I had given a Complaint somewhere around April 2008 for repair of my AC and after lot of Telephones my AC was repaired by On Spot Air Cool Authorised Service Centre for Kenstar Appliances and it was promised to get me a new remote formy AC since it was not working properly. The AC Gas which had a guarantee for the season leaked and it was again attended on 24/06/08 and gas refilled. Now again it leaked on 17/08/08. I had informed the authorised service centre i.e. On Spot Air Cool, but the same has not been repaired and they gave me a no[protected] which according to Mr Sandeep the representative who had spoken on behalf of On Spot Air Cool stated but the same has not been repaired. Further no remote has been given and Rs 550/- has been paid in advance for the remote. This repeated deficiency in service has made my AC in a non-working condition on no fault on my part. It is most respectfully prayed that order may kindly be passed for repair of my AC at location R-23 Sector-11, Noida -201 301.

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased a Kenstar micro Oven (model No 34ECR) in February 2006, but in March 2006 the inside halogen bulb got fused and we contacted the local supplier of Kenstar Micro Ovens for replacement. But they have replaced with a different type of bulb stating that the original bulb is out of supply and will be available soon. The same bulb also got fused within week. The local supplier advised us to contact the regional office in Bhubaneswar and accordingly we contacted and they assured to ensure supply of the original bulb quickly. Quickly definitely for them when they turn up after six months of follow up but to our surprise with a different type of bulb which did not survive for a minute and got fused in presence of the mechanic. Several follow up is not yielding any result. Now Bhubaneswar office people are not responding to our telephone calls after recognizing the numbers.
    Sir, if this is the quality of service of a multinational company then what can we expect from a local company? I hope you will take note of the matter and do the needful in sorting out our complaint.

      There is no service engineer from the company, and all shop owners say that the company is closed down. The man comes to look after the machine demands unexplanatory amount, and then never turns after number of calls. This is a cheating.

      My Kenstar washing machine is giving problem since last one week and I am making my best efforts to get it repaired thru service center. But till date not succeeded. Service center persons are most of the time not picking up the call and if with great difficulty if they pick up, they are not visiting and stating that spare parts are not available and hanging the phone.

      Is someone know any alternative method.

      Kenstar Washing Machine — no service

      hello dear,
      i bought a washing machine on 2006, worths about INR 13500 . it was working for ~ 3 years, by the 2nd half of 2009 the drum brocken . we call the dealer and also the service men. they playing between, they have no parts available, machine is still in home.i dont know what to do now. it is a clear case of cheating. i think the company responsible for service.

        [protected] of above mentioned service center came for visit, "they suggest
        me to re-send the machine as the allignment of the fitted bearings are not
        proper."

        I have called as many time as i can, to ur Centers on these numbers.

        It my Request to take this matter seriously.

        kelvinator refregerator/eletrolux — door lock defective

        Dear Sir,
        I have purchased a new piece of your product in this year
        and its lock is not properly locked some time the door remains
        open.Will you pl rectify this as soon as possible.I have purchased
        a 165 ltr. piece and it worked for 12 years without any complaint.

        Dear sir,
        I am an Executive Engineer and I had purchased a Kenstar fully automatic washing machine 3 years back from a shop Ashirwad at Faizabad road, near indira nagar, Lucknow . After one year it stoped working and was repaired by your service centre, but after repairing it worked one more year. Now it has stoped working, there was drainage problem, so I informed your service centre at the end of August your service engineer came and told us that there is low voltage supply in your house so it is not working. After that I purchased a voltage stabilizer, but the machine was still not working, so I again lodged a comlaint on[protected] and retained the comlaint no. which is 5Q[protected]. Your call centre promised me to send the man within 24 hours, but no body turned up. I again contacted to your call centre on[protected] and they send a man in the night who told us that your house was locked yesterday, while I was so ill that I had not gone anywhere and also my wife and children were at home. Now without opening the machine he has diclared that the card of the machine is faulty so it has to be changed, then I said that machine is working and only pump is not working please check the pump, but he refused and said I know better, now after that I contacted your service centre to changed the card at the earliest many times but to no avail, They always promise me to forward my complaint. Therefore I request you to look into the matter and do whatever possible at the earliest, and please do not send that serv9ice engineer again.

        i have purchase one washing machine form gandhidham befour 8 to 10 month but after purchasing the above machine so many problaim faced ane once i have done a complain in service centre regarding dryer of washing machine but they solve the complain but this time i have same complain daily once dryer was stoped and they start automatically after few munites and day befour yesterday my dryer was stop and i have done a complain and your service centre person came and say this dryer machine moter was folty and he ask send at our service centre and same i was done immediately but after 8 hrs he say motor is not in our stock and they says we are not to bound how many days motor received the washing machine is a important part of our life and your service centre is not full fill our requirement how can we leave this machine for long time pls give me a reply what to do for this it is a very important and urgent matter for us...

        I am an user of kenstar products and presently i m facing a problem with my kenstar a.c. i launched a complaint online (via telephone no) on 22nd march complaint no. (Rai [protected]).

        I was assured that u r service men shall attend our place within 48 hrs. which is also u r companies commited towards us, after 3 days i recived a cal frm u r cntr at Raigarh (C.G.), that he wuld not be able to come for next 3 days and after that he gave us assurity to visit on 4th day due to no availability o[censored] r service mens.

        Today is 6th april and 15 days have passed but no one visited our place at KHARSIA(C.G).
        I would like to ask u is this the way u provide the services to u r customers?
        Is it our headache to search workers for u??

        I am completely disappointed with this attitude.

        I have purchased a KenStar Refrigrator in the month of February, 2008. Now Refrigrator not cooling. I have given complaint on 11.6.2009. Some one of local boy came on 15.6.2009 he has done his job partially and left. He said he will come one hour later. Now i.e., 23.6.2009, no body came, I complaint to the consumer services regularly, but no body take responsibility.

        My advice to all not to purchase Ken Star Home Appliance in future, as the service is worest in the world.
        Do not buy Kenstar AC as their people do not know how to make allignement of Split AC they have made compresor inclined due to which there is gas likage problem. and they demad 1800 bugs to fix them. so please buy other brands like Voltas, Hitachi std ones

        Dear Sir,

        SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT


        1) That, I had taken an Electrolux 440 L Frost Free refrigerator double door on 15/7/05 from M/s Electrolux Kelvinator Ltd., 227, Shiv Mandir wals gowdon, G T Rd, Bakoli as replacement for my earlier Kelvinator refrigerator which developed major irreparable problem.

        2) That, this new Electrolux 440 L Frost Free refrigerator soon developed some problem and was not at all cooling. This was immediately reported to your authorized service center(DYNA ENTERPRISES, Shalimar Park, Bhola Nath Nagae, Delhi – 32) and people from their came to attend the call on 30/9/08. They repaired the refrigerator and charged us Rs. 2, 000/- in cash and Rs. 2, 185/- in cheque. Total amount charged for the repair was Rs. 4, 185/- for gas and heater, with a 3 months warrantee.

        3) That, again after two months my refrigerator started giving trouble and I again informed your authorized service center(DYNA ENTERPRISES) and the same was attended on 16/12/08. The service persons again charged Rs. 850/- in cheque for cooling coil repair and gas, despite the refrigerator being under warrantee period for 3 months for gas.

        4) That, why did your authorized service center(DYNA ENTERPRISES) charge me twice for the gas despite this being under warrantee period for 3 months.

        5) That, we had called the service persons(Tirath Raj Yadav) from M/s DYNA ENTERPRISES again on 24/3/09 just to ensure that our refrigerator was running fine and he suggested that we should enter into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to avoid any further problems

        6) That, on 4/4/09 we entered into an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) as suggested by the service person from M/s DYNA ENTERPRISES with TekCare India Private Limited and the cheque for the AMC was issued in the name of M/s DYNA ENTERPRISES for Rs. 2, 428/- vide cheque # 100229 dated 4/4/09 drawn on PNB.

        &) That, within two months our refrigerator started giving trouble and a complain was immediately lodged with M/s DYNA ENTERPRISES, the call was attended on 3/6/09 but they were unable to repair our refrigerator for the next 25 days, each day we were being informed, after we called, that it will be repaired in the next 2 – 3 days and we had to suffer greatly on this account as our medicines & food got spoiled. We were informed after approx 25 days that due to the non availability of the some part, the refrigerator could not be repaired and hence, the company would provide us with a new replacement, if we pay an additional Rs. 3, 056/-.

        8) That, since we had already gone thru a lot of pain and agony on this account and were in a bad situation especially during those days when Delhi temperature was at approx 45 degrees, we gave the amount of Rs. 3, 056/- to the servicing person (Mr. Sudhir Kumar [protected] from M/s TekCare) on 29/6/09 after which we received a replacement from TekCare India Pvt. Ltd which was a Kelvinator 313 L refrigerator in place of our Electrolux 440 L to our surprise. This refrigerator was neither Frost Free and was single door. No money receipt for this money was provided to us.

        9) That, since, I have Sr. Citizen parents at home who are heart patients and for whom I have to keep medicines in refrigerated conditions, I kept this fridge as an interim arrangement but I do not wish to accept a Kelvinator 313 L refrigerator without Frost Free and single door in lieu of my previous Electrolux 440 L Frost Free refrigerator double door.

        10) That, as my refrigerator was under AMC and as per the terms & conditions of the AMC point # 20 “TIPL(TekCare India Pvt. Ltd) will repair/ replace any defective parts and correct any problem free of charge”

        11) That, as my refrigerator was under AMC, why did your service

        12) That, having informed you of my above mentioned grievance, I urge you to please
        a) settle my grievance in terms of replacement of my refrigerator with exactly the same specification as my previous one
        b) refund the differential amount of Rs. 3, 056/- taken by your service persons
        c) Take back the Kelvinator 313 L which was offered to us as an interim arrangement.
        within next 10 days or else, I will be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Court as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

        13) That, the filing a complaint with the Consumer Court will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services.

        Kenstar Micro Oven. — demand of cash instead of cheque payment by your people.

        Dear Sir,

        I had availed loan of Rs.7200/- and and provided 8 PDCs of amounting to Rs.900/- each. Though your complany taken payment of 7 cheques one cheque they have misplaced somewhere as intimated by them orally. Now your people are coming to my home and demanding the amount. I informed them to give me in writing that one cheque has been misplaced and they have not placed it for clearance on receipt of which I shall make payment of Rs.900/- through cheque. But your people did not agree to take payment on cheque and demanding the amount in cash which is perhaps not correct to collect money . Kindly instruct your people at Bhubaneswar to take payment on A/c payee cheque only. Kindly confirm.

        I gifted my parents a Kenstar 20 DQ microwave a year ago...twice did we use it..now its of no use. The machine works but never heats up(a new model indeed). I called up the service center and they said they ll charge Rs. 225 just to attend and find the fault. One their products dont work and on top their service charge is very "LOW"...not being a Kenstar service person...I asked them to check the microwave. Ashok the person who attended told me that a magnet isnt working and it has to be replaced. Guess the cost of the MAGNET...Rs.1827 only. Ashok said 'due to low voltage its MUST have got repaired(he was not sure with the reason). Now a days many people report the same problem. Kenstar products arent good anymore'. The best part is ..when I asked him about the resale value of the product ..he said..." 300 rupees madam". Apprx their service charge!!

        Maine Delhi se KENSTAR ka ek product " Mixer Grinder " purchase kiya tha yah sochkar ki iska service centre all over india men hai, parantu main jab bihar aaya aur iske purchase karne ke ek maah ke andar se hi ismen problem aana prarambh ho gaya to maine iska service centre kaa pata karna huru kiya lekin bihar men iska koi service centre hi nahin hai, parniaamswaroop yah machine aaj bhi kharaab hi para hua hai, kya karoon ? jabki company ne 12 years guaranty dene ka vaayda kiya tha . kya mujhe consumer forum kaa hi sahaara lena parega ?

        Subject: Complaint regarding Washing M/C Make Kenstar

        I am having the Kenstar's Fully Autoamtic Washing Machine Model No. LF2008 and purchased on 04 Nov 2002 form its launch
        time from a shop Ameya Enetrprises at Madhav Nagar, Nagpur. Now we are staying in Nanded ( Maharashtra ),

        2 months back its started problem frequently i.e. ( 25/04/2010) while changing washing programm from pre-wash to main wash and other stage of washing, water does not drain through the its pipe and cloths are remain wet after spin.

        Regarding the same several complaint given to the local service Center at Nanded. There is very poor responce from ur service center. No one technician come to attein the complaint.

        It is my request to take this matter very seriosly.

        Kenstar — charging money for service when it should be free

        Dear Sir,

        I bought the Kenstar split A/c in august 2008 for which i was given the guarantee of compressor for 5 years.
        In October 2008 the compressor stopped working, your service center replaced the compressor & fill the gas free of cost.

        Similarly same thing happened in july 2009, your service center get the things done.
        Then in 2010 the compressor stopped working againg, then also you service center admitted their fault and changed it free of cost .

        Now you earlier service center is closed down. The similar fault has happened again, compressor is not working, but the new service center which is in gzbd is asking a service charge of Rs. 2500/- for filling the gas & changing the compressor .
        Please tell me where is my fault if your compressor is having problem, why should i bear the cost of the gas filling.

        Every year since i bought the a/c , compressor is having problem, I told them to get the piece changed but I received no response from you the person en-charged.

        It was only when i used your Electroux a/c i was confident that your Kenstar branded items will also be good.
        But I am highly disappointed with the product, service & your front desk staff, your manager Mr. CP Singh (Meerut).

        So i kindly request you to please help me regarding this.
        I hope this mail not go into trash & Videocon the parent company will look into this.

          When i was in Videocon, i bought Kenstar Automatic Washing m/c ( Tumble wash ) which was stated as export quality.

          I used one year happily.
          The second year onwards, its started giving problems like Programing skip, Drum belt loosen, Poor material quality of the body parts due to this top plate harden and cracked..etc.

          Though i was an employee of Videocon, i didn't anticipate this kind of problems.

          I know Videocon using third class materials in their manufacturing ( i witnessed it in other products of manufacturing ) but did not suspected this culture had been spreaded accross all the products.

          So friends be careful before buying a product from Videocon. Don't get deceived by viewing external look n feel.

            NOACTION by Kenstar service on my complaint registered on 05-May-2008 despite repeated requests. My 1.5 Ton Kenstar wall mounted split AC was purchased on 18-Feb-2007 and installed by Kenstar only on 07-Mar-2007 (request ID MVC08E140030/48) after repeated request and phone calls. It came with one year of service warranty and 6 years of compressor warranty.
            1. Despite 4 free service coupons, Kenstar service representative did not come to make one single service visit during the first 12 months.
            2. When we first started using the AC, it was not working properly and we registered a complaint on 27-May-2007, complaint ID MMC07E270002. NO Kenstar service representative TURNED UP to service this request (until today). 3. Subsequently, during next summer season, when we felt the need of AC, we again registered a service request on 05-May-2008, complaint ID MVC08E050033. But there was no response to this request, despite repeated reminders.
            4. Again, we registered a new complaint MMC08E150037 on 15-May-2008 with our cell phone number. On 16th May 2008, one AC mechanic visited but he couldn’t rectify the problem and left stating that he will send some other service engineer from a closer location to take the unit to repair station. But until today (25-May-2008), after 10days, despite repeated reminder and promises (false) by Kenstar customer support representative, no one has turned-in to correct the problem.

            Worst service from Kenstar Service Centre in Asansol (WB) for my 1.5 ton split AC. Water drips out from my indoor unit. These people visited me at least 10 times within the last year but they couldn't solve it. In my life again neither I or anybody from my family will buy anything from Kenstar. Worst experience to summarise.
            Worst Service by Kenstar service department . The Only action these people take is register new complaint no., send a new engineer each time compliant is registerd, give thier seniors number and then keep on giving excuses.
            I have purchased a 1 Ton Kenstar A/c from Next Showrrom of Pune Camp in april 2008
            I have registered my complaint on nov-2008
            They took 15 days and atleast 20 calls including calls to senior officers (service Head for pune) and one more new registered of complaint to send a engineer to my place.
            The Engineer told that the PCB of the AC is Faulty and same will be replaced within 5-6 working days.
            But no action was taken for next 15 days.
            we again contacted the service department, firstly they were unable to notify the engineer sent to our place . then after providing the detials of the service engineer, they keep on giving promises and senior contact no. one after the other.
            Then after 2 months they registered a new complaint again sent a new engineer and the same story repeats again.
            Please let me know what actiobn should i take, shall i again call up and register a new complaint or shall i dump the AC in Scrap.

              This is in reference to our purchase of a Microwave Oven (Kenstar OM-20 ACF) dated 5th November 2007 from HomeSolutions Retail (India) Ltd. (EZONE) (Cash memo No. T3/1202).

              In this regard, this is to inform you that this product started male-functioning from last two month. At a first remedy we approach the customer service centre of the “kenstar” company and lodge a complaint on dated 16/5/2008 (Complaint no. DGP08E160014 ). In response of that, a service engineer visited on 22/5/08 and reported that the PCB of the concerned microwave is faulty and requires replacement. Then after a follow up regularly to their head office ( Phone No.[protected] they collected the PCB with full panel and returned only after two weeks. But for our surprise we find that it is in the same position without any solution to the problem. We have again called them yesterday and they send the service engineer today which again confirmed that the problem is still there and out of his understanding.

                Kenstar AC — PC Board Problem

                I brought Kenstar Ac 8 month back, It is not working When i called to customer care they said they will come and solve the issue and said because of PC Board Problem it is not working., The taken the pcborad and display, and they came twice to my home with new pc board and siad that the new pc board which they brought also not working, and now they are saying the pc board itself very difficult to find tin the market. And no one responsing for that issue, when ever i am calling they are saying they will bring and fix it without fail, but it been three weeks and no solution they provided, even though i said i will pay for the pc borad also they are resolving the issue, Please dont buy this ac and kenstar is the worst company which provide very bad customer service.

                  Kenstar Air Conditioner — pathetic after sales support

                  bought kenstar AC. lost its remote control during relocation. complait was lodged but they gave an incompatible remote, told keep this as security till we arrange another--funny. then told me your AC has become out dated (i bought it in april 2004) and so sensor-display assembley need be changed. till date 1 year 3months--it is yet to be changed. funny ways of working.
                  this month i purchased 1.5 ton Kenstar AC. Heavy noise on working. Nobody came to see. Even nobody to tell working fom Co.

                  Kenstar Air Conditioner — Delayed Service

                  I have registered a service request with Kenstar Cutomer care some where on 28-29 of April 2011 and was allotted a service request no. GHA[protected] and was told that it will be attended in 24 hrs but despite of so many calls the service engineer no. was given on SMS when I spoke to him he said I got a wrong no. as he is only for Washing Machine again I started calling customer care and got another no. after 3 days who picked up AC on 7th May after calling Area service manager and told me to deliver next day.
                  Again 4th Day when I called up to ASM he gave me another no. to confirm delivery and I came to know that we don't have AC gas so it will take another 2-3 days.
                  If this is the response system that I have to wait for 20 days to get AC service then ...why shall any one buy Kenstar Appliances
                  Is there any one to resolve our concerns from Kenstar side ???????????

THE PRODUCT WHEN DELIEVERED WAS A BROKEN COVER WHICH WAS IMMIDEATELY REPORTED TO THE PERSON INSTALLING THE SAME. SECONDLY WHEN ALL ELECTICAL WIRING WAS COMPLETED, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE REMOTE WAS NOT OPEARTIONAL. THE COMPLAINT WAS REPORTED IN THE NEXT SHOP FOR WHICH A SERVICE PERSONAL FROM KENSTAR CAME AND TOLD US THAT HE WILL GET THE NEW COVER AND THE REMOTE SENSING DEVICE WITHING 3-4 DAYS.

                        Deep Sales Vikhroli east station : We bought a cooler for which we paid cash almost Rs.10000 its not at all cooling gave complaint to them no response and them we bought Volta's Ac for which we were committed free installation and installation guys asked for 1500 we told deep sales senior person he gave us sarcastic comment we will take it back i[censored] Don't want. They are fooling people I am buying since longtime from them but now realized he was fooling us this many years.

                          I had recently purchased a Microwave of kenstar model no. 25FCD
                          serial no. 00323 on 7 feb 08.
                          after a week the microwave stopped functioning...the micro was non functional. the service centre sent a Mr S S Poonia.the indl took the microwave for repairs and returned it after 3 days, but still there was no improvement and the microwave was off road. now they are doing nothing, just stalling that they will replace the microwave but for last one week there has been no communication about any progress, and now Mr Poonia of the service centre says that we have to talk to the dealer ourselves as there is no fresh piece...the whole matter has been dealt so atrociously that i m actually sorry for buying a kenstar product in the first place...more ever the lackadaisical attitude of the service centre is extremely appalling especially that a brand new microwave has gone offroad just a week after purchase.
                          i request if a strong action can be taken and i can be replaced with a new microwave immediately.

                            Me Shashi Verma Director Blue Bells Schools, is a patron customer o[censored]rs, I am using ur washing machine, mixy juicer and above all microwave , which I bought from Swati Agency, Ramgarh Dist.Ramgarh, Jharkhand and asked my friends also to use these appliances. but sorry to say that despite of many calls no one could render proper sevices to my loving kenstar [protected]@@@@@@@@@@@ they say its heart is blocked ( magnitron is not functioning) nd they cant repair. I dont understand on a constant voltage, regular electric supply, meeting all the proper conditions to run an electric nd electronic appliance, y this has happen that too in just 2nd year of its inception. this is not a show piece in my house is a most utility
                            item. I run school in this area and people in and around give waitage to my advice.
                            Sir, I further request u to look into the matter and do the needfull as soon as possible.

                            I am also facing same problem with my Kenstar Microwave oven Model 9918C. Now if I am asking for its repair then company employee giving me a suggestion that I have to purchase new one because they will not supply spare parts. I have purchased this from Jamshedpur and their local authorized service centres are having complained that they are not getting the spares from Kenstar Company. In this condition how some one can think that I will suggest to my colleague to go for Kenstar home appliances.
                            I purchaed an owen OM25 FCD on 8th and the installation was done on 11th and the same day in front of the company staff who come for demonstration it was out of order and service andthe company is only offering to replace the part than to change the owen in full and it is on the very first day it got damaged before the house holders have usen it.
                            I am also a unlucky ownwr of a 29Ltr Kenstar microwave oven. My woes started from last December 2009 .Fist they said the Magnetron had gone off.Their authorized dealer M/s.Jagdamba Service Centre had changed the item and charged Rs.2050/- vide cashmemo dated 3/12/2008 The microwave worked 20 days and again stopped working .This time they repaired the PC and Charged 1620/- dated 03.02.2009.
                            It worked for another ten days .Again the same PC problem.Then I came to know that the PC they have charged was not now one .They just repaired and charged for new PC, that has gone bad after 10 days .This time again they have repaired the PC and not charged for the service.The story repeated again after a week.
                            I have lodged a complaint in their Customer care No.39404040.And they have alloted a complaint No.DEL [protected] dated 08.04.2009.
                            But till date(23.05.2009) nobody from company or their dealer had attended the complaint.

                            I am also the problem in your OVEN, everytime your engineer is replaciong MAGNETRON which costs me around 2k, now I am thinking to buy new one coz its third time in 5yrs its getting replaced . Yours concerned eng no. [protected] . Its GRILL / PIE function is also not gettig work . We are having KENSTAR Image these days you have changed your service centre also .
                            Kenstar having very poor customer services...i have kenstar's food processor and microwave...whenever i called them they always gave me ref number and doing nothing...
                            I request all the customers who are planning to buy Kenstar products, please, please do NOT buy them, because their after sales service is "HORRIBLE". I am a customer from Surat and the authorised service centre at adajan M/s Vinayak sales and service, services received from them was PATHETIC, VERY VERY RUDE, INEFFICIENT ...even after spending Rs.3000/- and above towards repairs of my microwave oven.
                            I had purchased Microwave Grill Oven on 21.9.2009 from A to Z, Griha Vastu Bandar, Vora Bazar, Bhavnagar and the bill No. is 15 1470. The microwave went out of order last month (July 2010) and we approached A to Z shop the dealer with our problem and they suggested the local service centre: Alpha Electrocare, shop No. 3, Ajantta Complex, Khai's Street, Opp. Bhavnagar Bo0ok Stall, High Court Road, Bhavnagar 364 001 (Mobile: [protected]). Accordingly we handed over the microwave oven to Alpha Electrocare. 20 days have passed since then and our microwave is not yet repaired. Our complaint No. is RAJ [protected]. You may even contact Devang Jani of Alpha Electrocare and his landline No. is[protected]. I had great hopes while buying Kenstar Microwave Grill oven and never expected any problem at least before the warranty period. Unfortunately you do not have any proper service centre who is responsibly doing the job. I suggest you replace the microwave Grill oven forthwith as it is within the warranty period. I am unable to use it these days since it is with the service centre and not knowing whether it will be repaired at all. If I have not got any satisfactory repair and response so far and soon I will be constrained to seek redressal from Consumer Protection Cell at Bhavnagar. Hope you would not push be to that extent.

                            I have a Kenstar micro oven bought from Jayant agency-Ranchi, I am using this microwave from last 2 years, But sorry to say that from day one its not working properly like different different problem i had faced, always complaint to repair despite of many calls no one could render proper sevices to kenstar microwav they say its some parts are not available in Ranchi and they cant repair, from last 40 days they are always giving me excuse. I dont understand your promise to serve in better way, How do we manage and whome to complain against these Vendors.

                            I fed up from your distributor/ repairing centers like Jayant agency (Owner Mr. Bhupender) No manner how to talk as a human being or as a Owner, his employee always denied to replace my microwave.

                            Wha is the actual price for magnetron in Kenstar Oven and looks this brand i no more reliable. We have changed this 2 times in 3 yrs and we are again to change and now the cost is 2050 .. is it the right cost ..Pls advice ..

                              I have purchased Kenstar refrigerator (220 AD);with SERIAL NUMBER[protected] on 18May 2006 from Pai International Electronics Ltd.;Bangalore.
                              This February 2007 Compressor of the refrigrator stopped working and we complained Kenstar ,Delhi and they gave the following complaint No.-DAM 07D160021.
                              After making repeated calls to Gaziabad,U.P.-Kenstar(contact person Yogesh) and Noida,U.P.Kenstar.after a couple of months they had replaced the Compressor which did not appear new....and now it has again started troubling with noises that at times appears like explosives .This process started within few months of replacement (September, 2007).
                              When we called Kenstar ,Delhi,this time we did not get any complaint no. from them.And they asked to contact Ghaziabad,Kenstar (contact person Yogesh). We did contact to Kenstar Gaziabad (Yogesh) again and again After making repeated calls to Gaziabad,U.P.-Kenstar,after a couple of months they had sent kenstar service person.
                              That service person told us to pay RS 1250/- for gas and service for compressor. We told that we had compressor is in warranty period as warranty of compressor is 5 years and asked him why you are asking for money and that service person did not agree and left. Besides after our repeated complaints we are still bearing with the compressor noise and living under the trauma that compressor might explode any time.
                              Please give me your suggestions and comments on this.

                                I purchased one Kenstar 3D Power Microwave Oven 3 years back from Chennai. Presently, the oven is not getting heated and I handed over the same to the authorised dealer at Vellore in Tamil Nadu one month back for servicing. Even after several reminders the dealer is not giving proper response.

                                Pl. help me in getting the over serviced.

                                    Kenstar Microwave is a hopeless microwave & moreover their service is pathetic..I have one specific complaint i.e 06004 which is lying almost for a month & no one just listens..Even I spok to their chief service Manager & he told "I AM HELPLESS"...I am repenting on Kenstar product...My suggestion is don't ever even try thinking of Kenstar

                                    I purchased a microoven 34ECR from Capital electronics on 8-3-03 no Heating Since Six Month complain service center at Ranchi Jharkhand but till now no response
                                    This is hundred percent true that this company is a third class company . No costumer care service ... does nt matter thge cvomplaint is lodged how many times, no body cares for it... the dealers are stupids and talk like sweepers.company should think about it otherwise it will be out of market oneday.b`cos one whoi cannot serve the customers will not stay in the markert for long
                                    Unable to find any kenstar repair centre in Barnal Punjab. No authorised dealer is known to me in Bathinda
                                    I had bought digital Kenstar Microwave in 1998. But the door got damaged. The microwave is woring fine. I had requested them to change the door. and sent the Mircrowave to the service centre on April 16, 2009. I have till date not received it back. on repeated follow ups, i am being told that they are unable to change the door and i can take it back or get Rs. 500/- in lieu of that microwave. I am thoroughly disappointed since while buying the Microwave i was assured that even if the model is discontinued, they will ensure that the spares will be readily available and that service will be very efficient and promt.
                                    i buy kenstar 25 liters two years back since last one year the glass plate is broken. i inquired so many places but i m not getting and not getting proper reply form any venders so please tell me from where i can get the proper response for kenstar microwaves, as i m in ahmedabad, gujarat.

                                    Hopeless amoung all other such appliances available in the market .Magnitron failure is very frequent It is a costly item. techinician comes and say that magnitron is to be replaced .Moreover service is not satisfactory.Serviceman offers to give private service at a cheaper rate . how does he gets items like magnitrone from company for his private use when it is not available in market Also even if you do not agree for carrying out repairs due to unsatisfactory checking by the attending technician even then one has to pay service charges for rendering no service .My suggestion is to buy some other brand rather then KENSTAR

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I purchased my Washing machine one and half years back. Still i am having warranty for my machine.
                                      On 31st october i found problem in my washing machine and i registerd the complaint. They've promised that it'll be rectify within 48Hrs. Once again i registered the complaint on 2nd Nov and 3rd Nov.Atlast they transferred the complaint to chrompet branch. On 5th Nov service person came and found the problem(Belt & water tube). They promised it'll be rectified on friday (9th Nov) But they never turn back. From Friday i regularly making complaint to Ms.PRIYA but she hasn't responed my call. simply she cut down the call. MY complaint NUmber: K01023.

                                        I bought a kenstar washing machine on 3-06-06. Warranty period is for 24 months. After 14 months i got a problem with the water connector... I called the no [protected] which was given by the technician... What they told was " they wont do any warranty" and gave me another no [protected]... i called the second no.... "they too told the same and gave a number ...." ""Surprise""-- it was the same first no ([protected]).... "
                                        Are they playing hide-and-seek...? what about the Warranty ... My washing machine....?

                                        Yes ..True!!!! I am also facing similar problem. I got a problem in august first week. Till now nobody atteneded the call. I stay in Manipal (near Udupi, Karnataka). I called the service engineer many times. Once he came and opend it. Now the drum is outside...the motor in one plasic cover..the screws are in another....I called their service center (Hubli) they told within 3 days thay will contact me. But from there also no reply. They gave on Mobil no which always switched off( why they are using mobiles if they are keeping it switchedoff !!)I don't know what to do know....
                                        I have by mistake bought a KENSTAR KARISHMA MULTI PROCESSOR, MODEL NO.MF-0204, SLNO.[protected] ON 6-4-08 from Saravana Stores, Chennai (Bill No.517776)

                                        Right from the first day, it produces heavy noise. We have made many complaints by phone calls/e-mails and your Engineers on their 3rd visit, finally informed us to bring the product to your Tambaram works for replacing the Bearings.

                                        As a genuine company, you should have replaced the product itself with a new one, instead of changing all the parts within 3-4 months.

                                        I have no other alternative, but to file a case in a CONSUMER COURT, if you are not taking any action
