I bought a Kent Vegetable Cleaner - Counter top 250 W Food processor through flipkart (delivered on 24/Oct/2021) which did not work right from the start. I have raised 2 customer complaints so far which apparently got closed by Kent support unilaterally without addressing the problem.

I would like a quick redressal of the problem/replacement with a fresh piece or refund. I am not looking for a repair since this is a new machine...

Around a weak back, we had called Kent person from Nova Aqua System from Bangalore to replace the tap. The person who came was not skilled and he was not sure of what he was trying to do, and in the process he damaged the plastic tank and left the water leaking from the tank. After this incident we raised a complaint to the owners of Nova Aqua system and he refused to replace the tank and said that the tank was not damaged by his person....

This to bring to your notice that I have been assigned to a technician from kent in response to my complain and that person offered me to take AMC for my machine Grand RO water purifier.

Trusting the company and its reputation, I took AMC by paying 6100/- from Aqua Service who claim themselves to be associated with Kent.

In last 3months I have raised request for my kent water ro water purifier some 4 to 5 times and all for the same cause which has not been solved yet!! In my city Cuttack situation is u raise 5 times complain for delay in service and yet the kent ro service guys don't call or respond!!!

I am an ex customer of kent RO registered in the name of Biplab Mukherjee, address- 535 Lakshmanpuri ext. Faizabad road Lucknow.
I am no more using the product, yet i am getting calls from the kent service center. For last 6 months after every 2 or 3 days they call us to remind us that the service is due and every time I m informing them that I m not using kent any more. Its a kind of customer harrasment. Kindly see into the matter....

They give us free warranty of 1 year and 2 years of free servicing...

Im a airwarrior of IAF .I have lodged a complaint on 08 Nov 21 for my kent RO kept at office and is under warranty.

I had serviced the water purifier 3 times within 6 months. Just before last two weeks replaced all the filters. But the complaint persists.
I spent around 5000 rs as service and spare parts
This is not at all acceptable. I want an explanation regarding this and complaint should be resolved as early as possibl
Otherwise I will be forced to file a complaint at consumer court.

I am from Kolkata. I requested for a service of my RO filter, which was attended today by an extremely rogue technician named Swarup Senapati[protected].

My filter was slow in filtering the water, but after he laid his hands on it, the filter became more slow. He could not give any satisfied explanation, except that the pump had become less efficient.

He was constantly chatting on his cell phone to a fellow...

Nikhil - 1st year service for Kent RO under counter unit

Service agent has used old part -Reed unit which he claims needs renewal. I have taken pictures of the old unit with scratches and stains.

Not been provided a bill referencing the unit ID/Serial no

None of the other parts were cleaned/back flushed. Just the carbon filter and reed unit replaced....

We have serviced the Kent RO twice in last 2 months. Water taste has changed a lot. Not feeling like it’s a drinking water. Also water wastage has increase to double the amount it used to be.

Need to fix this ASAP...
