These engineers from Patil Enterprise know nothing and just give random verdicts about the fault in the RO. Very poor issue identification and this causes us the inconvenience. I've be raising new SR after every visit the engineers do coz something stops working after they leave. One says, issue with Pump, one says issue with some filter, and keep delaying the resolution.
I do not want these Patil Enterprise guys to come again for servicing. On top of that, these guys always ask me to extend my AMC (which is about to expire in next 6months). They tell me the price is gonna increase so we will provide you at 6000 if you take now, and later for 7500. WTF is this? what kind of professionalism is this?
These vendors are nothing but scamming people. Need strict action against them.

    Dear Sir,
    I am Soumya Mondal, resident of Vill- Khalisani, PO - Khalisani, DISTRICT- Howrah, PIN- 711307. I have purchase kend grand plus on 03/06/2019. On 19/03/2020 pump was not working, the service engineers not replace the pump to a new pump, but the machine is in warranty period. They install a old pump, now till date they do not provide new pump to me. The distributor told me again and again the pump is not in his office. I make complaint about the distributor of Kent " Yes Boss, Address- 83/1/2, Aprakash Mukherjee Lane, Howrah -2" to the consumer court to receive new pump to my kent grand plus.

      My biggest mistake is select Kent ro for my house, i purchased Ro machine in December 2020 till now two membrane is choked
      Last membrane was changed in 4th October 2021 within 3 month again same happened technician is asking to change membrane and told cost 3000 rupees.
      Now m realising i m looted by Kent company
      How any parts damage in only 3 months

        Its been a year of purchasing Kent Sterling Plus RO. We have the service guy visit us every 3-4 days. its truly annoying. I have a toddler at home and at times we do not even have water to drink. I want to return my RO and get the entire payment back so that I install RO from another vendor. This is truly unacceptable

            We bought kent ro water softener in the month of November - registered number [protected].

            Sales agent Pushpendu gave an incorrect representation of the product and fixed it with geyser line.

            It is causing very discomfort to us and not solving our purpose of soft water using.

            He told lies to us about the water being wasted on flush knowingly that there are separate water pipelines for flush and bathing water.

            Now upon confrontation he is fighting, using foul languages, abusals and asking charges for re install and putting the whole blame on us.

              In November I paid more than Rs9000 for machine repair, since then my Kent machine stops working after every 15days, before that it was working properly,
              I called Mr Mohan Kent Service Manager Rajarajeshwari Nagar many times after changing all parts of my RO machine, he sends service engineer to repair, but that repairs never worked more than 15-20 days.
              I think they have replaced faulty filter, Carbon and Mambrane and other parts because of that my RO machine is not working properly.

                The moulded plastic part of the body at back side, responsible for hanging the machine on wall broken (both two nos, ) and the whole machine fell down on the floor. Information given to the Dealer who sold me that m/c (through phone and photos through what's app) not shown minimum responsibility to visit the machine at site. I have purchased the machine on 27.07.2020 just before one and half year back. He told me to plug the machine and on placing on a stool.
                I am surprised regarding the quality of the product. it is made/ designed for hanging on the wall but not satisfied. it fell down.
                I am attaching bill and photos for your reference and suggestion what I will do now?

                  My request for service of Kent RO regarding water leaking has not been cleared. Sudip Sarkar has attended twice but not completely solved the issue. Case ID [protected] has been closed without solving the problem raised. Again request made under case ID [protected] on 31 Jan 2022 was attended but not solved by the Engineer representative. My parents are facing problem as I am away from home. Requesting to solve the issues at the earliest.

                    Hi,
                    In december 2019 I purchased a Kent Ro Grand. After a year of purchase I started getting multiple callls from Kent for yearly service and change of filters. Due to pandemic I delayed it and in Feb 2021, Kent Service Engineer visited for the first yearly service of my KENT RO Grand and replaced 3 filters.

                    A few days back I noticed water leaking out from the body and raised a service request through Kent App. Kent service engineer visited and diagnosed that the Motor is leaking. The reason he gave on analyzing

                    - Duplicate filters were installed causing the motor to jam and start leaking water. Due to the leakage, the optical sensor is also destroyed
                    - Total cost of repair and filter change - Rs. 7000

                    I contacted Kent through email and they replied that as the service engineer who visited me to replace the filters is not authorised and as I did not raise the service request through Kent App they are not responsible for it.

                    Now this is a bigger concern for me. How did a non autharised vendor get the details of my purchase including my phone number and my address. The multiple calls I recieved were from Kent and they knew my details which only Kent has. The service engineer who visited wore a shirt with Kent logo carried a bag with Kent logo.
                    How was my information leaked? This clearly put my family at risk as we allowed a stranger to enter our house who in the first place should not have had my details with him. this is a clear breach of security from Kent who shared or leaked my information to an unauthorised third party who could use it in any way and could even have harmed my family.
                    I need an explanation and apology from Kent for this. I also want them to rectify the damages caused to my RO and explain how they will stop any further leak of information like this.

                    What I got to know from an authorised kent service dealer is that Suraksha which is also an authorised dealer, is the one who installed duplicate filter and their service engineers carry duplicate "RO world" bill book. Kent should investigate this as this is a serious matter but I guess Kent is not interested to find out. They are not even interested in addressing customer complaints.
                    I guess someone is just copy pasting the same scripted message from Kent to all complaints. Brilliant customer care service

                        I have purchased Kent Prime TC on Dt.[protected] from Isha water tech, Matiapada, PURI, Odisha.Just 6 months before I called the service person of Kent at Bhadrak, Odisha to change all the filters as the water from kent tested bad.I am an allopathic medical officer and staying at my Govt. medcal quarter at village Tihidi.Tihidi is a block of Bhadrak district, state-odisha.The service person of kent of Bhadrak district changed all the filters and took Rs.4000/- from me for changing the filters.He gave his mob. no.[protected] and told me to call him if any bad taste of water arises.Now I got bad tase of water and after this the machine is not working also.After calling him repeatedly, the service person is not responding and not picking up the mobile also.I am a doctor working in a remote place like Tihidi.What punishment should be awarded to him?

                          I have 3 year AMC amount of Rs.13000 on 13th Jan'21 covering AMC for period 13th Jan'21 to 13th Jan'24. Case Id :[protected]; Pearl Infotech, Marathahalli Bangalore has collected this money vide Receipt no 657. But till date, not even one service was provided to me. Have got couple of calls from customer care who said they will look into it, but no response. The contact numbers provided in Pearl Infotech is also not reachable.

                            I have purchased a KENT - 16003 Power Grinder and Blender 2000-Watt (Steel Grey) on 05/10/2020 from amazon with an extended warranty from amazon itself.

                            On 06/07/2021 I raised a complaint of my machine then there was no response from Kent then I called in toll-free they asked me to handover the product the service center. I handed over the product and after 15 days the repaired which made the condition of my machine even worse. Then again i went to them and after several visits the asked me to raise a complaint again. On 14/09/2021 I raised a complaint again on 28/12/2021 it got canceled without getting repaired and in between I called several times in toll-free and service center as well but there is no response till date.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is to bring to your notice a disappointing situation that we encountered over the past few months. We have a valid Annual Maintenance Contract with Vee Bee Corporation until 17th February 2022. However, we believe they had to suddenly close down for some reason. We were then guided to one Krupasindhu Enterprises and we were made to pay for a pump after being told it wasn’t functioning well. This was in April 2021.

                              In November 2021, we needed a technician to attend to a noise coming from the machine. Vee Bee was not available, Krupasindhu refused & I was guided online to Mumbai Aqua Services.
                              They fixed the issue but we had to make payment once again!

                              I still do not know who is the correct service provider. It is time for us to renew our AMC & we are clueless!

                              All documents re: the above situation are attached herewith for your perusal.

                              We wonder if we should go for a product who can provide us with an official service contract!

                                    Today the authorised service provider changed the faulty spares free of cost after my repeated emails but refuse to give 3months warranty on the replaced spares.Should I get any warranty on the replaced spares.If not please send the detailed documents where this term and conditions are mentioned that electrical spares replaced inside warranty period is not eligible for warranty of 90days....

                                    I m Kent customer from since 10-12 yrs

                                    I have purchased a Kent RO purifier machine no KR[protected] KENT PRIDE MINERAL RO WATER PURIFIER in 2018 year before and have and machine under AMC last 3 year .
                                    In the year[protected], we have paid AMC charges of Rs 3000 to the service provider Mr Gupta, METRO SALES & SERVICE, Nagpur, great nag road, opposite kunbi samaj bhavan - Nagpur, having mob no [protected], [protected]. AMC SLIP ATTACHED FOR YOUR REFERENCE

                                    In Aug 2020 I renewed AMC from Aug 2020 for one yer by paid 3000/-.
                                    But in the NEXT month suddenly due to my major critical cardiac surgery, we went to Pune for treatment and I undergone angioplasty with critical operation and Dr Advised for rest for few month and also due to Covid pendamic strict guidelines & no of restrictions we are not able to come back to Nagpur for few month .

                                    But before leaving from Nagpur we called service provider Mr Gupta for Kent services but he didn't came after several call continuously 4-5 days .

                                    After some month we come back to Nagpur we again call him for Kent routine services as per AMC, again he had not pick up call for 10-12 days unfortunately, we had filied complaint to customer care, then he send one technician, who is very poor technical knowledge & unskilled also not resolved the problem and said us he will be back & resolved the senior techanician but didn't came and our AMC period expired ...

                                    After several times reminders & we called them, he didn't visited and at the last he said my service period expired and he will not visit for AMC & resolved the issues untill renewed the AMC .

                                    We are not expected such poor service & behaviour at all .

                                    As per AMC we availed only one service out of 4 and with not satisfied we the one services also because the issue has not sorted out.

                                    Because of his negligence and non cooperation and bad services we missed the services during AMC period .

                                    Finally you are requested to look into matter and take the necessary action against the service provider and extended our AMC period for next 6 month .

                                      I mr suresh Hota I have a water purifier from your company but unfortunately the purifier having some issue in loading of drinking water in the bucket but the waste water releasing successfully but drinking water not loading so I have complaing about this around 3 days ago to your sub delaer but no technician has contacted me they are giving me silly excuses about its raining how could technician go etc...I am going for aquagard and I will replace it soon as last 3 days gone we have no drinking water so you can imagine how we manage ourselves .
