I felt very disgusted and is forced to
write to you in such a harsh way regarding the service provided by your
Authorised Service Centre (Millenium Service Centre, 17 Roy Bahadur Road,
Behala, N/L- 14 No. Stand, Kolkata-34).
I possess a Kenstar Geyser KGS 06W5P
Sl.No.[protected] which gets out of order and regarding this I have
complained on March, 14. It was said by your technician that the Element was not
working, so he suggested for sending the Geyser to the above mentioned Workshop
for repair. Consequently, after repair, I had received the Geyser on 26/04/14
for which they had charged Rs. 1050/-. Since, it was intense summer season, so
there is no need of Geyser. After one and a half month, when there is a need
for hot water at night, it was found that the Geyser was not working. I
launched a complain regarding this (Complain No KOL [protected]) on 14/06/14. The technician while inspection told that
there is a problem with the Element & is needed attention at Workshop.
However, it was again sent to the workshop. On 12/07/14, when I get there for taking
delivery of the Geyser it was told to me that Element was changed again and this
time also i.e after one and a half month, I have to pay the charge again for the
Element. I was astonished about the quality of service vis-a-vis spare parts of
your Service Centre that the component that was replaced does not last for even
one and a half month. More precisely, I could say that it was operated first
time after the service. It even made me think that the Element was changed or
not. I had brought the Geyser of your Brand of repute with the expectation of
better reliability of your product and secondly, about the quality after sales
service of the product. But, this bitter experience made a serious setback on
me regarding the reputation of your company. I even add to the conversation that,
at every step I had communicated to your company, but I felt extremely shocked
that no serious action is initiated from your end. It seems to me that all the
service related to Customer Care is just a matter of formality being executed
by your Company.
I just want to say to you, if this issue
could reach to top management level, kindly take a serious review of the
service related issues of your company. Lastly, I had taken this matter to your
level with the expectation that you may fix the problem of my Geyser with no
charge for changing the Element second time, since after delivery of the Geyser
on 26/04/14 it was found faulty at the very first operation. Just, hoping a
positive response from your end.
