Dear sir/madam

I have brought a refigerator of kelvinator but its not cooling at all from past 3months. I have already contact the retailer where i brought the product and he told me that he contacted the service centre 2months ago. He already contacted the service centre twice but there are no respone from the other side and they are not sending anyone to chec. Kindly resolve the issue

मेरा नाम अभिनव प्रकाश चौबे है मैं उत्तर प्रदेश के चंदोली जिले के शक्तियां नगर पंचायत का रहने वाला हूं मैंने 26 मई 2016 को शिवम इंटरप्राइजेज एक कैबिनेट रेफ्रिजरेटर हरिदास दिन तक शुरु में ठीक चला लेकिन एक साल बाद इसमें प्रॉब्लम आने लगे तुमने कंप्लेन किया तो उस टाइम गैस लीकेज की प्रॉब्लम थी जिसे सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा साल किया गया और टक्स लेकर अभी तक कुछ न कुछ उसमें समाचार आती है या कॉलिंग ठीक से नहीं कर पाता है और अभी हाल में ही इसका कंप्रेसर नहीं काम कर रहा है अतः मैं शिकायत दर्ज करा रहा हूं मेरे शिकायत पर संख्या लेते हुए कार्रवाई किया जाए।

I am purchase new refrigerator of kelvinator company on dated 20 may 2016. When i purchased it gaurantee period of that product is 5 years replacement of compressor. But before 8-10 monts the compressor was failde that time i approach to seller he say complaint to online module. I am completing to online before 6 month till now no any one attending my complaint.

The office had purchased one refrigerator (Kelvinator ref model 170 liter) on 14/03/2016 from lp electronics (O) pvt. Ltd college square, cuttack odisha on 14/03/2018. I am sorry to inform you that, due to some mechanical problems the same has been (Refrigerator) fully damaged by burning as well as damage of office files and records also. So i am requesting you to kindly depute your representative for sport inquiry & replace the refrigerator at earliest.

Hello sir,
We bought kelvinator ac from sri vyjayanthi agencies, nellore in march 2018. The product is not working properly from the starting and we are not satisfied with it, so we called and visited directly the agency where we bought the product for servicing, but they are not giving proper response for us and not sending anyone to do servicing. We are not happy with the agency more than the product.

I had launched a complaint to the customer care about my washing machine two months ago.However, the services are the worst.Service person visited 2-3 times and couldn't fix the problem and when i called him to tell me about the progress he didn't pic the call. I am very disappointed with the services of kelvinator and never going to buy any product from this brand.

Fridge does not cooling however electric shows into the fridge. A part (Relax olp) has been changed by your rep on 08.10.18 amounting to rs. 818/- has been paid, till then fridge is not working properly and create problem. A rep also attend on 26.10.2018, but he does not do any thing and problems does not solve. I m very shocked how ur rep has done his work which create problem within a week. I m very thankful i[censored]r rep (Very much expert) may visit and to see/solve the defect.

Writing u this mail regarding my kelvinator refrigerator which had been defected from last 1 month and we complain many times and called customer care to repair it... then once came to check and said tht compressor needs to change but after that whenever i call them they simply disconnect the call. we tried to cordinate to the shop from where i bought fridge they are also not coperating ..they simply said tht " its wastage now through it to salvage " this is a answer we get whenever we try to contact them they simply said we cant do anything you may contact directly to company...

I had purchased a kelvinator fridge model number kw204ptyr, serial number[protected] on 26th april 2015 from sanjay electronics, tax invoice cum:17107.

My fridge stop cooling on 28th sep 2018 and so i registered complaint on[protected] on 29th sep 2018 and reference number is tha[protected]. On 1st oct technician visited and after checking he said that the compressor requires gas re-filling. On 04th october when the another technician came and tried to fill gas he found that the compressor is faulty and it needs to be replaced. When i call the service centre on 5th oct they said they will replace the compressor in 3 days as it is in warranty or when ever they get the compressor from the company.

I called customer care today ie.11oct18 they said they say we only register complaint, we don't know when the part will come. Service centre mobile number does not go through. Please assist.

Since may2015 my washing machine was giving a problem of noise when it comes in a spin mode i made a complaint to kelvinator customer care and technician visited n suggested washing machine to be taken to workshop as cracks were there on tub n have to b replace they took to workshop n delivered back after one week again same problem was there again we complaint to customer care again they took to workshop for repairs n after one week they delivered n we were told that problem is rectified but same problem was there. And this time technician had visited n checked n told that the is having cracks. We told them they told us that they have replaced the tub. He told they just done patch work by filling the cracks n suggested that again you'll have send to workshop he told us that they will collect it once the tub is available on 28aug2018 they took to workshop for replacement but still my washing machine is lying in workshop the workshop people dont take our calls we have to call from different numbers but still nothing has been done

I am facing e6 error coming in my ac. So it was resolved by a technician from kelvinator and he said that there is a leakage in ac and he did some correction and filled the gas. But after 15 days again i am having the same issue and facing e6 error.

After completing the 1 year and waranty exceeds the ac does not work fir e2 eerorr come then e6

After a year completing, its giving me error. It's a worst product

As my fridge is not working and i had registered a compliant the serviceman told that you have to change compressor it would take a week now it has been more than a week till today my fridge is not repaired. So just see to it on urgent basis and serviceman took 2500 rs also that it will be repaired.

I have already registered a complaint with customer care on 22 aug 2018 with mobile no. [protected] for kalvinator fridge not cooling, two visits were done by engineer first the replaced PCB which cost me 2800₹, then in second visit they replaced compressor wchich was in warranty though but the still charged me 1500₹ for gas!! And finally fridge is in same condition as it was on first day. Its been more then ome month but no one comes now complain is still in open state!!

This is to inform you that i had purchased kelvinator refrigerator. Since i had bought the product it's not working properly. Now the compressor in not working need to replace. So i company technician came and inspect said compressor need to be changed and more than 15 days work has not been done instead of taking follow up on daily basis.
They says that they don't have part whenever they will receive from company they will replace. Its more than 15daya. When i ask number for follow up they gave number which had already left the job. Toll free mentioned in website not working. Nagpur area manager says he left the job. As kelvinator is closing.
We are middle class people we are managing without refrigerator last 15 days. I need to be repaired my fridge as soon as possible. Details mentioned below by which complaint has been registered in name of gulbano parekh nagpur. Kindly help.

Dear fellow i javin kharod purchase a washing machine of kelvinator wm kt6012rg fau on 14.11.2013 worth rs. 12000rs from bela vision vadodara invoice number 1193 and order number 9172a my humble request to you please change the worst & ever worst these washing machine of kelvinator piece because including tub it's circuit internal part and internal wiring are absolutely not working every major part are such a bad qulity we expanses a lot average machine life is 14 year but these machine stop to work in just 5 year despite of in our family we are just 3 person is there song my request to replace the machine or send some qualified employee of kelvinator to resolve the issue for propare and safe working otherwise i go for consumer court to delivered a worst product

Fridge is not switching on whenever we are swicthbon the fridge. Main mcb is getting a trip off. Please resolve my problem... And compressor is within warranty period. I think it is may be the cause of compressor failure. I had tried to call your customer care toll free number but it doesn't connect. Sir please provide me your customer care contact number.

Scine i have purchased the product its not giving cooling i had complaints many times regarding this matter but every times the person came did not do any thing... I have a kelvinator cooler. I have purchased the same on dated 19/04/2018 . But now this is not working condition. For this I have contacted the service centre but they have not respond. The service centre authority regularly concocting me. Please find the attachment of invoice.
I request to you to arrange your authorized mechanic for servicing.

I am from Anjar-Kutch, Gujarat, I had purchased Kelvinator fridge Model No. RECKRP185TWT-FDB Serial No.[protected] from your dealer Kunal Elcetronics Anjar-kutch, Gujarat as per Bill No. 174 dated[protected].
I had purchased kelvinator fridge 3 years back and it's compressor is not working which is under warranty period.
I had contected to kelvinator dealer Kunal Elctronics at Anjar-kutch.
He contected to us Mr. Nilambhai your company representative. He was visited at may home and replace compressor complain to you through mobile as on dated 27/07/2018 of your sms No. AHM[protected].
Mr. Nilambhai says to me as on dated 23/08/2018 your compressor reached at ahmedabad. your dealer and representative dose not answer to us proper way.
I also talking call with customer care as on dated[protected] he says to me waiting for 24 hrs. but after 24 hrs dose not from you any answer to me.
I request you take this matter very seriously otherwise I will go to the consumer court and claim all the damages.
