Hi Sir/Madam,

The complaint is regarding my refrigerator not in working condition and it was just purchased on 10th May 2016. It was said that the issue is with compressor and a service person will be sent within 2days. Also a contact number has been given stating if the person didn't come within 2days, you can call to so and so mobile number. But no one picked the call and it is ringing. I am trying from past 2days.

Hello I have opened the kenstar product multiprocessor .And it's maçhinery not working at all. I have tried all the jars and juicer also but processor is not starting up. Please let me know how to handle this problem.

    I tried to defrost the refrigerator by pressing the defrost button it worked but its not coming back to its original position looks like its stuck. Refrigerator is not able to do cooling.

    I purchased geyser on 29th Dec'14. Now the geyser is not working. It is under warranty. The customer care is asking me to show the bill to claim warranty. I have lost the bill, but I had already registered the product at the time of purchase since the geyser was not working when I had purchased it. So they have all the detail. My no is [protected].

        I have purchased Kenstar Geyser 15 ltd on 23.10.16, invoice no. GJ-SAMBERG[protected] through Amazon.in.
        Immediately on receipt of Geyser on 28.10.16, I have logged call for free installation. Still nobody turned for installation, inspite I have called person named for installation several times, though he told that he will visit times, still not visited. Ultimately he Had reason to say that my phone is not reachable.
        Later I have called these people no. who are called manager / general manager I got from call centre, my effort was in vain.

        Though, company confirm free installation, after sales service very bad.
        I would request tO escalate to Amazon and Kenstar, please provide immediate resolution.

          The gas geyser we have is not working in proper condition from last few days. Every time the technician come make some corrections and again after 4 days the same prob arises.

            Sir, We bought Kenstar Instant Geyser from Paytm and we instealled it and started using but it is not working .The water is not Getting heat .We checked all the connections and power source also.Power source is not a problem it fine later we waited for 10 mins but also the water is not getting heat.

              A very satisfied customer of kenstar make microwave (Product performance excellent). I registered complaint on 30.07.2016. (Pun [protected]) as my microwave was not working, very promptly service engineer came same day and inspected microwave and took advance rs2000.00. Since then he has tried to repair micorwave 3 times and in all took rs 5250.00 so far but he could not fix the problem and microwave is not in working condition till today. No repsonse from concerned pune service engineer (Franchise), now this request for help from the head office. Just becasue of poor service kenstar brand image is at stake & a very loyal customer is given run for money by pune service franchise. If no action taken then for sure i would go away from kenstar (Videocon family) & may chose other brand. (Which offcourse i dont want to do).

                I call kenstar customer service in june 2016 and we are in august 2016. The microwave i bought from you guys is defected and because it's under warranty you guys refuse to repair it? I will ensure that i do not recommend kenstar products to anyone i know. I am still waiting for a technician to reach out to me and service my product. Hyd[protected]. Bad service!!

                  I purchase Kenstar Remote fan From Kundan Electornics on 7.6.2016, With in one week fan got problem with full of sound, unable to sleep, i informed to kundan electronics about the problem they told they will book the complaint and send their electrician to test, that electricain alwys busy with is works in vidyanarayan pura, we daily call him when you will come for check up he always post pone today, tomorrow, tomorrow we are beggers like to beg him to come and test the fan at lost one week over he not at all came he told i got complaint of mixi not fan i can't attend, i informed to kundan electronics, they again booked complaint with kenstar they called me and told complaint booked for your mixi i told them i didt bot mixi i bot fan again compaint cancled, kundan again booked the complaint 3 weeks over after 3 or 4 technicians called they will visit and one person visited and told its core problem can't get service u take the fan to kundan and get the replacement. i took the fan to kundan they told give the fan we will give for replacement, after one week from kenstar they came with same fan and told there is no problem in the fan they runned 2 hrs they fixed the fan at home 3 prersons came for fitting Manager, Sr electrician, junior, they switched off the power in meter of all the homes and in main and dp and removed connections from swtich board and fixed the fan and damaged the dp of second floor house not working, these type of technician kenstar have, to fix a fan these people have that much knowledege, our technician fixed the fan without swich off the power switch only.
                  they told no problem in the fan u wont get ever, with in use of one day only i got same problem sound again, i informed the technician got the problem again they told they will send the another technician up to here more than 1.5 month over not yet my problems solved still these stupid kenstar people are playing with me. Again technician came a checked and told that problem becoz of your home curtans and cup on the fan these type of stupid reasons given and left, see how much educated people are working in kenstar they telling the stupid non commen-sence reasons problem in the fan, again i informed to kundal problem is like this they told to record the video of the fan and send, i did all, they given complaint again to kenstar they will replace the fan within oneday, i got call from kenstar other department send bill receipt and serial no on whatsup they will do the process for replace, i sent, still i didt got any response from kenstar, still my problem not resolved, not fan replaced, Ever seen this type of Stuppppppppppppppppppppppppppd customer Care and support ever in the world, Ken star is the worst Worst Worst Consumer suppoert ever..                       Dear sir,

                      I had purchased kenstar air cooler from sai electronics on 14/04/2016 since than i have done 3 complains for different reason.
                      1. Ahm[protected] on 04/25/2016 & resolved on 04/26/2016.
                      2. Ahm[protected] on 05/04/2016 & resolved on 05/07/2016.
                      3. Ahm[protected] on 05/18/2016 for motor & remote pcb had fired.
                      & it was resolved on 06/01/2016 by changing used motor & remote pcb. But it is not working properly.

                      We have fear of major accident wiil be occur in future.

                      Requested to replace the unit & issue new unit of air cooler or give me my money back...

                      I am totaly dis-satisfied with the service provider & customer support executive mr. Raj kumar jha, who is not picking up his mobile # [protected].

                      This issue is not resolve yet. This Cooler is not working as Breand New Product. I am facing problem since when i had purchased this product.

                      I had paid for Brand New product but i am using used product because you have changed Origional Motor, Origional PCB & Fuse.

                      You have replaced these parts but not Replaced with Brand New one even though Product is only one month old.

                      Can you tell me i[censored] paying for New Product & u have to use (USED PRODUCT). Is it acceptable?

                      I think I have to file a Case aginst Videocon.

                      This issue has been not Resolved yet. Cooler had TRNED OFF yesterday Automatically 2 times.
                      Now this is new problem has been arised from Yesterday.

                        I lodge a complain on 18th June 2016, service executive attended on the same day but as i had miss-placed the bill he said he cant service without bill hence i sent him scanned copy of bill on 20th and reopened the service call but till date there is absolutely none of them came to my place to replace the motor which was absolutely under warranty...
                        i received msg on 24th June 16 saying part pending...on 26th i called Area Incharge (contact no was mentioned in msg) as no one came to service...Area Incharge committed to replace motor the same on or before 2nd ei today but still no response. Every person in the service team answered irresponsibly & gave vague reasons.
                        I dont prefer any Kenstar air cooler hence forth.

                        I had kenstar convection microwave. One day it stopped workimg without any reason. I called customer service and they repaired. And the next day again same prob arose. I again called them n they took away microwave and repaired again saying one part needs to be chamged and they charged 1050rs. Again they repaired and the sane problem arose again. Theu said their service has warranty of 3 months. But my warranty period will be finished like this only. It has been two months since i gave them to repair and yet it hasn't been repaired.

                        I called customer service team n they also gave nonsense excuses and gave their area manager number but he is also not receiving my calls. They always give me excuses that it will be done n i will send reminder to our service person and all. But still it's pending. What type of service is this? I[censored] people give such service then y do u charge for warranty n give us warranty. And also ur parts are very expensive. If i want to replace that then they say it will cost 2500. Wtf? I purchased my microwave 4 years ago for around 6000 and now they give me its part for[protected]!!!

                        And also i am not sure that if i change that part by spending so much it will work fine or not? Now what shall i do???

                            I have purhcase kenstar cooler on 18th of april'16 from sharma electronics, jamalpur, munger, bihar.
                            Now the sitution is this, sometimes fan and water pump stop working suddenly and this was happens from the last month (Last week of april). Current is also following in the whole body.
                            I have already informs about the same to the seller but there is no such a step taken from that side. After complaining online their technician come and change the motor but the same things starts again.

                              Respected sir/madam,
                              The coolar modle jetcool re is fail. The blower technology with honeycomb pad is not successful in it because it do not deliver cool output. The coolar runs but no cooling, only humidity spreads in the room. My humble request pls. Change the coolar and supply me the model which is successful one. Also stop production of such costly and non efficient modles which actually fails to deliver the cool output as other people also complaint about kenstar. I purchased it for 13000 rs on may 25, done everything like kept near window, balcony, inside and every effort to get cool air.
                              I though such costly coolar will beat the heat but i blame on r&d team who launched the coolar without checking it in hot situations and manufacturing big defect in the modle. Pls. Take my advice in a positive manner as coolar function is to keep cool and the product is deviating from its basic function. Kenstar should maintain its standards while launching product in the market. Kindly help its too much hot india this time. Apologies from my side to your management if i have written the facts but its true.

                                Hi Kenstar Team,

                                We had purchased Kenstar Cooler on 29th Apr, 2016 from Croma, Bangalore. But the cooler worked only for 2 days and then stopped(Motor got burned). We informed Croma, Bangalore, but they informed to connect with Kenstar customer care. We had to complain 3 times before they finally reached home to get it serviced. We informed them that they need to get the cooler exchanged since we used it only for 2 days, but they were only wanting to change the motor. After that we have been again following up with them, but sadly a month is passed and no one as been attending our calls or get anything done about it.

                                Kenstar coolers are totally useless and their after sales service even worst. I repent for purchasing the same.

                                  I am using kenstart microwave no kj25csl4 since last 3-4 years, and a month back my microwave glass plate got broken and hence, have requestd for new glass plate approx more than 15 -20 days back at below online portal — https://handyhome.In/kenstar-customer-care - but than no one visited us or no bother to help.. Seems like kenstar is such a worst product, who doest bother for after sales service

                                      Hi myself murtaza, i have got a new kenstar glam 35r air cooler recently. When i plugged it on i am facing a problem with that. When i turn it on it throws a access amount of water with air at front. Its damn irritating. We cannot even sit in front of your air cooler. I had words on your customer care number and after two days your technician come to my place. He checked, tried a lot and says this problem is not sortable for us and we have to report to our company.
                                      Guys its been arround 10 days when i got this cooler and its not promising even your technicians didn't fix the issue. I have spent 10k on it.
                                      I want this product replaced or i want my money back.
                                      This is not the way to process any business guys. Do things favorable otherwise i will take a legal action against you guys.

                                        I have taken kenstar glam 15 r cooler just 2 months before by paying 6700 rs which is so costly just because they are giving warranty of product for 1 yr, now just in 2 months i am getting problems again and again when i am calling to kenstar number [protected] they are telling us we cant do anything you call to service centre we dont have any responsibility we cant do anything and all, so cheap company just give warranty to customer and do nothing now if i doesnt get service or replacement i will fight in consumer board and court.

                                        i have filed complain so many times but no response i am getting so rude caller i am so frustrated i will never take kenstar brand in future also if possible i am ready to pay and take higher model as i dont have much time to repair again and again as i am engineer and businessman.

                                        i did so many complains and i got calls from video con office also but no one helping all just asking and telling we cant so shamefull kenstar brand i will never refer anyone in future to take this hopeless brand which assure warranty of 1 yr and when your piece is not working even in 1 months time so you should change piece or ask customer that this piece is having problem so many times we also not understanding if you want can change model by paying more amount no one is doing sensible thing so fraud company i think i lodge complain in consumer board,
