Electric rice cooker hot plate deshaped due to over heeat, given for serviceing at kenstar authorised service centre near Tarnaka , after twenty days the electric rice cooker was returned back in disamantled condition. Is this the way Kenstar provides after sales service? Contacted call centres many times and is of no use. Kenstar to look into it immediatley....

I got to know the real meaning of warranty today as my machine stopped working, as per their helpline if anything is wrong/fault with the machine then i have to pay the price to replace it. They will only send there men to collect money and get it replaced.

The MW oven (kenstar make) was getting powered on but the oven was not working. The service engineer from G K Electronics Vadapalani, Chennai came to check the same.
