on26062014 g.k.eletronics visited &inspected th.e cooler. said that thecooling pad costing rs900 was to be replaced collected rs 200. .as service charges but without rendering any service at all. g k elctronics replaced the cooling pad on29062014 on payment of rs900 when water was filled&started the cooler it was leaking.till dated the bottom outlet cork was not replaced toprevent leak pray early intervention to rectify defect. .leeladhar pb2century gardens 18/19a padmanaban street nehru nagar chrompet chennai 600044 ph.[protected]

    I have a kenstar geyser in my house.It got repaired on June 19.I raised a consumer complaint with the help of my house owner.Complaint ID- BAN[protected].They visited my house on next day and told they will replace the geyser in one week. After a week I gave a call to them, they told it will take one more week, Today(July 3) I called them it will take 3 more days. They are giving very poor response and there is no clue when they will do this. Please do the needful and help me in getting this issue resolved

      I have made a complaint at your service centre, Relliable service centre, Durgapur(WEst Bengal) on 23/06/2014 for my Kenstar Washing Machine which is not working. They assure me that technician will go today whenever I ring them.But that 'today; has not come yet.My washing machine is remained not working till today. What a horrible service do you have at Durgapur! I have to think a many time to buy a product of your company becuase of your maintanance service availability.Pl. do the needful.

        I am inexplicably sad and in a state of anguish while writing this E-Mail to you regarding the horrible and unacceptable after sales service experience, which I encountered with your call center service through Phone No[protected] here in Chandigarh. I lodged my complaint No-CHA[protected] on[protected]. The system was quick enough to send me the details of the service engineer along with his phone No. After waiting several days I called the gentleman and requested him to consider my complaint and visit my home for necessary service and repair. But the reply I got was horrifying. He bluntly told me that " MERE PAS TIME NAHI HAI AUR GAR JYADA JALDI HAI TO BAHAR SE KRA LO" I again called the customer center service through Phone No[protected] to explain the situation. The call agent was more eager to utter his Welcome Script instead of listening to my problem. Anyhow, I managed to register a reminder my service complaint. Two days after a service engineer visited my home asked to explain what the problem is in the cooler as he did not have any details from the call center regarding the problem and parts to be replaced. After opening the bolts he declared that the Motor of the Cooler needs to be replaced and he further promised to come back the very next day, that too after my several verbal requests. AND AS EXPECTED, no body visited my place till date. I did not have any alternative than to continue calling the customer care and service engineer. The customer care agents continued to register the reminders, reminders, reminders and reminders. In between they were kind enough to transfer the calls to the seniors who in turn could not provide any solution. At last after going through the most pathetic experience of customer service in my life, I decided to get the motor and PADS replaced through the open market (As ordered by the service engineer in the very beginning) and then surprisingly ... I got a call that can I come to replace the motor and PADS today? I cancelled the plan of getting the work done through the open market as stiil an iota of company loyalty was alive in my genes. I gave my consent to the gentleman to visit my place BUT AGAIN... after waiting for several hours I called the concerned person to know the intentions of his goodself but alas... he expressed his inability and passed on another telephone no. I called the no and the service man declared that I can not come today and further announced that I have no idea whether I'll be able to come or not Sir, I must say, this is most horrible, pathetic, disgraceful experience and ordeal of my life, where customer care executives dare to disconnect the calls in between without listening to the client and where seniors are there just to sing the pre defined script that AAP CHINTA NA KREIN AAPKA KAMM HO JAYEGA and where serviec engineers do not care to listen to both clients and service centre authorities MY COOLER HAS NOT BEEN SERVICED TILL DATE AND TIME CONGRATULATIONS...

          I have purchased air cooler from bhartpur. my kenstar cyclone super is not working properly so I would like to you that I have complaint lodge to kenstar customer service center jaipuron 29.05.2014 com no[protected] that my air cooler model cyclone super was not working from last month. one service person also came to my home on next day lodging complaint and said that motor was not able to performed work. therefore after receiving new motor will able to repair this air cooler. again i called on that number but he did not rply properly. plz repair my cooler as soon as possible.

              I am extremely frustrated at the poor customer service that is offered by your service agent in Chennai. My complaint ticket is CHE[protected]. This was closed even without the problem being addressed, The service agent has come and collected the board for checking the status and indicated 2 days for a response. It has now been 2 weeks and your agent is not responding and I have no idea of the status of my complaint. This is absolutely pathetic customer service and if you do not find service agents that understand customer service you will cease to exist as a successful brand. I can understand that there will be delays in getting stuff done, but what differentiates the good companies from the rest is that customer feedback loop. It does not take much to keep the customer informed or train your service agents to at least not ignore customer calls and messages. I might end up changing my Oven, one thing I do know that I will NOT but a Kenstar again and be at the mercy of this kind of customer service.

                have purchased a mixer grinder in dec 2012 of kenstar with a warranty of 24 months of repair or replacement. i have faced problems 5 times in last 1.3 years. there repair is bad and not ready to give replacement eithr. this brand is tottal waste of money. i want my money back plus the expenses done on the machine

                  I WAS USING KENSTAR MIXER / GRINDER FOR LAST 10 YEARS. I AM REALLY SATISFIED WITH THE KENSTAR PRODUCT. IT'S TRULY WORTH THE PRICE. TILL NOW I HAVE NO COMPLAIN. BUT RECENTLY SOMETHING HAPPENING WITH ME WHICH IS DISSAPOINTING. ALMOST 40-45 DAYS BACK I HAVE GIVEN MY MIXER/GRINDER TO KENSTAR SERVICE CENTER FOR SERVIVING. BUT TILL NOW I DIDN'T GET BACK MY MIXER. AS PER THE INFORMATION FROM THE ZONAL SALES MANAGER THE SERVICE CENTER IS CLOSED. SO NOBODY IS SURE BY WHEN I WILL GET BACK. WITH SEVERAL FOLLOW UPS I AM REALLY FED UP WITH THE RESPONSE. IN RECENT TIMES I AM ALSO NOT ABLE TO CONTACT THE ZONAL SALES MANAGER.

                  Dear Sir / Madam, I have given my
                  Kenstar Classique Mixer / Grinder for servicing in one of the Kenstar service center in Andul, Howrah. But I am unable to get it back because
                  the service center got closed without any notice to collect it before hand.For almost more than one month I am fed up following
                  up with the customer care, local service manager, zonal sales manager. No one is able to tell me by when I will be getting my appliance back.
                  Instead of that they are buying out one week time on every call.

                  So I would request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and get
                  me back my mixer as urgently you can. I would not like to loose the trust that I am holding for last 10 years.Attached is the scan copy of the receipt that was given against my mixer / grinder.

                  It's been 2 months I am still waiting for any resolution of my serious concern. Can anyone tell me whether anyone cares about the concern of your customer. Their should be some stipulated amount of time for any resolution. If in this it goes on then I will be waiting for life long without any resolution.

                  I don't know why their is no update from the escalation team regarding the cause of the delay. I don't know why your team is trying to make customer blind of the situation. 2-3 Days back I got a call from one manager regarding my concern. But he also has the same answer. And when I called this guy 2-3 weeks back he only told me that he has left the job so he is not looking into my concern. How disgrace it is for a renowned company like KENSTAR to have employee like this.

                  SO CAN ANYONE TELL ME BY WHEN I WILL BE GETTING BACK MY MIXER ?? CAN ANYONE TELL ME CAN WHO IS THE SHOWSTOPPER HERE?? CAN ANYONE ME TELL ME WHETHER KENSTAR IS REALLY HELPING HIS CUSTOMER??

                  It's been more than 2 months I got the reply from Kenstar Team. Still I didn't get any resolution. My Mixer / Grinder is still in the possession of Kenstar Service Center.

                  On your request I raised a fresh complain KOL[protected] on 21st June 2014.On 23rd June 2014 I got a call from a new service center in
                  Andul, Howrah. They requested me to contact Mr. Abhijit [Mob - [protected]] to recover my mixer / grinder from the old service center which is also in Andul, Howrah but in different place. In addition to this they informed me that they are going to close the complain as the new service center is not at all responsible for my concern. After sometime I got an sms with the confirmation that the complain number is cancelled.Now I ask "Kenstar" what would my next responsibility to recover my mixer / grinder. Will it be to raise
                  another complain and go into an endless loop.

                  Do Kenstar really want to support his customer or it is the vice versa??

                    sir i have purchased kenstar cooler from kharagpur glebhazar on 30 th june 2013 last year and fan is not working properly since last 5 months i had raised a complaint in the shop where i purchased and they visited and solved the same for a short period of time but since last month cooler is almost dead and reported the same in shop where i purchased but still got no response .

                    so i request u to repair my cooler on a permanent basis as early as possible.

                        Dear team, I have purchased a Kenstar cooler on 27th April 2014 Model slim line super and its warranty is 1 yr. Sir actually what I have seen in this cooler that the air flow is very less and due to that my office cabin is not cooling. I have complained regarding this matter to Patna the complained no PAT[protected] and also I have contact whit the dealer of Bhagalpur Shubham Enterprises Tel no.[protected], Mob-[protected], [protected] but they had not taking any response regarding this matter.                           I would like to you that I have complaint lodge to kenstar customer service center on 11.04.2014 com no. AHM [protected] that my air cooler model 9704 was not working from last month, which was purchased in may-13 under warranty period. one service person also came to my home after six day lodging complaint and said that motor was not able to performed work. therefore after receiving new motor will able to repair this air cooler. SMS has got on 18.04.2014 from your service center for repair pending due part. after some time service executive came again for repair but he told again that part not available so will repair later, But still not repaired. I have told many time to your cutomer call center and also talk with your most of employee but still I have suffering to this time where temperature about 44 and most required to air cooler. I have also spend much time and money for calling to repair cooler. Now I have become very frustrated from kenstar and very disappreciate from your company about service and product. Therefore If this problem not resolve within 24 hrs i have no any option to go for lodge complaint to consumer court against your service and spending time and money Regards Vikram Agarwal [protected]

                            The Kenstar cooktop has been purchased from SHOPCLUE.COM vide order no #98559551 in Jan 14 01:27:57 AM . On receipt the item was having minor chipping/defect on plastic body. howver not so fatal . The worst thing happened was that the new cooktop never worked properly. It shows heat signal just after 2-3 minutes and switches off.
                            The matter was taken up with the item provider shopclue.com for replacement/repair however, the prompt response was to approach the kenstar service centre.

                            Request the item be collected from my house at hyderabad and replaced/rectified with serviceable one at .

                                dear sir, i have lodged compliant about my geyser through call centre on 13/04/2014 vide complaint no-lud[protected]. ken star engineer has visited my home and advise me to change the rod in geyser. i gave him mandate to change the rod and he changed the rod on 15/04/2014 and my mother paid him RS 850/- rod cost and service charges RS 200 + S.T. He has not given us any receipt against the payment. When the ken star engineer changed the product at that time water is not present in our water tank thats why my family member did not able to check the geyser. After supply of water i checked the geyser but it was not worked, again i complaint about the product and requested them to send the engineer to my home. ken star engineer again visited my home on 18/04/2014 and now he has told me to change the water pipe which now leaked and water continuously drop from the geyser. cost of pipe he told us about rs 1200/- plus service charges. I told him why i would pay these charges because earlier pipe was working properly. it was leaked only after he repair the geyser. i denied to pay these charges and my mother asked him to give receipt of earlier payment which he denied and did not give any receipt of my earlier payment. kindly look in to the matter other wise i will send written complaint to the company and subsequntly i will approach the consumer court against the issue.

I got a message on my mobile with complaint reference number BAN[protected] and assured that technician will visit within 48 hours. i called again on 9-4-2014 to confirm whether any action had been taken on my complaint, they told that plz wait for 48 hours sure technician will come. i waited and called back on[protected] to ask about the same, i told them still 48 hours are going on ?? they are telling "sir, did u contact technician?" what the heck am i god tht i will autoimatically got to knw who is ur technicain. then he is telling im giving technicain number contact him. why i sould contact him...then wats the pupose o[censored]r call centre. r u there to just log the calls and earn money for nothing. directly i cn call technician n get it done...what the purpose [censored]r warranty n all...all like formalty huh..then when im saying him to ensure tht he visit and get it done than you are telling how can i assure...are is he is not ur employee..im not seeing ny use o[censored]r call center why r getting paid for jus talking...ur products r wrst.. i did mistake to buy its better to stay in hot weather other than buy ur ridiculous cooler..u have no quality f work..wrst service...no bdy should buy ur cooler...u should get ny money...f..k How will you compensate??

                                  same thing u tell to every body "working on it". every representative of you have taken my address details, product details r so many details but there is no sign of you to show responsibility and fix the cooler. what a shame...no body has courtesy to ask back whether the job has done or somebdy has come r not...i dnt know why you are getting paid for nothing u should be fired from your job which..shame on you bloody f..k

                                    I called your call center on 02-04-14 requesting for service of my air cooler model number KCN18V3H-CFR. I got a message almost instantly on my mobile with complaint reference number BAN[protected]. On 03-04-14 I got another message stating "Dear customer comp no. BAN[protected] serviced by Naveen -[protected], SVC Center [protected]" I was at work and was very impressed thinking the service took place the very next day. Sounds good so far??? Well here is the fact, upon reaching home I learnt that no one came to service the cooler. Called your call center same day, I was told technician will come anytime. Waited another 2 days and called your call center on 05-04-14 spoke to supervisor who assured me that the technician will call the next day and that he shall escalate the same. I tried calling the technician number directly several times but he does not seem to bother answering the phone. Irritated and left with no option, I was forced to call your call center again on 07-04-14 chasing an update and spoke to Anil Kumar K told him the issue and he asked me to wait. When I insisted on speaking to a manager he was not ready to transfer, stating manager is not in at work. After warning him he placed me on hold for over 20 mins and a person by same name from escalation team took over the call. He kept repeating asking me to wait and said he will escalate and gave me another number to call. Is this my job to keep chasing you people to get my cooler serviced??? How will you compensate??

                                    While buying this product I thought kenstar would provide good customer service. But thanks to you guys for proving me wrong.

                                      Kenstar is not providing service and not getting any response on service complain. Very bad service. After called customer care never got response from technician. My kenstar coller has problem from last year 2012 and called kenstar customer care lots of time but no response and finally i dropped plan to repair last year. Again I called to customer care not same problem. Purchase from Kenstar product is waste of money. I will not suggest anyone to purchase kenstar. Very very very bad service.

                                        I have purchased Microwave oven model- KJ 25CSG 150-MGZ on 17th Dec, 2013.from S.R Electronics, Nagole, Hyderabad. From the day of purchase its not working. The dish was overheat on top but its not getting cooked. Complaint registered on 25th Dec, 2013.(Code- HYD [protected]). service man had come to home and checked for two hours he is inefficient for the service couldnot understood the problem finally he pressed all the buttons and said problem was solved. But again we got the same problem we registered another complaint on 5th Feb 2014 (Code- HYD [protected]) none of the service engineer came. Finally we made a call on 14th March, 2014. (Code-HYD [protected]) we mention the customer care executive that we need an immediate response from your service or else we would like to replace the product. Executive replied that if you want the replacement you have to go for dealer. This understands your poor service among customers. The dealer sell your products as it has good and quality services.
