I purchase Kenstar Remote fan From Kundan Electornics on 7.6.2016, With in one week fan got problem with full of sound, unable to sleep, i informed to kundan electronics about the problem they told they will book the complaint and send their electrician to test, that electricain alwys busy with is works in vidyanarayan pura, we daily call him when you will come for check up he always post pone today, tomorrow, tomorrow we are beggers like to beg him to come and test the fan at lost one week over he not at all came he told i got complaint of mixi not fan i can't attend, i informed to kundan electronics, they again booked complaint with kenstar they called me and told complaint booked for your mixi i told them i didt bot mixi i bot fan again compaint cancled, kundan again booked the complaint 3 weeks over after 3 or 4 technicians called they will visit and one person visited and told its core problem can't get service u take the fan to kundan and get the replacement. i took the fan to kundan they told give the fan we will give for replacement, after one week from kenstar they came with same fan and told there is no problem in the fan they runned 2 hrs they fixed the fan at home 3 prersons came for fitting Manager, Sr electrician, junior, they switched off the power in meter of all the homes and in main and dp and removed connections from swtich board and fixed the fan and damaged the dp of second floor house not working, these type of technician kenstar have, to fix a fan these people have that much knowledege, our technician fixed the fan without swich off the power switch only.
they told no problem in the fan u wont get ever, with in use of one day only i got same problem sound again, i informed the technician got the problem again they told they will send the another technician up to here more than 1.5 month over not yet my problems solved still these stupid kenstar people are playing with me. Again technician came a checked and told that problem becoz of your home curtans and cup on the fan these type of stupid reasons given and left, see how much educated people are working in kenstar they telling the stupid non commen-sence reasons problem in the fan, again i informed to kundal problem is like this they told to record the video of the fan and send, i did all, they given complaint again to kenstar they will replace the fan within oneday, i got call from kenstar other department send bill receipt and serial no on whatsup they will do the process for replace, i sent, still i didt got any response from kenstar, still my problem not resolved, not fan replaced, Ever seen this type of Stuppppppppppppppppppppppppppd customer Care and support ever in the world, Ken star is the worst Worst Worst Consumer suppoert ever..
