We have purchased kelvinator air cooler KWC 51, on 28th May 2019.
After one month we found that the air cooler is not running with low speed, we made complaint in the purchase shop ( alankar electric and co Karur 639001 )
They assigned engineer he has replaced the motor stating the coil is problem, he has not given any acknowledgement for the same - changing process.
After 5 days again the motor is not running it's gets stuck we need to rotate the motor hub then only it's running ( same task to be done by switching the button )
It's risky for my life to do this.
Is this really worth product .??
The service is not replacing the motor now.??
Escalate the issue and do the needful
