Dear Sir/Madam, Since 2 years, the maintenance of drinking water pipeline is not satisfactory because during repair time, they just wrap rubber tubes around the pipeline for leakage. The are not replacing couplers/proper fittings which cause leak again. Also pump motor always getting failure and no proper maintenance.         The pipe outside my house has been broken since so many days. I personally went to the water authority and informed them but they never showed up. I wonder why they have a telephone there, tried reaching them through phone several times. Water is been wasted for no reason, when the world is crying for pure water. Whom should I complaint now? ?         Went personally to the office several times and finally they showed up. It took over 4 months for them to respond. Very poor service.

          Dear Sir/Madam Inspite of written complaint by my father at local KWA office situated at Taliparamba, Kerala regarding faulty meter and wrong meter reading no action has been taken care by the concerned authority. Ironically, during last month we have not used the water supplied by Japan water scheme and still we have received the latest bill no [protected] dated on 13.10.15 is billed with an amount of INR 904.00 which is really surprising to us. we don't know how the agent is recording the reading of the meter as there is no consumption but still our bill is reflecting with high figures. this is really astonishing to us .             I resides at Cheranellore, Vayanasala Road near to the Kacherippady Junction which comes under the 17th Ward of Cheranellore Grama Panchayat.

            I would like to bring your kind attention towards the fact that, the supply of Corporation water has been stopped from the date of 11th October 2015 onwards till this time.

            There were no intimation regarding the stoppage of water supply in any media and we wait for first day taking into consideration that it may be due to some emergency outbreak of pipe nearby. But the situation continued for next days. Almost 20 families were been suffered in this regard. Some of them managed to get drop by drop in their underground tank in the very late night hours.

            Lately, we came to know that the supply line to our area has been blocked to get it divert the pressure to some other lines. Since there is no intimation from the Water Authority, we were forced to believe it.

            Similar crises of water has been aroused in the previous month also. But it continued only for 2 days. Here its getting into 5th day of non-supply of corporation water to our area where there were no issues for the past many years.

            I request you to please consider this as my plea in resolving this pathetic issue and hope that will do the needful for same in this regard.

              Hi, Normally we were getting bimonthly bill for Rs 44/-, but after changing owner ship from Ajith Kumar to Rajesh K R we are getting bimonthly bill as Rs 859/-. The same amount which I paid for changing the ownership. Last 7 months my water consumption was 43 KL. As per tariff I have to pay Rs 172/- (Details given below.)only but I got the bill for Rs 2597/-. Please do the need full to get it corrected immediately by the responsible person. 7 months minimum amount Rs 20/- = 140 (maximum usage 7 Month * 5 KL) 43 - 35(7*5) - 8 * 4 (Rs/ KL) = 32 140 + 32 = Rs 172 /- Regards, Rajesh K R Mobile: [protected] Consumer # : [protected]

                Air Valve leaking

                  The pressure of the water supplied to my house (MNRA 6, TC 55/1419, NSS College road, Neeramankara, Trivandrum, Kerala, India) is very lo for the last one month. The pressure is so low that the water comes at a time only in one pipe and that too takes hours to fill a 5 litre bucket.Water doesnt reach the over head tank kept at the roof of the house. As a result, we are facing acute shortage of water for our daily house hold uses.

                    I am staying near by vellayambalam water authority near sisuvihar school only but we are not getting water. We all house members are fed up of complaining to water authority. They use to tell one or the other reason. previously atleast for 1-2 hours water use to come in our area, we are even happy with that but last few weeks, water is not at all coming in that area however in the down road and near by road all are getting water. We are not getting as our area is at an high attitude compared to surrounding so if the force of the water is high only then we use to get the water. previously when we use to give a complaint atleast for next day they will leave water for atleast 1 hour but now in last few weeks no use of that..Pls find a permamant solution to resolve it.

                      I am a resident of Netaji Road, Vattiyoorkavu, Thiruvananthapuram. We have been facing severe water shortage as the pressure is so low that in 24 Hrs a water tank of capacity 1000 liters does not fill up. The same has been placed so that water can be pumped up to the overhead tank. Please do some thing so that the water supply has adequate pressure.

                        I'm hereby bringing to your notice that my water supply was terminated without my permission in October 2012 even though i had been paying my water bills regularly.
                        Since the last 2 months the Kalamassery water authority has started issuing bill even though the water supply has not been restored since 2012 even after repeated complaints.
                        I had brought this issue to the notice of Asst.Executive.Engineer of Kalamassery subdivision and no action has been taken so far.
                        I hereby request you to look into the matter and do the needful to restore my water supply at the earliest. Kindly acknowledge.

The last six months the problem has increased to a lot due to less supply of water.We have already given many complaints to our local authority.                             മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലയിലെ തിരൂർ വാട്ടർ അതോറിറ്റി ഓഫീസിന് കീഴിലുള്ള തിരുനാവായ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ കാരത്തൂർ ദേശത്ത് താമസക്കാരനാണ് ഞാൻ . കഴിഞ്ഞ ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ വെള്ള കണക്ഷന് ഞാൻ അപേക്ഷിച്ചതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ജൂൺ മാസം എനിക്ക് കണക്ഷൻ ലഭിച്ചു. മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം ബില്ല് വരാത്തത് തിരൂർ ഓഫീസിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചേ പ്പോഴാണ് എനിക്ക് തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന കണ്ക്ഷൻ നമ്പർ MRR 2686 എന്നത് മാറാക്കര പഞ്ചായത്തിലുള്ളതാണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചു. അതിെന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ എന്റെ എല്ലാ രേഖകളും വെച്ചു കൊണ്ട് KWA തിരൂർ ഓഫീസിൽ മീറ്റർ നമ്പർ ശരിയാക്കി തരാൻ ഈ കാലയളവുകൾക്കിടയിൽ രണ്ട് അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചു. ഇതുവരെ മേൽ കാര്യത്തിൽ യാതൊരു നടപടിയും ബന്ധെപെട്ടവർ സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. പല തവണകളായി ഓഫീസിൽ കയറിയിറങ്ങി. ഭീമമായ വാടക കുടിശ്ശിക വന്നാൽ അത് എനിക്കു പ്രയാസമാകുെമെന്നും അതിന്റെ പേരിൽ എന്റെ കണക്ഷൻ വിഛേദിക്കരുെതെന്നും എന്റെ പരാതിക്ക് എത്രയും പെട്ടന്ന് പരിഹാരം കാണണമെന്നും അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു

                                Dear Sir I am righting this complaint against water department Office Kunnnam Kulam Trichur District.Our Area every 5day only we are getting water that's also near my House O posit Choondal Juma masjid last 6months Pipe has been broken and water leaking several time informed AE Kunnamkulam but so far no action has been taken after the rain the dirty water also coming through the pipe.Today morning I contacted AE she told me the contract workers has been on strike because of Thrissur divisional office not paying the money.So what we will do as a consumers Do the need full Action. To Assistant Executive Engineer, Water Supply Sub Division, Kerala Water Authority, Eroor South, Thripunithura, Ernakulam. Sub. – Higher amount Notice to Consumer No – MRD/3702/D Ref. - Kerala Water Authority Revenue Adalat order dated 03/03/2015 No – CHN/18/TPR/2015/84 Sir In the view of referred Adalat order, with the permission of higher bunch the agreement signed by Executive Engineer, Water Supply Division, Kerala Water Authority, Ernakulam and ME Adalath settled with the amount Rs – 3779/ - plus monthly minimum charge Rs – 22/ - only. Amount Rs – 3779/ - paid in your office on 12/03/2015 (bill no[protected]. I have got demand & disconnection Notice No – 12456992, dated 27/04/2015 with the amount of Rs – 203335/ -, it is an ultimate violation of the Adalat settlement. Again I contact you, and your reply is the amount raised due to pay disconnection amount Rs – 65/- only. It is not digested by my common sense, because disconnection and waving of monthly charge are separate procedure. Application for disconnection given by me on 28/04/2014 with your advice, disconnection amount payment pending due to completion of waving of monthly charge procedure. At the date of Adalat settlement paying date (12/03/2015) I requested to you for sanction paying of disconnection amount, but your reply is after waving of monthly charge procedure, your office inform me to pay the amount, but now days not get a call from your office. I contact your office by four times after 12/03/2015 for the present status, reply is procedure going on, and last I came in office on 04/05/2015 and paid the disconnection amount with your permission. So I request to cancel amount of Rs – 203335/ - with out delay and inform me. Ps – I paid yearly charge for the above connection up to April 2014 in advance, so actual amount for paying is NIL (disconnected date is 28/04/2014), in case of disconnection payment date 04/05/2015 is 22 X 14 = 308/- only.                                       Since the commissioning of JICA sponsored Water Supply Project, due to heavy pressure the water distribution pipe in the Lance Naik Sreejith Road at West Hill Chungam East (around 120 metres ahead of Madamparamba turning point from the City Bye Pass Road near to Valley Home Flat and opposite side of electrict Post No.W/CM-9) was broken and water is continuously and uninterruptedly flowing into the drain alongside the said road. Even though water is heavily flowing, it is not causing any problem to the public now as the water is straight away entering into the drain. However, it would cause heavy flooding when monsoon raining begins. It is a low lying area and hence water is draining into these places and the existing drain has not the capacity to contain flood water during raining. Discharge of these water through the broken pipe line further aggravate the problem of water stagnation. It is also a national waste. When there is no pumping, there is possibility of contaminated drain water entering into the KWA pipeline, causing health problem to the KWA consumers. Urgent action may be taken to replace the broken pipe to prevent heavy leakage of water. Over and above leakage, there is another leakage due to bursing of pipe line beyond 300 metres from the same pipe supply line that too inside the drain adjact to electric post No.W-CM22, opposite to the turning point into the residence of Shri A Pradeep Kumar, MLA's House. Broken part of the pipeline is inside the slab covered turning point below the indication board of Dr. M K Abdul Azeez at Haritha theeram. These two leakages may be stopped and ensure the stoppage of pipe water into the drainage causing further flooding in this low lying area during monsoon raining.

                                        Vysakh Mohan [protected] We residents of Aanamukku, Thuthiyoor, Kakkakand (Behind CSEZ) around 10 families have been facing the problem of water scarcity over years. Though water has been supplied to Thuthiyoor area, the water distribution has not equally distributed around our area. Local authority has not done anything regarding this. 2years before a local political leader has changed the water supply pipelines ensuring proper supply of water.But the issue still persists that most of the family is not getting water even for Primary purposes. Everytime when we make a call to water authority, they will makes us to call contractor or engineer and they will wash of their hands. We are paying money to water authority for their so & so bills. They don't even bother to come here and check what the problem is. We hope there will be a speedy resolution for water scarcity.
