I paid sufficient advance of rs.2752(As on sep.2015.0
This time my bill came rs. 12528 !!!
My monthly rent was only rs.52.
This time put bimonthly water charge as rs.1921.( bill no.[protected].Alappuzha section.
Since i have a domestic connection and we are not using the water much no one staying there continuously.But my sister staying in the near by house and they are collecting the bill, and the house key with them. But it is mentioned in the bill that house locked!
My consumer no. Is pra/1096/ domestic.
Ak. Suresh sreekala. Chaithram, vadakkal po alappuzha.
Kindly do the needful.

    Respected sir/madam

    I would like to bring to your notice that all the houses
    In our area ward no 13 have their individual tap connections in their
    Respective houses.. The order has passed in such a way that, if there are government provided tap in every houses, the public tap could be removed. There is a public tap in front of our house. I have submitted
    A request regarding the removal of the public tap a few months before. Based on my request the council have decided to remove the tap dated 27/07/2015, 26/08/2015 and30/10/2015 (Ward-13, vakkode kalam, kacherimedu, nearby subjail) order number e1 54/12.
    The water authorities and the municipal authorities have visited the site and decided to remove the tap, but no actions were taken still now. The tap in front of our house plot is a great problem for our construction as we cannot bring the materials and other construction aids, this may damage the public tap. I kindly request you to take the necessary actions at the earliest..

I also inform you that I have been using well waterand we have been using pipe water only for washing and bathing only so that it seems that my water meter is faulty. Therefore I request you to check my water meter and exempt me from paying this excess bill.

        Sub: excess reading of water charge - reg.

        In inviting your attention to the refernce cited i may inform you that i have been given a bill of rs.9134/- as water charge. The bill also showing an amount of rs.5448 and rs.2712 as arrear. But i may inform you that my water meter seems damaged and there are only four members in my family and we are using water only in limited quantity. I have a well with sufficient water and we are using pipe water only for washing and bathing.Therefore i request you to check my meter and exempt me form paying this huge bill.

          I have taken a water connection from kerala water authority ph sub division thalassery in june 2010. My consumer no.Tlm- 1433.
          Since then i have been remitting water charges regularly in advance.But i have not been getting water regularly. For the past one month i have not got a drop of water.
          My complaints to the executive engineer mr. Vineeth ( mob [protected]) was of no use. He has been fooling me for the past one month by giving absurd reasons. Finally yesterday he said that it was not his job.
          I require water . Please do the needful.
          On checking with the licensed plumber it was found that there is no block in the pipe line. The valve is not being opened properly by the new staff who has taken charge recently.

            Sir,
            we are the residents of 4 th rail way gate Kozhikode. we lack proper water supply in our area. Having Kerala water authority connection, we are still forced to buy water from private agencies by paying huge amount. In spite of our repeated request s to rectify our above said problem, A.E has shown a deaf ear to this issue.

            Hence it is kindly requested that necessary action may be taken with immediate effect to rectify our water problem which has been causing alarm to the residents.

                Sir,
                This is further to the written complaint submitted before Asst Exec Engineer Mrs sudha at Kalamassery water supply divison last week .
                My neighbour is getting enough water and there was no water shortage till february for my connection also. Why has the water suddenly dried up ??

                My consumer nbr is KLY/22/D and for the past 10 days, there is no supply to my residence .A plumber was despatched to my residence based on my complaint and a portion of the pipe which they thought was the trouble and same was replaced at my cost.But even after that also, there is no improvement. and I continue to be without water. Last week we used the tanker lorry water .But this is just a temporary solution which i managed on my own .
                I have a 6 member family, 3 children of which 2 are going to educational institutions.
                Please ensure speedy remedial measures .

                  In the bill recd on 7/3/16, (bill number 17162074 dated 3/march 2016) my address has been shown as Venu Nelloor, III/176-C, River Dale Apartment, Vrindavanam Colony, Chembumukku.
                  My correct address is VENU NALLUR, 'Nallur House, H.No:III/176-C, Shantigram Road, Off Pulikkillum West Road, Chembumukku, Cochin-682030.
                  I have been making advance payments so far and recd the bill for the first time when the mistake was observed.
                  Please note that when the application for transfer of water connection was made, I was residing at Riverdale Apartment, Vrindavanam Colony, kadavanthara. On purchase of house at Chembumukku, request for change of water connection was made.(Obviously a mistake-a clerical error- was made at the first instance.
                  Request you to make note of the correct address in your records.

                    I am Santhosh K R, residing at B2. Roopas, Pandits Colony Kowdiar, Trivandrum. Consumer No: KDR/6335/D (ID-[protected].) Last one year we are struggling to get pipe water for our day to day activities, Two family are staying in the building with three old age parents and my family with kids and other members. All the members are seriously loosing their confidence to live in the city due to these type irresponsibility happening form the concerned authorities. I hope you peoples will understand the situation and support us,
                    I am noticing that the plumbers who works in the water authorities, them self they are adjusting the main pipe valves for their stake and personal interest, it is seriously a crime which they are doing to the public. the authorities should take care such incidents to avoid legal action. .

                      This is complaining from kollam dist. Pavitreswaram village vard number 11. Here are too many water leakage in above mentioned place, but authority have not taking any proper decision to rectify these street outlet tap leakages. More than 9 outlets have spilling water without use of any consumer. Please take proper decision against this complaint.

                        I am not getting regular water supply. I have made several complaints in the office in person .Last day when I received water was 2/2/2016.at 7 pm.I used to pay te bill annually in advance. Last time Rs. 1300 was paid by me on demand.( receipt No. 0000175 dtd.4/11/2015.) Can I get justice.

                              I got road connection from Kerala Water Authority in 2012. Since then I am suffering from water shortage problem. Several times I registered complaint this issue to water authority Mavelikara Office, till now no one visited the place and never taken any action on it. I use to pay the bills from beginning.
                              Kindly do the needful to solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                We are more than 250 families residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing instances of insufficient water supply in our ALLEPPEY DIST, EDATHU (AUTHORITY OFFICE), VEEYAPURAM (ward-1) NORTH (NORTH OF KOICKAL JUNCTION). locality, mostly north of Koickal Junction about 50 families residing in Parechhira Colony, we are facing too much problems of safe water and drinking water supply water is not reached this area due to line complaints and leakage of main pipe lines so many time we have already given many complaints to our local authority. The last six months the problem has increased to a lot due to less and leakage of water supply. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing.                                     My consumer ID is [protected]. As per bill no 16270524 dtd 11/01/2016 the bill amount is 892/- . More than 6 months the amount is very high for water charges. We are a nuclear family with 3 members and we consuming less amount of water but amount of water charges are excess. May be some leakage in underground pipelines. Kindly resolve the problem.

                                      I reside at Gandhinagar, Ashokapuram, Aluva and am a domestic consumer with no EDA/2279/D under Kerala Water Authority PH Sub DIvision Aluva & my residence adress is Kallarakal House, GMC, Edathala.

                                      I have been receiving water supply uninterruptedly, except during repair times at the Aluva Pump House, in the past. However, the water supply dwindled and stopped 'since 02/01/2016 evening. I waited for a day and on verabal enquiry got the reply that maintence work was going on. On 05/01/2016 evening I made another complaint and got the answer that the pressure had dwindled and the water will come as they are going to increase the pressure. On 06/01/2016 I gave a written complaint to the Assistant Executive Engineer and neither has anyonr come to look into the matter nor have I got water supply till today (09/01/2016). Hence I request the authorities to look into this matter and solve the problem urgently.

                                        The water is not coming to our shop for last 13 days. We are taking water now for a area which is 1.5 km from here.it is so difficult us to collect water for those areas.we had already submitted a complaint before AE choody but they didn't took any action regarding this complaint
