[Resolved] Kenstar — pathetic customer service - kenstar | |||
I have recently purchased geyser of kenstar (Kenstar 15l kgs15w5m) and as soon as i started the geyser it started leaking. I called number of times to customer care and registered complaints but no one visited to resolve the issue. It's been more than month now. Hello Team,
I am extremely upset with the after sale services of Kenstar and this is the second time that I am doing escalation.
From the day 1 of the purchase of this heater is having issues. The below complaint has been raised on Oct 23rd and no action taken till today.Its been 35 days with no resolution,
Water is heavily leaking in from the heater and no one bothered of the resolution even after hundreds of calls to service centers and call centers,
I never felt the team is taking responsibility to handle the problem and simply telling that the part has been ordered. But when it will arrive?
On recent conversation, they mentioned going to replace the entire unit but when…?????? But no one lifting my call after that???

Anyone listen to customer complaints in Kenstar and decided not to promote/purchase your goods any more….?
