Service personal attended ; Water Level Switch/ Pressure Switch not functioning so Machine is not working. Spares not available.They are trying from market since one month. So service is very poor . For want of small spares the Machine (Investment) is of no use.

Kenstar Washing Machine — non-function of the machine

After inspection of the top loading tumbler Washing Machine, it was told by the visiting mechanic that it requires a new belt & a small switch.
It is more than one & half months till then but no response is being received from the service centre.I am constantly reminding them of the fault.

I have booked kenstar washing machine complaint over landline[protected] in coimbatore on feb05 2008,and pursuing the case, for more than one month, till date( mar 12,2008)
The front end reception is very poor, they are not aware any thing other than asking our cell number.
No tracing of complaints. No log details. Nothing in the front office. Really it is very horrible if machine goes faulty. This is not the first time I am facing the problem. Kindly any body can guide me to follow up this case please.

    I have Purchased Kenstar Food Processor on 24th april,2010 From VASHI(Hypercity) Mall. I brought it to my place at Nagothane. I was assured by the sales person for the Demo & Installation. Since it is part of the warranty , till date I have not yet opened the Box. After so many Call centre follow ups nobody has turned up yet to my place.

    My Cash Memo for the Purchase is 3110 dated 24/04/2010 at HyperCity. Whenever I called they promise me for the visit and nobody turned up for the same. The Call centre ticket Nos. are CHA[protected], THA[protected], THA[protected]. The contact Person at Hypercity is Ms. Jagjit Kaur. Her contact No is [protected]. Nobody is responding. My details are with Hypercity in the register.

      Neither he visited nor he informed us about his non-coming.



      IS IT THEY WAY YOU WORK?????


      I am sorry to say that M/S Kenstar is the worst organisation I have ever seen in my life. You have taken money in advance for after sales / warranty maintenance. If your organisation have minimum sense and shame, it will return me the money taken in advance.



      Hope you understand what I said.



      YOUR REPRESENTATIVE WILL NOW VISIT MY HOUSE AFTER I RECEIVE AN OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION REGARDING THE DATE AND TIME FROM KENSTAR.         Sir, I have purchased New Kenstar Microwave Oven of model MWO-OM-20-DGQ on31.5.2010 vide cash bill no14071 dt.31.5.2010 from M/s Sri Venkataramana Arcade,Trunk Road, Nellore-524001 (AP).
        the product is not working. Thematter was complained through toll free[protected] and was regd.che[protected] again reminded to[protected]
        on 6.6.2010. So far nobody visited for repair. As the product is in warranty, I request you to kidly arrange send the rep. for immediate repair to put the unit in usage ciondition.

        I thought the consumer no given as toll free will attend the consumer and relieve from their mental agony. As I am retired person from the major public undertakings. we used to get our compaint immdeiately attended by giving mere toll free calls. Though it is answered that it will be done within 24 hours of time but not yet settled. Hence it is requested to arrange for immeidate repair please.

          kenstar refrigerator purchased in june 2008 has no cooling and no ice formation. On complaint technician says there is leakage of gas and requires filing and charge of Rs.1400/- has to be borne by us, eventhough the waranty for compressor is for 5 years.

          kenstar refrigerator — fault not attended

          I purchased a Kenstar Refrigerator from M/s. Eltech Corporation, West Mambalam, Chennai-33. Now the door is not closing properly resulting in not able to use the fridge. I complained to M/s. Eltech Corporation 3 days back and they said mechanic would be visiting us. But every day passes without the mechanic turning up. My complaint no. is CN3HE[protected].
          I shall be grateful if you could immediately send the person concerned to my house preferably after 6 P.M. in the evening or before 9 A.M. in the monring.             I had purchased a Kenstart Slimline air cooler last year from Raj Kamal electronics showroom at Chikkapally, Hyderabad. The motor broke down and a complaint was given on 28th May 2010. Its 4th June 2010 and no response from the Kenstar team. Repeat calls gives no response. Their manager, Ram Singh's number in Hyderabad is never picked up.
            Very upset with the quality of the product and service, one of the worst companies I have come across. They should learn from companies like Samsung & Whirlpool. Just goes to prove that Indians still look at one billion one time customer and not interested in building loyalty by repeat consumers.

              Dear Sir/Mam,

              We have purchased an Air cooler of Kelvinator brand from your company delaer name Sangam Steel, Vashi on 25/4/10 (Cash Memo No. - 5963).

              On 30th April, 2010 we faced the problem from the cooler.

              Your executive Rajkamal visited the house and said the problem is from blower and we would replace the same in a day's time. Later we called him 'n' number of times (record has been made through postpaid card), but he has exceptional excuses.

              On 6th May'10 asked us to talk to Mr. Anvar - [protected] another executive of your company; we spoke to him he said the cooler would be repaired by 9th May,10. But to no avail, my cooler is still suffering and because of that the entire family is suffering.

              Dealer had lodged the complaint several times, even I did that and the complaint n umber is THA - [protected]. Till date the executive from your company, your distributor and your dealer are playing around and no work has been done.

              I request you to take tings forward and get my cooler changed, because if in summer the cooler is of no use then its of no use anytime else as well.

              Kindly take this mail on serious note, or else i have to go to consumer forum and that would screw up your brand - kelvinator as well as Videocon - parent company brand also.

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchased a new Kenstar Air Cooler Model No CT 9924 on 30th April 2010. but it couldn't completed even 15 days and its fan got damaged.

                On 13th May 2010 i lodged a complaint vide no THA [protected] on helpline no [protected]. On the very next day one technician has visited my home, checked the cooler and informed me that its fan has been damaged and promised me to repair it within two days but he did not come back.

                On 26th May 2010 i again lodged another complaint vide no THA [protected].

                Now more than 15 days have been passed and nobody has come till date to resolve this issue even i havn't received any call from the company/service centre.

                Now the scene is this, when i call customer care/service centre and they used to give the commitment to get this resolved within 24 hours.

                I do not know when this 24 hours will get finished and my cooler get repaired.

                Hence I request you to do the needful at the earliest.

                kenstar CT-9924 — there is no response from company

                kenstar our complaint no.[protected]
                we bought this cooler on 31 may 2008 from kavya electronics A.S. Rao nagar ECIL hyderabad.
                It is not working proper ly . We gave complaint. But there is no response.
                We told the excutives (Ram singh, Sree Ram, Kavita, Sridhar, Amarender, and Rupa). It is in air.
                summer is on high. we wasted a lot of time waiting. please consider this complaint and take
                action against them. If possible we will come to the court.
                we have already sent our complaint through on line. We want response as early as possible.

                Kenstar — NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY

                I HAVE A KENSTAR MIXER GRINDER WITH WARRANTY SL NO[protected]. DESPITE REPEATED CALLS NO SERVICE ENGINEER HAS TURNED UP TO REPAIR THE MIXER GRINDER , WHICH IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.

                  Recently we bought a Kenstar Cooler named Kenstar Climatiser from Garg Electronics,Berkhera Bhopal worth Rs.6400/-.But soon after getting & using the same we saw that the mesh on the three sides of the cooler were not getting wet by the Pump.We thought it was a temporary problem but after 6 days we had to complain the distributor(Garg Electronics).He assured us that he would be sending company officials or someone to mend the cooler.But it has been 3 days & we are stilll suffering from the heat.
                  I request you to plese look into this problem because even after paying the full amount & getting new cooler we arent getting the services as desired..

                  Yes its true even i purchased kenstar cooler, since i purchased i am in trouble, water pump was replaced recently by company officials but again within a week same trouble, i think i made mistake by purchasing kenstar, local coolers are working better than this.I feel no use of spending more on branded item better buy more than 1 cheap item use and throw.

                      This is Sudheer L. from Hyderabad; I purchased ken star air cooler about 2 years back with model No 9704-C. About a year back the function batten was failed on my complaint the technician came and did some thing, again the very same function batten failed and on 9-4-2010 a person came from ken star authorized center “NEWTEK SERVICES, Kukatpally, Hyderabad and did some thing and collected Rs 622-00 and promised that, the problem did not arise in future and also gave 3 months warranty, just after one week the very same function batten failed, since than in this hot summer we are like in hell. I called so many times to the given Phone No [protected] and also to the kenstar company. Today another technician from ken star came and on my surprise that, the lost time fellow did not replace the batten in spite of taking money and he only did some plastic tape and total air cooler is failed and now I want replace all the battens, this is how the ken star is providing services. I made about 20 calls and lot of humiliation and irritation and it is really like hell. We are in last floor; we are facing lot of problems with this air cooler. We can not go for other product right now having spent lot of amounts on this cooler Therefore I suggest new customers think before purchase the product.
                      kenstar customer care is not at all active, i think the company should go to sleep rather then playing withpeople emotions.

                      company has screwed up the brand of itself. i am facing the same problem as well with the cooler, i took the branded company model as i woudl get better service, irrespective in half the price i was getting the local cooler, it hink that woudl have been better to purchase.

                      I am walking to consumer forum and would request everyone to do that.
                      I had a similar experience of faulty product and bad service with my Kenstar Air Cooler.

                      It's a junk company who manufactures junk products. The showrooms which sell these know that very well and turn a blind eye at the expense of consumers.

                      We have recently purchased a Kenstar Air cooler. Its has lot of noise and due to this we cant use it. It has been purchased last month. It had a warranty for 1 year.

                      I called the customer care center to lodge a complaint on 30th May 2012(complaint number SUR[protected]), but till today no one has turned up. Yesterday when i spoke to customer care twice it was told that you request has been put on priority basis and after few minutes i have received my call has been cancelled. When i enquired this with custmer care they informed your address is incorrect and your phone number is not reacheble and due to this your call has been cancelled.
                      Few minutes customer care does not have any information and after that they have cancelled my call, this is pathetic support from Kenstar.

                      Cutomer care person asked me to register another complaint (customer number - SUR[protected]), Till now I havent got a call from their service team, neither do I have any hope that they will come over.

                      I would suggest not to purchase Kenstar products, service and products both are very bad.

                      Please let me know what I need to do to get my issue resolved.

                        I have purchased a water purifier [Serial Nu.[protected]] of Kenstar company during the offer period. Earlier it was working fine but since last 15 days having water drain issue [Water not purified] and after 2-3 days of this problem,Tab of this purifier has been broken.
                        I have lodged a complaint regarding these issue on dated 14-05-10 with complaint number is "THA[protected]", Maximum time 24 hours told by executives to me to resolve this issue. This complaint number is still open without any action,Also I have called lot of times on daily basis at the customer care number [[protected]], talked many care executives like Radhika,Tushar,Pradeep and Nitin etc.They assured me that it will resolved today on priority basis, but after assurance problem still persists.Is there any time limit to resolve the complaint because my complaint is open since 10 days.
                        I am too upset for this type of service, so I do not want to use this more,Looking for change with some other brands.

This complaint number is still open without any action, Also I have called lot of times on daily basis at the customer care number [[protected]], talked many care executives like Radhika, Tushar, Pradeep and Nitin etc.They assured me that it will resolved today on priority basis, but after assurance problem still persists.Is there any time limit to resolve the complaint because my complaint is open since 10 days.
                        I am too upset for this type of service, so I do not want to use this more, Looking for change with some other brands.

                          replacement of cooler pump
                          Dear sir/madam
                          Here I want to bring to your notice that I have purchase a Kenstar little cooler-DX from Prabhat electricals Hospet on feb 28, 2010. after 1 month cooler pump not working, give a complaint to purchased shop, and they register the complaint in kenstar -hub[protected], after 2 week one technician came and concluded that motor is gone. technician is told with in two days i came back and replace the motor, after nobody came, and call number of times to customer care services and they also not responded again i gave a new complaint. with in 30 days motor got damaged after 1.5 months they are not replacing still problem is there.
                          Max working condition of cooler is 30 days. ( new cooler). after summer what is the use of cooler?
                          Please note this complaint and follow up kenstar people and take a action on them.

                          Kenstar Air Coolers — Poor service

                          Kenstar advertises customer care number integrating their services. So far so good.
                          The problem starts after complaining.

                          It's been a week since I complained about my Air cooler and they didn't get it repaired. They sent one guy after 5 days, he took some money and vanished saying he will get a new pump, as the pump needs to be replaced.

                          Now this service guy is no where to be seen, always postpones to next day, and what a rude guy he is.. He wants us to put leave to office and stay at home till he comes to visit us..

                          I gave money to this guy by trusting that it's KenStar service and now I am repenting in hot summer with a cooler that doesn't work.

                          I wish I had approached anylocal repair person, somewhere around my house, instead of calling KenStar Customer care. The problem would have been resolved same day. What a pathetic service from KenStar.

                          Avoid Kenstar Coolers as they don't have proper service.
                          Sir I have purchased the cooler Model-CT-9924 from NEXT stores in Hyderabad in 17, Apr-08.The blower producess lot of noise due to brakage.The blower replaced under warranty by company trained people.After one day tha cooler can't work properly and intimated to service persons.They rechecked and found blower bolts not fitted properly.Due to the reason blower threads damaged and refitted temporerly and they said if 'the cooler produces blast sound, you can call me, we replaced it.'After 6days the cooler produess blast sound and intimated to service persons.Ther are keep quit.Onces again we intimate the customer care center.They are just giving me complaint no:HYD[protected].

                            I have a washing machine of Kenstar Model LF0210, I was register a complain at call centre they give me Complain No. RN 50331026 one service Engg. came at my home but he refuse the belt is non availably in service centre, then I visit in service centre Mr. Boby told me that you scrap the machine because kenstar is not support the spare parts, then I visit the shop they gives me a Mobile No. of Mr Rohi [protected], he is incharge of service of kenstar. He told me shortage of spare parts but he will arranged the belt within 7 days. after 7 days, he told me wait for 20th April, after 20th April he does not receive my call. kindly help me/ reply urgently on [protected]@yahoo.com

                              from the day of purchase the food processor we bought is not working due to technical fault. when contacted the agency (KALPANA MARKETING AGENCY) from whom we purchased the product is not accepting their mistake and directed us to the call centre by providing their toll free number. when we spoke to the executive (MR SAGAR) on the toll free number ([protected]) He provided us a complained number (THA[protected]) assuring us the satisfaction at the earliest in a very casual and sarcastic tone.
                              waiting for the executive to come and see the product, 2 days had already passed, we get a call from mr desai (supposedly an executive on field for kenstar) assuring us his visit on sunday though time was not assured by him, we passed the whole day doing nothing but awaiting a knock on our door by mr desai and we are still waiting.......................i dont know what to say here but i called the toll free number again and i got a new complaint number (THA[protected]) and a number of some incharge MR SALIM who supposedly deploys these executive on field but when contacted this executive (mr desai) again we got the same answer!................... i dont know what to do have i lost my MONEY TO THEM!! I DONT KNOW WHOM TO APPROACH...........people are just finding excuse to escape with a fraud. THERE IS NO AFTER SALES SERVICE AT ALLLL........................PLEASE HELP ME I SPENT APPROX 4000/- RUPEES ON IT JUST TO FIND THATS ITS A SCRAP.

                                Videocon — no cooling

                                Sir my refrigerator is not cooling for the past 15 days..and i had made complaints 4 times through mobile but still no repair have been done...pls do smthing

                                Videocon Kenstar — Tank Leakage 2 times

                                I bought a Kenstar Geyser in January 2012.
                                The tank was found to be leak after 3 months, Complaint registered, Service Engg came, tank replaced.

                                After few days of the service, again the tank has been found to be leak.

                                So 2 times tank leakage within 7 months.....

                                  The pump of my Kenstar cooler purchased a month back is not working.
                                  I complained to customer care on Sunday 25 apr about that. They gave me a complaint number - HYD[protected] and told in 24 hrs it'd be done.
                                  Next day noone contacted me. I enquired again. They again wrote a complaint as they'd a mistake in amy address. HYD[protected], an excuse to delay for it another day.
                                  Noone appears even next day, Now they've given me a number of service center: [protected] which noone picks up.
                                  So, I'm beginning to think noone is interested to repair my cooler.
                                  It's causing me a lot of inconvenience.
                                  Please take some action over this.

                                  HI,

                                  This is to bring to your notice the plight i'm going through. I bought this Kenstar Slimline cooler just a month back. It's just been a month and the pump has stopped working. I have been calling them from past 10 days and have evn emailed them. However, no resolution has been given. The representatives sitting at their customer service centre have no knowledge. They have been just giving me false assurances that they will get it replaced. Nothing has happened till date.

                                  Everytime i call they give me a service centre number which never works. Even though i updated about them of this number but they still give me the same number. What should i say? The representatives have absolutely no knowledge about their product and teh services I have even spoken to the supervisors but no help has been given. Infact today only after 10 days of regularly contacting them i came to know that the complaint i had initially registered has been closed without any solution. Now that's more frustrating because i was never told this before even though i had been calling them for so many days.

                                  I want everyone to be aware that they should never buy Kenstar product. The product doesn't even work for a month. The representatives don't work. They absolutely have no knowledge about the company and the services. Kenstar website also doesn't work. WHat should i do now? My money is gone and i'm just frustrated.

                                    This is in continuation my earlier complaint lodged online reg. the pump of the Kenstar room cooler, which is not in working condition. Since the room coller is in warrenty up to 29.04.2010. Customer Care No. mentioned on the cooler is not been operated/attended by any one. The authorised dealer M/s Yash Electronics, Mohan Singh Market is told me to approach Consumer court. In this regard I would like to mention here that the process of going to consumer court will be initiated after the date of warrenty over, before this I have to convey my idea to company.

                                    Kenstar Room Cooler — Water Pump is not working, Since the cooler is in warranty period up to 29th April 2010

                                    Sir, I have tried to lodge a complaint through toll free number i.e. [protected] but no body is there to operate this phone, I waited for many times more that 1/2 Hrs. but in vain. I also contacted Mr. Nirmal Kumar, Manager, by taking his number from Yash Electronics, Mohan Singh Market, R.K. Puram, New Delhi. But neither the dealer nor the area manager is ready to hear my problem, If this could not be settled out easily. I will try my best to get justice by meeting consumer court. I hope and sure that Kenstar authorities will do needful in this regard. Hope for the best.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      This is Bhasker Yadav, we have bought a Air cooler on saturday night and we have taken home and tried to start the air cooler.
                                      And to our surprice Air cooler motor is not working. My family members were really surprised to know that Air cooler was not working.

                                      I can assure you the local made once will run for sure. so what is the use of buying a branded one.
                                      One more surprise is the numbers of service centers mentioned in the booklet are wrong, again a great surprise from my family members.
                                      At home people were even thinking to a extent to check if this is a duplicate one.
                                      We bought this in a TMC begumpet. Now today morning we made a complaint going personally and the got it replaced.
                                      I had to take half a day leave.
                                      Now we have to check if this is a orginal one or not.
                                      My relatives have come for a 2 days holidays and they were really in bad state for this summer.
                                      so we had a very very bad experice with this ken star air coooler,

                                      now i need a compensatsion to all this, humiliation, my leave. pain etc.

                                      Kenstar Air Cooler — Rubber Elbow

                                      For the past one month i have been following up with this Part (rubber elbow) with the Kenstar service centre at Nashik but no one is bothered to help, all they say that the kenstar company is not sending the spares. Now i do not know what do do with the cooler.

                                        Commitment Not honored by Kenstar Customer Service
                                        We are currently using Kenstar Air Cooler Model # 9704C. WE registered a complain on the 9th April 2010 Complain # THA -[protected] the Technician came to inspect said the water pump is out of order the company will replace as it is in warranty. Post that no one came we tried to follow up however a new complain was raised with our acknowledgement. few days later another technician came gave us the same feedback. Till date the issue is not resolved when I checked with customer service on 25th April 2010,we realized that the complain was cancelled. So we got a new complain number - THA-[protected] and TAT of 24 hours. This how a they treat a Consumer using Air coolers.
