Respected sir,

I'm a consumer of water authority since 15yrs with consumer id [protected].
1.disconnected water connection to my residence without my knowledge.
2.when enquired, came to know they deliberately disconnected it.as there was sum leakage issue.
3.leakage issue was sorted out by a water authority worker in just 10 mins
4. Is there something cald justice there in water authority
10 mins work contracter charges 2500/-.
5.when questioned i had to tolerate arguing and insulting behaviour from water authority employee
6.threatened if I'm unwilling to pay the amount they shall make me pay by adding to the bill amount.

I need an explanation to my problem at the earliest.I hope I shall be only talking to reliable person/authority.

    We had complainted against breakage of water connection pipe & huge amount of water draining.
    But unfortunately there is no response from government side. Near about 25 families r suffering with lack of water.

            Respected Sir,

            I'm staying in Kamukin kuzhi road, kovalam, Trivandrum. My consumer No is TWS/3524/D. We are not getting water for last three weeks. It is very pathetic condition. I have 3 year old daughter and two month old infant . I can't explain the situation in words? We are suffering a lot. Many times we are forced to call private water distributors for our primary needs which may last for three or four days which costs us a huge amount, which is a burden for us, as we are from a middle class family. Lots of families in our area is suffering this condition.So please do immediate action in this regard.

              I have permanent water connection from kerala water authority in varkala, kerala for the last 25 years. The meter reader came on june 2016 and told there is a leakage in the meter and consumed huge kilo liter of water and gave inr 16, 000/- for the month of june 2016. Unfortunately we could not found the leakage of water surface of the land, but the water was leaking underneath of the land. When the meter reader came on april 2016, there was nobody in our home to remove the slab for his meter reading, so he put the same bill during the previous reading of january 2016. If he took the reading in april, 2016 we can found the leakage and to avoid this huge amount.

              However, we have submitted an application in water authority to reduce the bill as much as you can, they received the application and sent to attingal division, same time they sent their delegates to disconnect the line. But due to our humble request, they postponed the disconnection and asked to pay the amount.

              In this case we have any right to get reduction.

                  At present the KWA portal for online payment of water bill is not working. There is some technical error in portal. Kindly rectify it as soon as possible since online payment is very useful service. You can try to login using any browser such as google chrome or Internet Explorer or Firefox. The does not work with any browser. One can not login to this site. There is some technical error in developing the site. I have tried to login several times on 3 to 5 August 2016. I am not able to log in any browser.

                    It has been more than a week water is flowing from a broken public pipe in punkunnam, near seetha ramaswamy temple, pushpagiri, opposite to esi hospital, thrissur. Had brought into notice of water authority in thrissur by phone[protected] and after two days contacted the ae, kerala water authority (Mrs kanakam), she asked to contact corporation office as the same is supplied by them. But when contacted the corporation office water dept (Talked to a contractor) they said it belonged to water authority and hence not in their jurisdiction. It has been shuttling around for some time and nobody is taking responsibility against it. The only problem which i did is complained the problem to the concerned person. Nobody has taken an action in regards... I am saving this complaint in my file for future reference. So pls do the needful to solve the issue of water leaking.

                        I am residing at Puthen plavilaveedu, T. C. No.27/1459, rra-d-159, rishimangalam, vanchiyoor, thiruvananthapuram and we a water connection from Kerala Water authority with id [protected].We did'nt have water for the last 9 days.We did'nt have a drop of water.This continuance occurance of interruption in water supply is due to the unlawful connection of water aythority staff and water lobby.Kindly take necessary steps to get he water today itself.Otherwise I have to move to consumer court to get the justice
                        No action taken at this moment .For what purpose this KWA retains in Government under taking.Hand over this system to private parties.Then the public must get the service for their payment

                          My consumer no kt7/4078/d domestic this is for my brother shaji. He got new water bill from revenue office neyyatinkara sir he was already meet kanjhiramkulam k w a office then given a complaint about the problem of meter but still they don't come here. After 6 months i had met k w a officer kanjhiramkulam then given a complaint againe. But they dot take any action. Recently they give him a bill. Pay 20481.In this bill not mentioned from date of due. Sir i have receipt of paid bill. Sir please take nesossary action to solve this problem

                              Iam a consuumer of water authority with consumer no awn/2002/d of p h sub division alappuzha section. the bill no 18322613 issued to me on 9-5-2016 was paid on[protected] using the debit card of canara bank. a message was obtained in my mobile no stating that an amount of rs 145.45 is debited from my account on 17/05/2016 towards pos withdrawal. my bill amount was rs 134/-.
                              But on[protected] i got the bill no 19367834 for paying rs 305 /- including an additional amount of rs 180/- which is arrear.
                              Since i have already paid the previous bill i request you to look in to the matter and rectify my complaint

                                What the authorities doing without concerning the customers problem. when i informed the kerala water authority nellikyakuzhi they said me to register the complaint in complaint book thats all no one has responds to the problem
                                I kindly inform the higher officials of kerala water authority to rectify the problem as soon as possible more than 15 days passed withour water in our area
                                Loaction trivandrum neyyatinkara thaluk kanjiramkulam panchayath nellikakuzhi kerala water authority
                                No water in ettukutty area from 2 weeks
                                Please note that since last 4 hours I am trying to pay my bill as online payment. Unfortunately I could not do the same as the site which you mentioned in your bill (www.kwa.kerala.govt.in) not working properly.

                                Please check at your end and rectify if there is anything wrong.

                                      Drainage pipe on Brigade Lane, Opp Vikas Bhavan Pilice Quarters is leaking and the residents of Drainage Road ( BLRA 25 & BLRA 26- TC 12/1420(1) are unable to use the road. Moreover filthy smell is prevailing in the area.

                                        I am not able to pay the bill using epayment system of kwa.
                                        While trying to register as new user it is showing as already registered. I have not registered so far. Please check and inform me whether it is already registered. If so please inform the login id and reset the password which i have given so as to enable me to use the password and make payment
