I ordered for food at kfc, faridabad, crown interiorz mall, in my bill amount of rs.5 added towards hope to charity without even my concern. On asking the same i was informed that it’s a tax on the entire bill amount. What kind of a tax is it, it is purely seen that they have charged for something against the order.

    Kfc is charging rs 33 as packing charges for home delivery through swiggy and zomato and delivering in a paper envelope which costs not even rs 5. We had ordered a rice bowl where it was delivered in a paper envelope through swiggy. When we saw the price break up we realised that the discount swiggy or zomato is giving is taken through packaging charges by kfc. How can packaging in an envelope cost rs 33? When there are issues relating to charging of rs 3/5/7 for carry bags by shops, kfc is looting consumers by charging rs 33 for an envelope.

      Using kfc webapp, paid via netbanking. Account deducted but no order confirmed. App message call 33994444 & place order. On calling up # ajay/shahzad did not give complaint number, no acknowledgement, no escalation, no help at all.
      Acting like thieves!!!

        I got a chicken longer from kfc pheonix marketcity pune takeaway and there is almost no stuffing inside. Theres two buns and a little stuffing in there. I have pictures to show that. Even the bread is tasting weird. They have not even put any sauce or cheese in there it was plain and dry. I’ve taken a video of it which i’ve attached in the complaint

          Hi just want to file a complaint against order no 8511, i placed order online on kfc app and it was accepted and after 10 mins i received a call that we are not having your ordered iteams available with us so we cannot delivered and the concerned person who called me he was so rude i cant tell you, as a professional comapny if you accept the order that means you have to deliver to your customers,

          I need immediate action on this complaint otherwise i will filled a complaint to consumer court with immediate effects.

            I have ordered a zinger meal box in delhi domestic airport on 20/6/2019. The mentioned price for the placed order was 234 plus tax but they have charged 254 plus tax. Which i have checked, once i have reached home. The served food was cold and the quality was not good. After eating the food, i was constantly getting burps, very discomforting stomach pain and digestive issues for two days.

              Yesterday 19/06/2009-- I stepped in the KFC (park Street, )@8:00pm, looking for play 11 combo..but Sumit was there in cash..he totally denied about the availability of the this combo..and trying to convince me for high value product for 699 again and again, I've never faced this kind of pathetic condition such brand like KFC, I know they are trying to create a big bill value, that doesn't mean I have to chose my choices as per their commitment, and pls if you don't have any product pls rectify before customers are asked for..because your marketing teams are trying to get customers focous by Thier commercial adds, and as well as customers are also coming your stores as per the scenerio.so supposed to not lose your customer..I'm also working for a leading QSR group, if I want then I can create a big threat for that guy .
              ..pls keep remember it should not be happen in next.

                Yesterday night I have given a order of chicken longer in KFC Sector 35 Chandigarh when I have ask him that I will take away they given me dull, cold and in worst conditions chicken longer.After taken in my car outside KFC opened and its condition it's totally rusted packing.I went back ask him that you are doing unprofessionally work they taken back and go inside give another bad condition product which looks they given me same after Owen with new wrapper this tottaly unprofessional work by that sikh manger whome I complaints they firstly given me product which may be come back from delivery.

                  I visit velachery Kfc on 4-6-19 I ordered food payment(rs-169) via phonepe so payment also successfully but manager came and ask pay one more time via card or cash so I paid two times for one food. Very worst experience from Kfc I can't eat that food so simply through. I need proper explanation from Kfc side or other wise I met handle that issue with legal

                    I have ordered via kfc india app. The amount has been debited from my account but our order is not placed.
                    I called and asked to the kfc india customer care, they have told amount will be credited within 2 or 3 days but i order before 1week still the amount hasn't credit. I ordered on 18 may 2019 at 8.02 pm.

                    I have written two e-mails to kfc customer care. They didn't response.

                    Can you please check it and help to resolve this problem.

                      I have placed an order but is had been cancelled and the kfc member told me that the order is cancelled but the money will be refunded but it hasn't been done

                      It feels awkward to know that a huge company like kfc is not having any customer care team to help the customer

                      Please make a look at my complaint and resolve it quickly

                      There are many complaints now a days so if you resolve them then even the customers will be happy

Payment deducted rs 1080.98 inr, but food not delivered . Kfc said amount not recd where paytm said amount deducted from our merchant site.Pls refund amount at my paytm no :-[protected].

                        We went to the kfc store at powai
                        As soon as we entered the store we were told wait in queue as only one counter was open but none of the service staff members bothered to take our order and when we asked them they refused and ignored us
                        It is a shame for such an incident to happen in such a "so called"reputed franchise
                        It would be a humble request either to change the staff and to take strict action against this store

                          Service-we were served our order in a wet (Dripping wet) tray. When asked to replace, it was replaced with another wet tray. We asked what is this service. We were shown no interest and the lady just left the counter.

                          Taste-we ordered a popcorn chicken. Chicken was bland, no taste and was rubbery. Looked like leftovers were made hot and served. We also ordered a mojito, it was served without ice.

                          We are regular kfc goers and have never faced anything like this.

                          This instance occurred in kfc viviana mall, thane, maharashtra.

                            I have ordered 2 smoky grilled on 4th may, 19. But due to some issues the kfc restaurant is not delivered my order. So during order i pay my 360 rs to kfc, but still my money is not re-transfer to my account. Nd today 24th may, 19. So how many days i will wait, tell me something? Plz action immediately, otherwise i will published on social media how unresponsive persons u r.

                            Today 24.5.19, I have purchased 4 pcs. of Crispy and 4 pcs of smokey grilled chicken from KFC shop at brookefields mall, Coimbatore Tamil Nadu. The smokey chicken smelled very worst like puss. The shop may be inspected.

                              I made an order through kfc mobile app using sbi net banking and the payment was successful as my account got deducted with rs 681. 48 but i did not get any order confirmation.

                              I have even called up kfc customer service but they said there was no order in my mobile number an did not help me any further.

                                This kfc in pacific mall, dehradun is not upto the mark. Shame on kfc! We ordered our food at around 10:20 pm today and our order was skipped and only on reminding them they gave our order after forty minutes. The chicken that we received was not crispy, it was greasy and infact it looked stale. The fiery chicken that we received was not properly cooked. When we complaint about the delay, the person behind the billing counter sneered and smugged at us which was quite insulting for me as lady.
                                This kfc always, even during the times of heavy rush, opens only one billing counter. They take up a lot time to give away the orders. Even the order screen never works and the service is poor and slow and they don't call out the order properly even after knowing that the order screen is not working. It is an inconvenience for the customer to go upto the counter over and over again asking for their food. This shows that how the quality is so low and its better that they improve themselves to keep the reputation of kfc high.

                                P. S they should learn a few things from the kfc that is at rajpur road as their service and food is excellent.

                                Where I found hair in rice bowl and insects in chicken join. It's very worst situation and didn't expect this kind of food from KFC.

                                  We visited kfc on 10th may 2019 and ordered food worth of 425/- and tried paying with indian bank.. Money got debited but order was not confirmed. Please refund our money. It has been a week since the incident happened but we did not get refund. Employees of kfc were so irresponsible they did not even given declined slip to us and did not provide proper response about money refund

                                      I have made an order from kfc india website on 01 may 2019 12:56 pm, payment has done through paytm and amount has been deducted from my paytm account but the order is not placed.

                                      I even have not received any kind of communication mail from kfc regarding the order cancellation or any other kind o[censored]pdate from kfc. Kindly check and refund my money asap.

                                        I placed an order on 11 feb 2019 on kfc app and paid through google pay.
                                        Payment was successful and amount was deducted, but it showed an error on app and order was not placed.
                                        Then i paid for same order in cash and waited for automatic refund.
                                        But since today, i have not received refund of 327.50 rupees.

                                        I contacted google pay and they are saying to show upi payment id to merchant and they will refund.

                                        Kindly help me in this

                                        I ordered today from KFC app. After I made my payment for my order, I got a call after 10mins from KFC that we ll not be able to deliver your order in your address. I didn't expect this kind of inconvenience from a renowned store like yours. I haven't got my refund back yet. Firstly please don't take orders where you will not be able to deliver.
