very disappointing and would not recommend kaya to anyone else that i know.

      I want a solution to the issue raised, if not then request you to refund my money.I am also mentioning my contact no. for your reference.

        To concerned person,
        I am anish dua. On 19th aug 2018 i took 2 packages of facial from your green park branch one for my wife worth 13990/- and other for myself 9990/-. First of all i would like to draw your attension on super miss management at green park branch. After selling the package the do not care for customers. We took package from you branch head green park miss shilpa. After giving package to start session she asked to wait for 15 mins as we both wanted to start the package. After 15 mins they called my wife for session. Around 11:15-20am she billed our package and arnd 12 my wifes session started, she asked me to wait 5-10mins to start session. After almost 20-25 mins i asked shilpa when will my session start she said 5mins sir & left. After 10-15 mins again i asked some other lady at reseption for the same she said 5-10mins sir. It was already past 1hr, after waiting i went to find shilpa who was just trying to hide after booking the package. After finding shilpa i asked her when will my session start she said we are sorry sir you session will start only after you wifes session will b done, because we have different rooms for different therapy and stuff, it annoyed me at that time because i clearly explained her before we want session around same time so we can be done together, but still i waited calmly. As soon as my wifes session was done, they asked helpers to fix some other machine in that room, to give session to some other lady. First i was told asap she will be done my session will start in that same room, i asked shilpa about the same and she said sir us room me koi aur machine lagi thi aapka usme nahi hoga, what the hell? Again she asked me just 2 mins sir we are making arrangements for u, and she to avoide us went outside chatting with another staff of yours we can see her through the door but she did not cared. I went out and asked her to refund my money back for my package as i was super annoyed, but she made excuses n then came inside just 2 mins sir we will arrange for u.
        Trying to arrange and hide herself she went to room behind just to avoide us.
        11:30 amto 3 pm are we fools waiting for thing which we paid for?
        I asked her to refund my money for my package and she aggreed to it, after calling the owner of the branch or who so ever, she said your refund will be made on tuesday 21/08/2018 maximum because they cant refund cash, it will come in my account and stuff. I said ok and left hoping my refund will come max tuesday or wednessday.
        Yesterday 21/08/2018 this lady shilpa called up and insted of appologising she said we did not expected this to happen and to compromise we can give you extra free session, i clearly said im sorry i want my refund back as i made my dessision i dont want to get my treatement done from such liers like you and i am not some one who you can bribe and feel we have done our job. She asked she will call me and tell exact time for refund, for that they never call i had to call 3 time to talk to shilpa, 1st they said she is on leve, i said i just had word with her few hrs back, on which they replyed she has left for the day and after talking to her the asked me to wait 15mins she will call & after my 2 more calls that lady called back.

        This lady manager shilpa has no sense to talk to customer, she just knows how to be sweet on face. Please make arrangements for my refund asap or il register an rti against this thief green park branch.
        Now past 2 days im calling kaya green park one answer is same shilpa is not available she is on leave past 3 day? And they will talk to her and inform about the same in some time

        Please resolve asap or it will hamper overall kayas name

        I am through ruckus because of Shilpa. She would not even recognise you once you are done with billings. Such inappropriate unprofessional employee and services at Kaya. Trying for refund since ages.

          laser packages q switch and hair removal

          I have spent a good 80k to 1 lakh on these laser treatments. I was burnt during my first laser hair removal. Since then i have been requesting to change the sessions into a prp. When i booked these sessions i was never told there is an expiry to these packages. Suddenly i am being told that all packages are valid only for few days till september and nothing can be done. They are not even giving me options for renewal. I booked in bangalore...

          need refund for the package, not satisfied with the services

          I took isb package from kaya at roughly 15000rs for 6 sessions. Out of 6 sessions, i had taken one session till now and i didn't find the session very useful. I started getting so many pimples after the procedure. Also, i am not satisfied with the service they provide. Even if you book prior appointment they let their customers wait for an hour.

          The main issue is i am getting pimples after laser treatment and it is not at...

          I have had the most unsatisfactory experience with kaya the past few days.
          I have always been quiet a loyal customer where in i would refer kaya to people.
          One such referral was my mother. She had pigmentation on her skin and i had asked her to visit kaya and that they would be able to help. However, what resulted was the most unpleasant experience for both my mother n me. Such that, all my trust in kaya has gone down the drain.
          So, dr haritha had seen my mom n suggested that she gi for the q switch laser along with prp treatment to get her skin looking young again. Since my mom was only interested in getting the scars away, n not uplifting any part of her skin, we decided to ditch prp n go for d q switch laser. After 3 sessions, and no results, my mom raised her concern with the doctor who replied that she had to go for prp treatment when clearly it made no sense as we wanted just the pigmentation to go. My mom felt, since this wasn't working, she would like to see the before & after picture to see if there was any difference but they called her after 3 days. On going there after 3 days, they made her wait for over an hour citing that the dr & the manager were busy. Why call her at a time when the doctor wouldn't be available? And over an hour wait? She called me to complain that all this rubbish service that she went for was because of me. N now i look bad for trusting kaya. Sadly i have a package there. Once im done with that package, it's going to be goodbye kaya! Never again!

            I had opted for laser hair removal. The session cost me about 55k for 6 session of only hands, legs and underarms. After charging this amount their prices fell down to 49k for full body... Despite this i never complained.. However in between my session i have made written complains (Email to kaya) that the sessions are ineffective and i see no improvement. Today post 6 sessions and repetitive complaints i am absolutely dissatisfied with the service and the complaint made and being ignored by kaya... I have wasted lots of time and energy in this..

              On approaching kaya for severe acne, blemishes and commodores, i was prescribed for 6 peels initially, which i'm left with one more to go. I was tirelessly, complaining the practitioner that i don't see an improvement over the blemishes, for 5 peels which they have had taken ample time for treatments, in the span of 3 months. I strongly feel it to be not a value for the money, i invested. I have one more peel to go and the practitioner has nothing to say, other than prescribing me for more peels. When a diagnosed, evaluated & prescribed treatment in 3 months consistently couldn't show any improvement, how would i go ahead for next peels? I request you to take my concern into consideration, at the end of the day, value is objective. Respect your client and their concerns.

                Being a loyal 4 yrs customer, when you enroll you are promised that being a maintainence client is very good and you have to payless with time. While less you know that there are sudden changes in packages like validity date which was never there even you were enrolled as client and then package pricing keeps changing everytime you visit.
                Also pls note i had to pay almost same as regular price just coz the requirement was not customized while the same principle then should be applied while taking payments as many times majority of parts are not operable but have been paid for so should be deducted basis actuals if similar principle is applied while taking payments. The worst part being when i mailed this to head office and customer care department after follow up i get revert that complaint has been forwarded to clinic team. I don't understand if i had got solution from clinic team why would i raise it only. And since then have got no revert. Also they boast of a relationship manager who being marked in mail but still never bothered to call me and understand if am facing an issue. Never expected such response being a loyal customer leave aside new people who are there.

                Hi team, I like your response but I got a very adamant customer care revert on mail which is very generic and nowhere answering my query and saying that we regret inconvenience and our pricing is very fair and that's it. Really this you call customer service and no courtesy to even understand the concern and then take a informed view on it?
                Really surprised to read the same as am coming from customer centric company and expected atleast an effort to address customer concern before promptly boasting of fair pricing, had that been I would have never raised it?

                Okay will wait for the call as i do not rely on customer care mail id for any support now as even if they don't have a solution for me, they did not even bother to call & understand my concern which never happened in past so am surprised to see such response despite of my multiple follow up mails. It only shows that they dont bother to revert.
                Also would request you to see why there is this support called "relationship manager" kept as despite of my msg to her i received no revert or call to help me in this situation.
                My name is Shivani Khandelwal & right now am taking service in Kolkata Loudon Street centre fyi. I still do not see any issue of clinic team here as this is central policy or change.

                  I called to book an appointment last week they said they will confirm they never conformed then i called again they said they cannot give me one whole day they will do half on one day then half on the next day. They gave me an appointment of 2pm to 5pm on 31st july i was there by 2 they made me wait for 1.5 hours then said they can only do one thing as there is just 1 hour left i told them to give me an appointment for tomorrow and finish the whole thing tomorrow after a long talk they gave me an appointment at 2:30 for 1st august and then at 11am they message me their machine is not working and they dont have staff today so they have to cancel i called them from a different number and name they gave an appointment at that number but personal messaged me from some no. To cancel mine and they are very rude

                    Hi i am setlin here
                    In 2016 i hve paid for your q switched laser package which consists of 6 sessions in your anna branch. At that time i got the assurance from your staff that there is no expiry date for this package.. I was told that i am able to use it even after 40 yrs if i want.. I hve made use of 3 sessions; the last one was in september 2016. As my marks hve gone after 3 sessions my remaining ones were pending.

                    Now last wk i got a message from your company saying that my q switched laser service is going to get expired in september 2018, which is totally against your promise. I hve made enquiries in anna nagar branch and asked them to extend the period at least for 1 more year so that i can make use of the service when needed.
                    I hve paid 33500 for 6 sessions and i value my money and i hope your company ll value their costumers and the management ll not put costumers through any hardships..

                    Please try to go through my grevience and respond to me at the earliest with a positive reply. Please try to keep up the trust i hve in kaya.

                      I am shailja gandhi & i am kaya skin clinic client from last 10 years.

                      I want to raise complaint against shubhra saraswat, ex-manager at kaya clinic at sector 15, crown plaza faridabad. I had booked lower face lazor package & i was promised 2 complementary sitting with this package. Looks after she has left kaya, i have nowhere to approach as existing team is denying me the package.

                      I feel like cheated. I please let me know next course of action here.

                        I have mailed several times regarding my complaint against them. There is no hair removal. They gave 2 free sessions for which i even paid 1000rs i want complete refund. Or else i will sue you kaya. My skin is having problems because of your carelessness. Even my friend got all the burns on her face. You are comfortable cheating people you can see the consequences if you want to go on like this.

                          I went to kaya skin clinic hrbr kalyan nagar Bangalore for acne treatment and spent around 40k but I hv got no results still pimples are coming n leaving marks. They did chemical peeling which burnt my skin n marks r thr for so long more than 6 months. Now I hv laser 4 sessions pending and they told me it will get lapsed by Oct 2018. Without any cure how m I supposed to take the laser. I hv just wasted my money. The doctor instead treating me with other possible way just try to sell thr own products. I hv been cheated. Now I m consulting another doctor who is really very good. I can see lil difference in just a week. Kaya is just a waste. Just want to grab money but no results. I want my full refund if possible. Or just extend the laser sessions for 2 more years. Coz I don't live in Bangalore n I can't travel frequently.

                            I wanted to convert my few services to facials. The total amount was aproximately 11, 500. But in a weeks time it got down to Rs. 9, 500. The reason cited was one of my sitting lapsed. Being a client of Kaya for last 10 years, I have not heard of this so called facility (of lapsing) and on the top of it no body cares to inform you about the same. I have been following up with the Faridabad branch from last 4 months and I have not got a response from them. I think one more service would have lapsed since then. I have also contacted the mumbai head office, but in vein. Can you please look into this matter on priority basis.

                              Would like to bring to your notice non supportive and non customer friendly behavior of Kaya Skin Clinic Rajouri Garden New Delhi. I took consultation at Kaya Rajouri Garden on 07/07/2018 regarding my skin and on their doctor's suggestion I bought few skin products of around 4000rs from them which they promised would suit my skin and help me improving my skin. However after using those products just for once I realized that products are not suitable for my skin and I am getting negative effects from them so I stopped using them and visited Kaya again on 14/07/2018 and explained them the situation and asked for a refund for all the products but they bluntly refused to return my money and said products once sold can't be returned. I was not told about this condition at the time of purchase. I then asked for an exchange and suggested them to take the products back and give me services in place of that however I was denied that as well. After an endless argument I asked for the manager on duty's identity and she refused to tell me her name and said lodge a complaint against kaya Skin Clinic and not me and they even removed their name badges so that I can not get to know about their names.

                              The entire staff at Kaya Rajouri Garden was very unsupportive and un professional. The institution is only a money making house and they are least bothered about customer satisfaction. I told them that I will take them to consumer court and they were shameless to tell me to do whatever I wish to. I have exprienced one horrible incident of my life by visiting Kaya and would like to warn others about their pathetic products and would like to save many like me to be trapped by their cheap tactics. Please do not visit Kaya ever in your life.

                              I would request consumer forum to take action on them and help me get my money back from them.

                              I did not receive any e mail from them, however I received a call back from their head office from a number ( 9323105656 ) and the girl said let me check from the respective branch and will get back to me and it has been two days and no one has called back.

                              Would like to bring to everyone's notice that following is the reply i received from Kaya. I seriously don't understand is this the kind of customer service a customer expects. If I have purchased something from Kaya is that such a big task to get the money refunded.

                              This is further to your concerns raised through the consumer forum website.

                              We regret to inform you that we are unable to honor your request for a refund on the purchased products as this is beyond our terms and conditions. All T&Cs are mentioned on the invoice shared at the time of billing.

                              Further, we regret to note that your experience with one of the Kaya products was less than satisfactory, however you will agree that when your concerns were highlighted to the clinic doctor, our doctor conducted a patch test for the same product to identify any concerns but none were detected.

                                I'm highly disappointed with the inefficiency of kaya pusa road. I have been calling for 2 weeks continuously requesting them to transfer my phone no. From one to another. They told me to out mail. I have done the same thrice. Apart from that continuously calling and requesting them but they're not paying any heed. They have still not done the needful.
                                Again n again same answer that they will talk to their manager and will call me back. But again no reply from their side.
                                I have taken full body laser package.. They have taken all advance also. And look wat they're doing now.
                                Highly disappointed.
                                Won't recommend you anymore.
                                Although i have been so loyal customer of yours since 2004.

                                  unprofessional behaviour by dr parul kaya peddar road

                                  Im a client with kaya pedder road since 2 years. I have had a chance to meet different doctors and all of them have been very kind and professional.
                                  But today 2nd of july 2018 it was not the case.
                                  My maintenance sessions are going on and my regular therapist got shifted to another branch. They assigned a new therapist to me who had no clue about my case.

                                  After waiting for 15 mins dr parul entered the room and...

                                  I have been availing Kaya services for "Purifying acne treatment' and it has led to brown spots all over my face. Another dermatologist said these are cases of burnt skin. This is causing me emotional trauma and also additional expenses to get it sorted. I want Kaya to refund my money and compensate for the additional expenses towards remedying it.
