Dear sir/ma;am,
Greetings for the day!!
It is to bring to your notice that kenstar ksz5, ws1-mda split ac (1.5 ton, 5 star rating, white, aluminium) b01nd15fcx with invoice no - hr-sdeg[protected] dated june, 4 2017 was purchased
This ac is causing serious inconvenience. It hardly cools the rooms and stops functioning after every few minutes. An error named e6 gets displayed on ac & then the functioning stops. Initially at the time of installing also we faced issues.. Thrice person had come to install the ac properly.. After that 5 to 6 times complaint has been filed over the phone.
But to our disappointment no one has been able to resolve the issue. Everytime the concerned person comes to resolve & goes back quoting gas leakage as the problem. No one has been able to resolve the issue completely.
Its been almost 4 months.. During peak summers when ac is required the most, we faced such trouble.. Buying ac was of no use to us..
Kindly take immediate action.. Now we request you to replace the ac.
An immediate answer is expected. Failure on the part of your team will force us to take serious action

    Hi,

    I bought knestar 25 ltrs storage geyser in oct 2016.
    On 18th aug a complaint was raised by me for geyser not working for which reference no i relieved was (Gha[protected]). Service was done on 29th aug. On the next day when i switched on the geyser there was a loud sound inside it so i again raised a complaint. My earlier request was reopened and service was done on 4th sept. At that time service executive told me not to raise complaints frequently because company will raise concerns. I think he is unable to do the service properly.

    I could feel current flowing in my hot water tap. Today in morning which i went again to switch on the geyser there was loud sounds inside it. So i have removed the plug now.
    I request you to take serious actions again the service executive as he was unable to perform his duties. And due to his negligence someone in my family could have got hurt.
    I hope my issue will be resolved asap

    hi,

    This is to raise my concern and complain for geysers i purchased of kenstar brand. i have purchased 3 geysers on 17th oct 2017 and within span of 3 Months two of the 15lts geysers strated dripping water from inside of the intake pipe

    i have called customer service and got no response, also i have emailed on 16th june 2018 and still no response(also, followed up back on that email 6th AUG)

    This is WORST PRODUCT i have bought for my house

      I purchased 2 kenstar geysers in february 2017, which are under warranty. Since july 2017 both were not working. I lodged a complaint (No. Mum [protected]) through your service center. After some hard follow up one mechanic, (Name suresh ph no [protected]) came. He identified a leakage in the tanks. He went back saying he would come back with spare tanks. When he didn’t turn up, i called him up to follow up but he said his contract with kenstar isn't renewed without which he won't proceed further. I then called up a manager who promised action. Finally somebody came on 2nd august and replaced the tanks.

      On 20th august again the same problem occurred. I again logged a complaint, no. Mum[protected]. Even till 27th august nobody has come to repair. On 27th august 2017 at about 515pm i again called up. I have been promised that the complaint is being escalated.
      The 2 geysers were purchased through snapdeal.com (Order no.[protected] dt 6/2/17) and amazon.com (Order no.[protected] dt 6/2/17)
      I had even called up amazon who asked me to get a letter of 'refusal to give service' from videocon/kenstar to get a refund. But videocon/kenstar isnt refusing to give service. They simply aren't giving the service

        I had registered a complaint on my Kenstar water heater regarding leaking on End of May 2017.
        The product is under warranty.
        Still issue is not resolved. And the customer care is not acting an d supporting its customers too.
        Three weeks back they took my unit from my appartment too for rectification.
        I haven't yet got my product rectified and getting poor response from service side of Kenstar too.They not lifting phone too
        Very sad the way Kenstar is treating it's customer.
        I am not able to use my unit for almost three months. Very painfull act from Kenstar

          I am fed of this company. Our kenstar geyser stop working so we purchase new and that was installed 6 months before. To my surprise I saw leakage and with in 2-3 days did complain to customer care[protected].

          I kept calling but no one came and than I again called customer care and they gave some managers no. - [protected] forget the name.

          I called this no. and after 2days somebody picked up and told ne that this person shifted and now I am looking and his name is SELVAN.
          He told person welcome to your place with in 24 hours.

          After 8 days1 technician came and just check in 2 min and told drum leakage needs to change and if its in guarantee no need to pay. SIX MONTHS OLD GEYSER PROBKEM SURPRISE.

          He took bill picture and I talk to Selman too. They told its need to place the order for drum as they are out of stalk.

          After y days I called and he told it will take 8-10 days. I waited for 10 days and again called and Selman told me I will get back to you but he never.

          After 5 days 1 more technician came and he check in 2 min and same thing told. I called Seven and told what's going on now this person is saying that he will give order for drum as no stalk but I though that he came to change drum.

          And also he is again asking for bill copy. Why they send to check the technician and repeated the sane procedure after 15 days? He told mistake from our side and he will get back to me.

          He NEVERS

          On 3rd Aug 2017 we got message call is closed.

          I called Selman but no reply tried for 4 days.

          On 8t called customer care again and they inform me technician had closed the complain and on my request they open the complain again.

          I asked give me some concerned person no.

          they gave [protected] -- Nagarajan.

          I called him and after listening the problem he was like I am not covering your area.

          I called ASA - [protected] - Saravanan if name is correct.

          Person told ne wrong no.

          So now I think company is not giving after sales service. Worst company and will never purchase kenstar product.

          COMPANY IS KEEPING these type of people to do the service than definitely 1 day comes when company's goodwill will be fully lost.

          Service people don't want to do their work. NO RESPONSIBILTY AT ALL.

            I have purchased a new geyser about 6 months before and it is getting repaired frequently. Despite of your service engineer visiting and changing the drum twice, the leakage problem is continuing and this is the fifth time i am registering the complaint.

            My complaint reference nos are (Complaint reference: che[protected], che[protected], che[protected], che[protected])

            I think it is a problem with the entire unit, therefore i request you to kindly look into it and provide a suitable replacement for the geyser as the problem is of recurring in nature. I need a permanent solution not a temporary one, i had bought a 25 litre geyser some 6 months back but not having a single issue with that one, but this new geyser of 15 litres is creating a lot of problems for me. Please ensure quality checking before delivering a product to a customer. Once again, i request you to kindly look into it and provide a suitable replacement for the geyser as the problem is of recurring in nature, it has been 60 days now/

            Oven has suddenly stopped working we want to repair it as soon as possible...bad noise is coming from the microwave it stopped working when cookies were kept for baking and due to immidiate stoppage of microwave the fuse was also went. and the plate inside the microwave is not rotating and all the items which we bake is wasted due to non rotation

              I had purchased kenstar jacuzzi kgs15w5p 15-litre 2000 watt storage water heater on feb 2017 from amazon and within 5 months the heater started to leak, i called up the regular service center and registered for a complaint ban[protected], the service engineer came by end of june to inspect the heater and informed the tank is gone bad and needs replacement, after that its been a month now and there is no response, where ever i call the service center i am told to contact the asi on [protected] but the person in the last 30 days has picked my calls only once and there is no response at all, i tried contacting the service center but there is no escalation of the service ticket being opened and have been asked to contact the asi so the issue is not resolved since last 1 month despite the product is just 5 months old, please help get this issue proper attention.

                The kenstar make grill maker product given for service to the authorized service centre "tekcare india pvt. Ltd." at vadapalani-chennai on[protected]. The product is not returned back even after three (3) months time, by saying the spares are not received from the company.

                I do follow up on every week from 2nd week of service booking, but i getting the same message spares not received.

                Kindly help me out, to get the product serviced or new replacement.

                    I purchased one sandwitchmaker... But after 2 days of purchasing it fails to operate.                         I paid for gas refill and paid 4000 inr on april 15, 2017 (Approx), it merely worked for a month. I raised another complaint on june 4, 2017 and it is june 11, 2017.ac is not working and refill required, customer care and area service in-charge, branch manager, all were rude, hanging up my calls, no answering even. Due to this harassment i got sick physically (Immense heat as ac did not work during max temp days) and ended up paying doctor fat money. No words, they all are losers, pathetic service (No service, pathetic only), very rude team of customer care, area service in-charge, branch manager. Customer centrality is not there at all.
                        Vgservice.co.in provides worst services, i will call no service just buying harassment by calling them

                          I purchased a kenstar split a. C. Through amazon. I got it delivered next day but installation of the same is taking much of a time. I have booked for installation and they gave me a person's number but he is neither picking up the call nor he is calling back. I have waited for a while day and still there is no response. This is the first kenstar product am buying but the customer service is at it worst and i would never think of buying kenstar products again.

                            Purchased kenstar mixer grinder in amazon, but with in a month motor stopped working. Raised complaint 10 days ago, still motor replacement hasn't done. It's worst service even in cities like Bangalore also they are taking this much time means imagine in small towns how the service will be. Please don't purchase any product from kenstar. Local customer service guys don't listen to our concerns.

                              I purchased Kenstar geyser on 23rd jan 2017 (invoice attached), for my client reliance CNC bhathinda. There is a leakage (Pic attached) in it from day 1 of usage.
                              My representative (chandrabhushan) registered many complaints to resolve the issue but no one entertain the issue. Previous complaints are

                              Today i raised one complaint again with token id LUD0206170135

                              Someone named gurpreet (9041332030) was allign to handle the complaint, but he is not able to resolve the issue.
                              After all this I raised RTi (DOCAF/R/2017/50355) against kenstar and also looking forward to appeal in consumer cell as well because my prestige in reliance also getting affected because of such issue.
                              All kenstar product comes under 24 months warranty as promised, but kenstar team is not able to resolve the issue from last 3 months

                                  I had purchased a 15 ltr geyser model KGS15WSP from Kenstar thru flipcart on 11/07/16. Within three months, its tank started leaking and a complaint was lodged vide no. THA[protected] to the customer care of Kenstar. It took 21 days to replace the tank by Kenstar as on 31/10/2016 and that too after repeatedly following with them. However the same leakage problem cropped up again within a fewmonths and complaint was lodged vide no. THA[protected] . HOWEVER, there was no response till 16/03/17 . When I enquired about, I was informed later that complaint has been cancelled as on 30/04/17 as the house was foundlocked. A fresh complaint no. THA[protected] WAS GIVEN. However, even after 5 days, there is no response. Further, I suspect it as a manufacturing deffect, as it seems tank is unable to withstand the weight of 15 ltr water and starts leaking with in few months of installation.

                                        The company claims that th customer service is 24/7, however after 9 pm they just hang up and you will only receive the time that all representatives are busy. The customer service is not 24/7 as claimed.
