I have kelvinator lake prime 7.2 kg of washing machine. There is no service center, there is no spare parts. Nothing is there.

          I have bought kelvinator freeze in 2017. Compressor have warranty but company person and customer care telling no warranty. They are doing fraud with customer. Pls help us regarding it. Never buy any kelvinator product because they do fraud name of warranty.

                My kelvinator fridge is in warranty and it is making a clicking sound and cooling effect has gone. I am looking for kelvinayor customer care number but not getting anywhere, the available one is not valid or not working. Kindly help soon with this complaint.

                Motor is not working. Refrigerator sounds alot and cooling system is very low. My refrigerator is in warranty period and hopes my complaint will be placed soon

                  My compressor of the refrigerator is under warranty period and it's creating a lot of noise from last one week. Kindly request you to do the needfull to resolve the issue as it is under warranty and i could not find any contact number for your kelvinator so that i could discuss the issue with you.                     I have purchase kelvinator refrigerator on 18-02-18 they said 10yrs warranty on it bt suddenly stopped working after 1yr so i have complain many times bt they jst ignore so i complain in consumer forum complain no-1793635 so they told first in inform u then u will not take any action i will go court...

                      Dear team

                      We have purchased kelvinator air cooler KWC 51, on 28th May 2019.
                      After one month we found that the air cooler is not running with low speed, we made complaint in the purchase shop ( alankar electric and co Karur 639001 )

                      They assigned engineer he has replaced the motor stating the coil is problem, he has not given any acknowledgement for the same - changing process.

                      After 5 days again the motor is not running it's gets stuck we need to rotate the motor hub then only it's running ( same task to be done by switching the button )

                      It's risky for my life to do this.

                      Is this really worth product .??
                      The service is not replacing the motor now.??

                      Escalate the issue and do the needful

                        Regarding kelvinator tower fan purchased from j j jain ranchi invoice no 50

                        Dear sir
                        I had purchased the above tower fan on 25th september 2017 from j j jain 11 j. J. Road upper bazaar ranchi 834001.. My above fan is not working i contacted jj jain on 2nd september 2019 but the shop is not there and on visiting i was told its closed..
                        I am lodging this complaint that my warranty is valid till 25th september 2019. Hence would request you to get my complaint attended and get the fan replaced as per warranty terms. I am attaching the copy of invoice and warranty card for your ready reefrence.

                        An early response in the matter will be highly appreciated.

                                    I purchased a kelvinator single door fridge on 10.3.2017. The product came with a 4 years compressor warranty. Its been a month that the fridge started giving problems. It stops every now and then, then it again starts as per its own wish. I called up a service person who said there is problem with the compressor but they wont accept any warranty. Now the compressor is not working. I want you to replace it and make my fridge working again. Its giving a lot of problem as hot summers without fridge is a huge problem. I purchased the product from flipkart.

                                        Complain closed on 10 april. But problem is as it is. Many times contacted and reached to service centre but they are not helping at all. Mukesh is the person who repaired fridge but it became in vain after one week. I went to service center faridabad sector 16a many times but always ignore my complain. We have to face many problems.
