I purchased one kenstar gysyer model aquasplash 15 ltrs, product sl no. A[protected] vide invoice no. Bpj-s0007700 dated 15.10.17 from the dealer, patra electronics, bhubaneswar for an amount of rs.9000/
That at the time of installation, the product was found defective as the right side of the product was bent inside for 4/5 inches and the mechanic told me to replace it with in 4/5 days.
That i made complaint to the company on 16.10.17 vide company complain no. Bhu [protected] and subsequent reminders were also sent on 21.10.17, 24.10.17, 28.10.17, 7.11.17, 15.11.17, 25.11.17, 27.11.17, 2.12.17 and 9.12.17.
That the company mechanic physically inspected the productin oct 17, took photos of the defect product and requested me to sent the photos in his mobile no.[protected].
That since i could not get any response from the company, i sent one mail legal notice on12.11.17 to the company to refund the cost of the defective product along with incidental charges for legal consultation with in 15 days and i warned if no resolve is done, i shall take shelter in the court..
But, no response is received yet...
Kenstar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by PramodRath Regret to note the utmost silent over the complaint by the company even after repeated reports...
Undoubtedly, it is nothing ...but carelessness by the company towards the consumers...
