In the view of referred Adalat order, with the permission of higher bunch the agreement signed by Executive Engineer, Water Supply Division, Kerala Water Authority, Ernakulam and ME Adalath settled with the amount Rs – 3779/ - plus monthly minimum charge Rs – 22/ - only. Amount Rs – 3779/ - paid in your office on 12/03/2015 (bill no[protected]. I have got demand & disconnection Notice No – 12456992, dated 27/04/2015 with the amount of Rs – 203335/ -, it is an ultimate violation of the Adalat settlement. Again I contact you, and your reply is the amount raised due to pay disconnection amount Rs – 65/- only. It is not digested by my common sense, because disconnection and waving of monthly charge are separate procedure. Application for disconnection given by me on 28/04/2014 with your advice, disconnection amount payment pending due to completion of waving of monthly charge procedure. At the date of Adalat settlement paying date (12/03/2015) I requested to you for sanction paying of disconnection amount, but your reply is after waving of monthly charge procedure, your office inform me to pay the amount, but now days not get a call from your office. I contact your office by four times after 12/03/2015 for the present status, reply is procedure going on, and last I came in office on 04/05/2015 and paid the disconnection amount with your permission. So I request to cancel amount of Rs – 203335/ - with out delay and inform me.
Ps – I paid yearly charge for the above connection up to April 2014 in advance, so actual amount for paying is NIL (disconnected date is 28/04/2014), in case of disconnection payment date 04/05/2015 is 22 X 14 = 308/- only.

Inspite of written complaint by my father at local KWA office situated at Taliparamba, Kerala regarding faulty meter and wrong meter reading no action has been taken care by the concerned authority. Ironically, during last month we have not used the water supplied by Japan water scheme and still we have received the latest bill no [protected] dated on 13.10.15 is billed with an amount of INR 904.00 which is really surprising to us. we don't know how the agent is recording the reading of the meter as there is no consumption but still our bill is reflecting with high figures. this is really astonishing to us .
