Kent RO — Complain[protected] against Kent RO Product code 1100 KR ( Code 223063 ) Worst water Product | |||
I would like to inform you that me and my wife is suffering from health issue due to worst water quality of Kent RO, It is not filtering water properly. We are drinking water with TDS value 340 and my normal tape water TDS is 350. Which means water membrane & filter are not working. I checked my TDS and I logged complain in Kent, As per engineer comment that, my "Kent RO member and filter are gone". I am socked because it has been replaced in December 2014 and it is gone. I am sure Kent is not giving good quality product. ( Member and Filter). As I said, this is health care product so I can't accept this kind of service from Kent. They can not play with health of your citizen. I would request you please take appropriate action on it So please take it seriously. I have also talked to Kent RO Noida manager is Sachin contact no. [protected] regarding it and he said that do whatever you want but it will be chargeable basis for this member and filter. I am really very disappointed with this kind of behaviour I have took AMC and member and filter replaced just before 6 month back with 1 year warranty.
