Please find below my complaint mail thread raised to bangalore area KENT serivce manager. No reply/action taken yet.

Hello Sir,
Your service engineer visited my place yesterday & have identified the problem. The UF filter is burst & so the water is leaking. The Filter is changed just a month back from your authorized service Center.

The system was installed by them & serviced regularly.
Yesterday, a new service engineer came as per your advice (Ph:[protected] & he said that the UF filter installed is a duplicate one (which was installed by KENT Authorised service Center). I haven't changed it yesterday & it is still in not working state. I want this to be replaced by 'Pure Water Solution' asap.
This filter is installed only on 11/11/2014 with Bill No: 1063 by Pure Water Solution.
Together with this, I have changed the below items on the same day:
1. Sediment Filter
2. Carbon Filter
3. FRT filter
4. Rost Carbon (this is how its written in the bill)
5. UF Filter
6. Spun
Totalling Rs. 2900/-. On the same day, it started not working & it was serviced again on 13/11/2014 bill no: 1069 - Choke was changed. It didn't work again & on 14/11/2014 bill no: 1071 S.V changed. There has been continuous problems with the system since its service on 11/11/2014.
I have spent a total amount of Rs. 3750/- (2900 + 550 + 300) in the last month alone & again its not working from last sunday 06/12/2014. I have been calling the service (Pure Water Solution) from that day & they say they will come today/tomorrow/now/in 1 hour/within evening & till now, no visit from them. I have called them yesterday/today too after the service engineer's visit & explained them the issue and asked them to come & replace the part. Still they are not attending the problem.
This is not the way how it should be handled. I am really fed up with their behavior & I am thinking of raising a Consumer Complaint. Before that, I want to get your reply since they are KENT Authorised Service Center.
Issues now:

1. No proper response from the service centre for 15 days with everyday calling.
2. UF filter installed is duplicate (as confirmed by the service engineer who visited yesterday)
3. Pump installed is also duplicate (as confirmed by the service engineer who visited yesterday)
4. Most of the items are charged extra by the Service Center (as confirmed by the service engineer who visited yesterday, details below)
1. Carbon filter charged to us - Rs.500/- Price mentioned by yesterday's service engineer - Rs.400/-
2. FRT Charged to us - Rs.300/- Price mentioned by yesterday's service engineer - Rs.200/-
I have all the service bills & service record maintained with me properly.
I want everything to be corrected by the service center free of cost Since I have paid for all of them just a month back. I am writing this mail to you as a first escalation. I am hoping I will get a proper response & service from KENT.

Feedback : Hi, I have been using Kent Purifier for the last 3 1/2 years. For the last 10 days, the machine is not working & I have been calling the service guys every day, they say they will come today & never turn up. Its really irritating to call these guys every time.
