I want to draw my serious concern on the unhygienic situation and carelessness of your restaurant members.
My name is manish ([protected]). I was came to your restaurant to celebrate my daughter birthday. But housefly was flying on and around the food. The food was also spoiled by which my wife vomited sometime and when we show her to the dr. He told that it was a clear case of food poisening. Which spoiled our mood and we couldn't enjoyed her birthday. I also attached the pick of housefly please check it.
This is not acceptable for food industry...

      I had purchased kfc card[protected] for rs 1000 about 8/9 months ago and recently when i visited the sony world kfc outlet in koramangala (Bangalore) i cam e to know that the card validity has expired as it was more than 6 months old. This fact of validity was not explained to me as the counter-boy at kfc phoneix mall outlet simply pushed in selling the kfc card to me. There was a balance of rs 684 in my card which i am unable to utilise.

      I have sent a complaint email on 9th march and i got an auto-response that my complaint will be resolved within 5 working days but so far i have neither received an email or phone call from kfc. Really disappointed with my kfc experience.

        I order 2 zinger burgefs 2 ricebowl Nd smoky grilled . However i cant eat the very bad quality food delivered the chicken which was inside the burger was black in colour and I throwed it also I was being pending with the chicken popcorn that was contaminated and I was said that it will be replaced and that too not come in this order also the rice bowl which I open two it was filled with a couple of here in them so I complaint it again and the manager told me that he will replace my product and give all my product again so I was like satisfied with the condition but now when today I called to replace the product they are teasing teasing me and saying that we can't do anything and the number which they have given to me that you call on this number on that day I am the personal senior and in that number when I am calling he is saying that I am from Bhopal and I am from Bhopal KFC and I am very Harold and very much dissatisfied with this concern and the quality of food was so bad that I feel like complaining and they are not going to do anything

          At wijayawada railway station kfc we went in the evening to have food at kfc.
          Couldn’t even imagine it’s kfc or what they don’t have anything except chicken and rice not even burger they had.
          Still we ordered for our expectation of kfc. My major complaint is that they served us with very old chicken and old fried it smelled like anything.
          They didn’t give us the bill once we pay the money.
          After we took the food we asked for the bill they said they have put trhw bill but forgot to take printout and said if you want we will give some other bill with the same amount earlier printed.
          How irresponsible they were towards the customer and service.
          I will not say it’s their mistake as kfc given franchaisee for the brand at that place they should have had the quality and maintenance check ups which you all failed to do. Also made us to eat old chicken.

          I’m sending the proof of the kfc outlet also sharing the bill.
          You have to take immediate action for this complaint and do the needful to us.
          Otherwise i will have to file a complaint agagin kfc at the consumer court. Also fssai.
          Customer satisfaction if you all are. It maintaining the quality means in that case our time money and health is highly important for us.
          Past one day fully food poison as we ate that chicken.
          As we went on business trip to wijayawada we faced this problem. Our native is chennai tamilnadu.

            I had order on 4th of february.2019 vide order no 9671736. And store was krishna nagar new delhi. They have cancelled order due to non service to my address. Amount is rs.638.99/-. Several time i called to krishna nagar store[protected]. All store people not help me they always said call back 5-10 minutes later. I am fedup with the service. Please help us.

                refund of order

                I have ordered today from KFC website while on payment page I selectet Google pay to pay the amount but once the amount got deducted after that there payment page showing sorry for the inconveniences your order is cancelled and they haven't mentioned anything there about the refund policy, this is really pathetic from KFC I want my refund of ₹638/- ASAP.

                Placed same order twice on kfc app and both the times the money got deducted from google play but order wasn't placed. The ordersnwere placed today on 12 march 2019 and the the mode of payment was google pay.details have been attached. Around 800 rs have been deducted without and confirmation mail or any food

                    On[protected] placed an order through kfc app as a guest since i was using the app for the first time. However, due to air show 2019 at the time, non-veg food servicing had been stopped and hence, kfc rbd manyata tech park branch had contacted me and cancelled the order. However, they promised to refund within 72 hours for the same as not been received from kfc.

                      cancelled order refund issue

                      I had placed the order on kfc app as a guest checkout on[protected] as i was using the app for the first time on my iphone. Due to the air show 2019 at that time, kfc manyta tech park branch contacted me and cancelled the order saying they were not serving non-veg at that time. However, i haven't received a refund of 690.00 from them. I'm not able to get the information about the order, but i have the transaction sms for the same....

                      On 23rd december i went to your kfc outlet at calangute, and was very disappointing with the service provided. I bought meals worth 884/- and together with he taxes paid inr929/-
                      * i was charged for the paper bag that was given and even taxed for the same. This is the first time in the history of kfc where in a customer is charged for a carry out bag. I'm a goan from aldona, born and brought up in the gulf. I have eaten kfc since its introduction in kuwait in 1973. And from then to date never was my family or anyone that i know off has ever paid for carry out bag.
                      *added to this the outlet is run by a bunch of incompetent staff and unwilling lairs.
                      Reason being: since i was taxed for the bag i asked to see the supervisor, who popped up wearing a pink stripped shirt, when he realized that he could not solve the problem, he tried to walk away, that is when i asked for manager. He supervisor went in and sent out another supervisor. This second guy came out and introduced him self as the manager. When i realized that they were playing me i asked them if they take me for a fool? Finally they admitted that the night manager had left early for home, despite being on duty. I have sent this complain to usa as well but they have directed it back to you and i expect some answer's.
                      *another customer who bought a sandwich for his kids was served on a service tray instead of in the service paper plate.
                      * yet another customer was served a cold sandwich, which after taking a bite he asked to warm it.
                      *i wish to know is this the kind of service provided to the customers by kfc???
                      As for the staff involved they need to understand that customer are not fools and many o[censored]s can see the bs that is going on.
                      *i want to suggest, if the kfc brand in india cannot afford a simple paper bag for their customers then they should shut down. I cant imagine if i have to pick up my sandwich or pizza on a serviette.

                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: takeaway

                        The issue that i have experienced was: i ordered few things for takeaway, they scammed by not giving all the products. Also they charged rs.4 for some sort of donation without asking my permission. The staff was not at all interested in taking orders and were so careless.
                        It occurred on: 3/03/2019.
                        This meant that i was in grief for getting scammed. Rectify such behaviour and verify the orders before you give them for takeaway.

                              Sector 14 gurgaon kfc causes a lot ot noise pollution during odd hours at night between 9 to 4am. It really causes discomfort in sleep or to study. It is very suspicious for this brand to be using machinery after 11pm at night even when official timings for customer service is way over. It also releases toxic fumes of burnt oil in the air such that it gets uncomfortable to even breathe in backside balcony since it is just one road separated from residential area. We have reported them several times over a month regarding this issue but they do not do anything regarding the same. They start demanding our personal details such as our house address which we do not find safe to give to them given their cheap fraud toxic and suspicious activities. It is highly malicious to use odd and loud machineres around 3-4am at night which indicates dirty activity going on. Serious action needs to be taken against them. Kfc should be legally challenged in court for such misbehavior and negligence towards the human health and environment.

                                I ordered KFC on 21/02 via KFC India app, I paid through Google Pay as I've always done, after I authorise the payment, my money got deducted and I went back to the app but the order dod not go through. The order status showed payment not done yet. Transaction id[protected]
                                Since I had to have dinner I ordered again and this time it went smoothly.. there is no way I could find to ask for a refund. Please help resolve the issue at the earliest as this is just unacceptable.

                                  Hi i was charged extra for chicken zinger burger as they said mayo eggles will cost extra 20 rs for single layer and 50 for double layer.

                                  I eat from kfc very often bt the zinger burger price is fixed and does include the price of mayo eggles in it.

                                  I am very dissatisfied the with the staff's treachery in kfc, south city mall, kolkata, india. The staff's name is nirupama.

                                  I will not suggest anyone to go to kfc now on as they charge money like beggers.

                                  Price of mayo eggles-23.81 for 3 burgers worth total 71.42.

                                  The staff said that I have to buy that extra in addition to the burger or else they will give only the burger without anything inside. Please resolve it quickly.
