[Resolved]  Kenstar — kenstar 15l kgs15w5p 15 l 5 star geyser (worst product and service) - change this product

Hi,

I have been purchased a product of kenstar with 5 star rating and the product is worst quality. I have contacting the services people but we are not getting the satisfactory answer from them.

When i am very disappointed about the service and product of kenstar. Really we don’t have words to explain the service part as well.

I have been registered so many complained to customer care as well but they register it and now follow up on the request.

So i am requesting to change the product and give me other one.

i didn't not get any update on this, i do not want to write anything to you...just exchange my product. ill not reference and suggest to anyone in future to purchase kenstar product. can you pleas explain here what the action taken till now.
