Refer my complaint No. HYD/[protected] dt 21 May 09, I have purchased Kenstar LF-2008 washing machine in HYDERABAD Jul 2003. Due to rotating drum problem, the machine was not running for the past 20 Days. M/s Sainath enterprises estimated the repair cost Appx Rs 3, 500-4000.for replacement of drum.After replacing the drum only they may test the machine whether any more spare parts are required to make machine serviceable.I expect the repair cost of said washing machine may reach 50% or above the cost of machine, whether company takes this machine on buyback offer, or I should get it repair with the any warranty clause., but repair agencies do not give any warranty for electronics items even after spending huge money on repairs..Kindly advise what to do ?

i purchsad top loading fully automatic kenstar washing machine in 2002 Ahmednagar maharashtra.The machine is not working since 6 mths .Repair person tells an expence of 4000 Rs without any warranty.Kindly help in getting it repaired

    Do not ever buy the kenstar air cooler. There are some design defects in the cooler and company would never provide any services or replacement. Its a shamless customer service center. If you send them an email, they would still never address your complaints. Shamless company

    I purchased a kenstar slim cooler on 4-06-09 vide receipt No.17/1660 from Kohli brothersDB Gupta Road Karol Bagh. From the begining itself water level was not working.After a week the cooler pump stopped working.The complaint was made at call centre but no body came. Again this time with No.DEL[protected].It was told by call centre to attend within 24 hrs. Nobody came.I took some direct numbersand chased some body turned up on third day and told that the pumps are not in stock and will be replaced on saturday. Now saturday is over and they are telling that mail has been sent and pump will be replaced next week.One week without cooler at the temparatute of 43 &44Celcius.
    Is it belivable that in a place like Delhi pumps are not in stock.
    Horrible.Dont purchase a Kenstar product.

    I purchased ken star slimline cooler in APR2012 and the cooler delivered me was defective and having current leakage .A plastic body cooler started giving electric shocks .after more than 9 complaints in two months the company is failed to solve the problem and not even replacing the cooler which is in under guarantee.what a shameless service .such a big company doing cheap job.

      I bought a Kenstar Food Processor on 25/2/08, and within a year it started giving trouble with the locking system. Now the machine has stopped working and Service centre nos. given in the Instruction manual are not working (disabled numbers). Since it is within the warranty period also I do not know who to contact and where to go. I stay in Kolkata. If I can get the Proper service centre No please.

        Kenstar Make Microwave Oven OM-34 ECR has stopped working. Turn table is not rotating. Service engineer first took the motor to replace. After replacement still oven did not work. Despite of repeated reminders nobody either from service centre or from shop - M/s Mehta Sales - Ankleshwar responded.
        After repeated reminders finally they took the microwave from my home. More than a month has passed but there is no response. Now they are telling that part is not available of this oven. I need my oven get repaired or replaced immediately

          I reside in mumbai and since I have purchased kenstar air cooler the cooler is not functionling at all. The air cooler did function for some days amd then it has completely stopped. we called the kenstar service / support but did not get any respnse from them. Then we also called the local electricians and he solved the problem but after few days again the cooler started giving problems & ultimately I had to purchase an AC as this summar is unbearable in mumbai.

          I highly suggest to other people not to but any product from Kenstar.

            I reside at Kanchrapara, West Bengal. Address : Sanjay Ray, 59, Spalding Road, Kanchrapara. Phone[protected]. [protected].

            I bough a new 1.5 T Split A/C of Kenstar make through a dealer M/s Vanessa, Kalyani. From the very beginning there was no cooling effect and I have never enjoyed comfort this summer with this A/C. The A/C is still within 1 year warranty period. In this condition the servicing agency of Kenstar M/s Prompt (phone no :[protected],[protected] was contacted. They did one Dry servicing in this defcetive condition. Susequently it was found that the external unit was defective.

            Kenstar took away the external unit and after some time they sent the unit to my residence claiming that the unit has been repaired. They should have replaced it. But. still Ok.

            But surprisingly Kenstar did not install the external unit and checked whether the cooling effect is satisfactory. It is lying in loose condition at my home.

            In spite of repeated contact, there is no response. The seller agency M/s Vanessa (Contact Mr. Debdeep, [protected]), Kalyani has washed off there hand after getting full payment.

            My question is how can the external unit of a brand new A/C can be defective when "OK Checked" quality control sticker is there ?

            And if it is defective, it should have been completely replaced.

            Thirdly, Kenstar despatched the external unit at my residence. Who will install and prove its cooling effect ? It is still under 1 year warranty period. Is it my duty to chase continuously for complaint redressal when it is not closed ?

            Please help me.

            Worlds No 1 bad Company, Product!!!
            I lodged complaint against slow running of blower, burnt smell from cooler on 22/9/09, after repeatedly complaining against the same So called Kenstar Service person (Ph;[protected]) came on 3/10/2009, he opened the cooler, said that, motor burnt, He recklessly cut the wires inside the cooler and replaced the motor which he bought with himself. WHILE CHECKING HE FOUND THAT REPLACED MOTOR ALSO NOT WORKING!!!, He told himself that this motors are very poor quality...He promised me that he will come after two days.till today he haven't visited again.i again contacted customer care, they told me that, they are giving me new COMPLAINT NO!!!, they also started cheating me by giving false informations.for god sake I have recorded all the conversations, Now i think, my air cooler is Unsafe to Use although it got repaired, since unsafe Cut wire joints and it has to work in humid condition, I claim for replacement, otherwise, i will burn this Kenstar product in the middle of a busy Street with Banners, showing my records to the public and i think Protest is only way for such works.Pls support me ...

              Noise created by Kenstar Air Cooler
              I had purchased a Kenstar air cooler from T.S. Super Market, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. On 03.5.2009. Model is Kenstar Vibrant.

              I regret to inform you that I have used the cooler only for two days as there was an abnormal sound from the cooler after two days of purchase. I have immediately informed your customer care deptt.(tel.no.[protected]) and they have given me a complaint booking number and advised me that the technician will be calling me and after taking the appointment he will rectify the problem. The technician came to my residence checked the cooler and said the blower is damaged and the company does not give any gurantee for blower and it will be changed on cost of Rs. 400/-. I agreed for that and after these many days no one turned up. I am calling the technician and the manager of the technician daily but in vain.

              I would request you to look at this matter urgently and do the needful to avoid any further delay. And to add one more thing Kenstar after sale support is very very very worse. I will advice others not to purchase any product of kenstar.

                I had purchased a Kenstar air cooler from Pai International Electronics Ltd, Koramangala vide Bill no. 008129 dated 10.4.2009. (S.No. COOKEN 02 Kenstar Cooler 18L CT9924).

                I regret to inform you that I have used the cooler only for two days as there was an abnormal sound from the cooler after two days of purchase. I have immediately informed your customer care deptt.(tel.no.[protected]) and they have given me a complaint booking number and advised me to contact Mr.Guruprasad at phone no. 41281281. The complaint no.was BAN-[protected]. I called up Mr.Guruprasad and informed him the problem. He had taken my residentail address and told me that within 2 - 3 days the problem will be rectified. But even after 10 - 15 days nobody visited to rectify the problem. I was following up with him regularly but there was no use. Finaly he said the validy of the complaint got lapsed and he asked me to lodge another complaint with your customer care deptt. I called up your customer care deptt again and they have given me another no. BAN-[protected]. Someone called me up on 22nd May from your service deptt and said on 23rd the service engineer will come to rectify the problem. I was waiting at home on Saturday (23rd May) but noone turned up from your service deptt. I was in touch with your call centre regularly.

                I have callled up to your Aurangabad Office on 27th May 09. They said the issue will be taken up with Bangalore office and they problem will be rectified within 1 - 2 days. Today again I called up your customer care and they have given me Mr.Janardhana's (Branch Manager) mobile number. I was trying to contact him at his cell number but not connected through as it is switched off.


                I would request you to look at this matter urgently and do the needful to avoid any further delay.

                I had a similar experience although with a different model of Kenstar.

                It's a junk company who manufactures junk products. The showrooms which sell these know that very well and turn a blind eye at the expense of consumers.

                  i purchaced AirCooler at next Showroom(Tirupati). i got problem last month first week. im registred my problem call center but no responce. next step is i registed NEXT Showroom but no responce.next step is i registred local KENSTAR service center(Prasad +91 [protected])...he will came after 1week he got problem and rectified temporary solution. i got problem after 1hour, i repeated same procedure but he will coming on after 15Days, he got same problem and he said pump is failure want replace but my warrenty expire this month 5th...wt i going to do...
                  KENSTAR is worthless product and poor service..
                  i suggested my employees and neighbours, friends...dont buy KENSTAR products dont wast money and time this proudct worth less and service less...dont buy KENSTAE product pls...this letter i will placed on my orkut website. i never buy KENSTAR product in my life i suffred a lot...

                  Kenstar — Poor product and poor service

                  Hello Sir,

                  Last month I bought KENSTAR cooler from BAJAJ electronics. Within a month the water pump failed to work. I called KENSTAR and raised a complaint. The complaint number is HYD[protected]. I got a call from the technician and he asked me about the address and he said, he will come in 10 mins but never came. I followed up with him but he never came to my house to repair the cooler. I reported this issue to KENSTAR but KENSTAR did not take it seriously.

                  Please help.

                    I am using Double Cool DX CW 0121 model air coller of kenstar, in motor complaint which is broken for this reason my

                      Very upset the way Kenstar provides service, very dissapointing, its almost more than 10 days since our fist complaint, after repeated calls, one tecnician arrived and spent less than a minute and he said he wil back tommorow and has never turned up...with the scotching heat in mumbai...(complaint no.MUM[protected]) and then again annd again kept calling and they asked us to place another complaint...this is a limit...just cud not tolerate, so placed another complaint.(MUM[protected])...still every day keep calling more than 10 times...each person gives a contact no...[protected](Shailesh Choudry)...he tells..he is incharge of fridge and washing machines...and then he gives another no...[protected]...its s wrong no...again he tells its [protected]...caller tunes...call does not get connected...then again kept calling chroma from where we got a call..confiring our contact no...65250288...no repsonse..after long beeps...calls get disconnected...THIS IS TOO MUCH...A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE KENSTAR...SHOULD EMPLOY RELIABLE PEOPLE...some cant even speak english..and should at least once...get back to customers...VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED...I HAV DECIDED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO CHROMA AND lodge a complaint...will publish it in press too...they hav tested our patience...

                        1. I have bought a Kenstar "Vibrant" Air Cooler in April 2009, in Bangalore.
                        2. The Cooler has developed a defect of water leakage whenever it is switched on.
                        3. The dealer has been unable to either rectify the complaint, or give any Kenstar helpline number.
                        4. Kindly do the needful to rectify this fault; or provide a helpline number where we can ask for help.

                          Sir,
                          I reside in At/ Post- Jejuri, Tal-Purandhar Dist- Pune. I have right kenstar air cooler giving problems. Problem faced is water circulation is not working & the water pump repair/replacement is required & i have registered complaint on 25/04/2009 Complaint No. PUN[protected]
                          since last 20 days. Nobody has turned up nor any call received from their side.I have traced around two dozen contact nors just to get the service done but none of them have so far solved the problem. I have committed sin by purchasing kenstar products & for forgiveness, i kindly request indian authorities to BAN/BLACKLIST Kenstar on India soil.

                          KENSTAR COOLER — not working

                          i had bought this kenstar cooler on 15th april 09 and after that the service is done twice on a new cooler still they can't fix the problem, once it is done in the morning by the evening again the problem repeats,
                          hereby the problem is of the rotation of the cooler wings which stops, till now kenstar has not been able to fix the problem and now my new cooler looks like i have bought a second hand one, they r alos not ready to replace it

                            I bought Kenstar Slimline water cooler on March 14'th 2009 to beat the heat of this summer. The water pump of the cooler stopped working on 14'th April. I immediately lodged a complaint with the customer care. I was promised that the complaint will be addressed in 24 hours. It took them 3-4 days to send the service engineer to my home who examined the cooler and confirmed that the water pump needs to be replaced. Since the cooler is just 1 month old and is under the warranty, I thought it should be very straight forward.

                            But nothing happened for several days. I called up the customer service repeatedly and was assured that the pump will be replaced "as soon as possible". But when nothing happened for 3 weeks, I got frustrated and threatened to go to the consumer court. But alas, these guys are too dumb and shameless and now my dealer tells me that the company is unwilling to replace the faulty part because I threaten them. I have tried all means and now seeking help from National Consumer Helpline. I warn everybody to stay away from KENSTAR. Their customer support and A.S.S is really pathetic.

                            Kenstar Water Cooler — Faulty water cooler is sold to me

                            Dear Sir,

                            I bought a Kenstar water cooler from Next Retail Mall in Bangalore on 11th April 2010. Just wafter purchasing when I opened the back cover for the first time for cleaning we realized that the pump used for pumping the water does not work. I have lodged a complaint with the Kenstar service center [protected] on 15th May for which they said they will send someone to attend it within 24 hours. It is 30th May and no body has come to attend the complaint. The complaint number is BAN-[protected]. Can you please help.

                            But after 5 days the cooler was automatic creat a unacceptable sound.
                            also it has heavy shock.

                              i am from hyderabad, on 27th march'09 i purchased a kenstar slimline air cooler and within 1 month that spoiled 4 times, and now i am ready to give some more money and get another model, but they are just denying their responsibilities(specially employees of NEXT).
                              i have spent half the price in calling them i think but no out put till now.
                              now i have decided to raise a complaint in consumer court...
                              what you people say???

                                Dear sir,
                                I had purchased two nos. 1.5T split AC Model no. KT 18GNX on 12.08.08 from M/s Next Stores at sec 18 NOIDA. These AC are under warranty & free servicing of these machines were due on 10.12.08, 10.04.09 & again on 10.08.09. However despite repeated requests, complaints & telephonic calls both at the dealer " Next Store" at NOIDA as well as to the KENSTAR service centre, no one has bothered to visit us for the servicing. Now the NEXT store has also closed down. Can you please help in getting these machines serviced. Our contact nos.[protected]/[protected].

                                kenstar/ ac — warranty

                                I had puchased an AC of Kenstar in march 08.Because of poor cooloing I had lodged a complaint with the dealer.After inspection the technician found that the gas was leaking and he told me that because it was in the warrenty period the company engineer would come and get it corrected. Subsiquently the dealer informed me that technician could do it and gas leaking problem is not covered by the warrenty terms and condition and the customer had to Rs.1400. How could I know whether the diagnosis of the problem was correct and he charged me the right amount?

Please advice me how am i supposed to get it?????? and the kind of customer service Kenstar seems 2 provide 2 its customers.

                                  i purchased a Kenstar mixer 1 year back, now chutny jar (the smallest one) is damaged, i tried for replacement but it is not available with the dealers, their web site is also out of service. So please help me to purchase the spare from south Tamil Nadu

                                  Kenstar Mixer — 3 TIMES CAME FOR REPAIR WITHIN ONE YEAR

                                  I purchased KENSTAR SENATOR MIXER from JYOTHIS BASAWESHWARANAGAR BANGALORE-79 Invoice no:14281 dated[protected] and from then onwards two times mixer got repaired and yesterday again i given for repair.Complaint numbers are BAN-[protected] dated 1/10/2009,BAN-[protected] dated[protected] and Show room JOB CARD Number:1014 dated[protected].So i request company to replace with new piece because warranty expires on 27/3/2010.

                                  Inlet pipe replacement of Tumble Top L0210 Model

                                  Require new inlet pipe. Threaded cap is unable to hold the pipe to the tap. Water leaks out. Contacted the Branch at Goa. Spare not available and service closed. Require contact nearest to Goa.

                                    This AC was from Kenstar Model no. KT10GNSP, this was purchased for 13490 on 07/06/08, and since that day we have got no response from Spencer nor Kenstar, we have been approching both the parties since then as the AC is not working .

                                    We would request you to please consider my appeal as we do not see any thing coming our way

                                    Looking forward for a quick response from the forum, please help as I am sure there would be many more of my kind of consumers who will be facing the same kind endending problems

                                    Kenstar — Air Conditioner not working

                                    I bought Kensatr Air conditioner from M/s Radhe Corporations In june 2010 and Since August Air conditioner is not working I have registered my complain at Consumer helpline atleast 20 times but no response.

                                    False feedback from Kenstar helpline is reporting that technician visited your place and it is repaired Iam fed up with the way Kenstar is treating the consumer.

                                      I'm basically from Chennai, and its a known fact that this season is the most painful season as the summer goes to peak. Till date me and my family haven't opted for A/c nor an aircooler and we'd coped up with fan itself. Suddenly a thought raised that why don't v buy an aircooler atleast as A/c is not affordable by us. I went to a nearest home appliances dealer in our area itself and I saw two different brands one is from Symphony and the other is from Kenstar. As I'm new to this product, I went by the sales person who was there in the showroom and he had showed me that kenstar model and said you jus need to add water into this, switch it on then the cooling starts in the room within 15mins. Believing the same i bought it. The very first day i bought and switched it on in the night, air cooler was spitting air like flames. I convinced myself saying that b'cos of the climate and also since i switched it on for the first time the air comes like this. But even after 2hrs there is no change in the output. the next day in the morning i immediately registered the complaint to customer service stating that the purpose of aircooler is to cool the place where we keep. They registered the complaint and they sent a person too from the service centre. He came and spoke something he know and said to operate in a specific functional mode so that the cooling begins within 1/2 hr. I was so happy that my operating way was different b'cos of which the room was not cool. I did the same way that was explained by the service engr, and to my bad luck the result was more worse. The heat exposed by the aircooler was more. Third day i immediately took the aircooler from the Next Showroom (useless showroom) to tell my issue. I don't whether they are really customer service minded people or not. One person is telling to put ice cubes so that more cooling will be there. But he also tells once the ice cubes melts cooling will go off.. What a stupid reply? One more person who is supposed to be incharge of the shop came and said that he cannot take back the air cooler as we'd poured water and used it. I strongly gave back that without even pouring water how can you use it? They were in the same state saying that they won't take back nor give any other product in exchange. I asked for the HO number of that showroom so that i can get this escalated. The person who attended my call @ HO understood the issue and asked to retain back the aircooler check for the issue and proceed with it. We gave back the aircooler, but god only knows when the service engr comes tomorrow.
                                      Someone who's reading this please ensure a few things before buying a product

                                      1. When you goto a showroom ensure the person who's attending you is well versed about the product.
                                      2. Gather more info about the product which you're planning to buy before even getting into the showroom.
                                      3. Tell the manager of the showroom, at the time of purchase itself, that this will be returned back if there are issues.
                                      4. Don't go for any of those products which are not in market, otherwise we'll spend the money and we'll be in trouble.
                                      5. Do not open the pack unless there is a demo shown @ your home, the person should ensure that the product is working fine.

                                      Kenstar — BAN KENSTAR IN AP

                                      Hello sir/Madam, I Muppidi Vijaya Kumar from Rajamundry Andhrapradesh. Almost of my home products are from KENSTAR. I feel shame of this. I have complained on 18th of January and the technician came on 19th January 2009 and found compressor is in fault. My complaint number is 124. I have warranty for that. Now today is 28th January 2009 (5:18pm). Nobody is responsible for my complaint. I have two little children, I use my refrigirator for all uses to protect my children medicine and food. I told before they took complaint. 9 days over, still they are showing their neglagency in satisfiying the customer. Their response on phone is not satisfactory. As I enquired, they received Compressor for my refrigirator before but, they are telling that climate is not supportvie. I too live in this same area. I do work on outside. I promise now itself we never faced difficulty with the climate sofar after 7am in the morning and before 6pm in the evening. Now, I'm unable to use my refrigirator. It's too smelling and became black. Is KENSTAR going to bear my feelings? Who will tak action...!!!

                                      Kenstar Air Cooler Turbo Cool Dx — I need service for the cooler

                                      this is the best cooler i had, but i need service for that since every year i will have service for that and afterwards i will start using that i had old service numbers they are not working i think so...
                                      I had purchased a Kenstar air cooler from Pai International Electronics Ltd, Koramangala vide Bill no. 008129 dated 10.4.2009. (S.No. COOKEN 02 Kenstar Cooler 18L CT9924).

                                      I regret to inform you that I have used the cooler only for two days as there was an abnormal sound from the cooler after two days of purchase. I have immediately informed your customer care deptt.(tel.no.[protected]) and they have given me a complaint booking number and advised me to contact Mr.Guruprasad at phone no. 41281281. The complaint no.was BAN-[protected]. I called up Mr.Guruprasad and informed him the problem. He had taken my residentail address and told me that within 2 - 3 days the problem will be rectified. But even after 10 - 15 days nobody visited to rectify the problem. I was following up with him regularly but there was no use. Finaly he said the validy of the complaint got lapsed and he asked me to lodge another complaint with your customer care deptt. I called up your customer care deptt again and they have given me another no. BAN-[protected]. Someone called me up on 22nd May from your service deptt and said on 23rd the service engineer will come to rectify the problem. I was waiting at home on Saturday (23rd May) but noone turned up from your service deptt. I was in touch with your call centre regularly.

                                      I have callled up to your Aurangabad Office on 27th May 09. They said the issue will be taken up with Bangalore office and they problem will be rectified within 1 - 2 days. Today again I called up your customer care and they have given me Mr.Janardhana's (Branch Manager) mobile number. I was trying to contact him at his cell number but not connected through as it is switched off.

                                      I would request you to look at this matter urgently and do the needful to avoid any further delay.

                                      we have bought a new kenstar air coolel vibrant turbo model number CT-9924 ON[protected], but just after 2 months cooler is not working, its exhaust fan was not moving, we lodged a complaint in customer care, a guy came, he said we need to replace fan when we showed him our 1 year warranty card, he said this won't do we need copy of your purchase bill, we were unable to find that at time, he said i havent braught any new fans at this time I will call you guys back tommorrow, get that bill photocopy, next day we searched that bill we found it, and agian called customer care, they said we have lodged a complain and a our person will visit, since the 5 days has passed every day we call then at least 2 to 3 times they say we have lodged a complaint but nobody comes to visit, when we asked for any senior manager contact number they simlply denied to give this this has happened on[protected], and since then, you can imagine it june time in delhi, and we are suffering in summer with so much humidity and temprature, I would like to lodge a serious complaint against kenstar company and there cold and non caring attitude against there customer as once there product sold, they dont have any responsibility towards there customer

                                      ken star — cooling not happening

                                      Dear Sir/Ma’m

                                      I have purchased refrigerator (KEN 175PR 175SLTS) from dealer Danam Sales Center, 78 Kamaraj Salai.. on 12-Apr-08.

                                      I have logged the complaint for the reason not cooling to the Sree Susmee Electronics, at 29-Apr-11. The service vendor said he has to replace the replaced the compressor [as its not working] its in Warranty period but I have to pay for refill the gas charge Rs 1600.00.

                                      Before this complain my refrigerator has been repaired more than three time with same problem, I have spend 3000.00 till date….

                                      If the compressor is not working its not my fault company has to replace the same and refill the gas as already I have spend above for three time repair…..its company fault only the compressor is not working I can not pay for gas…..


                                      I request you to please look in to the matter, and please solve my problem at the earliest. I am being harassed for the service from 5.8.2010.

                                      Kenstar — no response to customer call

                                      I had bought a Kenstar Vibrant Air cooler a year back. Used for 2-3 months during summer last year and this year when i switch on, it not only makes loud noise but also does not give cool air.
                                      I had contacted their customer care centre and they logged a complaint and promised to send the technician. after 2 days i get an sms that the complaint is closed. i had to send an sms again to reopen the complaint. its been 10 days now and am still expecting the technician. Whenever i call them, they tell that they will send the technician as soon as possible.
                                      I am highly disatisfied with their service and would like to advice anybody not to go for Kenstar.

                                      Kenstar — Service Person didn't show up after repeated complaints.

                                      I own a Kenstar Air cooler, Model - Vibrant from e-Zone, Punjagutta. While running its produce some sound, so I called Kenstar Customer Care for Servicing the product on 2nd May 2013, but till now no service person show up to service the product after repeated calling to Customer Care.
                                      customer service is very very poor, I have purchased around 15 days back, it's not working and no response from the customer care...
                                      no body attending the call and call either cancelled or closed

                                      I have purchased Kenstar Mixture Grinder from flipkart with order OD[protected] but after 3 month it's motre not working. As per service warranty it should be serviced.

                                      We had purchased Kenstar Cooler on 29th Apr, 2016 from Croma, Bangalore. But the cooler worked only for 2 days and then stopped(Motor got burned). We informed Croma, Bangalore, but they informed to connect with Kenstar customer care. We had to complain 3 times before they finally reached home to get it serviced. We informed them that they need to get the cooler exchanged since we used it only for 2 days, but they were only wanting to change the motor. After that we have been again following up with them, but sadly a month is passed and no one as been attending our calls or get anything done about it.

                                      Kenstar coolers are totally useless and their after sales service even worst. I repent for purchasing the same.

                                        I had purchased Kenstar food Processor MF0808 on 11th April 2009 at "Vijay Sales", Amar Manor, Solapur Road, Pune.
                                        At the time of purchase they had promised us that, they would be informing Kenstar company and then a person from Kenstar company will come to our house for Demo within 3working days.
                                        Only based on this promise and after several confirmation from the sales person, sales manager and as well at the billing counter that there will be demo, we bought the product.
                                        But "Vijay Sales", Amar Manor, Solapur Road, Pune is so careless, negligent about thier customer is that they have not bothered to inform Kenstar company for demo as promised before the purchase.
                                        On calling upon the show room number[protected] they simply gave wague reply saying that they will be comming in another 3wrkng days and dropped the call.

                                        I had to finally contacted the Kenstar customer care on 17th April 2009 and registered complaint (Vide : pun [protected]) which still has no response.
                                        It was only during the time I called the customer care that I came to know that Vijay Sales", Amar Manor, Solapur Road, Pune has not even informed the company about the purchase and request for demo.

                                        It is nothing but cheating people by making false promises only for thier profitsbenifits.
                                        The company should see that at first instance they should not entertain such DistributorsDealersvendors and treat complaints on priority.

                                        NOW ITS BEEN NEARLY A MONTH AFTER WE HAVE PURCHASED THE PRODUCT

                                        I request all the visotors or all those who reads this complaint do not purchase any KENSTAR PRODUCTS or shop at Vijay Sales.

                                        Kenstar/Food Processor — Post lodging a complaint nothing has happened

                                        Dera Sir / Mam,

                                        This is to bring to your kind notice that recently I had bought a Kenstar food processor in Mumbai. After few days I had come across a problem with the locking system of the machine.

                                        Hence I had lodged a complaint on 10.05.09 over the phone and I was told that within next 24 hrs somebody would visit my house to solve the issue.

                                        On 12th morning (12.05.09) when nobody had come to resolve the issue ; I called the customer care no of Kenstar again and I was intimated that the call was closed one day back.

                                        My question is if nobody had visited my house till now from the company ; how this call is shown as closed .

                                        I do not understand how a reputed company like Kenstar has shown such a irresponsible gesture towards the customer; because of this horrible post sales service we are suffering a lot and would require your help on the same.

                                        Kenstar/Food Processor — Unable to use the product and poor response from the service team

                                        I have purchased Kenstar food processor on July 17, 2010.
                                        The unit stopped working just after the first instance o[censored]se and repeated almost every month. Registered complaints regularly. Initially the service center used to attended within 24 hours. Of late there is no response for the complaints registered and the unit is just not in a condition to use. Poor response from the call center /service team. Escalated to senior members, no response..... Basically it is a mental harassment from the team and currently they are not even attending my compliant nor ready to replace the unit. This has affected my daily routine.
                                        Need help/justice for the action from the team
