I bought videocon kenstar food processor (model name: karishma) 2y back from home town mall, punjagutta hyderabad. It was working fine however I just used the mixer. All of sudden in march it stopped working.
The product is under warranty which is 5y.
I tried my best by reading manual to wake this dead product, however no luck. Then I called up service center fellow and raised a complain no "hyd[protected]" on 25th june 2011. I have been informed that, the issue will be resolved within 24hrs, however they DID not turn-up.
Today morning I got a message saying your complain was canceled, I just not sure what kind of service is this?

I Purchased Kenstar Microwave on date 18/11/2010, Model number: KF20CBGT-MGA, Serial number:[protected]. I used the same few time, now it is not working I registered many times complaints on customer care number ([protected]), my last complaint number is GHA[protected].

In microwave company defect, its door is defected microwave comes through gate as engineer warns us while his visited, but they not changed the gate also.

Engineer visited but he didn't serviced properly and still microwave is not working and again I registered complaint on customer care with above reference number but now is pending for a long time, every time fake commitment no one is listening and on Kenstar website no email address given for complaint, so I am complaining through you, please help me for resolving my problem.

I purchased kenstar cooler model no CD2008 on 08/05/2011 From Birla distributor ,ETah My complaint no is AGR07062011 which i complaint on 07/06/2011 on call center ([protected]) due to non working of Fan .On 08/06/2011 a service engineer Called Amit (phone no [protected])visited and reported that capcitor of fan is not working ,it has to be replaced.After that he nither visited nor attented any call and also not solved this problem .Please look into the matteras soon as possible

they registared my complain. but nobody come my home to solve AIR-COOLER problem. i face this problem last 12 days.After 12 days they can't solve my complain.

I bought this kenstar cooler at around end of march this year.
but the day i bought it it is frequently giving me a lot of trouble in this two months it has hardly worked for 5 days. kenstar india pvt ltd service person comes and does his servicing, after servicing it works for 2-3 days again it breaks down. i have requested at thier customer care for replacement but they are not listening.
In this hot summer i hardly used that cooler after investing my money i feel like i have made a mistake

I am using Kenstar Double Cool since last one year. I would like to state that the product quality is sub standard. Already I had 2 servicing and the swinging motor is out of order now. My query is why do you use iron arms and supports inside the air coolers. Air coolers deal with water, as a result within one year my cooler have started to rust pathetically and even the motor is catching rust. I don't think that it is a good idea to use iron inside the air coolers. Please talk to your H and D department or else like me, you will loose customers...

I have purchased Kenstar Vibrant cooler from Snehanjali, Kalyan on[protected]. After two days, Kenstar cooler not working. I have lodged complaint at their customer care on 22-04-11 and replied me that their technican will visting within 24 hours. After so many phone calls to customer care and visit to Snehajali, no body bother to take care of consumer complaint.

I had once again lodged complaint for problem vide complaint number THA[protected] on 6-5-2-11 and informed me that technician will attend my complaint. Technician attended the call and without any information, he left. After so many call to technician, Mr Saini Ravi (Mobile No. [protected]), he had informed that motor is not working and he will replace the same when the company will provide and till date, the company does not have the stock for motor. So many phone call to technician, Area Manager Mr Halder, Area Head Mr Ahmed (Mobile no. [protected]) and visit to Snehajali Kalyan, no body bother to atten the complaint.

Now I had delievered the cooler to Snehanjali on[protected] since nobody responding to the complaint and idle in my house. Now they have informed me that cooler motor might be replaced and wait for another 15 days.

I want a replacement or moneyback. Kindly get back to how to register the complaint.

Everytime i call they give me a service centre number which never works. Even though i updated about them of this number but they still give me the same number. What should i say? The representatives have absolutely no knowledge about their product and teh services I have even spoken to the supervisors but no help has been given.

Now that's more frustrating because i was never told this before even though i had been calling them for so many days.

I want everyone to be aware that they should never buy Kenstar product. The product doesn't even work for a month. The representatives don't work. They absolutely have no knowledge about the company and the services. Kenstar website also doesn't work. WHat should i do now? My money is gone and i'm just frustrated

I had purchased a KENSTAR KARISHMA MULTI PROCESSOR *Sl No[protected] model MF0204 PRODUCT Sr No.V8C 098787* on 30-09-08 which have only very limited usage as we only Two in our house and both were employed .The machine found not working on May 2011 ie; after only two and a half years. The service center at Thrissur, Kerala says that the armature of the motor is faulty and to be replaced and costs around Rs1500/-.It is not justified, a MULTI PROCESSOR's motor with rare use, faulty with in this limited time.it is the Poor quality of Motor the only reason, we mostly we use it for making “chutney” only. The processor's blades and other things are still in the packet.I have used other companies mixee before buying this one and last for 12 years with out any fault. I am very dissatisfied with the working of the motor. On the 3rd day of purchase the top of the processor’s bush meltsdue to the tightness of the stem on the processr side and was replaced by the service centre. After 12 months use itself a
slight sound was coming from inside the machine. I fear I never recommend
this comapny's product to any body if this was the quality of their product. I request
your good self to go into the matter and do the needful.a reply may be
highly appreciated.

I had purchased Kenstar Microwave of 29 Litre from M/s Manoranjan Electronics, Near Ghodewala Chouraha, KOTA. At the time of selling the items, the shopkeeper is promising for prompt after sales service. But since I had purchased the items from him, whenever the items get faulty, We had to wait for months to get the Appliances Rectified.
Sir, I had informed the shopkeeper many times, but since last 5 months, my Microwave has not been Rectified.
Kindly help me in getting the Appliances OK.

electronic water heater HOT SPRING 25 liter from the Kamlesh Trading
CO. Gurdaspur Punjab Code -143521 , on dated 13th jan - 2011, after
use of two & half month it began to leakage fromthe bottom of it , i
was lodged a complaint under complaint no JAL[protected]at ur customer
care center [protected] , even after so many call at ur customer care
center my complaint is still pending as it is befor , i have very
disappionted to the service of it that , pls get rid me from the
complaint and do revert of this mail other wise i ll go for the sue in

I bought a Kenstar Convection MWO Ltrs KE CBGJ from M/s Viveks , Adyar , Chennai on 15.08.2009 , but its switch panel started malfunctioning within one month itself and once resulting in melting of the microwave safe vessel . After registering a complaint it was serviced two times and was finally replaced after a continuous follow up with a new instrument on 20.05.2010 from M/s TEKCARE INDIA PVT.LTD. ) as the malfunctioning persisted .

But regret to inform that this machine is also not working as its heating element has stopped functioning . I have registered a complaint to customer care on 01.02.2011 and as per that a person from their service center checked it and I was told to pay Rs.2500 for replacing this part. Since then I have been regularly following with the company representative ,who is least bothered to give me a reply .

I wanted to know if their is really any responsible person in this company.This company should be blacklisted and all its products should be withdrawn from the market. I don't know how to get out of this
mistake of having bought a Kenstar Home Appliance .

I am having a Microwave oven in non working condition since 10 days. I have registered for service with local service provider, GK Electronics, Vadapalani, chennai -26 Ph[protected] , authorised by Kenstar on 20-04-11 . Despite my reminder on two occasions, no service personnel turned up till this moment and the defect still remain not fixed.I find that similar complaints posted in this site on poor service after sale service by kenstar and now I also remain as one such person in the receiving end.
Will the Kenstar organisation look into this and arrange to send service personnel without further delay?

3) Food Processor shuts down after running one minute & burning smell is felt. Again the machine starts after 10 minutes cooling.

Due to above, I have not been able to use the machine in full swing. On the contrary I suffered a lot with mental tension.

I hd purtchased a microwave(challan number-BB/CM/04380/10-11) from Great Eastern (branch ofc-66 amir ali avenue).......AS ON 8/3/2011....it's a matter of concern that my commodity ,which i received on 10/03/11.......was found to be defective ,while giving a demo by the the person concerned of the following company....................folling the the defect ..........the company gave a disclaimer of change subject to koljkata jurisdiction...however the behaviour of 'great eastern company' came to me as a bolt from the blue...........they turned a deaf ear to my repeated requests....................It is high time thqat the enterprise must wake up from their dream or else I have to move to the Conssumer Court.An immediate action would be appriciated.

I had submitted a complaint to kenstar for my Microwave not working almost a 45 days back. The complaint number given then is as follows:-

Since then, it took 2 weeks for their representative to respond and make a visit to my home for checking the appliance. We were then told that they will need to take the machine for repair and that person would come back in 1-2 days time and take the same with him. Since then, It is now more than 2 weeks again and despite regular phone calls, followups from my side, I have not yet heard from them.

I called up the customer care couple of days back and was told that the complaint number has been serviced and is closed. I am not sure how they did that considering my microwave is still not yet repaired.

I would appreciate if some action can be taken on this case and my appliance can be serviced at the earliest. Please feel free to contact me at [protected] for any further details required.

I HAVE PURCHASED KENSTAR FOOD PROCESSOR ON 02.08.2010 FROM VEERANI ELECTRONICS, ABIDS, HYDERABAD. FROM THE DAY I HAVE PURCHASED I AM FACING PROBLEM WITH THE MACHINE. I HAVE COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE BUT NEVER RECTIFIED. THE TECHNICIAN SAID THE MOTOR SHOULD BE REPLACED AND EVEN THOUGH IT IS UNDER WARRANTY I TOOK THE MACHINE TO SERVICE CENTRE AT KING KOTI ON 13.04.2011 AND THEY SAID MOTOR IS CHANGED THERE WILL NOT BE ANY PROBLEM AND PARTS OF FINGER CHIPS, DISK AND VEGETABLE CHOPPING IS OUT OF STOCK. EVEN AFTER CHANGING THE MOTOR I COULD NOT RUN THE MACHINE CONTINUOUSLY EVEN FOR 5 MINUTES FOR RICE GRINDING. ON THE WHOLE THE PRODUCT IS NOT SATISFACTORY AND I REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE THE FOOD PROCESSOR ITSELF.

I have purchased a kenstar food processor from Croma Centre at Vashi 15 months back which is within the warranty period. I had made a complaint regarding the motor failure of the processor 1 month back after that I have been given three complaint number (mentioned below) when ever I called at the customer centre they give the service provider name and number .After 15 days a technician visited and told that motor will required to be changed and as new motor is not available it will be changed within a day or two. Now from last 7 days I keep on calling the service provider and they are keep on telling that they will visit by evening but there evening does not come yet and I have spent 7 such evening and now the situation is that either they don’t receive my call or disconnect it & today one of the concerned person switched off his mobile. My point of concern is that they should be clear enough to make the consumer at ease but they always keep me running behind them.
I kindly request you to do something in this regard & take necessary action

I had purchased a KENSTAR 23 lt Convection Microwave on 08/03/11 from Great Eastern, 66 Syed Amir Ali Ave, Kolkata.
On opening the pack,it was discovered that the product is not in proper shape. The matter was immediately reported to Great Eastern and they committed a replacement.
But since then repeated phone calls have been made by me but they have failed to replace. Now they suggest that I settle for Videocon product.
I am greatly shocked at the irresponsible attitude of the dealer .I would like to draw attention of relevant authorities so that the matter is resolved at the earliest and the Kenstar product is replaced.
