I brought a Kent Supreme Extra in May 2021 and since then my Kent have gone bad twice. The first time a technician came home and repaired. The guy informed that the SMPS have faulty and he suggested to remove the plug once the water is full, ever since we followed the instructions.

A week ago Kent have again gone faulty with similar symptoms. The technician over the phone asked the symptoms and informed it could be SMPS issue and he doesn't have a spare.

The case with Kent was raised on 23rd December. The ticket number is[protected], till date there is no response from Kent even after multiple follow-up.

A mail was send to the Kerala escalation point [protected]@kent.co.in and there is no response to that mail.

Is there any different options to get a response from Kent

    Had one of the worst experience with reference to my service request Case ID:[protected] raised on 02-Dec-2021 for resin replacement for Kent Washing Machine Water softener which was assigned to N M Engineering (Contact: [protected]).

    On verification, the service engineer informed me that he could not perform resin replacement as the entire cartridge was replaced with a 'Mini Softener' by the previous service engineer (Veilmuthu, Life Guard Technologies - Case Id:[protected] which is currently no longer available. He further stated that the coupling received with the original cartridge (which Veilmuthu asked me to dispose off) is not sold separately and I would have to replace the Softener entirely.

    Kindly do the needful by either replacing parts or the softener as a whole.

    Update: Received a call from Kent customer care asking me to pay an additional amount of Rs.350 for the said replacement of parts. Why is the customer expected to bear the same? No further resolution provided by the company.

        I ordered Kent pristine RO+UV On 06.12.2020 and installed near 20.12.2021
        Amounting rs 15890/-
        It’s just been an year of its installation.
        Since yesterday I’m facing issue as RO isn’t working.
        Red light is blinking when it’s turned on and then getting turned off after 1 sec.

        What’s this issue?

        And why it has happened just in a year after paying such a huge money??

        Kindly get it checked and repaired tomorrow itself.

        It’s already been 2 days of it being non-functional.

          Our Kent RO machine was not working and so we requested service in kent app. A person named Senthil contacted us from kent . He asked for ₹4000/- without checking the machine. In the phone call itself he asked for money. After 2 hours, another person from a local service center other than kent contacted us regarding repair. It seems senthil who is a kent engineer shared our number to another company for service. We are very much upset with kent for the pathetic engineer who haven't even cared to check the machine.

            I had purchased a Kent Iron remover filter in the month of September after kent sales person had convinced and explained to me regarding the product efficacy and after sales and service but today want to mention that I m very disappointed with the product and consequent services, as it was a faulty one provided to me and moreover even after lodging a complain no effective actions replacement has been taken by the concerned persons involved and no proper feedback is being received for almost 2 months on the other hand I had to follow up .I never expected this kind of service from Kent as I have using Kent products for almost 3-4yrs.
            I am expecting a decisive action from Kent end within this month and resolve my issue otherwise provide me a full refund as a consumer I am suffering through mental agony due to this as my money is invested in a faulty product

              Dear Customer care,
              Please find attached photos for the above complain.
              As for my complain on Monday dtd. 20.12.2021 for my KENT GRAND PLUS MINERAL RO water purifier not working two requests were generated:

              For the request no[protected] service technician Mr. Avi from Star enterprises came @ 6.30 pm.
              He found:
              1. pre filter candle was cloged
              As he was not having pre filter candle, he made it direct & replaced membrane filter(blue), inline sediment filter(blue) & inline carbon filter(blue) without checking the failure of existing filters with membrane filter(blue), inline sediment filter(pink) & inline carbon filter(pink) & charged Rs. 3500.00 when asked for bill of the items changed, he refuses to give by excusing he don't have authority & took OTP for closing the call.
              Next day on 22.12.2021 technician from R. P electronics Mr. Akshay came for the request no.[protected] of the same complain when observed found that membrane filter changed is blue in color instead of pink(service part) other two filters chaned is pink colour. He revealed that membrane filter which was replaced is used one as blue colour indicate product part. ​​He replaced this filter with orginal previous (old) membrane filter & found working ok.
              I am sure problem was due to clogging of pre filter candel & unessarily changed RO three filters & that too with used one (membranne filter) ony to grab the filter cost Rs. 2750.00.

              Request to take necessary action & refund my membrane filter cost Rs.2750 which is unnessarliy replaced that too with used one. If not refund immediately I will lodge compain in Consumer court against Kent for repacing spuroius/used parts.

              Awaiting for immediate refund.

              Today when complain to Kent authorized service center M/s. Star Electronics; Yavatmal about fraudulence by his technician, the proprietor was supporting this illegal act of the technician & arguing me by saying that complain to anyone customer care or ceo of Kent nothing will happen & nobody will take any action against this.
              Now if the attitude of Kent service provider is like this & selling used items to the customer & if any action not taken then I will lodge complain in consumer court.

                Kent Elegant Plus Mineral RO not working after every three months ..

                I am facing Kent beep sound issue every three months.
                After every three months, kent is giving beep sound and water stopped immediately . IN september month only i have paid around 1000 rs for all filter changed. Kindly help to resolve the issue .

                I had no kuch knowledge about RO machines, i purchased a wrong machine from Kent website. Now Kent says contact the dealer from where i got this machine from.
                Upon acknowledging them that i bought it from official website of Kent, they're simply avoiding my issue. There are not replying to my emails, customer care isn't doing a thing, just gives me email id and says drop an email.
                Regret t o have even visiting Kent website at first place.
                Now idk what to do with this Kent machine that is lying in my house unused.

                  Hi,
                  I am the user of kent RO since last one year.
                  15 days ago I requested to the conpany for my RO service. The service man came and changed the required parts and we paid the service amount too. But now more than 15 days gone but TDS is not going down we called the customer care many times but not getting proper response. As service man suggested to drain the water 5-6 days, we did but still we are unable to drink the purify Water.

                      I purchased a Kent RO in Guwahati in 2020 and asked for servicing last week. I was allotted case id[protected] . No one came for servicing but I received a SMS message that my case has been resolved. I reported this immediately to the customer care number and I was given a lame excuse that the message was sent due to some technical mistake. Again I was given a fresh case id[protected] and was promised servicing within 24-hours. Again as usual no one came for servicing and again SMS message came that my case has been successfully resolved.
                      I want to know from Kent why such fraudulent messages are being sent and why they are not providing servicing to customers even after charging and promising them to provide servicing. I also want to know why I should not seek legal remedy against them through consumer protection forum. I want to know the names and addresses of those people who are giving these false messages and receiving servicing charges fraudulently and what action has the management of KENT RO taken against them . And above all I want my servicing done as soon as possible.

                        I am a senior citizen and I am cheated by Kent and the Om Shanti Enterprises, Kandivali, Mumbai.

                        I am a owner of Kent RO water purifier (prime model). I had registered through Kent in July 2021 and this complaint was forwarded to Ms.Om Shanti Enterprises, Kandivali, Mumbai (Owner Mr Prem Gogalia) and 3 of its internal candles or cylinders were replaced. Subsequently there was problem with the water purifier on November 23rd 2021 and I registered the complaint once again ([protected]@kent.co.in and [protected]@kent.co.in). The service engg Mr Vivek Yadav came and tried to convince me of the advantages of the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) saying that everything including parts will be taken care of in the AMC. I entered into an AMC after paying Rs.2500/-.
                        While leaving my place after the payment was done Mr Vivek Shetty says that we will take care of only the electrical parts not the entire Kent machine. So immediately I said if that is so then I would like you cancel the AMC. This is cheating ; at first he said all parts will be covered in AMC and in 15 mins once he received my payment your engineer say just the opposite.
                        He requested me to speak to his Boss Mr Prem regarding the refund and cancellation of AMC.
                        I immediately sent an email dated 24th November 2021 and called on your number[protected] on the same day and thereafter more than 10 times. I spoke to Mr. Ashish and Mr Rajput and so on.. Besides that I have sent 4 mails and all that I am being replied through mail or your call centre is "we are looking into the matter and will be resolved immediately.
                        Subsequently December 13, I was introduced to Mr. Deepak (your Regional Manager in Mumbai Mobile [protected]), and he said "the amount will be returned to you immediately."
                        Today is the18th of December and I have not received any solution nor my amount of Rs.1700/-
                        On 16th December there was one more attempt by your service centre Om Shanti Enterprises to cheat me. I had not registered any complaint and the service engineer Mr. Sunil lands up at my place saying he has been told to service my Kent machine. This is really shocking. I am a senior citizen and this is increasing my stress levels. I feel I should registered an FIR and suit the company for cheating a senior citizen.
                        I request you to seriously look into the matter and investigate the cheating that is going on in this region.

                        I too am the owner of a Kent ro machine. I am also facing problems with Om Shanti enterprise Kandivali.
                        On 29 April 2022 technician from Om Shanti came to my place to resolve low flow issue.
                        he convinced me to enter into an AMC which I did. this was supposed to include all filters including the carbon filters which he did not have with him at time of visit.
                        he replaced other filters and promised to return next day to replace carbon filters.
                        many phone calls later on 29 May 2022 a technician from Om Shanti appears at my door saying he has come to replace the carbon filters.
                        When I checked the filters they were DUPLICATE - NOT MADE BY KENT. When I questioned the technician about this he had no answer. He then called his supervisor who wouldn't talk to me, instead he told the technician to try and convince me by telling me that filters have come in a packed box etc... Obviously I sent him away without changing the filters.
                        there after I contacted kent customer care with this complaint. The person who answered could not resolve this issue and told me that her supervisor would call me within a few hours...no one has called yet.
                        Wil wait for another 2 days then will seek advice from consumer forum how to proceed further with this.
                        attached are pictures of duplicate carbon filters that Om Shanti tried to install im my machine...
                        They clearly don't have any regard for the health of their customers who have put their trust in them.

                            I have purchased Kent in February 2020 and many times services done by executive of kent, I have changed filter in March 21 and cost of filter was Es.3250/- today I have made complaint after not functioning of kent, your executive visited and said you have to change all filter and its cost is Rs.3750/- and he also said you have to change filter every year.cost of new kent is approx 12000 and every year cost of filter is 7000 this is not justifiable.

                              Today I called the dealer for service of my Kent purifier, he serviced properly but charged me 300 extra as service charge. My purifier is under free service period but he said it is only if you booked online through App for service.
                              This is fourth time service has been done through the dealer on call as my parents were on home alone, and they didn't enquiry much about the service charge and not using smart phone to lodge service complaint through APP. Is this necessary to use smart phone to purchase your company's product?

                                Kent grand + amc by sun services nagerbaxar kolkata.no service no response by amc provider.tecjnician coming after 14/21 days of compplaint.unable to. resolve problem even after 3 serviices.buying 2 cans everyday.poor quality.no filter working.daily problem recurring .

                                  Servicing not done

                                  I have call for servicing of Kent RO but the service engineer did not visit inspite that I received the message that Your request is resolved . After that I again contact customer care . After that The service engineer deputed, who did not visit, call me and misbehaved with us over phone.
                                  And also I didn't get the service yet....

                                  Service contract fees & consumable are too high

                                  Being a customer, I would like to notice that AMC of KENT RO & it's consumables are too high, which suggest us rather than taking AMC it's better to purchase New machines every alternate year. Since KENT charging very heavily likewise other AMC providers are also charging with hefty amount by not using genuine spares.
                                  Being the market leader KENT should need to do some R & D that consumers should not have to bear more than 3 % of...

                                  We have requested kent for service, the service guy replaced ro filter and the bill was 2900, we have paid the transaction through phone pay but it was showing in processing state . He asked cash since he has not recieved through phone pay, we have given the cash. But later money deducted from account. But he is refusing to transfer extra amount . We have multiple discussion with kent branch manager but bobody is giving my money back .

                                  Its fraud company dont buy this product .
