I have ordered a kent electric kettle 1.8L in flipkart on March 2020. It worked properly till 6 months. After that it stopped working. Immediately i have raised a ticket to customer care. They promised me that they will replace the item, but till now I didn't received that replacement.

    Dear Kent team,

    Below screenshot mentioned, service I registered online.

    Product Name : KENT SUPER PLUS
    SERIAL No. : KR[protected]
    Name : PANKAJ SINGH

    The agent assigned by your team is mis-manupulating, talking very badly and forcing to install filter or will come for service only if I agree to replace any parts of Kent RO.

    I have installed new Kent RO on 03-Dec-2021. It is difficult to understand any product parts being damage within 6 month period of time. This also questions your product defect period of time, which Kent company may have developed in past years or so.

    Kindly improve your service types, which is harassing the customer at large extent. Presently I am cancelling this service and would suggest you to come with the solution on this matter as soon as possible.

      As per our verbal telephonic discus- sion dt:14/4/22 on14:05 we hereby attach with this 4 your ready reference i.e. sediment Filter Image, Our Sediment
      Box pic and and Given Receipt by technician Mr.Nishant Kumar Mob.no. [protected].
      Against above, Agency M/s.U.B. technician charge Rs.500/- 4 One sediment Filter (Pre-filter) but he replace by kent Product code 20011 which Cost Rs.200/-only. So, we requested that please replace by 20011 of new one of my second sediment also and make me Refund Rs.100/- also.

      Further, we requested that Look into this matter and make a decision to replace second sediment pre-filter and refund my Rs.100/- by Agency asap and make me a solution at your earliest.

        Sir/madam
        i purchased kent elegant ro that delivered on 11 january 2021
        but after 4 or 5 filtration kent ro stopped working, i launched complaint then technician repaired it, but after repairing ro again filtered only 4 or 5 times and again it stopped working.
        Defective ro delivered to and kent ro customer care is not changing the ro after complaint.

          I am a kent user since last 10 years .From last 10 days my kent ro is defected so i book a service appointment on[protected] but today is[protected] and there is no any service executive visit here. So tell me how can we trust on your product. Your employees are soo loose whenever i call them to book a service then they say that you are not registered but i am registered through the app so how can they say this . It not happens single time it happens from last four days .

          So at last i am concluding that if i not get service in 48 hours then i am going to quit from kent ro because my trust on this brand is getting lost

          So thank you again i am saying that if i not get service in 48 hours i am quitting kent ro product and brand.

              I have registered my service request via Kent RO application on 01/04/2022. My RO was not working. I was promised that technician will visit within 24 hrs. No technician visit done even after 18 days . I called customer care on each and every day and I was promised to serve within 24 hrs. No technician appointed and no solution done for my service request. My service request number is[protected].

              Worst team worst service. Even after one month service not entertain by your team. Your social media manager has instructed ASM Vijay to make engineer visit at my place last 15 days back. No visit made till date. Worst service effort by ASM Vijay. Seems KENT is waiting for the warranty period expiry.

                Our KENT RO water purifier fell down from the wall mount within 3 years o[censored]sage, while this was a brand new product bought by us 3 years ago. The quality of plastic used in purifier's body is very bad. Now the charges for the repair of the same are also very high.

                  Sir,
                  i have registered for routine service of my kent RO on dtd 05/04/2022 with case id[protected] and technician visited on 07/04/2022 and changed RO membrane, carbon filter and sediment filter and charged me Rs 4000.
                  Earlier my filtered water was clear but after service it appear cloudy with particles in water but techinician said it will clear after 2 to 3 complete filtration but when it didn't clear even after 2 days I talked to technician but he didn't respond properly. Then I called on helpline they again registered my complain with case id[protected] on 11/42022 then same techinician again visit on 12/4/2022 he tried to solve the problem but at last he said there is some problem in new parts. He said he will complain to company about it and will return soon with solution.
                  Now after my service on 07/4/2022 it's almost one week and I have to arrange water from outside even after spending 4000 rupees. No body is responding properly.
                  I have such a bad experience from kent.

                    Service engineer visited at home for service after send the request for service.

                    As per him there was some filter issues and that was to change with new filter at cost of 3750.00

                    After all discussion I have asked to him to change the same.

                    After his complete the service seen there was some issues into Lcd screen as there was one spot.

                    I have asked to service engineer what is this and why this is spot as earlier there was no any spot into the same.

                    There was not such reply from his side and he said I no need to do service and he have open all new filter and again installed old and moved from without proper discussion and solutions.

                    Please tell me this is what kind of services and what kind of behaviour of service engineer?

                    Please resolve my issues on priority as this screen damaged due to his mistake.

                    Last month also got pathetic service from service engineer as due to main wall not proper he have open and too much water flow inside the complete machine.

                    I asked to him is there will be problem then he said there will be no any problem and cleaned all inside of water. Same time due to his mistake which problem was not available, that problem started and he have changed the parts and charged 300 rs of changes of waste water parts from me and I have given as wall point has been repaired by him then he said please support into this then I have given money and said from next time please care about the service.

                    This time sane issues was not available and after completion the service I have seen the same.

                    Please look into the same as earliest possible and resolve the issues on priority as filter need to replace as per the service engineer.

                      This is really disappointing to know that in spite of the complain raised for an urgent issue of Kent Purifier not working with the Kent Customer Care, the next day it was found that my complain number stands cancelled. There is no one’s responsibility to inform on the same as well. We were waiting for Kent engineer to call back for the visit. This is really patheic from the service point of view. Even the Engineers send are not upto mark. The issues are recurrent and it is the 4th time complain is raised. The complain number is[protected]. Please take necessary actions so that this does not repeat in future.

                        After service request, pune Kent vendor ( wagholi) had sent their engineer to to fix the alarm problem. First at all that engineer forced me to change the memron ( cost 2700).
                        1.Changes the different filter, again alarm of my filter continue.
                        2. Changed memron, again filter sound is continuing.
                        3. He said that after changing the memron, if the alarm sound continues, will replace with your old memron.
                        4. Now at end, he started saying, i have opened the seal of memron(new filter), so can't revert.
                        4. I stand with our discussion, and ask to replace with old one.
                        5. Multiple call from wagholi Kent vendor, and it look like he was harassing as I am outsider.
                        6. Finally he replaced with old one. But again started forcing me to change the switch board.
                        7. I disagree with him, as my board was working fine.
                        8. Then he again started to force me that price of normal filter is 600rs., However I have already enquired that price is ₹550.
                        9. Visiting charge is ₹380, and he forced me for ₹400, and collect the same amount.

                        10 .Finally they covered my Kent filter with throwing all small blue lock for pipe.

                        11. would like to say Thank you Kent for the great service, and your great vendor.

                        Your wagholi agency, pune called me today 11 Apr 2022.
                        There is no satisfactory answer.
                        You please do let me know, and please that is harassment, not convenience...
                        If visiting charge is ₹300, why they force me to pay ₹400, bill has already I submitted to you, where they charged ₹400.

                        What the action Kent is going to take against that lead who continuosly guide to technician on phone and ask to do so.

                        I need action on this.

                        ₹100 still not transferred to me as you have taken 400, in place of 300.

                          Hi, I have Kent RO pearl model We are having an issue with it, There are ants coming in machine's tank. My parents are literally tired of removing those ants from past 1 year After 1 or 2 days, ants come from the backside, although we tried every possible way to stop them. We do not understand how ants entering in an airtight container.
                          I already spent 20k for machine and extra cost for services for this worthless product. In spite of repeated complaints, these guys are not resolving it.
                          This can create a serious health issue, how ants coming in airtight tank(RO's).

                            Hi,
                            Yesterday i have purchased & installed the Kent RO (Grand +) Product. I directly co-ordinate one of the sales person Mr. Mohan Raj. I have received the warranty Card vide Product serial no. KR[protected] and have purchased the same for Rs.18, 500. At the initial discussion it was discussed for Rs.18, 000 but on installation date i have to pay Rs.18, 500/- I paid advance of Rs.2500 on 5th Apr 22 and the balance Rs.16, 000/- on 6th Apr 22 to the account of sales person. Mr Mohan Raj. The service provider name as mentioned in the warranty card is Universal Pure Water Solutions - Begur, Bangalore. I am following with the sales person from yesterday and was been told that i will receive one OTP which i need to share and only than i will get the invoices. Till date i have not received the invoice copy for my record. Really i am not happy with this type of service and have to incure additional amount of Rs.500 extra and also have to follow up for my invoice.

                            Will i get my invoice copy and the amount of Rs.500 which i paid extra.

                                My registered service request is[protected]. I have requested service for my machine on 2nd April. I requested for 10am. They said they will come in the evening calling me at 10.15. Then i got a msg that they will come by 5.30pm. They called at 7pm and I was not home by then. I told them I will back by 8. And he said if it is before 8 call me, if not don't call and he will take of care it in the Mrng. He didn't even wait for my reply before he disconnected the call. And in the morning he is not even picking up my call. I have to go through various calls to customer care to get information when they are coming to service my machine. The manager says the office time in only until 6.30pm. Another person said it is until 9. Why there is lot of confusions. If you cannot service it in the accepted deadline, better don't accept deadline. Very very bad experience. I have to pay for the service cost from Kent and also have to buy drinking water outside. Why do I have to pay extra when the problem is at Kent side. I should reduce the amount I spent for the second time for buying water from the cost of service. This is the right solution. But right from the manager they simply said they won't come for servicing of I am going to pay them the reduced amount. And I dont have any info on who exactly the deciding authority to contact regarding this. Very very bad experience with Kent. I am planning to post this in all the social media until it reaches kent.

                                  After reinstalling Kent RO at new location the
                                  appointed personnel fitted the tap to the inside
                                  pipe that broke the brass lining(with threads
                                  which connects inside pipe with the tap). This
                                  stupidity of his costed me Rs 4000 and mental
                                  harassment by the owner. I had to call another
                                  plumber to fix this issue who had to break the
                                  tile also behind the tap in order to replace the
                                  brass lining.Absolutely pathetic behaviour of the personnel.

                                    I have purchased a kent grand plus zww9 Ltd Water purifier on 23 june 2021 . Used only 8 months then water filtering very slowly ( 1 ltr water filter 1 hours) . Very bad product . complain raised but no any technician solved my problems. Still waiting.

                                      I have paid AMC a sum of Rs. 5500/-on 30/08/2021 to Shubh Labh Enterprises, Authorised Service Franchisee of Kent. There was a free service due in February 2022 with candle change.

                                      The service personnel keep calling me and asking if there's a problem with the machine instead of coming and servicing the machine.

                                      If this is going to be the case, I want a full refund of the AMC I have paid for the machine.
