[Resolved]  Kent RO — Kent Ace

I have bought a Kent water purifier and within three month its LED's are not working. Product is still under warranty . I have raised complain 3 times (case-id[protected] on 11/26/2015, case-id[protected] on 12/1/2015 and case-id[protected] on 12/3/2015) but all the complains were cancelled without fixing the issue or even no one visited and see the issue. In between I called customer case also still no-one came to fix the issue. Really pathetic service. I need this to be fixed as soon as possible.

Its been 4 days now and still I didn't get any update about when it will be fixed or when anybody from your side will visit.
