I visit kaya regularly. One of my session which was scheduled on 29th novbut because i was out of town i couldnt avail that
Since 15th jan i am asking them for this last session but they havent arranged yet
Also my last left session is for bikini but my sole purpose for taking kaya session was to reduce my facial hair (Which has apparently not been reduced yet even after taking maintennace sessions)
Now i want to convert my bikini session to face (Which means side logs, upperlips and chin) where as bimla from kaya galleria told me that i can't take chin because in face only side logs and upper lips will be covered.
I know that my face nearly takes about 40-50 mins where as bikins takes nearly more than 2+ hrs.
Still they aren't allowing me to take face session instead of bikini.
I definitely think it's unfair and they only want to gain unncessary money instead of looking at the requirement of your client.
This is definitely something expected from brand like, kaya.

    I wanted to do facial hair reduction treatment. Staff told me the is some offer going on go for full body. I took the advice. I had only two sessions and now they are saying only 1 is left whereas i was promised 6. Wat is use of investing lakhs of amount over the yrs where they are just fooling and cry for. Giving apointment
    They first cry out for appointment then make the work so slow nd kill our time. Also the is no female doctor at kaya adhyar clinic

      The clinic at galleria market gurgaon is only concerned about meeting their sales targets and cheating and misguiding their customers. The clinic managers (Kavita and chanda) are also of no help. They only know how to make money. I had paid full amount for the package but later in between the sessions i was informed that there is a pending payment and without clearing the pending payment i cannot consume those sittings. It happens with me twice. I had to pay unnecessarily extra money. Even after paying extra money my packages were deleted. I have no option left other than filing dispute with the bank and taking legal action against them

        Visited the indiranagar bangalore branch yesterday, i had a voucher of rs.1000. When i asked them to redeem it on a clean up they said they cannot because there is a difference amount of rs.10. Just for 10rs can such a reputed and big organisation loose a client?? Is this is what you inculcate in your employees?
        I have been a regular client since 2010 - 8 years of a valuable customer who is now in the gold level since i have paid...

        I have been using kaya service for quite sometime now. However, on tuesday 19th december, during the peel service, which has some acidic ingredients, left multiple scars on my face. This is absolutely not acceptable. They tried to give some medicines / ointments when i visited them the next day, but that does not take away the gross negligence of the doctor and the unit on that day.
        Now these scars will go with time, but i want heavy compensation from kaya so that they improve their internal processes accordingly to bring in better control and training of their staff.

          I had visited kaya skin clinic louden street kolkata. Betucian vishali singh was there to take my session, she was behaviouing with me very casual, like her friend not a client, even she is using tum to address me her behaviour was so much casual towards me, even she forgot to apply mask by the end of session, she applied it after my reminder. After the session i had asked for feedback book she told me that u will got link through message and there you can give your feedback, but i didn't get any link.
          Please trend your betucian to be professional and polit towards client, i am visiting kaya from last 7 year and except a good gesture from all of your employees.

            I underwent full body laser treatment and paid 1 lakh for the same. Instead of hair reduction my facial hair has increased and skin texture has deteriorated.
            Earlier i had flawless skin and now there are rashes and acne. I have undergone more than 20 sittings for face and the facial hair has become thick specially in chin area.

            Its ridiculous treatment by Kaya to its customers. On 24th Dec. they have written that they will give a call soon, its been over a month but i have not got any call. Whats the point of raising issue when you don't intend to call and solve it

              I want to share my experience with kaya clinic, pacific mall, subhash nagar, delhi

              I visited the centre on 17 nov after taking a web appointment. I was interested in taking laser hair removal treatment for upper lips. The centre manager, paramjeet quoted a price of rs. 12, 990 and when i requested her to check if any discount was possible, she told me rs. 9093 for 6 sessions. I took a trial session and told param as well as the therapist (Shabana) that i will come after a month for my first session.

              On 17 dec i got a system generated reminder message from kaya for my appointment. I called the centre to check 2 things 1) shabana's availability as i felt comfortable with her during the trial session 2) price (9093 for 6 sessions). The girl (Jyoti) who answered my call confirmed both the things.

              When i reached the centre, paramjeet told me that the price would be 12, 990 and not 9, 093 because the offer was valid for the month of nov.in my earlier conversation she never mentioned the validity of the offer. Neither did she ask me to make any payment on 17 nov when i said i will come for my first session in dec (One month after the trial session). I feel cheated by your staff - both paramjeet and jyoti. Jyoti atleast acknowledged her mistake but paramjeet is very rude and doesn't know how to handle prospective clients. She kept lying that she told me that the offer was valid till 30 november.

              When i said i want to complain to your senior, she said 'aapko jo karna hai kar lo. Main hi head hu yahan ki. Customer care pe baat kar lo. Google pe review likh lo.'

              Is this how a client should be treated? This is the world of customer satisfaction/ client happiness and your so called centre head doesn't even know how to talk.

              Please take an action and let me know.

                I have been using Kaya Cochin programs from 2016 to 2018. I had also happily referred 2 individuals to Kaya who has used their programs. As per Kaya referral policies I am bound to get 3000rs to my Kaya account which I had to go back and forth for months to get this amount. And finally they credited the same into my account in Nov 2018. A day after, I get a message saying these points were used against some payment that was pending on a session I had taken in 2016, which I had already paid for. I had visited the Cochin store numerous times for doctors visits and booking sessions and never once mentioned of any dues, didnt even bother to contact and ask before deducting this amount. Upon emailing and calling the customer care a number of times, they also have not been able to help or call back. They say according to their computers I had some dues to pay for sessions that I had already paid in 2016. In 2016, I had used one of their services and as per their offers I had already paid for these sessions in complete. The things I hate the most is being lied to and cheated. I clearly object people questioning my integrity and so raising this complaint against Kaya, holding the Cochin team and the so called 'COMPUTERs' responsible for all loses. As I have come to see, the staff members keep changing every time and there is no proper flow/or handover in operations, and fraudulent behavior like this happen. I am kept on a very long wait by kaya over this and am totally devastated. I need Kaya to sort this out and put into writing that these issues on their end has nothing to do with me. Moving forward I expect them to help me with my ongoing and/if any new programs in the future with complete decency and accuracy starting with crediting back my referral money and clearing all false dues which they put over my name.

                Hi Kaya, time is a crucial factor and I am hoping to get a response sooner. I don't expect this issue to age like wine; and of course lose track; Especially when money is involved. Still waiting for a call from SQT, What is taking long. Is it the strain of speaking with a customer after fraud, or is this a usual scenario where you cheat your customers and wait for them to file a suit. Im definitely losing patience.

                I still have not received any sort of call, email or communication from KAYA. I hope you could interfere by taking a speedy action on this. While I have also discussed this with my LA and it's better to file now and wait than to waste over wait time.

                  Hello, i have availed kaya - instaclarity laser and peel-advanced service for rs 35000 from kaya skin clinic-sector 18 noida. I have undergone 12 sessions in total in 4 months. But after the completion of sessions, i have not got atleast 20 percent of result, instead my skin become more worse and getting severe acne. This is so depressing as after so much commitmentts by kaya representative and spending too much money, i get no results and skin becomes worse a (You can see the pictures taken by them). After talking with manager over their, they said you can take some other treatments which were costing around 45000. They are simply fooling people. I am highly disappointed by the services. Therefore i request you to kindly provide me the refund as i am no more interested in taking any kind of service from kaya.

                    Dear kaya,
                    I took a treatment to reduce pigmentation on my face in jubilee hills kaya. When i started taking treatment initially it was fine but later on i dontknow what they had done on my face i started getting pimples over my face which i never got pimples in my entire life till now. I told those doctors and employees who are working there but they are very least bothered about this, they are not responding on this, they say all stupid reasons which are not acceptable at all.
                    I raised a complaint, dropped a mail to kaya but i didnt get any reapond. Still i have some sessions but still i dont get any call from kaya branch where i m takimg treatmemt. When we visit kaya they say all stupid treatments which are not at all useful for us and they take so much money from us and when we get some issues like they do not even respond. I am pretty sure i got pimples because of the treatment only. Now my face entire face got spoiled so i want immediate solution for this. Kindly respond.                       I took a treatment from kaya knadivali, first they promised that dark spots will go take 6 sessions for 3 areas aftr 2 treatment never got call for appoinment took 80, 000, only the dr and few staff members are good, dr renuka just promised and tries to manipulate that we never promise100% result but not even 50% percent result i got, for taking money they call 100 times after that not single call asin we beg them for appoinment aftr paying 80, 000, was waiting butsince 2 months no call nothing, if i wanted i would haveasked for refund but wanted results and only for dr ruchita i go there but very dissapointed by other staff who just try to make you fool.

                        I vagdevi k took 12 kaya maintenance laser package for 6 body parts “each”, they sold it by saying it as a life time package from kaya – safdarjung later it shifted to kaya-green park. I have been a kaya customer for more than 10 years now. They kept a file of my maintenance sittings and they use to take a signature in that file. I used only 5-6 of my sessions and that to some of my body parts.in 2015 when i went to the clinic they told that my file is missing.

                        Later on i complained to kaya – mumbai then they revived some of my packages. I asked them many time to send my file to kaya-gurgaon. It is always easy to keep transparency before the client. Kaya is a big brand then how these kinds of frauds are happening at kaya. It is really a shame to kaya brand.
                        But now also they did not revived my 7 of full arms and 7 of full legs package.

                        I have been back of them since last 8 months of the revival of my packages. But they are so annoyingly doing the activities.. Since last 8 months i have been mailing to kaya – mumbai for my missing laser sittings which was not updated in my account instead of that they updated the payments which i don’t have to pay. Now as the highlight they updated the packages of full arms as balance 12831 rs and legs 52, 000rs.

                        After giving a complaint for sure somebody will call but later on they won’t do any updates regarding our complaints.
                        Their attitude is really pathetic. I am really fed up with their way of working with the clients.

                          I was given a false aptmnt to visit a Dermatologist today at 1:30pm at Kaya Clinic Alipore.I was reminded of my aptmnt at regular intervals.I got clear msg from Kaya in the morning abt my apptmnt.As I visited the clinic I was told dermatologist is not avlbl today.It was really disappointing to see such ethics from Kaya.I trusted the brand and covered nearly 250kms to make a visit..Thnx Kaya Clinic Alipore for the harrasment u caused me.Sushil Tewari.[protected]

                            I sent the below mail to help on online purchase. But haven't got any response from them.

                            The product delivered by you cannot be opened. The jar just cannot be opened. So basically the amount spent on this cream has gone useless. I took it to the nearby kaya jayanagar stores to get it opened, assuming that there could be a particular technique to open. However, they just said it cannot be opened as its a packaging issue. Also, since i have bought it online they cant give me an exchange too.

                            Kindly consider for an exchange request as the product cannot be used. Faulty packing issue is the problem!

                              I had joined the kaya packages ii not 2004 and started adding packages one by one for laser hair removal. They signed me up saying it’s a “lifetime”
                              Package which means i get to do maintenance on and off when the “treatment is over “
                              And this maintenance is free. Now they tell me the offer is revoked and i need to pay. I’d like to file a complaint for false sales and not keeping their promise

                                I came for hair remove permanently. After 4 point, i got more hair grown it's not removed permanently...

                                I paid 70, 000 for face grow and hair remove permanently...

                                I hate kaya clinic. They say in 6 month hair removed permanently. But it's not happen after that they will come back say you need more time like 10 to more and there will take money...

                                  I have obtained laser treatment at kaya.
                                  Due to face laser treatment i have developed open pores pimples on my face since past five months.
                                  Request you to consider this as urgent since i have an upcoming wedding event in a span of 2 months before which i would require a permanent solution.

                                    prp procedure went wrong on my face

The dermatologist over there spoiled my face and this prp remained a dark black scar below lip and now i have my engagement coming on next week this mark takes minimum of two weeks to go as it’s very dark and half peanut size... I am very unhappy for this and i wanna stop this sessions and want my money refund now...!! This is disgusting kaya... You should have experienced...

                                    I did so many mails and call to kaya care but they are even not replying on any single mail.
                                    1) i visited kaya for marks and pigmentation reduction, dr. And team suggested me to take chemical peel and q switch laser combination treatment, however i was only willing for peel but they convinced me to go for laser as well with no side effect and kaya is a brand, so i did whole payment of more than 30000 and initiated my treatment.

                                    2) they started with first chemical peel session, it was good and my marks got a bit lighter with shiny skin.
                                    Next session they gave q switch laser session. With this session i got so many pimples on my face and my skin became full of acne and pimples and i got another marks which was not in the starting of treatment. I notified about my condition to helpdesk and clinic staff. They assured me to cure this and given me black peel instead of cosmo peel as my second session of peel and that acne peel did nothing to my pimples that was popped due to laser. I wasted my one peel session in which i suppose to take cosmo peel for marks reduction not for acne that is coming due to your laser treatment.

                                    3) again they gave me 2nd laser session and same thing happened with me and to subside pimples they gave me black peel for acne which was totally waste as nothing did for acne. Then 3rd time instead of giving laser they gave me same acne peel as my acne was not in control but the same nothing was effective. They were just wasting my sessions for the reason which was even not my reason or aim to come kaya.

                                    These were side effect of laser treatment which should be subside by any additional therapy or any other substitute rather than using the services from my package only.

                                    4) now only 1 peel and 3 laser remaining and i didn't get any effect or marks reduction even my skin became worse and got new marks on face due to side effect of laser treatment and not getting proper care and cure for this from kaya. Even doctor also didn't bother about their patient condition and just completing sessions as you people take all the payment in advance so why you would bother for this. Staff also treats so carelessly.

                                    5) i became totally fed up with all this behaviour and not satisfied with treatment as i earlier told you my aim for initiating treatment in kaya was marks and pigmentation reduction which was not accomplished.
                                    For my each and every concern they just say "mam kaya is a brand and you are in brand so dont worry, your skin in our hands". But their statement is not getting fulfilled as my treatment is about to finish.
                                    So kindly request you to refund my amount as your treatment was not worth for me.
                                    I just feel cheated got worst skin from your clinic instead of shiny and clear skin.

                                    It has been aprox 20 days since i mailed to Kaya but not getting any positive response..how irresponsible behaviour they are showing. It seems they are not at all interested in entertaining their customer as they have already taken all the amount of Rs 30000. I want refund of my amount atleast for remaining services which i have not availed till yet as treatment is not effective for me.
