Have raised a complaint DEL[protected] on 28th August for repair of my AC which had stopped cooling. It took the team 3 days to get back to me despite their SLA stating a contact within 48 hrs. Then they visited and looked over things and said that motor needs to be repaired so another engineer will come next day and look over things. The engineer came next day and said that the motor they need isn't available with him and they will need to get it from the warehouse which should take couple of days. Since then, they have been postponing the repair citing various reasons like "Wrong...

      Dear Sir/Madam, GOOD MORNING! I purchased kenstar mixer on[protected], day one problem. Three times Led broken, two time shop owner replaced after that I logged call BAN[protected] dated :[protected], after that service person visited and replaced LED again same problem then again logged call BAN[protected] after that service persona visited and replaced LID and JAR replaced again same LID crackers upper area now with same small JAR LID also cracking. Again called logged no BAN[protected] n[protected], after that Mr. Pradeep Kumar Called asked me LIDS cracking photos I sent after that Mr. Bhaskar from service called me asking invoice and warranty card photo i sent to him . I waited for two days yesterday i called to Mr. Bhaskar h told me wait up to tomorrow. I waited called to day he told me please speak to Mr. Murgan he speaking nonsense. Please do something to replace it new one. I am not happy with this kindly replace.

        Sir /Madam, This is reference to above mentioned subject I have purchased a Kenstar Air Cooler for Rs.10, 900- from authorised dealer - KATARIA TRADING COMPANY, add: Opp Raj Singh Complex, Main Gurgaon Road, Kapashera, New Delhi - 110037 (Owner Name : Mr Nitin Kataria ([protected]). When I was planning to purchase Air Cooler from dealer he given me much assurance for Product and better Services after sale. I have bought above mentioned Air Cooler on 21.04.2015. When we were filling water in cooler, all water move from cooler. Cooler was badly crack from wheel side. I had immediately informed to dealer. Next day I.e. 22.04.2015 he replaced the unit and given me new one and check the unit with 1 liter water. Again Next day I.e. 23.04.2015 we found a small crack near to wheel side. We have again informed to dealer. He denied it is not possible, how it can be crack. Gentle man please advice me if I purchase a things for Rs.10, 900- so i will throw on road my self. Is it possible ? Dealer complaint to Kenstar Service centre. I got a call from Service centre that engineer will attend our call with 24 hrs to 48 hrs. But sorry to say that no one come till date nor any solution provided by dealer. Only SMS and 1-2 calls received from service centre. This type of services and product selling by dealer and giving only & only false assurance for quality and services. Is this acceptable ? Please you advice ? This is my hard earn money and these people are playing with us. Pls. help me ? I need my money return back.           Hi Kenstar, This is Vijay Parmar from surat, Gujarat. I wrote this mail regarding the complain for my food processor. i have purchased Kenstar food processor in the month of Dec 2014. This food processor is not working well. Whenever we grind something it's automatically stop working. I already complained 2-3 times and service engineer is repaired it again. Then after whenever we used again it's stop working. This is very embarrassing while we pay money to reduce our manual work and we don't get any positive response from that. Please do needful.             Hello, I am writing this out of my curiosity, I know nothing much going to change. I purchase a geyser 25 liters in June 2014. Tank started leaking within 6 month of purchase. After chasing customer care for a month they replaced the tank. Again within replacement of 3 months got same trouble and this time till now I do not have any resolution . Raising complaint via phone and ticket will get close in week without any resolution... its been more than a month now 3 ticket open and got closed without any resolution. Product is under warranty still I dont know what this kenstar people trying to do.               Modal :LF 0210 Complaint is given 2 months back. 15 days after complaint Mr john Vediocon, Nagole, Hyderabad (Ph No [protected]) telephoned and advised that spares are not available for Kenstar washing machine and advised me to exchange the same with Vediocon make washing machine.Again i have contacted Customer care and the Costomer care services have requested me to contact Mr RaviPrakash (Phone No [protected]). Mr Raviprakash had informed me that Mr Sankar rao (Ph No [protected]) from Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad will come and repair. Mr Sankar rao did not come inspite of repeated requests.After repeated requests i was informed that Mr john from, Vediocon Nagole, Hyderabad will repair the machine.After 20 days of repeated requests he had collected the machine from my home.15 day after that the machine was delivered to me.Before delivery he had informed me that he had not taken trail on the machine.Immediately after receipt of the machine i have swiced on the machine in front of his delivery boy.Water was leaking from the machine immediately on switching of the machine.This was informed to Mr john by phone immediately and he had promised to send his technician for setting it right on the next day.Even after 7 day no body came.I have again Informed Mr Raviprakash about the same.He had promised to take up the matter with Mr John and get it repaired .Till today nothing happened.

              On 14.04.2015 I gave a complaint that my M/s Kenstar washing machine repaired by Mr John of Vediocon, Nagole, Hyderabad is not

              working properly as the water is leaking from it from the moment it is switched on.I have also seen in this site many people complaining

              the poor service provided by M/s Kenstar.I request all the victims to educate their relatives and friends against purchasing Kenstar

              products in future.I also request the victims to post their experiences in the social media and urge people not to purchase Kenstar

              products.Unless such campaign is done through social media by publicising the facts i do not think indian consumers will continue to be

              exploited by the multinational companies.

                Hello, Myself Nikumbh, I purchased a product of Kenstar a month ago; Moreover, a week before there were a technical issue gradually I made a complaint & post a person visited here and took machine from here at workshop but concern is till yet neither my machine is repaired not any confirmation from them that when would i get my machine.                   OM...!!! In Question steam iron box is working well, the operating / on off knob ( Plastic material with lugs ) lugs have broken, since the design of knob is not durable / long lasting, hence the issue / this problem is a raised. I had lot of correspondence mail with them but not heard. I sent request for Knob at cost bearing or replace with new steam iron box with mere diff of price. Which Ignored.

WHILE MY PRODUCT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY & THEN WHY I AM AGAIN & AGAIN CHARGED FOR THE PART REPLACEMENT.                       We purchased Kenstar maxocool super about 11.5 months back. Now the fan is not rotating. this is within warranty period. When we complained to customer care no. she told it will be redressed within 48 hours. Now one week passed. Nobody turned up. Is it the fate of a customer?

                        On 7th March 2015, Marshall from GK electronics (Kenstar service center), Chennai had attended to repair a Microwave oven. Actually the Magnetron had over burnt. He said replacing magnetron alone is sufficient. He replaced it and charged 1950+400 (service charge) = 2350Rs. Within few days there was lot of spark from the same part. BILL is attached in this proof. Till date I have called GK electronics 12times since then. They havent come back to check it again. This guy MARSHALL IS SO ARROGANT while speaking in call and says we have to change some more parts worth 2-3k which we enquired before the replacement of magnetron. Request you to intimate them and take back the 1950Rs worth magnetron, as we are going to buy a new oven.

                          I have purchased a pop-up toaster which is in warranty and had a complain. i called the service center and they took my toaster for repairing on 5th January 2015. Was told that within 5-7 days they will repair and give me back. But till date no proper reply nor have received the toaster after almost 2 months of complaint.

                                Regarding the service of Induction cooker

As it was gifted I don't have the bill for the item. This cooktop is not working as it is automatically going to "Soup mode" and stopping. I contacted the kenstar customer care NO: [protected]. The person informed that they cannot give warranty as i have no bill. I told them that i have the warranty card...

However it is out of order from several days .                                   I purchased cooler from your company 4-5 month which is not working i logged complain and talk with your company guy for service but he always use to say i will come after 2 days now a days he is not picking the phone also i am facing many problem for service matter. This is to inform you that no service man come till date ... is this service you providing. please fix issue as soon as possible as you can see i register the complain 4 month back but still pending case.                                     Dear Sir, We are facing service problem with our Geyser (Model-KGS25W4P, 2009). Purchased on 2/01/2011 from M/s Gupta Electric Store, Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi. We now reside in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. According to the Warranty clause the products Tank is under warranty for 6 years from the date of purchase. Upon rigorous follow-ups with customer care (Compaint No.: GHA[protected]), service provider & Kenstar's Area Service Supervisor (Irshad & Manjit), all are adamant upon not covering this problem under warranty & giving illogical reasons stating that the previous bill was not authentic whereas earlier the parts were replaced against the same bill. On discussing this issue with the shop from where I had purchased, he has provided a fresh bill along with TIN number. As a consumer, I want to understand that earlier the complaints were attended under warranty & various parts were replaced (including tank). Suddenly your Service guys are saying about rule changes & other vague excuses and are very sure that they will not provide service/warranty and are very rude in behaviour and are very casual about the matter being escalated. PS: I have Valid Bill, Warranty Card (Stamped & Dated), Product Carton. The Product is in use since purchased. Below are the contact details of people I have been chasing.                                       I raised a complaint ticket...three times...for a simple problem of 'light not working'... last time, the engineer came and did something...when he left & we tried using, there was a thud sound...Again raised a complaint...engineer came and took the mother board for repair...2 months since...following up...no news at all Raised a complaint in videocon world as well, as we are told service of Kenstar is handled by videocon...no news at all THERE IS UNAUTHORISED CANCELLATION OF THESE COMPLAINT TICKETS compliant numbers : BAN[protected] BAN[protected] BAN[protected]
