Hello, please let me know how to get a defective Kelvinator Refrigerator returned if it still under comprehensive warranty? I have purchased a Kelvinator refrigerator last December (2020) and it nowhere close to a working condition, and I have lodged these two complaints [protected], [protected] and they have done nothing on the complaints and just sent one person over and over again who came and adjusted the temperature regulator, the issue remained the same.

When my wife got in a call w/ somebody he misbehaved and buying more time. We have been advised to forget the issue and has been advised that the issue is seasonal. I did not see any Kelvinator engineer so far, all they have sent a local dealership guy. Details can be found below.

I had bought a kelvinator fridge 3 days back . It stopped working from yesterday onwards. It has highly disappointed my expectations about the product.

We purchase a freeze on 8 july 2021 but on this month near about 12 aug freeze automatically destroyed in inner side your technician come in my house for solve the query but no revert given by technician, just one month complete to purchase the freeze dear sir plz resolve my issue and repair/ replace the door .the technoician name is sukhvinder from bathinda me annd my husband was sleeping when this incident happened now in this matter not our fault

My Refrigerator is not working

Door not fitting and defrost button not working

It’s not cooling as expected it’s look like it has some problem please fix it as soon as possible.

My electorlux kelvinator 175 lit. fridge having model ALPHA, not cooling and also compressor is not getting started.

Hiii I have to purchase kelvinator fridge the Name Mr Anil kumar last November 2020 i n Uttar pradesh. Still 6 months are not used that kelvinator fridge are not cool I ve to complain the service center mr akash is come to my home damage my fridge and say your fridge was replace within week but last one months spent not any action is it.

Last 1 months are left but Mr Shushil kumar and Mr Alok chandra Area Sales manager of kelvinator reliance group are said only when store are open I see that ..why should I purchase freez if no one can resolve my problem within two days. I put fridge I to flame ..

Freezee part is working but the main freeze part is not working so please resolve this problem

my freez model is kfl224/2009. This is single door freez. Some mosquito is regulery coing in freez from gate. Gate rubber is also damaged. Kindly short my my problem,

1. Want change gate rubber
2. Light not working in freez
3.Handle also require

BRAND NEW REFREGRATOR bought no one in chennai is ready to install no one in kelvinator chennai is ready to talk. really such a nice old company kelvinator is spoiled. they says Relience has bought Kelvinator company after that no one instrested working. it was a big mistake that purchased Relience product.
I sincearly request other people please don't waste your money if it is Relience based, because Relience customer care says India people are waste to serve.
really relience should not insult Indians like this .

On 23 may 2021 I purchased 95 lts refrigerator. After installation and stary up it is observed ice formation in freezer. Even we kept controller in minimum position. Kindly advise.
