Hi team, I registered a complain regarding some timer issues in my microwave oven (KJ20CSL3) with the customer care on 27th December 2013 which was addressed by the technician of the concerned service center on 31st December 2013. I was charged Rs. 1500 for the spare part and Rs. 350 as service charge, totalling to Rs. 1850, whereas the message that I received from the customer care quoted only Rs. 1741.58. As told by the technician, the spare part has a warranty of three months and the service charge will stay valid for one month effective from the day of service. Exactly after 26 days of service, the same problem reiterated and therefore, i registered a complain again with the same service center but the technician never turned up. Then I filed a complain with the Kenstar customer care after which the same service center took away the microwave oven to the center for repairing. After 5 days, I am informed over a call that the additional expense of about Rs. 1200 will be incurred for few replaced switches and some wiring. Wow! I am shocked to see how these incompetent service centers make a fool out of innocent people. When asked for a bill, they provided a black & white printout with manually entered figures (without center registration number, TIN, License No etc on the bill) evidently fake. The customer is innocent about the technical details of the work carried out on the defected product and hence easily cheated by such traitors in the name of authorised service centres of big brands. I am really disappointed with this kind of after sale service that a giant appliance company like Kenstar has offered. I couldn't find any mail id on the Kenstar website where i can register my grievance. It is requested to escalate this issue to the concerned authority and may please be expedited with immediate effect.

    This is to bring to your notice that ur authorized service centers should be inspected by your companies i guess you have a brand to uphold and only then be give your authenticity after knowing the actual motive of theses service centers is it to give after sales service or only to stalk and swindle their customers. I had purchased a kent Purifier 2 years back and after my complementary service where done i got a call from one of your service center called Pure Life. Asking to take an AMC for further service to keep the machine healthy. On 9th March 2013 an person from there end visited my residence and did the paid service selling me an AMC worth Rs 1850- he insured me four service with changing of 2 time candle change 1 Carbon change which i agreed he also assured me that they would provide me services on Sunday as well as i was a working women. Since then i used to get call and appointment taken from there end for service but no one ever came on time allotted to me. Time given time an again i kept telling there tale callers that am a working women and can’t get my service done on week days but ever time dey fail to understand that and kept insisting for giving appointments on week day i also suggested that at least the times of the person coming Should be after 7;30 as that is the time i return from work. I finally managed to get two Services ie 9th March and 21st July after all the harassment; the worst is yet to come. My 3rd service was due and like always a bunch of fools kept calling me and asking for appointment on a week day and took multiple appointments and did not turn up for the service. Finally i had a mid day holiday so i called and fixed up an afternoon appointment with them for approx 3pm which again to no surprise to me the person did not turn up. On 14 th Jan 2014 me being on leave i booked an appointment with them as the service was very much over due. To my surprise the gentleman on the other side Mr Suresh informs me that i have already availed a service on the 26th of Dec 2013 and he has a signature on my amc card i was totally loathing and informed in a definite tone that i haven’t got any service since July and i too hold a copy of their service guys signatures... as to when they have visited. After a long disagreement he sent a person to my place with the card that i had demanded for to check and validate as to who had signed on the same as i stay alone with my kid.To my sock there was a replication of my signature done which was very much not mine i spoke to Mr Suresh and informed him the same i also produce the similar card which i had as my records that no person from their had visited since then. The copy of the card where in my signature Have been copied are as attached. This is the way these companies make money on cheating their customers in this manner. I am totally dismayed and do not trust the Pure Life center any more they are crocks of the first degree.

      I purchased kenstar geyser from NEXT, SHAHNAJAF ROAD, Lucknow on 06/01/2014 vide bill.no.[protected].Since a NOISY SOUND is emanating from geyser.I made a complaint on 19/02/2014 (complaint no.LUC[protected] ) TO KENSTAR SERVICE CENTER, LUCKNOW and talked about the problem to Mr.Sandeep.area manager KENSTAR, who assured to look into the problem at his earliest by INSPECTION OF GEYSER by visiting my residence, but unfortunately he never visited my premises to solve the problem nor did he even send any Technician to inspect it.Also the complaint has been closed WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM,
      I herewith request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest for the relief of my grievance.

        I have purchase the Kenstar microwave(Model No - Kenstar KJ23CSL4) on 5th Jan 2013, but in last 9 months this is a 2nd time Microwave have stopped working. I am not at all happy with the product and the quality of servicing, this is disgusting, I think I have wasted my money on Kenstar. This is a manufacturing defect and Kenstar should replace the product. I have also register the complaint in Feb 2013 and again on 25th Oct 2013 through there customer care No. (Complaint no. JAI[protected]) but we have not yet received any solution. we have tried to approach the customer care more then 5-6 times but not getting the proper revert.           I had purchased a Kenstar microwave from Vedoms showroom Nagpur. Currently out of warranty. Few days back The input pad was not working hence I had lodged a complaint to the service station, of Kenstar in Badkas Chowk, mahal Nagpur (ph no.[protected] on last saturday. The service engineer Mr Chandu had come to our place and took the PCB for repairing. He told me that it would cost Rs 650 and Rs 250 for repair and service charges respectively. Since that day there was NO proceedings done from your service station, today upon calling him it was told to me that the PCB is not repairable and also a fresh one was not available. And the service station said to dispose-off the microwave oven. This is sheer irresponsibility from your service station to harass the customers and also to mislead them. It is possible that for a part replacement one has to destroy the whole appliance? If it is to be disposed off then I will dump the appliance in a trash can and click a photograph of the appliance and will post it on a social networking site and will add the fact that if a part is out-of-order of a kenstar appliance then you have to replace the whole thing and throw the WHOLE appliance out as it is ir-repairable.

            sir, I had dreamt for having a food processor for many years. Fortunately it was fulfilled and I preferred for Kenstar which I purchased few months before. But during the first use the blade for grating broke.I had to visit 10 to 15 times to the service center for its replacement. Now for the second time the knob for speed is cracked . This has disappointed me a lot. Kindly need your help for the replacement

              My Ken star iron is not working, When i have take it your retailer SHIPRA mall then he committed me its service will be onside in the warranty period. Now i called customer care then he raised complain and committed me engineer will be call you after one hour.Complain no. GHA[protected]. Today your engineer call me and he told me onside service not now you come to my service center with iron then we will be repair it. But my problem is when i take it then your company provide onside service and when I facing problem regarding your product then your company has stopped onside service. Please do the need full as soon as possible

                Hi Sir,

                I bought a Kenstar Water heater on 27/11/2011 from eZone Kormangala Bangalore, this geyser is failing repeatedly and the Kenstar servicing team takes some 2 months (or even more) to service this.

                First time, it failed on - around 25 June 2012 and it was repaired on 4/8/2012 (40 days)
                Second time it failed on - 27//1/2012 and it was repaired on 12/12/2012
                Third time it failed on - 29/1/2013 and it was repaied on 13/2/2013
                Fourth time it failed on - 22/5/2013 and NOW IT's MORE than 2 months and still NOT serviced
                Kenstar team just acknowledges email and says.. that we are working on it and then they have no deadlines.

                  Some spare parts were changed costing Rs.2500/- around 5months back. Problem repeated again and a complaint was lodged on 10th March and the complaint is still to be closed. No proper response from the franchisee Hitech services, hyderbad or from the company representatives at Hyderabad.

                  Microwave Oven — REPAIRING

                  Ihave purchased samsung Micro wave Oven 32 LTR. 2 YRS back and same Oven not working last 2 Months and i have already lodged a complain to samsung Call centre Ref. No. [protected] dated 20th Aug 08 but not yet any type of attention has been given by Company.
                  I had call up customer service 10to 12 times to get the status. They promised a senior engineer visit to see what can be done as THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAS SPARES. That visit is still awaited and I am calling SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE ALMOST EVERYDAY. and i also called to Samsung India Corporate Office Miss. Puja promissed me for solving the problem but she is also giving false promise Problem is that this SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE is a chetting INDIAN CUSTOMER . They have just a messaging system. No real link to service department. I asked for customer manager's telephone number for customer's grievance. They have same answer every time that they do not have it. Every time they have a similar answer that they would pass on the message.

                  kenstar - microwave oven — service not provided since one year

                  i bought a kenstar microwave oven from akash sales, new market, bokaro thermal. pin 829107. on dec 2007 and the door of the same got damaged on 14th july 2008 and i reported the matter to akash sales regularly and i was assured for the service at very next week but no one attended. only few days before expiry of the warranty period a service personal came and took the details and assured for the replace ment in one month time but till date no one contacted me and when i contacted they asked to call anotherday and the matter is being stretched.
                  please assure me the service from the company at the earliest for which i will be ever grateful to u

                    i had given complent to survice provoider before 2 month of expir..of vorenty period...complaint no.THA[protected],and also i had got phone call of surviceprovider that he will coming for repairing...but not reching till date...

                    so pls do the needfull in this complaint case..

                      I, Mr. Inacio Pereira, a regular customer of Naaptol. I had order Induction Cooker Top on 10/06/2013 at 18:39, Kenstar-Queen K1Q16BP3-RF. Order No. 6600322. and delivered on 15/06/2013 at 17:32. it was a faulty piece that is not getting hot, I had call to Naaptol on No. [protected] spoke to Abhi which he gave me A/C Code 113260 to tell the Blue Diet on 17/06/2013 then my complaint is Register on same day at 14:47 and my Complaint No. 4653768. He also told me in 48 hrs. someone will come and collect your parcel from the Blue Diet but when I call to Blue Diet No.[protected]. they said without company's mail they cannot collect the parcel. after that I had call to Naaptol on 22/06/2013 Anand Kumar on line he also said 48 hrs, then Sonu, Monico, Kasauv, today Rishy Hattri and Divakar Chawan everyone is giving 48 hrs. I need to know the explanation of 48 hrs means.
                      Kindly reply as soon as possible or I 'm going to the Consumer Forum to Complaint and even forwarding the same mail to them in 48 hrs then I will tell what is 48 hrs. and this is the last complaint henceforth never ever but order to ur Company and even I will tell all my friend, Relative and Neighbors too not to order from Naaptol since you'll service is very very poor if the produce is not chance in 48 hrs

                        I am not concerning about money but the company and its customer service.I lodged complaint with kenstar[protected] for requiring service for my unfunctioning cooler.Service person came and replaced the battery.He said battery cost is 750 and service 250 i gave that and asked for receipt.He didnt give that and left the home same thing i informed to customer care but they said its my mistake so they cant help it.My request is if customer complaints about their service mans work why company is not taking any action.I dont want money but i need proper explanation on this. can you help me ?

                          i had purchased a microwave oven (kenster)from anandamela, parcus road burdwan, on 4.6.2008. but ater that my family started to use that oven.later on after few days the microwave oven was repeatedly out of order. the service centres were very much irregelar regarding their services.for examples 13/8/08,11.8.08, 23.12.08, 9.02.09, 8.1.10,30.1.2010, 16.7.2010, 15.7.2011. as the set became repeatedly out of order, i requested anandemela. after repeated request they misguided me they are changing the oven. they just changed the serial nos from[protected] to [protected]. but supplied the same oven i think. we had used the oven for maximum period of two months after purchasing the oven. their service is very much unsatisfactory & irregular.in the mean time i had done AMC from take care india pvt. limited(047997), asansol on 30.1.2010 for a period of two years with a amount of Rs.2980.00. Ultimately one of their service technician named raju,from service plaza, burdwan,taken transformer from our oven to rapair 15.7.2011& never turned up till now.

                          Microwave Oven — out of order

                          LG microwave oven had become defective thrice within two years period only due to failure of magnetron. Microwave was repaired twice @ Rs 5000.00 including labour charges while its original value Rs 7500.00.
                          It has not been repaired third time due to highly expenses observed in this equipment & out o[censored]se from last 6 months.
                          We have taken all care as specified. Please look into the matter & rectify the problem permanently.

                            Hi, This is regarding the Kenstar aircooler. The Complaint has been registered on number # [protected]. The Kenstar support so pathetic that I have logged the complaint 15 days back and i have not got a response till now.. I keep calling Kenstar support everyday. They keep me hold on line for long and never respond. I would like to escalate this to high level and take action against the Customer care agent and his supervisor Chanti babu.

                            Kenstar — Horrible Service from Kenstar

                            Purchased Steam Iron box from Ken star 6 months ago. On very first day o[censored]se iron got overheated and till now it has not been rectified. Even though giving it for repair for three times but not able to rectify.

                            Kenstar — horrible customer service

                            I had a complaint with the switch board and got it fixed after much delay for my microwave. They said they had completely changed the circuit board and switches but here i am now facing the same problem again. I tried calling the customer care person but every time i was asked to call up another person/number. This was extremely annoying because i got tossed around like a thing without even being able to lodge a complaint. why is there a so called customer service desk when you have no intention of even listening to what the problem is? This kind of service has made me regret getting one of your products.

                              Your after sales service is pathetic, lousy, I had raised a complaint on April 17th 2013,BAN [protected] but till date April 29th, 2013 nobody has attend to the complaint despite repeated call to your/videocon customer care. I have been regularly following up with the centre every second day. I have decided that I will never buy Kenstar product and will make sure tell every known person that your service is lousy.

                                Dear Sir,

                                We bought a Kenstar Geyser in October'12. In the month of January'13, it stopped working because it's temperature sensor failed for which we lodged a complaint which took 1 month to resolve after multiple follow ups with the site engineer who kept giving us reasons that part is not available. Now in the month of April'13, it again stopped working, we have lodged a complaint on 4 April'13 and it took 2 weeks for engineer to make 1st visit, post which he said he needs to replace a part which is not available so the request was cancelled by Service Center without consulting us, we again lodged a complaint on 17th April'13 now it's been 4 weeks we have not recieved a solution to our problem by Kenstar .

                                This is our 2nd bad experience with Kenstar Services. Please take this into your notice and take necessary action against Kenstar.

                                1st Complaint Lodged on 15 Dec 12 - Status - Cancelled with a wrong reason that bill is not available.

                                Kenstar Water Heater-3 Litres — Not attending the service call

                                I have brought the new kenstar Water Heater -3 ltrs in the month of Feb-2012. But after 10-15 days spark is coming. immediately i have registered a complaint in customer care. First time Service engineer without checking any thing simply told that your input MCB capacity is less. We have cross checked the Input MCB Capacity. Found to be OK. Again we have registered a complaint with customer care. second time also same engineer came & tested coil inside the heater. He told that Coil problem is there & i will attend the problem in next day. But service engineer didnot came. Nearly we have registered complaint for 5-6 times. But the complaint gets closed without un attending. i need service engineer sign & stamp on bills which i have paid. unless dealer is not replacing the heater.
                                Kindly help in this regard....

                                6 liters water heater — not heating of water heater

                                i have register complain on 22/12/12 through customer care.My complain no. is 2009487 but there is no action upto 30/12/12 by the service center. please arrange quick service for my problem.

                                  I have lodged a complaint for my kenstar climatizer air cooler to their service center [protected]. I received my complaint no. HYD[protected]
                                  through SMS on 27.03.13 and it is to be serviced by Aslam ( Mobile no. [protected] ). So far , nobody has come to attend my complaint.

                                    I am Ranjan,I had bought electric rice coker(MODEL NO:-KRC18W1P-RCS) on 24-feb-2013.When I cooked rice in cooker then rice burns at bottom of rice cooker.
                                    I visited the shop from where I had bought the cooker but he told in all electric rice cooker this will happen and didn't repair .
                                    I tried to contact kenstar service center using numbers[protected] and Local Call[protected]STD code 06542), but both numbers are not working.I had mail regarding this on [protected]@kenstar-appliances.com but it is also not working.
                                    Please do the needful for repairing or replacement of Rice cooker.

                                      The complaint raised on 28/01/2013 ref no. SUR[protected] is still not attended on top of their area manager based at SURAT does not bother to revert back on repeated calls in order to update the status. I has been a horrible experience, please do not go in for the product ever, very poor after sales services.

                                      kenstar/foodprocessor — processor not working

                                      I have purchased kenstar multi processor in the month of sep.08 from Pantaloon showroom shahidnagar vanivihar bhubaneswar After two months It has given the problem of slipping drive belt I have repaired that through their service centre in bhubaneswar twice but it is still giving the same problem Please do the needful

                                      I am really feel bad to complaint against your company that firstly no one visited to us for demo of your product, as well as noe my processor is not working becuse of this I am not able to complete my work as early as possible.A nd the numbers which is given on your brocher is not working it make unconvinient to us.So please do the needfull and send any of your engineer to repair our processor.Hope you will do this early.Thanks.

                                      Kenstar — Food Processor is not working

                                      I had bought a kenstar food processor on Oct. 2011 and it started giving problem after 2 months. I launch my complain in Feb. on their toll free no. [protected] and even received a call from Aurangabad and Delhi they told me that they put a penalty on the service center, but my complain was still not rectified. I was going through a harassment and planing to go in consumer court. If the Co. can solve by problem, than it will be a great help.

                                        my father purchased 3 litres instant geyser from amar stores bhusawal (dist Jalgaon) Maharashtra.. The geyser was bought on 23/12/2011 with two years warranty.the sl.no is[protected] and the model no is KGT 0343/P. The geyser was found not working on 30th/12/2012. The complain was lodged online but it is really sorry to say that Amar stores sent a person and gave the persons mobile No [protected].This person came but was not knowledgeable. He started blaming the wiring .But when the wiring was proved to him in front of the wireman ,he was not prepared to listen .He was just passing the buck and harassing the customer. He was told that he can demonstrate the satisfactory functioning of geyser anywhere in his workshop but he was not prepared to listen .He says i am not having the plumbing arrangement. This Geyser till date is not functioning.When Amar stores was contacted again he sent somebody who told there is fault of geyser .But he was not prepared to take up with the company stating the company doesnt listen and wanted me to directly take up with the company.He said due to poor after sales service of company i have stopped dealing with the equipment's of the company. He also gave me toll free number of the company [protected]. But that toll free number doesnt function. I dont know how the company gives guarantee when it is not able to keep the promises made to the customer.

                                        Kenstar Geyser — Not Working

                                        My name is Rajesh Agrawal. I purchase a geyser 3 months ago. but its not working.

                                        I complainthis product it company service centre dated 03-Nov-2010.

                                        But till date any company engenier not come to solve my complain.

                                        I am calling many more times company service centre but they not proper response.
