Unfortunately i decided to buy kenstar 15l geyser on october 20, 2016 online. the product is worst than even any poor quality local geyser. it started leaking after a few months. after tortuous efforts got the tank replaced on two occasions. once again the same problem has cropped up. leaking tank and electric spark. this time the service centre in ahmedabad has refused to do anything, saying the model is old.
Even the technician has not visited my place despite repeated request. customer care guys show their helplessness in doing anything. a big thumps down to poor service kenstar!

    My kenstar water heater got repaired, we have raised complaint through customer on 16.08.2018, still that issue is not shorted out, and every time we are getting the same irresponsible answer from the customer care, even though my water heater is in warranty period. More than one month we are waiting for the repair... Poor service, and worst product.

      I have sent the following complaint to their customer complaint cell at [protected]@vgmail.in."i had bought the above item ser no e[protected] on 3/3/2016. The mixer is not working and i had raised my complaint at your customer care centre from my mobile no [protected] on 3 sep 2018. You reps had come and taken away the mixer after which i got a call that it would cost rs 1000 to repair, i told them to carry out the repairs. After that i have got no call nor am i getting any response from either your call centre or from the mobile no that i have been told to contact [protected], [protected], [protected].

      A frustrated customer — please look into the matter major jagjit singh sidhoo" i have not received any response from the company.

        I purchased water geyser from kenstar it is not at all functioning well since i bought. Everytime i need to raise request but there is no any response from customer care on email and there service technician. He is using bad words on phone and everytime there technician say you need to replace heating coil then he will say heating tank.
        I am really in pathetic situation. I would recommend to indains do not buy this product and file case against kenstar in consumer court.
        You will get all ten times refund amount what ever you have invested so far.

          I have registered a complaint regarding kenstar electric geyser not working on five months before. And raised first complaint on 8th may'18 (Ban[protected])

          Technician has come and checked. He told some coil has gone. It will take 3-4 days to come from the company. But after i have been following up
          But there was no proper response. Since i have raised another case on 7th august'18 (Ban[protected]).

          Another technician has come and checked. He told coil is good but thermostat has to replace. It will take 3-4 days to come from the company. I have been following up but still now no one came and fix the issue

          I never expect this worst service from kenstar. To make functioning the geyser kenstar customer support taking more than five months!!!

          We brought kenstar cooler on April2018 and it was running well 3 month. It has breakdown on August, 2018 and we have been contacting local service dealer but still they didn't inspected the cooler since we contacting 1 month.It is under warranty period .
          My microwave model no OM 25 FCD is not working... It's bottom plate not rotating... Please arrange to rectify...

            I have registered a complaint regarding kenstar colour not working on five months before.

            Technican has come and checked. He told some spare has gone. It will take 3-4days to come from the company. But after i have been following up
            Nothing has progressed. Today is 01/09/2018.

            Kindly analyze the way kenstar is handling the customers.

            If i call the technician, he will tell to call to customer care.
            When called to customer care, they will ask to call the technician and manager this is really pathetic support from kenstar i suggest u all don't perches any protected from kenstar
            Even i called local team (Kenstar) they promised me we will provide replacement of your product but still no and now my product is out of worrnty and kenstar service centre people are saying u need to pay visit charge.

            They are really not understand costumer important because thay are looking only seals appter seals support thay don't know,

            Pls improve your support otherwise stop manufacturing of product and don't cut with costumer you don't any rights.

            Kindly provide replacement of product immediately

                i need your help on below,

                i have log a complaint on 07Jun18 for Mixer not working,

                QA. No. : HP/14/001/0063
                Sr. No. : B[protected]
                Purchase Date : 21Sep2017; Online Flipkart - OD[protected]

                After 3-4 day service engineer (Mr. Manjesh) come & check Mixer & update me Motor are not working, he will be log a call for motor replacement & same part It will replace within 10-15 days.

                After 10-15 days, contact them; they will update me part not available in Bangalore location, they will arranging from other location.

                Till today date, I am not get proper update from any one. I call 100s of time to Local Service Manager & Country Service Manager (Ramesh & Abhishek) No one can answer a call.

                Then same way I call to customer care, they will update me “Contact to Local Service Manager; Contact to Country Service Manager; Part Not Available; Part arranging from other location; Part is in transporting; Call transfer to Senior (Santosh – he update call will Escalated); Currently No Updates”

                Request you help on same.

                  Hi,

                  I had to raised a complaint every month to fix my kenstar geyser. Between 06 months the tank started leaking within 10 days from the date of tank replacement, really very much pissed off. Three months back i had field a complaint that tank again started leaking but they have closed my complaint without any intimation. Now i have to again file a complain & its been 2 weeks & no one is ready to provide me proper response.

                  Need help to fix this issue, thanks!!

                    The cooler stopped working after 20 days of purchase.
                    We purchased this cooler in summer but after 20 days it stopped working and we are following up with customer service but they are not resolving it.
                    Please help us in resolving this issue the product is in warranty so we want to resolve it asap.

                      I had bought a kenstar cooler on 17.10.2017 model nu is cl kcl ss for pte and serial number is[protected]. This cooler is not working properly. The wings of cooler is not moving. Technician had came few days ago from the kenstar company but he had not repair the cooler and not change the motor. Now i am calling him butvhe is not receiving my call and he does came to repair. I request you to repair my cooler otherwise i will complain against the kenstar company to the government.                         I have brought 50 ltrs of mini fridge of kenstar in may 2017 in 1 year teice their was gas leakage and one compressor was repair and even though compressor has 5 years warranty they are saying charges gas to be paid Rs2500 what kind of this service is when i have called customer care and asked to speak to manager they said we dont have any manager worst product is of kenstar in providing serice 20 days have passed since I register my complaint still i have received no result and my fridge is of 5500 and they are saying to soend charges of 2500 is it sensible to ask for charges when compressor is in warranty

                          We bought Kenstar Food Processor, from the day one we have pathetic experience.There is a spark in the motor when mixer is running. After few days its stop working...there is no proper action from service team to rectify the issues. Kenstar service team given the service manager number ( Ramsey)who takes care about replacement, but he never picks the single call even after calling plenty of times. We do not need this product, please refund or replace with new one. Product is 7 month old. Product : Kenstar Food Processor, Model : KFR60W4M-DBE.

                            My kenstar cooler model Auster XW purchased last year in 2017 is not working properly from so many days I am trying to contact to kenstar service centre on their customer complaint no 39404040 but it's not working, the call doesn't connect. So many times I have tried. My warranty period is also going to be over. So poor service of kenstar atleast they should provide a working service centre no. Resolve my mattter as soon as possible please. I am contacting from Bihar.

                              I have bought the micro oven in dec 2015, it got failed with in 6 month o[censored]sage. I have made many complaints, still the problem is not fixed.in between many people changed in kenstar, every time i need to explain the issue to new employee and this is keep going. The latest complaint number is che[protected], now they are telling, they need the spares.

                                i was using a Kenstar Electric Geyser which is stopped working for the past 2 months.

                                and i have raised a complaint with Customer care[protected] and the complaint number is BAN[protected].

                                It's almost a month now, till now no one visited our house and nothing is done.

                                  मेरे द्वारा 10 जुलाई 2017 को kent star का cooler जिसका model glem 35r है next electronic showroom से ख़रीदा गया था, जिसमे मुझे 1year की woranty मिली थी, जिसे मेने मई 2018 में जैसे ही उपयोग हेतु खोला गया तो यह cooler start नहीं हुआ जिसकी complaint मेने दिनांक[protected] को करायी गई जिसका no - jai[protected]था kenstar service center के कर्मचारी द्वारा[protected] को cooler को देखने के बाद बोला गया की इसका penal ख़राब हे में इसे अभी change नहीं कर सकता company से नया penal मंगाना पड़ेगा में request डाल देता हूँ जैसे ही आ जायेगा में इसे लगा दूंगा परन्तु[protected] तक भी penal ना लगाने पर मेरे द्वारा दोबारा complent डाली गई जिसका complent no - jai[protected] है मेरे द्वारा service center में कई बार call किया गया परन्तु उनके द्वारा मुझे आज तक कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दिया गया, जब भी कॉल किया गया यही उत्तर मिला parts अभी आया नहीं है आते ही लगा दिया जायेगा आज मेरी complent को 2 माह का समय हो गया हे परन्तु मेरी कंप्लेंट अभी तक solve नहीं हुई है अतः महोदय से निवेदन है की मेरा coller को replace करें अन्यथा मुझे मजबूर हो कर consumer foram में complent करनी पड़ेगी जिसके जिम्मेदारी आपकी रहेगी या आपकी kenstar company की रहेगी.

                                    Hi my name Priyabrat Nayak, I bought water heater from Kenstar, after installation the heater was leaking and water comes out from heater.I have called kenstar customer care and they have send one person for checking.He told he will replace the tank within two weeks, from last one month i am calling Mr.Rajeev ASM Bangalore for status, he is given 5 deadline to resolve this issue but unfortunately now he is not picking call.I am not expected such unusual behaviour from a reputed company.

                                      My name is amit kulshrestha. We purchased kenstar water heater (Moder no. Kgs25w5m-gde sr. No. A[protected], through amazone under order no.[protected] dated 18th nov'17.

                                      Pls be noted that from the beginning of purchase of this product, we were quite dissatisfied with this product because water heater was leaking and water comes out from heater. We have made many complaints to your customer care dept. Under the reference no. Gur[protected] & gur[protected] and it has been serviced but problem was not resolved. Even though, service representative has taken our water heater for repair and service for almost 4 month but when we got it back, water heater was still leaking and due to this leakage we faced heavy damages to our walls too.

                                      Its been long time for us to chase your customer service department but our problem is still remain the same. Since, this product is under warranty and we request you to pls immediately take action and get us replace with new model. We appreciate if you consider our complaint.                                         glam 50r beeps for low water level even when completely filled

                                        I bought kenstar glam 50r on 12th june 2018. I started the cooler after filling the cooler to maximum with water. It is still beeping for low water level when i press cool button on. I tried this several times, but could not get low water level indicator off. I have been calling customer care for 2 days now, but i haven't received any response yet. They didn't even bother to send a representative.
