    I am an NRI working in Abu Dhabi, UAE and residing in Paravoor, Punnappra, Alleppey India. I am having a Water Connection vide Meter No.[protected] Consumer No.[protected]. I have been paying my water bills regularly and no dues against my connection.
    15 days back I received a notice No.KWA/REV/HC-1600/16 dated[protected] from the Water Authority informing that my water bills are pending. When my daughter contacted the Office it is found that somebody has taken a fake water connection in my name in 2001 and using the water without paying any bills from 2001 (Consumer ID [protected]). A written complaint has been lodged to the office same day, then they have taken the complaint but refused to give any acknowledgement saying that this meter number is not yours so no problems to you. But 3 days back I received a Bill No.22770905 dated[protected] from the Authority Office showing an amount of Rs.13, 201/- is pending. Again we have approached the Authority Office and lodged a complaint and asked them to disconnect the connection immediately. Copy of complaint and acknowledgement slip is attached for your ready reference)
    On enquiry about how they are continuing water supply since 2001 without getting any bills we ate not getting a proper response. We told them to stop the water supply immediately, then, they informed that if you pay the bills then only then they can disconnect the connection.
    I cannot understand how a person can take a fake water connection in my name without having proper documents and without doing physical verification by the Authority peoples. So I suspect that somebody in the authority office is involved in the process of getting the fake connection and also getting continuous water supply since 2001 without paying any bills. I, therefore, request your goodself to please look into the matter and do the necessary to bring the culprit before the law and take legal action.

      A new sewerage pipe line was partly laid in Secular Gardens, Muttathara Ward, Thiruvananthapuram .It was done creating great inconvenience to the residents by postponing work on many occasions..Now the work is left half the way .Three man holes were made.The third manhole is one foot above road level .As a result,
      water will collect in that area and flow into the compound of adjacent houses .The work was done by uneducated labour without supervision of any responsible officer of Water Authority or an Engineer engaged by the Contractor.Authorities are requested to visit the site and order immediate corrective measures to sink the third manhole to a lower level to avoid nuisance in future .People in the vicinity are very unhappy in this matter .Kindly do the needful forth with.         We are from Jawahar Nagar, Kowdiar tvm. we have great difficulty due to nonavailability of corporation water for 2 days. Pls restore the water supply.
        we have tried ringing your customer service many times no response. the numbers given for emergency situations by th waterworks dont give any response; sometimes the message pls check your number, etc. or it is engaged tone. we are suffering a lot due to the non availabilty of water, until last week every weekend there used to be regular supply of water and also during the middle of the week. Pleas help us. we need water absolutely by tomorrow morning or many things will come to a standstill.
        There is no drinking water supply for the last one week in and around the Thiruvanvandoor temple area and there is no action from the authorities People are suffering too much, who are not having wells of there own.

        Kindly sent necessary technicians and do the neeful to restore the water supply without any delay

            Consumer id-[protected], consumer no. Ctt/153/d — without giving any bill till date, they have given one bill of rs. 4656/- in nov. We used to give advance payment yearly, but never told about any arrears or pending amount. How can a common man pay such an amount. The bill is overcharged/rate is high. We need rechecking and correction in the bill amount.

              Respected Sir,

              We are suffering from this issue for the past month. We are provided with contaminated drinking water. Most days we receive foul smelling drinking water through our water pipes.

              We reside at Murikkumpadam, Vypin, Ernakulam district. The issue persists towards south side of Murikkumpadam bus stop till near Sree Mallikarjuna Temple

              We have notified this issue several times at our Elamkunnapuzha panchayath and seems no action has been taken as we continue receiving bad drinking water

              It seem the water pipe is made up of iron and as it is so old there are leackage and the drainage water is mixing with the fresh water and thus getting contaminated at some position.

              Please take strict action against this ASAP otherwise the situation will be worst and people may get contagious diseases

              This is our kind request, please help us

                Respected sir,
                I herewith drew your kind attention on the below mentioned issue. My consumer id is [protected] and consumer no. Pli/1747/d-domestic. Route no-221-111. I have a water connection in my father's name (George thomas) and my house is located at water works road (Puthenpallikunnu road), pala, where the water authority office is situated.
                On nov.5th a torus lorry loaded with m-sand for the nearby govt. Hospital construction purpose illegally parked by the side of the road and due to heavy pressure a heavy water leak was created. For the next three days (Nov-05, 06 & 07) water is flowing through the road, where through allmost all water authority officials make their normal way to office. On nov 08th a contract labour from water authority repaired the leak and detached our household connection without giving any written notice or intimation. When we inquired about this, the contract said, it was not there duty to repair household connection and we will not do repair that and we must get it repaired through the hospital authorities. We politely informed him that for that time we had the water supply there without interruption. Still he ignored our request and so far (Nov 11, 16 9:05 am) it is not at all repaired.
                We are not making any complaint but kindly intimate us how can a household connection can be detached, where excess amount is there in the account and also without serving proper notice or intimation.
                Request your goodself to kindly go through it do the necessary steps to have the water connection urgently.

                  Last month, a complaint has been send by email with the assistant engineer kwa section kottiyam, under kollam division regarding heavy water leakage in the pipe line at the western side of rajasthan marble showroom, kottiyam and at north side of nh and at the beginning of canal road through the western side of rajasthan marble. After 2 or 3 weeks some maintenance person came over there in spot, dug there, and what they have done there to stop the leakage was not known. Anyway they refilled the spot with with sand and rubble, but the leakage of water was not stopped. Now the water is gushing out more forcefully than the previos leakage and a good water stream is formed along the canal road giving hardship to men and vehicle.

                    The above mentioned consumer meter not working, as per complaint change the meter after one month issue bill for rs.5280...
                    The autority came and inspect the location... After that no deduct or reduce the bill amount.
                    O pls arrange the reduce bill from current bill for paying out stand use bill..

                      (total- rs.5761/-)
                      i am using only less than 1000 ltrs per day and the charges
                      supposed to be less than rs.100/-
                      i hope this reading may be because of a faulty meter or due to some technical issues.
                      I have given a written complaint to ex. Engr . Kwa, adoor and so far the issue is not resolved.
                      The initial bill for rs.67/- only paid and others are pending due to this abnormality.
                      Hence i request the authorities to have an early involment in this matter and resolve the issue at an early date

                      Usually water comes during night only and is stored in the tank at ground level which is pumped to the storage tank on the top for use. For the past three to four days there is hardly any water coming. Please check and resolve the same at the earliest
                      We have got the connection, but the supply of the water very poor, specilay when it is required . When we have complained about it, they said it is because of lack of water, but meantime our all nighbaurs are getting water, so which couldnot be because of water availablility
                      Please do the needfull at the earliest

                        I would like to bring your attention to a serious issue regarding the water meter. For a couple month, the water meter shows abnormal reading even without consumption of water. Till october 2016 the consumption was minimal (Rs.40) after which the reading shooted up abnormally and charge came up to rs.10147. Kindly look into this matter immedietly and i request you to take necessary steps.

                          I'm from ottapalam and working with one of the non banking company in heart of the town

                          We are depending the water service from ottapalam water authority for daily needs...

                          But sir last 8.10.16_th onwards we didn't receive any drop of water from water authority

                          We tried to contact the concerned office many times for getting the same

                          But didn't receive any response or water yet

                          Ladies can't do at least their primary needs because of the same

                          So please do the needful at the earliest

                            I have requested to change the consumer name (transfer of ownership) of our consumer no nym/3236/d from abida w/o rasheed to balachandran t. the fee for the same had been remitted on 19/02/2015. but the name has not been changed in the latest bill. copies of receipt of fee paid for transfer of ownership and latest bill is attached herewith.

                              I would like to bring your attention to a serious issue regarding the water meter. For a couple of months, the water meter shows abnormal reading even without consumption of water .
                              Till June 2016 the consumption was minimal (Rs.40/-) After which the reading shooted up abnormally and charges came up to Rs. 16, 700/-. Kindly look into this matter immediately and I request you to take necessary steps.

                                But i have not getting proper water supply for the last 5years, because the abuse use of reducer units in kwa main pipe line & uncountable reducer units has placed main pipe line, kwa pathanamthitta 689645...

                                  The metallic pipe owned by the Kerala Water authority is used for making a fence in the private property situated at Nedumkandam, about 200m South West to Nedumkandam Police Station. The fence constructed lies near pocket road 10m away from the Munnar-Kumily State Highway. About 500 meters length of costly metallic pipe is used for the purpose. Kindly pay attention to the same and take necessary action against the misuse of public property.

                                    Water is leaking from the water pipeline in front of our house at Ernakulam since the last more than a week. No one is attending to the phone number[protected] in the last week and hence posting this complaint on-line for necessary action. The pipeline that is leaking is on the road, at Pulleppady Junction between the first 2 houses in the junction.

                                      Sub: Online payment of water charges - Reg.

                                      The online payment site of KWA has not been working for quite sometime now and it has not been rectified so far in spite of informing the authorities concerned many times. I used to make online payment using the consumer ID provided in the bill and the registered password. But now the payment page does not open at all. When I tried to open the link using forgot the password option, I was advised to contact 'mail online [protected]@kwa.kerala.gov.in'. When I tried to send a mail to the address, it also was not working.

                                      It is rather sad that KWA is unable to maintain its website. Please note that if this situation continues, the matter will be reported to the media and also to the CM.

                                      This is to inform you that we are facing a leakage problem in front of our gate in Sagara 5, Uttram Niketan, Mallappally Lane, Mukkola. For the past 2 weeks it was a little leakage, but now it's in a large volume.

                                      The road is also damaged due to the water flaw.

                                        The online payment site of KWA is not seen working properly. I used to make online payment using the consumer ID provided in the bill and the registered password. But now neither the payment page is opened nor the reason for the same is prompted.
