Myself reside in Mumbai & had purchased Kenstar Air Cooler one and a half years back and recently there was a problem with the cooler ( water pump not working ) and hence it was not functioning. So I tried to call their customer service and initially they registered the complaint and after 24 hours when there was no response from their side I called up and they said that they have cancelled the complaint. So I again registered another complaint and this time also they promised me that they will send their technician with in 24 hours. But now it has been 48 hrs. but no one has bothered to show up nor any one has replied back for the complaint. So this time I again called back ( 3rd time) and they gave the same false promise of sending some one with in 24 hrs.
I think nobody at Kenstar cares for the customer service and just talk Bull- about their products and services.
My humble request to each and every one in India is not to go for any Kenstar Products other wise BAAD MEIN BURI TARAHA PACHTAOGE.

I had purchased a Kenstar air cooler from Pai International Electronics Ltd, Koramangala vide Bill no. 008129 dated 10.4.2009. (S.No. COOKEN 02 Kenstar Cooler 18L CT9924).

I regret to inform you that I have used the cooler only for two days as there was an abnormal sound from the cooler after two days of purchase. I have immediately informed your customer care deptt.(tel.no.[protected]) and they have given me a complaint booking number and advised me to contact Mr.Guruprasad at phone no. 41281281. The complaint no.was BAN-[protected]. I called up Mr.Guruprasad and informed him the problem. He had taken my residentail address and told me that within 2 - 3 days the problem will be rectified. But even after 10 - 15 days nobody visited to rectify the problem. I was following up with him regularly but there was no use. Finaly he said the validy of the complaint got lapsed and he asked me to lodge another complaint with your customer care deptt. I called up your customer care deptt again and they have given me another no. BAN-[protected]. Someone called me up on 22nd May from your service deptt and said on 23rd the service engineer will come to rectify the problem. I was waiting at home on Saturday (23rd May) but noone turned up from your service deptt. I was in touch with your call centre regularly.

I have callled up to your Aurangabad Office on 27th May 09. They said the issue will be taken up with Bangalore office and they problem will be rectified within 1 - 2 days. Today again I called up your customer care and they have given me Mr.Janardhana's (Branch Manager) mobile number. I was trying to contact him at his cell number but not connected through as it is switched off.


I would request you to look at this matter urgently and do the needful to avoid any further delay.

    i have purchased kenstar karshima multi processor during june 06. the washers or say gaskets for the two jars are spoiled. i tried in many shops for the same. but could not fine them. contacted the kenstar service centre no.[protected]. the have given me some shop phone nos. 1.malakpet[protected], koti 66736858 and nampalli 64563808. the nos of malakpet nd nampalli are not correct. the koti shop has told that they are not selling the oncerned products. the toll free no. persons are not answering favourably and telling that they should not supply the parts to the customers. and should try in the shops only. i am a senior citizen aged 67 years and cannot go for this aroung the hyderabad. hope that it is the duly of the firm to supply the parts to the customer and charge accordingly. now the entire processor is waste for us. kinldly contact the company and arrange to supply me the required parts on payment of cost. y/f

      Dear Sir,

      I would like to bring to your notice that I am facing water leakage in the KENSTAR AIR COOLER bought on 03.04.09 at Aurangabad.

      I have first complained on the issue on 10.04.09 and the same got attended very next day.
      But after few days the problem relapsed. Again I lodged complaint to their Call Centre on 21.04.09 (Vide No. AUR[protected]).

      No body turned up.
      Reason : As per their rule calling twice same day cancels the earlier raised complaint. Hence they are not liable to attend.
      On 24.04.09 again called the call centre, they assigned me a fresh complaint no. (AUR[protected]).
      They assured that the complaint will be solved by today. But no response yet.

      When I enquired on today, they said that the earlier complaint got cancelled and they again assigned a fresh complaint no.(AUR[protected]).

      It seems that the call centre of KENSTAR is there to issue only complaint no. rather to resolve the customer's problem.

      Now I have become fadup with them and as summer is on I am facing lot of trouble.

      Please suggest what steps do I need to take to get the newly bought cooler in order.

      KENSTAR COOLER SD-0434 — Not Working

      Hello Sir,
      We have purchased " Kenstar Cooler SD - 0434" From PLUGIN SALES LTD., PUNE[protected] On dated 6 May 2007 Invoice No. PS 70 . & that is not functioning from last six months & we have registered complaints no of times (Minm. six times) to local dealer & call center. But response is very very poor means till today no one visited or properly suggested.
      Make proper arrangements as early as possible. in these hot sunny days. At the last I hope, We will get response & solution from your side as early as possible. Please make arrangement for your representatives visit.

        hi this is Dr Syed, my air cooler motor was not working since 5 days i gave complint with number
        HYD [protected], no responce even 48 hrs just fooling every one.in my opinion LG is far better then every point of view including products & service point of view its my BAD LUCK that i purchased KENSTAR air cooler

        Dear Sir,
        I have purchased a Kenstar air cooler slim line model SD-0434 under sr. no.[protected] by Hari Om Electricals new railway road Gurgaon on dated[protected] under bill no 819 dt.[protected]. I have booked my complaint at customer care vide complaint no.GUR-[protected] on dt.[protected] at 9 a.m. But nobody has visit to check and solve the problem. There is a heavy electricity current in whole body of the cooler. It is really very dangerous and needs to repair very soon.

        Kenstar Air Cooler — No Response from Customer Care in 15 Days

        Dear All,



        I would like to bring in your kind notice about your pathetic customer support.



        I made worst decision of my life by purchasing Kenstar - Air Coller with one year warranty. For small issue I have made complaint on 11- July vide com-no-DEL[protected] after sleep of 4 day somebody from your side wake-up and visited on 16-July and said he will visit again with solution.



        But date no solution or information from your side as a foll customer I need to called up your customer care center -but no response from them. They have provided me number of service center:-[protected] again wrong number.



        I don't know what to do in this hot summer with this pathetic product where I have invested my hard earned money.



        I am writing this mail to all of you so that somebody my wake -up and help me out.

          I had purchase kenstar vibrant cooler in the year 2006 January. Within 3 months cooler developed complains about motor .I had given complaint, which was not attended. I took it to the company service provider M/s MahaShakti Enterprises, situated at Hanumantekdi, Kothi Hyderabad for repair. After repair it worked for another three months and motor got burnt. Again in year 2009, Feb, cooler was sent to service provider for change of new motor . Service provider delivered the cooler on 13 th Feb.2009. The kenstar cooler developed problem again with motor within one month. When service provider was contacted, he refused to give service on the pretext that they have closed the service center. Now I am now left over with great kenstar cooler in non working condition in summer. Hats off to kenstar service.

            cooler not working
            Can you please let me know which cooler you bought. I am alos planning to buy Kenstar tower cooler. Please guide me which is the most suitable brand in market.

            I have the same problem with Kenstar Air Cooler and i fully endorse that the service is poor. I recommend not to buy Kenstar Air Cooler or any of its products due to poor after sales service.
            The cooler i bought from kenstar gave problem the very next day. When i called that shop guys, he came and said the pump had problem and replaced it. This happened very next day after the purchase in Hyderabad. I have not used it after that replacement and a month later i moved to bangalore, just to find that the pump is not working again. I tried to find the contact numbers of kenstar in bangalore but could not find any other than finding this forum of people similar to me facing problems with kenstar. I spent 8K on that stupid cooler. :(

            I am also facing the same problem.I bought Kenstar Cooler on 5th April 2009.After 2 days, it stopped working.In those two months(in which we are supposed to use it), I complained 3 times with different problems.In all I wasn't able to use it last summer.15 days back, I again tried to start the cooler, but as expected this time lower part of the Cooler is leaking badly.I have called customer care 100 times, but they say that request is still pending.I think no body should buy Kenstar products.

            On my complaint PAT[protected]my cooler was serviced by kenstar servicing center, Patna. But the function of motor is not proper still though it was changed during the service provided on our complaint.and this improper speed actually clarifies the improper functioning of the motor...

              Kenstar is very poor in customer service. My Washing Machine LF 0210 stopped working on November 30 2008, Complaint was lodged before Ramco Agencies, Mavelikara on the next day itself They simply gave me a phone no.[protected]said they are the authorised). When phoned After about 15 days 3 persons came one byby one about 3 weeks and just looked at the machine with a screwdriver.After about one week one came and took the machine to their workshop (Technocool) and returned after one month but washing was incomplete witout removing soap and electric shock on the body Then again the complaint was attended as usual and the machine taken repaired and returned after 3 weaks without instaling it. my complaint was ill attended till One Manikantan ( phone No. +91 [protected] ) to my comfort called me and introduced to me as a surveyor of Kenstar Repairs and promised to me to settle the problem . Next day when my wife was only at home one man came again with only a screwdriver and installed the machine and the whole power supply went off .He said the machine is OK but after Kerala State Electricity Board retains power the machine will work. After an hour when I returned home I found the MCB off . Put it on and when the Washing Machine was connected The MCB again went off showing the problem persists . The customer services person don't know even how electricity works ? Now my call to both Sri Manikantan the surveyer of the company and the Authorised service centre and also the Ramco Agencies for two days is not being attended . I feel helpless!

              Kenstar Washing Machine — Absolutely Lousy Service

              It startd with a simple complaint - my Kenstar washing machine was not washing to well.
              A service man turned up the next day and emptied a bottle of Harpic into the machine.
              The machine has not worked since.
              16 days later, and many many calls to the service center- does not look like it will be resolved soon.
              I am thinking about a complaint to Consumer Court.

                I purchased a KenStar Airconditioner in 2007. Fitted in our guest room.(hardly used). Within first 6 months its motor (inner unit) got out of order. Upon complaint the service center at Kolkata replaced it with charge. But again it got out of order. and we are after the service center mechanic. Till date it remained out of service. Nobody bothers to even enquire about the complaint (that we made long back) from the service center. Can anyone please tell me where to get this issue addressed ?

                  I have purchased the kenstar cooler and the same is giving problem from past six month, i have lodged nuerous complaint for the problem and there is absolute no response from the company, when i call them to ask about the complaint i registered i am given an answer that blower stock are not available and our engineer will contact you once we recieve the stock.

                  its very iportant to sleeep at night to work on next day and request you to take necessary action against kenstar company and their bangalore servicing team as they absolutely dont provide any service after sales. if possible please ban the sales of the kenstar product in india.

                  The website has option for finding the Service Centers but is not enabled (sic!!!). There is absolutely no mention about the customer’s complaints or the Service help line number.

                  Fed up with the poor services from your local (Ahmedabad) dealer I took the help line number and tried to seek help for the repair of Mixer Grinder. I am giving below an account of my experience dealing with your Service Call Centre ([protected])

                  On 28th May’2009 I contacted the Service Call Centre and got my service request registered (Complaint No.AHM[protected]) for Kenstar Model MG9604A Mixer Grinder. The executive told me that the service engineer would visit with in 48 hours (The web site says with 24 hours..sic!!!).

                  I requested the executive over phone to provide me the local Service Centre Address or Contact number so that I can either visit or talk to the concerned to save time. I was informed that this information can not be given and as per the system, the service requests are to be registered with the Service Call Centre only. I made a request to take a note that the engineer should visit only after talking to me over my mobile phone ([protected]) phone.

                  Today, 3rd June, 2009 after waiting for more than 144 hours, I contacted the Call centre again to remind. To my great astonishment I was told that my address was wrong (as reported by their service engineer Mr. Ghanshyam) and therefore the complaint is closed. I was given a new Complaint No. AHM [protected] by the call center executive Ms. Sheetal. She also advised me to talk to the local service centre and told me to contact Mr. Raju at 230666. When I told her that there can not be a 6 digit phone number in Ahmedabad (sic!!!) she gave me a mobile number of Mr. Vijay Parikh [protected]. She never told me that I should try this number after 11 (sic!!!). I requested her to lodge a complaint against Mr. Ghanshyam who has wrongly reported for closing the case citing the reason of incorrect address but she gave me no solutions for such grievances.

                  I tried on the mobile number several times but got no response. I called up the Call centre again to enquire whether the number was correct. I asked the Call Centre executive to transfer the line to the Call Centre Supervisor but I was told that his line was busy and I should call again after 10 minutes. I kept holding the line but to no avail.

                  I joined the Call Centre number again and this time Nazneen picked up the line and spoke in chaste Hindi whereas I had opted for talking in English. My request to transfer the line to the Call Centre head was not entertained.

                  Furious, I called the centre again and talked to Ms. Jayshree this time. She wanted to know the reason for transferring the line to the Supervisor. When I told her that I wish to make a complaint against the Call Centre executives she told me that she is the boss. Suspecting her behaviour I insisted for talking to the Call Centre head.

                  The line was then transferred to Mr. Dheeraj, Manager of Call Centre. I insisted for initiating action as under:

                  Mr. Ghanshyam: For giving false report of wrong address and not following the instruction for talking to me over my mobile phone prior to the visit.

                  Ms. Sheetal: For not informing me that I should call after 11 am to contact Mr. Vijay Parikh and also not transferring the life to her superior inspite of my insistence.

                  Ms. Nazneen: For talking to me in other language inspite of my opting for English & not transferring the line to the Supervisor in spite of my holding the line for long.

                  Ms. Jayshree: For blocking me to reach to her superiors. For shielding her colleagues by imposing herself as the Head of Call Centre.

                  Mr. Dhiraj: The Manager of the Call Centre showed helplessness while talking. He should be held overall responssible for the entire episode and improper handling of the customer’s grievances / complaints.

                  I sincerely hope that my feed back would help you to weed out the shortcoming in the system and improve the services of the company. This complaint should be limited to be seen as against a particular person but against the system as a whole. I would like to make some suggestions as under:
                  1. The website should guide the customers properly with the address / contact numbers of the all service centres.
                  2. There should be provision to lodge complaint on the web site also.
                  3. Call Centres should have correct address / contact numbers.
                  4. All service related grievance should also be registered at the Call Centres.
                  5. Call Centre executives should not discourage the customers to talk to the superiors even though the matter could be trivial.
                  6. The feed back on closing the complaints should be sought by sending sms or verbal feed back over phone to ensure proper customer satisfaction.

                  I am trying the mobile number of Mr. Vijay Parikh [protected] since 11 O’ clock (till 11.18) but no one is picking up the line….. who bothers for the customers.. afterall?????????????????

                    Sir,
                    I brought KENSTAR FOOD PROCESSOR on[protected]. But after few days o[censored]se it started showing problems. I reported my problems to the authorised service center located in my city.But they showed no concern for my problem. The only reply they gave me was that THEY DON'T HAVE THE SPARE PARTS OF THE PRODUCT AS THE COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE THEM THE SPARE PARTS.
                    More than 10 days have passed after my problem was reported but no solution has been found for my problem. As the product is of daily use, that is why i am facing a lot of problem. If you could help me in solving my problem i would be really thankful to you.

                    Today, 3rd June, 2009 after waiting for more than 144 hours, I contacted the Call centre again to remind. To my great astonishment I was told that my address was wrong (as reported by their service engineer Mr. Ghanshyam) and therefore the complaint is closed. I was given a new Complaint No. AHM [protected] by the call center executive Ms. Sheetal. She also advised me to talk to the local service centre and told me to contact Mr. Raju at 230666. When I told her that there can not be a 6 digit phone number in Ahmedabad (sic!!!) she gave me a mobile number of Mr. Vijay Parikh [protected]. She never told me that I should try this number after 11 (sic!!!). I requested her to lodge a complaint against Mr. Ghanshyam who has wrongly reported for closing the case citing the reason of incorrect address but she gave me no solutions for such grievances.

                    I tried on the mobile number several times but got no response. I called up the Call centre again to enquire whether the number was correct. I asked the Call Centre executive to transfer the line to the Call Centre Supervisor but I was told that his line was busy and I should call again after 10 minutes. I kept holding the line but to no avail.

                    I joined the Call Centre number again and this time Nazneen picked up the line and spoke in chaste Hindi whereas I had opted for talking in English. My request to transfer the line to the Call Centre head was not entertained.

                    Furious, I called the centre again and talked to Ms. Jayshree this time. She wanted to know the reason for transferring the line to the Supervisor. When I told her that I wish to make a complaint against the Call Centre executives she told me that she is the boss. Suspecting her behaviour I insisted for talking to the Call Centre head.

                    The line was then transferred to Mr. Dheeraj, Manager of Call Centre. I insisted for initiating action as under:

                    Mr. Ghanshyam: For giving false report of wrong address and not following the instruction for talking to me over my mobile phone prior to the visit.

                    Ms. Sheetal: For not informing me that I should call after 11 am to contact Mr. Vijay Parikh and also not transferring the life to her superior inspite of my insistence.

                    Ms. Nazneen: For talking to me in other language inspite of my opting for English & not transferring the line to the Supervisor in spite of my holding the line for long.

                    Ms. Jayshree: For blocking me to reach to her superiors. For shielding her colleagues by imposing herself as the Head of Call Centre.

                    Mr. Dhiraj: The Manager of the Call Centre showed helplessness while talking. He should be held overall responssible for the entire episode and improper handling of the customer’s grievances / complaints.

                    I sincerely hope that my feed back would help you to weed out the shortcoming in the system and improve the services of the company. This complaint should be limited to be seen as against a particular person but against the system as a whole. I would like to make some suggestions as under:
                    1. The website should guide the customers properly with the address / contact numbers of the all service centres.
                    2. There should be provision to lodge complaint on the web site also.
                    3. Call Centres should have correct address / contact numbers.
                    4. All service related grievance should also be registered at the Call Centres.
                    5. Call Centre executives should not discourage the customers to talk to the superiors even though the matter could be trivial.
                    6. The feed back on closing the complaints should be sought by sending sms or verbal feed back over phone to ensure proper customer satisfaction.

                    I am trying the mobile number of Mr. Vijay Parikh [protected] since 11 O’ clock (till 11.18) but no one is picking up the line….. who bothers for the customers.. afterall?????????????????

                    I am having the Ken star’s Food processor and Micro Owen since 2005.I am sorry to say that I am having not a little satisfaction with your product as they are giving me problem from the very first year.

                    Ken star’s Micro Owen: I did not use your make since last one year. On its broke down I always call from your service center. I already spent almost 1000/- on that for repairing since I bought it. I even used it for 10-12 hrs since its buying.

                    Ken star’s Food processor: As my Food processor is not working since 2005 I contact your service centre and on their request from your service center I myself took my Food processor there on date 30 oct2009. After about one week when I enquiry about Service, they told that one part is not available at Lucknow and it will require to be bring from the factory.

                    I have called as much time as I can, to your Centers on these numbers.

                    It my Request to take this matter seriously.

                    "I feel that I have made a big mistake when I purchased Ken star’s Food processor and Micro Owen instead of LG, just because of my feeling to buy Indian product to upgrade Indian company to take challenge with these multinationals Companies.
                    So again I sorry to say that If this type of service u provide to your customers, how come you people survive in this competitive market.

                    Any how this is my last try, Lets see what response I will get from Ken star.

                      I am residing at Hyderabad, and purchased Kenstar Microwave oven TMC outlet Begumpet in 2007. Even after I have purchased the microwave oven, till date either the service personnel of the company and the dealer provided the demo at home as informed while purchasing.

                      Immediately after purchasing the machine brakdown and even after repeated service call to the dealer and the company till date no one has turned up to rectify the defect, and finally they asked me to bring the machine to their service center which is located very far near Ramanthapuram. Now the warranty is lapsed and the machine is not used at all, I have issued the legal notice to the company.

                      The company has miserable service record and not customer frendly and also they are only interested in the sale of the product, not for any after sales service.

                      Please don't buy Kenstar products, if you want peace of mind.

                      i completely agree with whatever has been written about the company.imagine being told that the PCB of their best model is not available, for replacement.My M/w is lying at the service centre for the past 2 months and all sorts of excuses have been given by the company peopleThey say the model is obsolete so the spares are not available, therby telling that this company expects its consumer to buy a micro(costing Rs17000/-) that is going to add to electronic junk if it goes out of order since the spares won't be available after 5 years of purchase.does this mean that i should just buy a new microwave(some other better company) and be guilty of adding to the junk on earth..HEY, why don't we complainants get together and raise the issue with the environmentalists...and help them in banning Kenstar(for their callousness towards our fragile environment) not just in India, but the whole world over...by the way, my kitchen also is'nt big enough to store it as an art peice for the sake of posterity.Maybe i should leave it there at the service centre so that someone else may be able to use some spares from my junked micowave.GOOD LUCK, KENSTAR consumers, may your appliances never go out of order, 'coz if they do u will be guilty of adding to the junk, since the company won't do anything about it
                      Kenstar microwave ovens are fabricated pieces of junk from china. I bought a kenstar microwave oven from great eastern trading company, Sinthee, Kolkata on[protected]. there was inadequate heating from the very beginning and it finally broke down in September 2010. On information to customer care a technician came to assess the problem and said that magnetron and motherboard are at fault. he came down on another day after few days to take away the faulty parts leaving apart the box. My warranty expires on[protected] and still no information about the availability of spares and repair of microwave oven. Our country's laws cannot nail down such unscrupulous companies making such poor quality products. We can save ourselves from being cheated by spreading the awareness of consumer rights throughout India. Lets start form now.

                        i have purchase a split ac from Kenstar it is working proper only one or two months olny after that it was not working proper.The cooling of ac is not proper and then we complatin it then the enginer said that its compratior is not working so it can be changed.Then i changed its compresure but after that it is not working and the company has doing anything for that.
                        so please register my compain and do for any thing in my faviour.

                          I have purchased Kenstar Refrigerator Model No.KRC 180 SB on 12-9-07 from AMMINI Traders Tripunithura, Ernakulam.Company is offering a repacement warranty of 12 month from the date of purchase and repair warranty of 4 years starting from the date of purchase.

                          This refrigerator stopped its working on[protected] and I reported to the company on 13-03-09.and get repaired on[protected].Company technical person reported that the compressor is not working
                          and asked me Rs 1700/- for repairing activities which is a huge amount in comparison with the total price of this refrigerator .

                          So I humbly request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                            I purchased Kenstar Mixer Grinder - Model:MG0411, Sl.No.[protected], from M/S.Bharati Sttel Center, 19th Main Road, First Block, Rajaninagar, Bangalore 560100, on 26th May 2008.
                            Since the time I purchased this product and put it to use, I am not happy with the performance of the product. Whenever I grind dough, the machine heats up and starts emitting smoke. I took this product to the retailer on the 5th August 2008 and explained to the dealer regarding the problem. The dealer replaced the bushes. Thereafter too the problem has not ceased.
                            To prepare dough, it takes me a mimimum half hour everytime, since I have to let the machine cool and restart.
                            I am fed up with it. Since the retailer is almost 20 kms away from my residence, I cannot take to the retailer everytime.
                            I am fed up.
                            I wish an authorised company service engineer attends this issue at the earliest and I get the machine replaced.
                            The company warranty extends till 25th May 2010.

                              Unfortunately, it was my bad wits that I decided to buy this product as it is installed in my office and just to get the same water taste at home I decided to buy this product..

                              It was delivered and installed at home by one of their Dealers in Jammu : M/s. Karan Enterprises, 42 A/D, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu (Mob: [protected])

                              Problem : Leakage of water bowl on the rear!

                              Service : Since yesterday the service guys visited twice could not fix, today they dismantled the bowl and said will get it repaced by evening, as tomorrow is Sunday. But when I caled them up at 6 pm the owner Mr. R.K. Raina told me to wait till monday as the office is closed and he is going out of town.

                              My friends you tell me how dependable they are, drinking water is a bare necessity, I have a wife and two very young kids whose home shall we knock for drinking water. Please help and tell everyone that they are Terrorists...they do not have heart and human value nor they have business ethics.

                              Kenstar service staff is ruthless. No business ethics even after taking money for AMC not giving any services against that... No replacement of spare parts even after paing for them, .

                              I live in New Bombay and not getting proper response to my phone calls for service requests. My Le purifier is badly working since last 6 months.. Inspite of repeatedly calling them, no body comes to service the equipment as promised over phone..

                              The MD and Chairman of the company should be hanged in public or atleast if I found them I will spit at their mouth... They have no right to be on the board of the company or to run a business at all.

                              Other white goods companies are far better. I will never recommend any Kenstar product or any product related to this company or its management.

                              I am preparing a case against this company and will file the smae in the consumer court...

                                Dear Sir,
                                I am not at all a proud owner of Kenstar Cooler, model no CT 9924, purchased on 25/04/2008, vide through bill no. mec camp apr 467.
                                From the time I bought the cooler it is making tremendous vibration sounds.
                                It is not possible to sleep peacefully with the cooler on.
                                The service person who ever has attended my complaint at the dealer's call is very kind,
                                He says " Itna to awaaz aata hi hai"
                                But I have noticed a similiar product at my friends office in Aurangabad, it is absolutely making very low sound in compared to the cooler of mine.
                                So this means the piece I bought is confirmed a defective one and needs to be replaced under warranty.
                                The complaint part is going since last 4-5 months & and warranty will expire in the next month.
                                So I was left with no option than to complaint in the forum.
                                I will be happy if my complaint is taken seriously and attended positively by the respected officials of Kenstar India.

                                The website has option for finding the Service Centers but is not enabled (sic!!!). There is absolutely no mention about the customer’s complaints or the Service help line number.

                                Fed up with the poor services from your local (Ahmedabad) dealer I took the help line number and tried to seek help for the repair of Mixer Grinder. I am giving below an account of my experience dealing with your Service Call Centre ([protected])

                                On 28th May’2009 I contacted the Service Call Centre and got my service request registered (Complaint No.AHM[protected]) for Kenstar Model MG9604A Mixer Grinder. The executive told me that the service engineer would visit with in 48 hours (The web site says with 24 hours..sic!!!).

                                I requested the executive over phone to provide me the local Service Centre Address or Contact number so that I can either visit or talk to the concerned to save time. I was informed that this information can not be given and as per the system, the service requests are to be registered with the Service Call Centre only. I made a request to take a note that the engineer should visit only after talking to me over my mobile phone ([protected]) phone.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have been calling the Kenstar Call center for getting my Water filter serviced. I called up there toll free number [protected]. I registered for Service on 5th Mar (Complaint No - PUN[protected]) and thereafter when I called up again on 10th Mar they provided me another Complaint No (PUN[protected]). They said on 10th and 11 th their offices are closed and hence will come on the 12th. They have so far not even called.

                                  Please provide me with their Sr Managers number to register a complaint against this Service center
                                  In fact they have closed the 05th Mar complaint by stating that the Service has been provided. This is ridiculous. Without providing any service, they are simply closing request, and issuing new ones. In case Kenstar is paying the Call center per service, then the service center is bloating up their number of calls by providing multiple service request for same complaint
                                  Service centre for kenstar water purifier Mobile no [protected] at nagpur centre is always busy or an unanserwed ?

                                    I am K.Santosh, a customer, who wanted to buy a KENSTAR 45 litre capacity Room Cooler.
                                    I called up NEXT Retail INDIA Salem Branch and enquired and got confirmed that NEXT Retail INDIA is open on Sundays also.
                                    With this hope, i went to Vriddhachalam NEXT Retail INDIA Showroom on 08.03.2009 and found that it was closed by 1:30 pm.
                                    On receiving the mobile number of the NEXT Retail INDIA concerned branch Manager's number Mr Vinayagam, I called him to his mobile number ([protected]) and received information from him that NEXT Retail INDIA will be open SAME day Evening and i can call him up and come for buying the product.

                                    Hoping that i'm going to buy the product by that evening, i rang the Manager's mobile number, but he never picked my call for more than several mobile calls.
                                    Not knowing what is to be done next, i kept silent and called him back this morning (10.03.2009) again and asked for further details on the product.
                                    He said KENSTAR 18 litres capacity would cost Rs. Three thousand and odd, and KENSTAR 45 litres would cost Rs. Four thousand and odd.
                                    Confused on his sales presentation, i requested him to tell it clearly.
                                    On replying, he said in a ROUGH MANNER that he will talk to his customer only in person and not over phone.
                                    Though i felt his reply very painful, I agreed upon and went to the NEXT Retail Showroom Vriddhachalam in person and asked details on KENSTAR Room Coolers Prices.
                                    This time he said KENSTAR 18 litres capacity would cost Rs. Four thousand and odd, and KENSTAR 45 litres would cost Rs. Five thousand and odd.
                                    When I insisted that this was not the price he said over phone, He answered that; He will talk only in that Manner to his CUSTOMERS on phone.
                                    I immediately called up Salem Branch NEXT Retail INDIA and made a complaint on this issue telephonically.
                                    I got terribly INSULTED by the way Mr. Vinayagam Manager- NEXT Retail INDIA Vriddhachalam Branch spoke to me and I decided to buy the Product from Salem Branch NEXT Retail INDIA itself.
                                    On asking for the price they said KENSTAR 45 litres Room Cooler costs Rs 4800/-.

                                    So it is understood that a DICTATORSHIP TYPE OF SALES is taking place at NEXT Retail INDIA Vriddhachalam Branch under the control of Mr. Vinayagam.

                                    The Entire episode has put me through severe mental agony and stress which was totally uncalled for. I am sure all of you will agree with me that this deal has been handled in a very un-professional manner. Please make necessary enquiries on this ISSUE and kindly revert back to me with justification.

I had bought this split ac from your Dealer at serampore 712201, Hooghly west bengal phone no [protected].I only got one free services from company but complain was not resolved...inspite of complaining several times there was no response ...i need to change my split ac as it is not working...

                                      My ac is not working properly.I am complaining about this ... inspite of complaining several times there was no response.
                                      My AC machine is not functioning properly though the air filters are cleaned in the regular intervels.Plz advise me regarding the issue.
                                      I had purchased a split AC from Kenstar in 2002, but unfortunately from the same year the complaints were started.Every year i have to spend a huge cost for repairing the same.

                                      Again the compressor is not working and really i am feddup from this product.

                                        dear sir., im mohit kathuria from bhilai. i have purchased a/c from raipur dealer last year in month of march sir but from the day i got that, it is not working properly it is not cooling properly and i got alot of noice on that..can u plss look at hthe complaint.

                                        Kenstar AC — AC is not work

                                        I purchased a Kenstar AC KT12CN 1T SPL [protected] from you on the 13/4/2009 for Rs.10,000/- vide your cash receipt No.54-PBN04-09SIAO 110. You assured me that you will give good and reliable service. You have also given me a guarantee slip.

                                        But I regret to inform you that the AC has been not work past 2 weeks. The equipment is steel under guaranty we have made several complaints to Vijay Sales and also in the customer care to Kenstar. But still there is no action on our complaint.
                                        i had purchase a four kenstar AC for hospital purpose (Sanskar Hospital Faridabad) which are not working since 6 May, i had lose compliant in NIT Faridabad but they are unable to give us services. even one technician had come but they give and signed customer feed back form nontransparent, still i have suffer,
