Reference. No:tha[protected] is closed - this is the recent message from ur call centre on 5th april. Now i bring u the facts. The very same anwar came home on 4 th april with a black wheel (While the rest of wheels are white). The next one is, he is supposed to repair the water level indicator, but didn`t have the spare then. The indicator was the main problem which he too was very well aware as i had told in my conversation on 1 st april (We were filling it just approximately). Then why did this guy come home. He just emptied the water from the cooler and didn`t even put the drain cap properly and that night, my 17000 peps bed turned partially wet (Since we thought this problem could arise one day we never removed the cap). Next morning, i had informed this guy and asked to come with drain cap as well, which he said would be repairing on 9 th april. This was the maximum task done on 4 th april.
I had stopped him from making the receipt as the work was incomplete as he will delay even further if i pay him. But he promptly took 225 as his visiting charge and 100 for the odd colour wheel, a total of 335 was paid on that day and said the consumer won`t be charged again as the work was still pending. Now this guy is neither picking my call, nor completing his work. It`s turning terribly hot these days, and if i can`t use your cooler now, what`s the use of buying it. Expecting a favourable reply from ur side.

    It's 10 months i bought Kenstar AC. now days it's not cooling properly, almost, i complaint customer care, and waiting for engineer to visit.
    after a week I tried to reach customer about details of my complaint, but unfortunately their line is always busy and not able to connect since a week.

    not sure how customer care service would be busy always and even after waiting for 30 mins also never gets connected to executive, it's horrible service

      Dear Sir,

      2015, I have Kenstar AC installed in my house in Pune.
      Its extremely unfortunate & I deeply regret to inform you that the AC has been giving me trouble year after year.
      2016 the engineer from Kenstar came and said there is no gas and therefore he filled the gas and charged us between 1500 to 2000 INR.
      2017 same problem and your engineer said the previous engineer did not fill gas properly & he filled the gas after charging me same amount and assured me that this problem will not occur again. The AC worked for one summer. ( we use AC only in summers )
      2018 Same problem for the third time !!!
      And we are trying to contact your customer care number again.

      It appears either Kenstar does not believe in producing quality products or is indifferent to its customers.
      We have not faced such problems with ACs of LG in other rooms

      Why should one buy a Kenstar product ?

      You need to ensure that this repeated problem is resolved at the earliest once and for all ?

      Hi cooling is not working and speed is not working ok please help me ok thanks you

        I have purchased a kenstar icecool cooler on on 7/mar/2018 from suchitra stores. Which was worked for hardly 2 hours and stopped working.
        I have approached to the bajaj electronics store for replace but they recklessly said we are not responsible for that damage talk to kenstar and a person engineer came & checked and removed all the wires n kept same then gave the status to concern person kenstar store manager in bajaj electronics but still no action has been taken. It's already 10 days over, the worst thing is the concern towards the customers and their need the store people are not even helping the customers to meet their requirements.
        If the same situation continuous i will go to consumer court.

          I have purchased kenstar water heater on 05-jun-2017. It has problem with tank, as a result water is leaking. We have informed the customer service & they have changed 4 times the tank but still the problem remains.

          I have been assured that the heater would be replaced shortly, but it’s been 6 months, but there is no response. We need a permanent solution either by replacement or refund of money at the earliest. For your reference, the billing details are below...

            I bought a iron on[protected] from big bazar indore.
            After some time, when i needed it and when i wanted to use it from packed box there was a problem of water leakage.
            That time complain to bhopal call center[protected]
            Indore local service vendor take my faulty iron from my home for repair it around 3 month ago, today i am getting calls for deposit rs. 250/- as for using charge of iron. Which is never using by me in single second.
            I am write this to after frustrating for following many times to your call center for little issue, i am not except this type of support from kenstar.
            I am sure some one lookout this matter.

              I was waiting for my kettle to be exchaged as it was in warranty and the part was unavailable by the company and they suggested me that we will replace the same but since last 3 months i am waiting for the same.
              Now, no one in your company is bothered to call back as i was calling to all people Mr. Bansi lal who is BSM and Mr. karan and also mr Rahul too but they are not reverting they are in meeting since last 3 months.

              If they all are busy in the meeting since 3 months pls provide me your area head number

              Hi Bought a geysers and its 1.5 years old. There is a leakage and I registered a complaint and the service engineer said 2 parts needs to be replaced.

              Later The service Manager Mr. Vinay calls and says parts will be take time and if you are ok to pay me RS 1000/- I will get repaired immediately else you have to for 2 months.
              I was already fix it but under the same issues right now I try to use it but it's not working...I paid for 1800 also...

                I have complained regarding my water geyser is not working from past 5 days and even after complain no action have been taken care of.
                Today one customer representative called he will come for inspection but only for inspection. I am asking after wating for a weak he is coming for inspection only. I need my geyser to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
                It is very unfortunate and very irresponsibility towards complaints.
                In all i want it to be resolved as soon as possible.
                The representative told the components are not available, and when ever it will be available will change it.
                Why so late in replacing and availability of hardware components. It is very bad policy of maintenance, once the things are being sold.

                  I had bought the geyser through Amazon October 2016. In the month of July 2017 the geyser stopped working. We registered a request for repairs on your registered number. The service man while opening the geyser dropped it and damaged the complete body of it. He assured that a man would come and pick up the geyser at the earliest and the damage caused due to fall will also be looked into. We kept following with the service center and they kept delaying the process. Finally I got through numbers of Kenstar HO office and it got done in the month of December 2017 ( Repaired only to heat the water but no work was done on the damage caused to the body of the geyser). Today i.e 22/01/18 not even a month after the repair the geyser caught fire due to the damage . My child got saved as I timely could see the flames. I want immediate action to be taken. Rightfully a new geyser should have been installed as the damage was caused due the negligence of your service man.

                    On nov 8th 2017 i have raised a request reference no: pat[protected] with a complain of leakage issue in my water heater. When the technician came he tld it will take one week to order the required part and instead of 1 week the faulty parts was replaced on 23rd nov 2017.
                    After this on dec 3rd 2017 i faced issue i afced another issue of led light not working reference no: pat[protected] again the technician came and fixed the same.
                    On dec 9th 2017 i again faced issue with the water heater as it stops heating the water after some time reference no: pat [protected] the technician came and said there is an issue of thermostat which will require 1 week for getting replaced.
                    I waited till 25th dec 2017 and during this time period the service was closed from your side despite of the fact that my issue was not resolved. I called the customer care and reopened the complaint again. And after that a technician from your side came and replaced the thermostat.
                    By the night of the same day i started facing the same issue and again i called up and raised a complaint reference no: pat[protected] and also called on the number [protected] svc point number and talked about my issue.
                    After four to five hours of troubleshooting with the technician he came to a conclusion that after the water heater thermostat gets switched off it is not switching on automatically and then he said that it will be replaced within one week.
                    Again this request was also resolved despite of the fact that my issue was not resolved.

                    I raise a new request for the same again on 9th jan 2017 reference no: pat [protected] as the technician told me to raise a new request in order to get the thermostat replacement.

                    From then till now i am still facing the issue. I am totally frustrated with this and tired of the register a complaint game.

                    If you are not able to fix it tell me where to get help from or please replace the whatever # you have manufactured

                    Troubleshooting of this issue is your responsibility.
                    If you cannot fulfill your responsibilities you should not provide customer services.

                    I request you to help me resolve this issue asap.
                    Your irresponsible nature is causing a bad word of mouth for your products.

                    If this request is not sorted out then be prepared for the consumer complaint forums where i am going to complaint regarding the same.

                      I bought this gyser from fliptkart where warranty was for 2 years, my gyser stopped working and raised a complaint on 2nd jan 2018, after that i am having run around between customer care and service center. Today i recived a call stating i have to pay for the parts, i to call area head, syed basha, india head sachin sharma but they are least interested in resolving my issue. I have also raised complained to flipt regarding the same issue. I have invoice and all the information.

                        I purchased one kenstar gysyer model aquasplash 15 ltrs, product sl no. A[protected] vide invoice no. Bpj-s0007700 dated 15.10.17 from the dealer, patra electronics, bhubaneswar for an amount of rs.9000/
                        That at the time of installation, the product was found defective as the right side of the product was bent inside for 4/5 inches and the mechanic told me to replace it with in 4/5 days.
                        That i made complaint to the company on 16.10.17 vide company complain no. Bhu [protected] and subsequent reminders were also sent on 21.10.17, 24.10.17, 28.10.17, 7.11.17, 15.11.17, 25.11.17, 27.11.17, 2.12.17 and 9.12.17.
                        That the company mechanic physically inspected the productin oct 17, took photos of the defect product and requested me to sent the photos in his mobile no.[protected].
                        That since i could not get any response from the company, i sent one mail legal notice on12.11.17 to the company to refund the cost of the defective product along with incidental charges for legal consultation with in 15 days and i warned if no resolve is done, i shall take shelter in the court..
                        But, no response is received yet...

                        Mere expression of Sorry for the inconvenience and assuring for resolve of the complain does not fulfill the requirement of the consumer...
                        The same reply mail repeats again and again but to no result...
                        If a consumer has to write to company for resolve of the complaint for about one and half dozen times and no effort after elapse of two and half months; what to tell about the company and the attitude towards the consumers?

                        It is very regret to note the utmost carelessness of the company towards its consumers...
                        Getting no effort by the company on my complaint lodged on 19.12.17 and and repeated on 22.12.17, 28.12.17, 31.12.17...and so on...
                        Disgusted with the useless and non-sense behavior of the company; not to take any reasonable response in the matter, I was constrained to take Legal Advise and Sent one REGISTERED LEGAL NOTICE to the company, which was duly acknowledged by the company in the 4 th week of Jan'17 and the company preferred to keep silent over the matter...
                        Alas...what more to do with the company but to go to the Consumer Forum for readdress with costs and damages...

                          I have raised complain with kenstar, specifying the microwoven is stop heating which is in warranty. Accordingly i have received a complaint no : ban[protected] dated 22nd nov 2017.

                          I have made many followup with customer care, write an email as well but no action. Every time getting a response as the ticket is pending because of parts procurement. Don't understand how many days they need to resolve the issue. The service is really pathetic.

                            I have a kenstar electric 6 litre water litre. Which stopped heating water. Cutoff light is always on and water does not heat. I feel thermostat has gone.                               Hello Team,

                              I am extremely upset with the after sale services of Kenstar and this is the second time that I am doing escalation.

                              From the day 1 of the purchase of this heater is having issues. The below complaint has been raised on Oct 23rd and no action taken till today.Its been 35 days with no resolution,

                              I never felt the team is taking responsibility to handle the problem and simply telling that the part has been ordered. But when it will arrive?

                                I had bought a kenstar gyser 15l on[protected] just less than 2 months ago through amazon.

                                Few days ago, it started leaking and there was the electric current in my complete bathroom due to it.

                                For the last few days i am not using it and has logged a call at "[protected]" for this on 10th nov (Friday), someone came on sunday (12th nov) and told me that element is leaking.

                                And he went. After 5 days of that i didn't hear anything from kenstar or no message on my phone about the progress.

                                Had i bought this product for this siutuation? Will i use it after winters?

                                This product must be replaced as soon as possible with the perfect product as it is life dangerous (Electric current in bathroom while use it) for my complete family.

                                Kenstar is responsible for it.

                                  I had ordered kenstar 25 ltrs geyser thru snapdeal on feb 3rd 2017. It was installed by kenstar service engineer. We used it for couple of days at that time but since the climate was cold at that time, we stopped using it. Now, from the past couple of weeks, when we are switching it on and keeping it on for around 30 minutes also, it's sending out the hot water just for about 2-3 minutes and then cold water is coming.

                                  I tried to reach out to customer care so many times but my call was never attended. I have even generated a service request on kenstar portal but till now never received any call or response.

                                  Requesting you to kindly address this issue and send someone for inspection. The geyser is under warranty and i want the issue to be resolved soon because winter season is on its way

                                    Sub — kenstar hot water spring kgs15w5m 15 liter 2000 watt storage water heater x000jxls0r issue not resolved after many complaint.

                                    I bought water heater on 18 oct 2016. Till now, it has been damaged approx 10 time. Every time keep calling to the customer care and lodge the complain after lodging the complain their is no response from kenstar again we need call to customer care then they provide technician no and the corresponding manger number. When, i am calling they are not at all responding after making many calls they pickup and telling. It will be resolve tomorrow and issue is not resolving in a week. After too many fallow up still the problem has not fix getting same repetitive issue.
                                    Problem occurring in water heater
                                    1- leakage
                                    2- short circuit
                                    3- led is not blinking.

                                    I all ready inform this thing to technician many time. I am leaving in an apartment. If some thing is damage because of short circuit in the building. It is liability of kenstar.

                                    Recent complaint no - ban [protected].

                                      I have been purchased a product of kenstar with 5 star rating and the product is worst quality. I have contacting the services people but we are not getting the satisfactory answer from them.

                                      When i am very disappointed about the service and product of kenstar. Really we don’t have words to explain the service part as well.

                                      I have been registered so many complained to customer care as well but they register it and now follow up on the request.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I have purchased a kenstar water heater from amazon. It was not informed about the installation.
                                        So we have arranged a 3rd party to do installation and which was not working from day1.

                                        He has said that i have not picked the call so he has cancelled the call.. But i am sure i haven't missed a single call. Very worst part from kenstar

                                        Amazon has also not helped in the issue

                                        For visiting he has asked me to give 500 & said he would not repair or reinstall if the machine is purchased from amazon ph no failed[protected]... The manager has spoken in a harsh way stating you can do wat ever u want

                                        I have called up your service center who has used in fealty conversations and insulted the customer.

                                        If the complaint is not resolved by today would go on consumer forum for the same...
