I had called [protected] for Kent service on Fri March 25th. There was a sound in the system. The guy [protected] came at around 4.30. He took a Kent motor from his bag and also one more part SVC (not sure) and replaced it. Spent 2 hrs calling someone to fix it. He took 3500 Rs.

I assumed that it got fixed. Unfortunately, the problem got worse. The original problem was not fixed and to top it there was a leak, the area was flooded and I had to completely shut down the water to the system.
I immediately called him when I heard the sound on Fri and told him that it's not fixed. He said he will come on Sat.
I would have made atleast 20 calls yesterday and this lady told me not to keep calling and that he will come at 8pm. He didn't show up. I have been calling this 1800 number and she keeps saying that he will come. I don't understand if I am supposed to be sitting at home calling all day to know of he is not coming?
If Kent has these authorised people to service, is this the way it works? You should cancel there authorisation if this is the way it works. I have owned Kent for several years. I am rethinking if I should switch over to some other product. Please help me get my refund. Thanks

    We had purchased KentRO SERIALNUMBER. KR[protected]. Our Filer got damaged as per their technician and telling us to replace which costs Rs.3500/- This was not told us before buying the product. They told us only you have change the filter once 2-3years. Please look into this.

      I have called the local kent representative and they have come for service.
      Now, after using my Kent Sterling Star for the last 16-18 months they are already asking me to change the candles and the RO and making an exorbitant bill of Rs. 4000/-. This is very dissapointing that KENT is looting the buyers on after-sales.
      I have been a long time user of Aquaguard and have never faced issues like this. KENT RO kindly consider making...

        KENT RO has been malfunctioning frequently during last few months . It was under AMC - different reasons given every time - service engineer was asking for amc to be changed

          I Have filed 2 complaint, both are resolved, without any resolution, the ticket has been closed. Now the machine is not working, they are asking for Rs 4000 for the parts, which is approximately 1/4 of the cost of the machine. Just now Rs 1000 has been charged. Please provide 50 % refund or increase the full warranty to 4 years or take back the machine, which is useless for me now...

            Kent filter parts were changed last month this year(2022) and within a week, it stopped working.The serviceman charged us with Rs-5600 for a duplicate product and on repeated calls, he is denying and is not taking any charge for his unethical service and his response is pathetic.

            There is no separate forum developed by Kent to hear such complains.in the name of big brand, they are looting us with duplicate products, even I have filed a complaint with consumer forum 10 days back, still no action is being taken.

                Service of my Kent RO was done on 15th February 2022, soon after service my Kent RO started leaking, i found the water leakage was from my Kent RO, i called the service company and they sent the same engineer again, and he informed me that the bucket is broken and i should buy new bucket. Since my Kent RO is new it was a surprise how my bucket got damaged when no one except him touched the Kent RO. when I comforted him he said this can be due to some manufacturing defect, which is not possible as before his service everything was fine. I had multiple times talk with Mr Firoz the owner of AQUA SOLUTION RANCHI and he promises me to get it replaced in March. But till now no solution is given and now they are not picking up my phone call. This is a case of cheating and now I am getting harrased by this companies behavior.kindly see.

                  I have kent grand plus RO which is under warranty. It was making a beep sound after which i registered a service request in Oct 2021 and following parts were changed by the engineer -
                  carbon filter, sediment filter, Ro membrane and FRT.
                  The engineer did not provide any bill or service report even after several reminders.
                  After some days the RO again started making the beep sound, i again lodged a service request. The same engineer visited and checked the machine and told the issue has been fixed now.
                  After a week the beep sound started again, i lodged a complaint and when no one visited even after 2 days, i checked that the request was marked as attended and closed with the OTP i didn't even provide anyone.
                  I lodged my 4th service request and same thing happened. No one visited and request was marked as attended and closed.
                  Now i contacted the service provider "Janak Agencies, Shahjahanpur (242001) and inquired about the whole issue to which he pretended to not know how the request got closed without being attended and arranged the visit of an engineer but again did not provide any service receipt.
                  The engineer checked the machine and told it won't make a beep sound now but after an hour of his visit the issue started again. The engineer also told that the OTP to close the request is received by the service centre also and they close the request without attending it.
                  This is very unfortunate that a reputed Brand like Kent is providing this kind of service and it has caused me a great amount of trouble. Also, my kent RO is not working properly. How am i supposed to get it fixed? Who will be liable if there's a non repairable damage to my RO? Who will be responsible for the health issues we might have because of drinking dirty water as our RO is not working properly?
                  I would appreciate a quick response and resolution of my issue. Also, i request you to take serious actions against the Service Centre "Janak Agencies" for being reckless with attending customer requests.

                    It has not been even a month since we changed our RO purifier machine, but within a week it starts beeping again, not working.The company customer care is not picking up our phone after repeated requests to change the machine purifier parts as it comes under the 6 months of warranty period.The new purifier machine parts didn't even worked for a week, hence confirming the duplicacy of the original product.Kent service centre, we didn't expected this of you.

                      It has been bought to your notice that I had replaced all the filters in the month of April 2021 (11.04.2021). In the month of December 2021, I faced similar problem what it was shown in the month of April 2021. I lodged complaint vide request No.[protected], Dated - 22.01.2022 and service engineer came to my residence and he told me that it's need to replace all the filters again which has been replaced in the month of April.
                      My question is whether the life span of filters is 9 months only?
                      If yes, then how the same filters required to change after two years of Installation. We have purchased parts from your Authorised service centre then why it has not last 1 year.
                      Today I lodged complaint vide request number[protected] and MC Industries, Kolkata assigned their service engineer to look into the matter. Now the service engineer told me that the motor also require to replace.
                      If this things are going on then how can we continue relation with your company?

                        Please increase parts warranty from 1 year to 4 years …

                          Hello all,

                          This is regarding Kent RO service, 1 month back my RO's motor got replaced so there was new motor attached to the filter. Suddenly within 15 days when the technician came for service, motor stopped working, upon calling technician somewhat he destroyed the whole motor. Now they are asking me to purchase new motor for my filter. How these people are making it as a business, They are FRAUD. They themselves destroyed motor within a month and now they want me to purchase again. They are such non technical people who don't know how to fix the problem rather they are creating new problems, On discussing this to Kent representative, she is talking in a very rude manner.

                          Kent Service is really bad, they themselves are destroying things. The company is full of non technical and unprofessional people. Get my motor repaired or provide me new Filter motor, I am not going to pay a single penny for this.

                                I have sent mail to you about my problem about your product, still problem as it is, only your service guy contact and ask to replace pump, filter etc, this will be cost[protected]inr. I have already spent 3500inr one time and 3000inr one time and every time of servicing 400-500 inr on Kent ro, including now repair amount total amount will be 15000inr, can you tell me the new product amount. As per my experience Kent is not reliable, I think you can't resolve my issue, so it's my request if you can't resolve this issue you can remove this Kent ro filter and take with you, may be you can use in your showroom and repair every week.

                                  I would like to complaint against SSV enterprises. They are authorised service partners of Kent RO. We have a Kent RO at out home. Last year we had called KENT RO customer care who had allotted SSV enterprises to do the servicing. The technicians had come to our home on 14th January 21 and checked the filter. They told us that the filter, cartridge, bulb and tap would require replacement. They also lured us into buying AMC for 1 year(ref bill no.454, call id 03306). Soon after they left we realised that we have been duped. They bulb and the filter tap was not replaced by them. The cartridge which they replaced gave up within 3 months. We had to pay additional charges all over again. Under AMC they were supposed to send technician every 3 months. No servicemen or technician turned up inspite of regular reminder and messages. I hereby Demand full refund of my AMC amount from KENT RO. Further please ban or cancel license of SSV enterprises. They are shameless, liars, fraudsters duping people of their hard earned money.                                     We bought a Kent Maxx Water filter 6 months ago. And we got a faulty product. Everytime the technician comes and charges extraa money.
