My self Balaram pal, I am from Dankuni, Kolkata, I purchased a grand plus kent RO machine 4 month back, I request them to service my machine and register my booking on kent app on 31.12.2021, after 72 hours gone but no technician was arrived to my home for servicing. Repeatedly tell them to do it, but I am totally disappointed with their efforts, being a brand like kent, I thought it would best for customer service. But I am really very much disappointed, and I thought I done a very big mistake to buy the kent product. I will never ever recommend any one to this brand. Totally hopeless.
