I am a regular user of KENSTAR products. I was using its Air Cooler for quite a long time and it was really excellent. On the same belief last year I bought KENSTAR water heater model JUCUZZI. To my surprise I faced lot of problems during the last one year and had to repair so many times. Now also I booked a complaint for problem in COIL which is not working. It is really surprising that a very popular company like KENSTAR is producing this type inferior quality water heaters. Hereafter I have to thing twice to go for KENSTAR products. I hope the company will take necessary steps to manufacture quality water heater, otherwise people will lose confidence in its quality.

    I am vikram, staying in Gurgaon. I purchased induction in november 2014. In the same day of purchase, i found my induction not working after boiling some water in pan. I went to nearby kenstar service center in sector 14, Gurgaon. They repaired my induction, but it was unfortunate that i did not find my induction workable. Again, i went to the service center when i had some time from my routine work. Now the status is, i got my induction repaired from second service, still my induction is not working. I am totally fade up now. Please send a person for servicing my induction. It is like kenstar is loosing its credibility.

      I have a Stallion mixer and although the main motor appears to be OK the blades of the main and small jars are stuck and do not rotate when the mixer is turned on. I phoned the above no (given by your service center in RT nagar which is too far away for me). On my first call (11.49 a.m.) I asked for a service center near Bomnahalli where I reside. I was given these numbers at JP Nagar-[protected]/[protected]and told to contact Harish or Chandrashekar. When I phoned I reached a dead end where there was no such persons, they do not repair mixers and they are not Global Solutions as your rep had told me. Your rep had also given me a Banishankari number [protected].On Phoning this number I was told they do not service mixers and I have been misinformed. I phoned the call center again. A rep answered apologised for 'the inconvenience caused', told me there is no service center for mixers in Banishankari and then proceeded to give me a number [protected] in Indiranagar. I turns out they service only ACs. I'm sure you will agree that your service is dismal.Totally I spent 13 mins on the calls and after all this my problem has still not been solved. Also the prerecorded information is given in a dull and flat way and when we are put on hold the message 'please don't hang up, our customer service representative will attend to you shortly', is repeated continuously without a break (about 20 times in my case, I lost count) and this was truly nerve racking.

        I have complaint for my microwave oven your engineer has arrived he said that the problem is in pcb he took that and come after some days and he repair that pcb but he wrongly placed the wires so my over is not heating now so again I place a complaint for it but today it is about 3 weeks your engineer yet not arrived so plz take a strict action

            This is to informed you that I have purchase food processor from your M/s Pradeep Radio & T. V. Centre, D-18, Mohan Singh Market, Sector-6, R.K.Puram, New Delhi-110022, Vide Bill No. 2439 dated[protected]. We are not able to use the Food Processor without proper demo. Also refer our earlier Comp.No.DEL [protected] DATED[protected]. So many times I have telephone to M/s Pradeep Radio & T. V.               I was purchase ken star cooler motor from 18.05.2014 in sunder agencies burhar dist- shahdol (mp) this motor was run only one month. The motor warranty one year I was complend that agency they was told me the motor was problem is only saft & bused. The agency was told me I can replace but in case after three month the motor was not replaced and agency was told me I cant replace your motor and they told me you can go with consumer court and they told me the company was not help. Please told me what should I do can I go with consumer court

My order id is - OD[protected] It has been 10 days since I received the product but I haven't got free installation and demo as mentioned on the site. Today the technician from kenstar finally came but he told me that I will to to PAY ADDITIONAL and left without giving demo.

                  I had purchased KENSTAR karishma royal multi processor, model no.KFR60W4M-DBE, from VIJAY SALES, VASHI-TURBHE, called 39404040 thrice sent SMS to53030 twice, for the demo, no reply from the company, no one came for the demo, but the sms recieved stated that, Mr. ANWAR, had visited the house and given the demo.This amounts to CHEATING on company's part.Who checks on the mechanics visit logs ?Who is responsible for clearing his travel bills? What mechanism does the company follow to counter the visit/demo claims of the mechanics with the customer? If the company does not have any of these PLEASE RETURN BACK MY MONEY AND TAKE BACK YOUR KENSTAR KARISHMA.Have courtesy of calling and clearing the doubts. sir this mail was sent on 19.09.2014. After this mail i received a call from Mr. Malleshwari who again enquired about my cell number though they have it and address. He told me that he had sent a technician at 8 O'clock but i am not aware of it. and i was very much at home but no one turned up. Sir here i would like to state that i bought this processor for emergency but if i can't use it then what is use of buying it.Please sir do something so thant I can get refund

                      Sir,
                      I Mr .A .A. Chauhan. purchased a kenstar Air cooler model no D/Cool DLR vide Invoice no 972 dated 04/11/2013 from Neelam sales corporation 4-5 Arogyagadham B/H Civil hospital Palanpur -385001 and installed at my residence my residence mira maholla Deesa-385535.Last five months it has been working very nice but last few months it can not function properly. When I had contacted a service mechanic he told that Kenstar company make the cooler socket by moulding the fibre when the bolt is going to be rust it can, t open . If I force on it will brake so, I cant repair it. And He show me a large number of Kenstar cooler due to that problem . Why the Kenstasr like company is making such type of Bolt instead of another solution. This has caused me mental stress and inconvenience. I do hope that you will personally look into this complaint and take prompt corrective action at the earliest.

                          I purchased Kenstar Induction Hot Plate 3 months ago. After using it for 45 days it started giving some problem and stopped working completely. Since it was under free home pick up warranty for one year, I expected them to pick up from place and get it repaired. I filed a complaint and in return got a complaint number, engineer's mobile number and service center's head number. I waited for a week they did not come. I called up asking when they will come, they said your place is very far from service center and they won't come. I called up Zonal head and he will take some action. After 30 days of filing complaint some came and took the product for repair. Its been 15 days since they and they are not giving back. Service center head has blocked my number. So I am not able to contact him. I called up zonal head today (2nd August), he said he will take some action.Its been 45 days and my induction plate is under repair process.                             bought a Kenstar Water Heater a year Back. 2 Months Back its Water Tank Started Leaking Registered several complaints from then but no response yet. people at service center are very rude no one turned up for servicing and the number of service person is always unreachable.                               Hi I'd bought a Kenstar Jacuzzi 1.5 yrs back.. I've made at least 15 complains in these days about the product as it goes faulty every next month.. The product was sold with a 7 year warranty however the service centre does not helps.. I keep logging a complain but no one visits even after several follow ups and the complain ticket is updated that the issue is resolved..                                 We have following complaint lodge and status of service No. Of Compaint Compaint No Attended and status Action 1 AHM [protected] Three time attend and then resolve problem after one month (Resolve Date – 05.05.2014) I have follow-up with all senior and suffered more than 1 one 2 AHM[protected] Two time attend and then resolve problem after one month (Resolve Date – 11.06.2014) Again followup all senior 3 AHM[protected] Still pending I have received call and told that you are not under guarantee so charges will be imposed for repaired. I am trying to senior as given mobile number [protected] (He not pickup the mobile) Now My problem Is that that time most required to air cooler while I am suffering from long time which I have purchase air cooler model 9704 from Kalol amount Rs. 9000 approx. this was not utilized properly due to again and again repairing to this cooler and now your technician told that repairing charges will be imposed for that while this is company have given default cooler sold to me that I am suffering and not utilized in properly to needed time. So my request to you please take corrective action either is repairing the cooler in proper manner or replace it. If do not execution of that I have no any option to go Consumer Forum for redress of grievance

                                  Hello.
                                  It infromed to you that i have made a compalint vide no.[protected] dated 12/07/14 regarding the ken star mixure grinder juice which was purchased on the same day from vishal mega mart, pitampura, delhi. When i told to the counter at vishal mega mart to check the mixtre, it was told me that it is already tested and packed, so no need to check. That when i reached at my home and checked it, it was not working. I immediately complained to the customer care and the complaint no. Was given to me. They provided me mob. No. But nobody responde even the customer care. I also talked to area manager shashank purohit, vide mob no.[protected] who also did not responded as he should being the manager. I am waiting for more one day to respond otherwise, company would be liable for the deficiency in service at risk and i shall approch the consumer court for the same.

                                    I felt very disgusted and is forced to write to you in such a harsh way regarding the service provided by your Authorised Service Centre (Millenium Service Centre, 17 Roy Bahadur Road, Behala, N/L- 14 No. Stand, Kolkata-34). I possess a Kenstar Geyser KGS 06W5P Sl.No.[protected] which gets out of order and regarding this I have complained on March, 14. It was said by your technician that the Element was not working, so he suggested for sending the Geyser to the above mentioned Workshop for repair. Consequently, after repair, I had received the Geyser on 26/04/14 for which they had charged Rs. 1050/-. Since, it was intense summer season, so there is no need of Geyser. After one and a half month, when there is a need for hot water at night, it was found that the Geyser was not working. I launched a complain regarding this (Complain No KOL [protected]) on 14/06/14. The technician while inspection told that there is a problem with the Element & is needed attention at Workshop. However, it was again sent to the workshop. On 12/07/14, when I get there for taking delivery of the Geyser it was told to me that Element was changed again and this time also i.e after one and a half month, I have to pay the charge again for the Element. I was astonished about the quality of service vis-a-vis spare parts of your Service Centre that the component that was replaced does not last for even one and a half month. More precisely, I could say that it was operated first time after the service. It even made me think that the Element was changed or not. I had brought the Geyser of your Brand of repute with the expectation of better reliability of your product and secondly, about the quality after sales service of the product. But, this bitter experience made a serious setback on me regarding the reputation of your company. I even add to the conversation that, at every step I had communicated to your company, but I felt extremely shocked that no serious action is initiated from your end. It seems to me that all the service related to Customer Care is just a matter of formality being executed by your Company. I just want to say to you, if this issue could reach to top management level, kindly take a serious review of the service related issues of your company. Lastly, I had taken this matter to your level with the expectation that you may fix the problem of my Geyser with no charge for changing the Element second time, since after delivery of the Geyser on 26/04/14 it was found faulty at the very first operation.                                       The cooktop was purchased through online. But, the new cooktop never worked properly. It shows heat signal just after 1-2 minutes and switches off. We have to repeat this process 4 to 5 times while preparing a single cup of tea. you are therefore requested to send some of your service engineer to get the fault/problem rectified and enhance good relationship between the company and the customer. regards krishan kumar dahanwal

                                        I bought a maxocool cooler in April, 2014 and it stopped working in May, 2014. I registered a complaint . After 20 days an engineer came, checked and said that the motor is to be changed. Now July has arrived but no one came to see that cooler after infinite calls by me.
