I have registered a service request on 18th of October, 2021. The technician assigned called me but he didnt come. Then i raised a complaint calling customer care of KENT RO. They assured me the technician will visit you on 25.10.2021. But no one came till now. I have contacted service partner "RACHIT ENTERPRISE" but they did not respond my call and sometimes falsely assure me technician is going to your home. I am totally hopeless with the service of RACHIT ENTERPRISE for last one and half years.

    I bought kent supreme extra yesterday.today technician came to install it and he refused to fix outlet water pipe to overtank and told me that company is not providing motor capable to push water to overtank.i bought this model due to zero water wastage but its wasting.plzz help regarding this issue

      We bought KENT ACE+ RO on[protected]. we are facing some or the other problem with RO we have bought. on 05/05/2021we bought Kent pump for 2400 and kent adaptor for 950 for the repairs which we had. and now[protected] we are facing the same problem. we booked for service. the service man checked and says we have to change the pump again. How can a pump which costs 2400 which was bought 5 months ago could stop working?? and if we ask for warranty for the PUMP they are saying its only for 3 months . how can a new pump which costs 2400 could stop working within 5 months?? and no warranty given. I request to cover the pump and kent adaptor under warranty.

        No response from service team even after 1 week after registering service request

        I have a Kent grand plus mineral RO.
        I got it recently serviced after raising the request through Kent app. Service engineer came and replaced sediment filter, carbon filter. After that the taste of the water so sour and it is not like before.
        10 days after this service, filter now stopped working ringing service alarm.

        I have booked routine service 4 time but till now no one visited. I have purchased kent super star ro purifier from reliance digital on 11.08.2020. the same was installed on 17.08.2020. the product was having 1+3 years of free service. 1st year was provided by reliance without any glitch. But the same was expired on 16.08.2021. now kent is responsible for remaining 3 years. Am ready to pay for the parts but when am eligible for free service they are demanding money and are canceling all my requests as I have rejected their money demand. They are speaking rudely and harshly with family ladies. I am going for legal course of action

          I request about 7 days ago for installing a ro system, but there is no response from Kent ro system. When I call the customer care they assure me that the technician visit my place in 48 hours but there is no response from technician.
          The next time I call the customer care she put my call on hold and didn't return.
          Please install my ro system as soon as possible.

            I have been witnessing frequent problems with the parts of the RO. The last serving of the RO was done in March, wherein all the parts were changed. Again, I encountered with problems with the changed parts.

            The frequent problems with the parts is forcing me suffer both financially and health wise. I want to have permanent resolution of the same. Failure to provide the permanent resolution and re-imbursement of money spent towards such faulty parts, shall force me take appropriate action under provisions of law.

                On 28th September 2021 I was give request to change the water filter. Your technician visit & change the water filter after but water test totally changed. On same issue I continue follow up your technician but he didn't respond.
                I again contact your customer care no on 15th Oct 2021 & your technician visited on 18th October 2021 and that time they told water pump machine is not working properly so they changed the machine. But water test still not drinkable.
                Again I was connected your customer care on 19th October and commit from your end it will resolved within 12 to 18 Hours and it yet to be done
                Last 20 Days I purchased water bottle from outside. If any one of my family members will sick so who will responsable???
                Can't expect this from KENT big brands

                      Several times I call your customer service representative but no one respond when responding the phone call no one come in my address till now why? When bought this kent your representative told me "service is very good when you call service center within 24 hours our representative will reach your address and service your kent purifier" now i realize all was boughs talk to impress customers your waves of wards. If you and your service is not good then stop selling this type of purifier also i will not suggest any one to buy kent ro for your worst service and worst behavior of your service representative. Also i will again complain your higher officials to end up this matter.

                        I have lodged complaint on Tuesday but neither engineers has visited at site nor resolve the issue.
                        Pure water complaint will take more than 03 days by the esteem Brand then what is the compensation to customer.

                            We bought Kent Ultra last year and also extended AMC recently and paid 950 Rs for AMC

                            But when problem arised related to solenoid valve, we were charged Rs 295 despite having AMC

                            Vivek from New Shree Ram Services told besides Filters everything would be covered and we had been associated with Kent for last 10 years and we used to pay similar amount for AMC including parts.

                            But when actual part Solenoid Valve was broken, we were asked to pay 295 Rs.

                            This is cheating with customer, what you sell for AMC vs what service you give to customer is way different.

                              I’m so disappointed with Kent . I purchased an induction from them this year in January and within 9 months it’s stopped working .
                              I called customer care last month regarding the same problem but no answer from their side . Instead they put my number on the computer and all I used to get them from was a recorded answer saying that my complaint is registered with them . After a week of constant calling, I changed the number and called them and they provided me with the number of the area service manager. It’s been a month and no solution to my problem has been found. I keep calling the area service manager everyday regarding my problem, they’ve stopped answering my calls. Such a pathetic and poor service by this company . It was never expected . People should stop purchasing from this company . Why even sell your products when you can’t provide the service to the people . Wasting everybody’s time and money

                                Hi,

                                It's an extent of ignorance I ever found with Kent . I was very delighted kent customer but a technician visited few days back to fix the TDs issue that he corrected but due to his negligence and he had not correctly mount ro in back hook. Yesterday whole RO fall in pot sync and damage several pots. Fortunately no one was around kitchen so we are safe.

                                I just wondering to understand who will responsible for this whereas it's happened because of carelessness of technician.

                                  I am so disappointed by Kent RO. I find it ludicrous to pay 5000 INR for service charge. This is unacceptable. Like what is the reason for this? How is this beneficial for the consumer? Like your filters are so expensive. Wouldn’t I buy a new RO every year? Maybe that is your strategy to have people buy new ones every year? So sad. Please take action against this exorbitant charge. Not beneficial for the middle class sector

                                    I recently purchased Kent RO water purifier . Sales person Sarpraz mob number +[protected] had made many promised that payment will be converted into EMI option and also told will exchange amount for old water purifier.
                                    But after the day payment had completed, he not responding to phone and avoiding all the call.
                                    Pls. request to look into this unprofessional behaviour of Sales person and help to get better service

                                      Within one year and 3 months, the kent RO purifier motor and filter got faulty and service person requested to change everything of about Rs.6000. We have spend 17000 for the machine and we didnt except this much of low quality product from the brand. Kindly take necessary action asap
