One of your employee under alappuzha water authority St.Mary's R.O.Plant pump man Mr.Jayamon.A on 6th morning he left on duty from pump station at 1 am and do illegal and night works in some house their husband not available. He never stay on duty and doing real estate business. Near his home one man got at 1.15 am and he complaint to police. Anyway i got punished from police but he is not in duty and calling girl and going to some houses for immoral traffic. Better check on duty on his duty and he is not available or not. He is the no.1 Immoral man in your water authority. He have friends stay in pump room after 7pm when he is on duty take collection from small Rs.60 to 70 and buy a bottle and drink inside with friends in Pump room inn the night. Please do immediate action or ask explanation what happened in the early morning of 6th after 1 am kindly ask.

Its been 4 days we are not getting water but there is water supply in all our neighbouring houses and only 2 houses are not getting the water supply.we had seen the water authority people and said many times but there was no change in it.I would be greatfull if you take some quick action against this.

This is to inform you that leakage of water in the road last two months at kattithara east lane, palamuttam road, near aquinas college, Edakochi North. water connection owner of this line not bothered about this. Now a days we have shortage of water and this cause cracking roads. please take necessary action at the earliest.

Sir,
We are not getting water from your water connection for the last 7 days. I came to know that every 2 days water supply is there in this area, but no water in my house. Our water line is from public water supply line.
On verification I came to know that the water supplied is being misutilised from the public tap using hose and pump directly from public tap by some houses during night. If a surprise inspection is done you can very well witness the reality.
I request to arrange water to my house at least once in 2 days.

But my door was never locked. We lock the door for vehicle entry. The other gate for entry of people is always kept open.

I am a consumer of Kerala Water Authority since 2011. Upto an extant we depend upon public water for our daily needs since our well water is insufficient. Because of the shortage of rain in Kerala our well is dried very earlier in this year.

My family consists of 7 members including aged parents and Students. We are not getting water for the last 17 days.

For the last near about two years water supply is blocked near Koduvath house, Mavilangu for facilitating KSTP M C Road work at Pallom . Our house is situated in bye road Mavilangu-Pallom Post Office. Water Bill is regularly issued and we are forced to pay it.
I request to reinstate the water connection immediately and credit back to my account, all the bills which I paid from the date of blocking the connection till the date of reinstating the water supply.

Please note I am not getting water from the connected line since 2014.New main pipe line laid about three months back (3 inch or 3 1/2 inch not sure).Line charged three weeks back to our area.Many houses getting water at least at low pressure.For my house connection there is no flow.

Sir, i stayed in a hotel in kovalam beach, called Palm Grove, second beach road kovalam, near kovalam bus stand. I came to know that the hotel have water connection without water su pply. because the authority sealed the pipe for big dues of bill. So they are stealing the water from the sealed pipe, last more than a year. they have huge capacity of water storage under the building approx 20000 ltrs capacity. me stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and staff in there told me all the things regarding this. please take immediate action against this, i am also working in Income Tax Department, southern region...

We are noticing heavy leakage of water at the junction of 'Azhikkal Road' and 'Ottatengu road'. Because of this good drinking water is flowing as waste water thru the canal for 1 to 2 kms. So many people complained with authorities for past few months, but no results.
This area is suffering from water shortage by March of every year. This leakage will increase the water shortage. Because of this water accumulation, too much mosquitoes are filled on both side of canals...which is effecting the nearby residents.
Please do something to stop this waste.

Sir it has been many days since water have been pumped freely to our locality.we had the same problem few months back and something was done to make the pressure of the water pumped normal.please take the issue at most urgently.We reside the urban heart of ERNAKULAM.please make sure the water crisis is dealt with at most urgency.We are planning for a agitation blocking the traffic at Banerjee road to get water.

While the world, country and the state is suffering from drought and water shortage, I see so much of water being wasted. I am a resident of Thottakara Ottapalam, and I see this water wastage right in front of my house and my neighbours house. Please arrange to rectify this as soon as possible.

I am a resident of House No 42 Padmanagar, Fort, Trivandrum -695023. My consumer number is FT/1433/D and Consumer Id [protected]. Fort the last two years my house and adjacent four houses do not get enough flow of water in the pipe line. The pipe line lying in the north extreme border of Padmanagar is given connection to these houses. We have done all possible measures inside our house premises in spite of all our efforts we are not able to resolve the issue. We had lodged complaints many times to our Section office at Kuriathy but no positive action so far taken even though we got assurance from all levels. We understand this is the only pipe line having flow in low form on our housing colony. Hence we feel that this problem can be resolved if it is attended to since all other lines in the colony are catering adequate quantity of water to other inhabitants except we few houses depending the line deployed in the northern most border connected from the mail line at Padmavilasam road from Ganapathy Koil to SP Fort Hospital Road ( Ours is the first main entrance to the Padmanagar in front of Sita Provision Stores on Padmavilasam Road.

We would be grateful if you could examine our complaint earnestly and resolve at the earliest. We are sure that our statements will prove as genuine and true once a thorough inspection is conducted from your end.

My name is Toney residing in karapuzha, kottayam.day before yesterday i saw a news in mathrubhumi news paper regarding water supplying dates to our locality. So i was waiting for it since 3 days. Result was none. I tried to call all the phone numbers available in kwa site. No one is attending the call, just ringing ringing and ringing.Thanks for the wonderful service. I can post this complaint in social media but before that i would like to see anyone is answering this complaint.

I am Arun Francis, Let this letter serve as a written complaint regarding damage of the water supply pipe at FCI Godown road west chalakudy, Thrissur District.

It is more than a month that we are loosing drinking water due to the damaged underground pipe.

As we all know we are going to face scarcity of drinking water, Please take immediate action to repair it.

There appears to be a fault in the pipeline to my house, all the neighbours have no issues with water supply.

Sir, I am Rakesh S R living in Cheelappara, near peyad there is no drinking water supply for the last four days in Cheelappara, Aruvippuram road area and I am tried to call your complaint number and there is no action from the authorities we are suffering too much, who are not having wells of there own.
