Hi Team,

This complain is for kent ro service centre in lucknow khurram nagar area.

They provide pathetic service and work according to their benefits.

They will damage your product and then repair it for more cost.

you have to keep them calling rigourous ly.

    Myself Chetan Patel, senior citizen from Baroda, Gujarat. We have recently purchased(20 th
    July 2021) Kent RO purifier from Reliance digital store, Karelibaugh, vadodara.

    Since purchased date, third time pressure switch problem is occurred in subject machine.
    Every time service person comes & open the machine, removes the pressure switch lugs &
    clean it & insert it again & machine is made functional after all this monotonous
    operation. This is indeed ridiculous mechanism of Kent purifier that same problem is
    repeated every month & we are landed in big trouble, chasing service team, wasting our
    times & experiencing unnecessary pain. I am myself an electronics engineer & first time
    observed such irritating outage of machine from company like Kent. I am surprised why
    issue is not attended to root level by service team & compromising issue just to sake for
    satisfying customer. Seems service team is half knowledge over the technology. If the
    piece is defective then Kent has to replace machine to prove level of service from Kent
    & to satisfy client.

    I request for machine replacement as seems delivered pieces is defective genuinely. Hope
    to have your personal intervention in this matter on priority. We have selected Kent item
    considering its quality delivery & brand name in market & wish to continue the same image
    .

      WIthin 1 and half yeras of purchase the motor is not workingh. In fact in such short period we have been replacing spareparts every 4 months, and more than 10 time repiars have been called for. Should have preferred another and better brand.

        Hello ! My Kent pearl Ro system number KR [protected] .I am facing frequent repair to my Ro system and every time I have to pay around 2000 to 4000 rupees within time span of 2 months .each time a spare goes off first time it was two filters and next membrane in just two months next again now filter problem within weeks .I'm severely dispointed with the product .I choose Kent over other competing brand because I trusted Kent lot but that is failing . Now my system is again failed it not filling water . please take immediate action and rectify it . I have paid around 7000 rupees within 2 months for Kent pearl now there is again problem in my Ro system

                    When the Kent executive Anuj ([protected]) visited us from the Ghaziabad office he first inspected the RO system. Then he gave exorbitant estimate of 5K to repair the appliance. When enquired he said don't take the bill from me and the whole appliance will be fixed in 3k. He told us that the office manager support him so this is achievable.

                    Kent should take strict action against such people who are tarnishing its image for their own profit

                      I am not satisfied with the service and maintenance team of Kent RO, Janak puri service centre. I was facing issue with my kent ro product that the outlet water stops automatically while the power supply is on. Engineer Mr. MUKESH visited and parts of Rs. 4750/- were installed assuring machine will work perfectly. After some days same issue arises. Again with lots and lots of calls and talk with area manager Mr. Sham sunder new technician namely Mr. Dhirender visited and installed product amounting to Rs. 2400 assuring machine will work perfectly. But the next day itself same problem arises again. No outlet water coming inspire of power on. Complaining again Mr. Vijender visited and provided me information that a part namely solonite requires replacement. That part is local not of KLent RO. I purchased Kent RO in 2017 and that part is of 2017 itself. Not even a single time changed. So, how it can be local, if my Kent RO Product was original.

                        Approached for demo of your product as provided in your portal. So far no person of your company has contacted me by any means except sending photos of different products through SMS. The photos are already viewed in your portal. The issue is free demo as per your policy.
                        Please confirm whether your company is interested for marketing or depending on misguided publicity.
                        In case no demo is arranged shortly, I will switch to other product available in the market.
                        I am using live guard water filter for the last 15 years and want to replace with your product based on your publicity.

                            I had purchased Kent RO 10 months back. And we are already facing a lot of issues in 10 months.

                            Right now, the sedimentary filter is not working. The product is still under warranty but I am still asked to pay around 1000 Rs. Since the day I have purchased your product, I am experiencing a lot of problems and spending a lot of money on it. When i contacted the customer care, they are not ready to listen and only talking about the company policy.

                            Request you to look into this. If you cannot resolve this issue then kindly replace the machine.

                                  Even after emailing pics of warranty card & invoice, they never updated the info. Moreover charged 4k for 3 filters replacement within 1 year without checking anything but just the alarm indication. I want my money refunded. Degraded services.no call from area manager yet. Unfortunately we need to take ro filters from such brands who don't care. Sick !

                                    I have purchased RO Two year before.
                                    This RO get stucked around 12 times.

                                    13000 was the cost
                                    Other then this cost in last one year I spent 10000 extra on repair.

                                    Sometime candles sometimes internal machine.
                                    Never received any feedback calls, technician are fraud.
                                    Very disappointed

                                      Hi. Kent
                                      I requested the service regarding my water filter.
                                      And I received sms as the technician will visit the next day.
                                      But another two technicians called me as not addressing their names. Even they asked me my address though I already registered my address in KENT app.
                                      How could I trust them?
                                      So I asked one of technician (im not still sure he is verified technician or not) to bring his ID card.
                                      He says that he left it at his office.
                                      So I rejected his coming.
                                      Though my status in app is cancellen, I got 5 more times of calls from KENT.
                                      Plz do it properly not bothering customer.
                                      And let the technician bring the id card whether is from verified person or not.
                                      Otherwise we can't call the service.

                                        Maine 26/05/18 ko Kent grand plus mineral RO liya tha jiski samay samay par service bhi karwayi 02/10/2020 ko RO membrane, inline corbon, inline seedium and scadunent ( in parts ki spelling bill me se dekhkar likhi he kuchh galat bhi ho sakti he please use sahi padhen) jiska payment 4000 tha kiya phir uske bad 31/01/21 ko pump 2400+ s.v. 300 =2700 ka payment kiya, jiske baad machine me se kuchh awaz aane lagi jiski complaint ki visit 07/02/21 ko hui, hame ye samjhaya gaya ke kisi kisi machine me aisi awaz aati he isse kuchh farq nahi padega, isse pehle 01/02/21 ko bhi complaint ki thi, ab 18/07/21 ko jab awaz bahut zyada badh gai tab karwai, 10/09/21 ko visit me bataya ke kai part change honge aur lagbhag Rs 6100/- lagenge meri aapse request he kyuki part lagte hi problem shuru ho gai thi isliye ye sare part without charge change kiye jayen my phone number is [protected] mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
