Myself Chetan Patel, senior citizen from Baroda, Gujarat. We have recently purchased(20 th
July 2021) Kent RO purifier from Reliance digital store, Karelibaugh, vadodara.
Since purchased date, third time pressure switch problem is occurred in subject machine.
Every time service person comes & open the machine, removes the pressure switch lugs &
clean it & insert it again & machine is made functional after all this monotonous
operation. This is indeed ridiculous mechanism of Kent purifier that same problem is
repeated every month & we are landed in big trouble, chasing service team, wasting our
times & experiencing unnecessary pain. I am myself an electronics engineer & first time
observed such irritating outage of machine from company like Kent. I am surprised why
issue is not attended to root level by service team & compromising issue just to sake for
satisfying customer. Seems service team is half knowledge over the technology. If the
piece is defective then Kent has to replace machine to prove level of service from Kent
& to satisfy client.
I request for machine replacement as seems delivered pieces is defective genuinely. Hope
to have your personal intervention in this matter on priority. We have selected Kent item
considering its quality delivery & brand name in market & wish to continue the same image
.
