I have taken kenstar glam 15 r cooler just 2 months before by paying 6700 rs which is so costly just because they are giving warranty of product for 1 yr, now just in 2 months i am getting problems again and again when i am calling to kenstar number [protected] they are telling us we cant do anything you call to service centre we dont have any responsibility we cant do anything and all, so cheap company just give warranty to customer and do nothing now if i doesnt get service or replacement i will fight in consumer board and court.

i have filed complain so many times but no response i am getting so rude caller i am so frustrated i will never take kenstar brand in future also if possible i am ready to pay and take higher model as i dont have much time to repair again and again as i am engineer and businessman.
ref no.[protected] and now i am so much tired with kenstar brand i will never tell anyone to take this cheapest brand and cheapest service by paying so high amount, please change my cooler atleast change my model i dont have much time to call you again and again for alternate problems they are giving tired so much with your service as i just buoyed it 2 months before and started giving from 5 th time even your service person is telling us this model is having problem ask company to change model so poor your brand i think i should lodge complain in consumer court so tired.
i did so many complains and i got calls from video con office also but no one helping all just asking and telling we cant so shamefull kenstar brand i will never refer anyone in future to take this hopeless brand which assure warranty of 1 yr and when your piece is not working even in 1 months time so you should change piece or ask customer that this piece is having problem so many times we also not understanding if you want can change model by paying more amount no one is doing sensible thing so fraud company i think i lodge complain in consumer board,

so bad service they give by making you fraud now your just doing copy paste of same massage though i got your calls for the same problem still my complain is same and i had given reference no which you provide while doing complain again and again your asking complain number to show that your good brand i know your lier and make fool to customer by providing service assurance and took our money no service i got from 1 month now my whole summer goes with 42 c temp without cooler air which i bought by paying 6700 is just useless i suggest everyone never buy kenstar even you can think china but never buy kenstar

    Bought a kenstar glam 50 air cooler from the reputed croma store at iscon cross road ahmedabad.
    They asures all is fine and delivered the nxt day.. When i filled the water. Its regularly leaking from the drainage slot... Called croma customer care but to my shock i found the ivr saide "no does not exist" whereas the no was printed on their bill.. Then called kenstar customer care but the lady way in so much hurry to finish the call tht she couldnt xplain me my queries... I dont understand how does croma and kenstar send thoer products to customer without checking... Its so irritating to see the water leak...

      I have Purchased Kenstar Air cooler Glam 22 R after one week I faced problem in cooling
      I contacted customer service center SVC center Apri 21st(Complain No.BAN[protected]) till one week we got no response from either service person or from SVC service center.When we used to call the number no one picked up the number again April 26 we contacted customer care again they told we are not responsible for delay contact nearest service center manager Vinitha:[protected] I called her more than 100 times she never used to pick call.I have never seen such an irresponsible manager in my life she never attended a single call.on 27 service Engineer Dhilip:[protected] came and told there is problem with control board he told today itself i will go to warehouse and bring control board tommorow evening will replace and again no response from any person again we made a call 28 he told control board is not available once available we resolve your problem on May 5 one service engineer called([protected])control board recieved till now he has not yet came when i called him why you are not coming we are waiting for you? He told 'Talk with respect and he is fighting with us.Over all none of these persons in service center seems to be responded properly or never told the truth every time. They used to tell some story.No one in the service center has concern on customer complaints they simply never attend call. Almost all the persons in the service center are in Don't care state only.Till now my problem has not yet been resolved.Is there any single person in kenstar who owns the responsibility to resolve my problem?Over all it is a worst service from Kenstar which i have never experienced such worst customer service from any other consumer electronics company.

          Worst service i have ever met so far.. Bought 2 coolers a month back.. 19.03.2016.. Pump was not working within 10 days registered a complaint and serviceman came after 5 days serviced and said its ready.. Again after a week pump is not working in both the coolers... Registered a complaint no.Cmp 00001327 on 19.4.2016 still none came and no response.. Today 25.4.16 i called again spoke they are registering complaint again and says will come within 48 hours. I asked wat abt my previous complaint they disconnected the call... Dont ever buy product from kenstar.. Worst worst worst products i have ever seen these many days

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased Kenstar Auster XW Water Cooler on it was giving good air flow and cooling in starting 2-3 days but after that the performance has reduced, earlier the situation was this at night because of cooling i have to switch off the cooler or reduce the Fan Speed on Low or Mid. but now the performance has just opposite there is not such cooling and we are getting sweating all day and night even i have to move cooler closer to the bed but not satisfied with performance, even on High speed also it is not giving beginning performance and about the cooling it is just half.

            I have log the complaint and engineer has visited to my place but he has not done anything he just done the formalities and said that every thing is OK, that i know cooler is working air flow is coming but it is not coming which i have feeling in beginning, there is something problem please resolve or replace with another.

              We purchased kenstar ac last year through amazon but within few months were really disappointed with its service and pathetic customer care persons, whether you want them to speak in english there reply is always in hindi. Secondly just before our warranty was expiring we had called for service which was due but after repeated calls when that person arrived he just cleaned externally and gave his personal card so that in future we can call him for service. To our utter surprise just after a week of service ac was not cooling at all and when we called tgey said you need to pay now. Disappointing experience.

                Purchased a Kenstar AC from Amazon, received it 2days back but no response for installation from Kenstar, did follow ups many times but their lines are always busy. Neither they are providing installation service nor I can opt for outside installation service as warranty will be void. These cheaters promised installation within 24 hours... but now no response inspite if many follow ups.                     Kenstar aircooler not working from the beginning of purchase. Everytime complaint comes on halt saying service request closed . This year on 23rd march again i complained to my surprise again same story and to my surprise i got message saying you have paid Rs 171.75 for call no BAN[protected] and the nos you are giving that person doesnt lift and once lifted the call saying i will call . This is horrible experience from kenstar the first time i have gone for kenstar in my life.

                          Hi Team,

                          I've raised a service request through online to repair my Kelvinator Oven and I was redirected to a Kenstar service line and my request was registered. One of the service man came to my home for inspection and told the Kelvinator oven should be taken to the service station for repair. It's been more than 5 months since the oven was taken by the service man and it wasn't returned. Whenever we give him a call he isn't receiving our call. If we call from an unknown number he will pick up the call and tell us that he will deliver the product in a day. However, with fake promises we haven't got our Kelvinator oven back since 5 months.

                            Cooler motor has got rusted. Booked for free service. Their attitude looks as if only for sale of Spare parts at hgher rates. I have done a research in the market in Hyderabad and found out that the Cooler motor is available at Rs.1000 to Rs.1400 at max. with Aluminium coil and with one year warranty.

                            The Kenstar Service Centre does not provide a copper winding motor, nor they provide atleast 1 year warranty onthe spare ??

                            More to more they donot even clean and paint the Cooler parts even when rust is clearly visible on the frame The Service centre frankly says they just donot do anything more than fixing spare parts.

                            Selling parts higher rates, not giving a reasonable warranty and not caring for the customer satisfaction, is this is the way of Service Centre and quality of Service KENSTAR is giving ??

                                Hi we were using Kenstar microwave KM20SBBN-MJZ.6 months ago we faced some problem. So we logged complaint on Toll Free customer. Technician came and he changed the fuse for which he charged us Rs 460 (Receipt number AGR15 0321), but it was still not working, so we called him again and he told that transformer need to be changes for which he charged us RS 2526.Current cost for the Model is around 4000 and we had already paid Rs.2986. Now even if we call customer care they are not responding to the calls. This is very shameful as most of the products used in my house is of kenstar.
                                This is not appreciated .Please escalated this matter as the service centers in Etawah and Agra are not functioning according the brand name.

                                  Kenstar Food Processor model No mf 0808 was purchased two years ago but was never used. When it was first used we were not able to start. We complained and the reference No. kol[protected] dated 14.12.15 was lodged from customer care and representative of the service centre Tek Care came but he was totaly ignorant and took a charge of Rs.229/- and took the machine with him and promised to return after fixing the problem on 15.12.15 vide receipt no.071716. Once we received the same the very next day it started malfunctioning and we once again lodged a complaint and once again the representative came and took the machine away for repairing. Now on 11.1.16 I received a sms that the complaint has been closed. When I contacted the customer care I was informed that my machine spares are no more available and as such the same cannot be repaired. It is pitty that a food processor which is quiet costly cannot be used for a single day. I have lost all faith on Kestar products

                                    I purchased this AC through Amazon.in on 24th May 2015. The installation of the AC was also done by Kenstar (Videocon). Less than 5 months later the AC stopped working. The AC would not cool at all and would start throwing out ice and water after being left switched on over night. On calling the customer support the said they'll send a technician within 48 to 72 hours however, even after the 72 hours no one called or showed up and then just cancelled the service request stating that customer wasn't available whereas my parents are always at home and I did not receive any call at all. I had to call the technician multiple times to come visit after which he finally came after almost a week of placing the complaint. He initially said that condenser is an aluminium unit and that could be the problem but he filled gas to check if the pressure was reducing. He came couple of days later and said there was nothing wrong with the compressor and it might have been a leak because of loose parts and he was tightening everything and filling gas and that would fix the problem. The AC was functioning fine after this for a month. Again a month later the AC has stopped cooling and is throwing out water and ice. The technician came again to check it and now says that the condenser has a leak and needs to be replaced. The new part would take at least a week to come and the whole process of fixing it might take a month. Of the 7 months I will have had the AC, I won't be able to use it for 2 months because of all the breakdowns and repairs. This has by far been the worst experience I've had buying any consumer product. I just want to get rid of this piece of junk. I hope Kenstar officials read this and just refund me my money.

                                    Also, I must point out to consumercomplaints.in that the rating system is being manipulated here by Kenstar support. I left a rating of 1 star but, when they replied, they are allowed to rate their comment and they left a 5 star rating for their own product. So, now instead of 1 star which is the actual rating by me the consumer, the rating on the complaint shows 3 star. This is a flaw in your rating system and should be fixed to show accurate ratings of products.

                                      Bought the product at a discount but the first day I tried to make a sandwich the top part of the sandwich got stuck to the upper part of the toaster. The bottom part of the sandwich wasnt even warm. I had a hard time trying to get the sandwich off because it was burnt and badly stuck which ruined my chicken sandwich totally;. So the next time I thought I would give one more try but now the power would not even turn on. What a wast of money.

                                        My complaint no is MUM[protected] and I launched a complaint on the 23rd of October regarding my Kenstar cook top. I purchased the induction from flipkart a month ago and therefore was under warranty.
                                        On the 28th of October a technician named Sandeep Raj (+91 [protected]) came to fix the induction. He told me that there was a problem with the mother board of the cooktop and had to be replaced so, took the defected mother board along in order to get the same model. He mentioned that he would take two days and would be back to fix it. That was the last time I saw him. He completely disappeared after that. I tried calling him continuously but he kept saying the parts weren't available. Until one day he said that the parts have come and he would be coming to fix it in the evening. But he never showed up. I tried calling the customer care several times they kept saying that my complaint was pending then they gave me the regional office bosses numbers Chetan kotyian- [protected] Manoj Yadav- [protected]
                                        Rajan-[protected].
                                        These men should be the first ones to be sacked from their jobs! Such terrible people. No decency towards women, absolutely rubbish! Towards the end they just stopped answering my calls ! A company like Kenstar is being run by such unprofessional jerks! This is just sad .
                                        I request you to take harsh and immediate action against this.
