[Resolved]  Kent RO — kent water softener for washing machine

Sir,
I have purchased from Kent web site. I received the Washing
Machine water softener on 17 oct 2019. The service was so bad that
after 2 completes and talking with Senior officer on telephonic
conversation on 22 oct, service person came on home on 22 oct 2019.
He don’t know how to install filter. He kept the raiser in bucket &
specking on phone with someone & asking procedure to install then he
given me the strainer and told it is faulty.
I am so unhappy with the service of KENT; Just tell me when this will be rectified.

29 oct till date no updates from Kent.

Sir i am the consumer of your product, we found that the dealer or distributer of Kent RO in indore, supply Duplicate spares & parts of RO with different price rate, service boy of Kent RO, charge differenct rate of same product.
