This complaint/ feedback is regarding a particular store in kolkata.

Store details :

Dlf it park, kolkata 700156.

I want to report, not just one but a series of events /misbehaviour done by staffs of this particular store.

We visit this store mostly as this is the nearest to my current location. I didn’t face any issue till date with any other stores (Where ever we visited all over india).

This is the first time i am facing this issue, since we started going to this store.

1. Rude behaviour, no response when asked something at store also lack of information.

2. I tried ordering online, to track i was provided with few store numbers by customer care kfc. Some numbers didn’t pick up. A number which picked up ([protected]) failed to give information about my order and disconnected suddenly while i was asking about my order. So very rude! What kind of behaviour is this? Unacceptable!

3. Then i ordered online through the same store, one item was missing. When i called the store no one picked up. Such a waste of mood and time!

4. Now fed up with the direct service, we ordered through today.
They are repeating the same mistakes of sending wrong orders and not picking up calls from swiggy too.

This behaviour is ultimately damaging the brand name of kfc whether ordered directly or through a medium. We can’t tolerate this kind of misbehaviour by these staffs.

This is my 4th time, i am facing this kind of issue so i had to complain. Please teach them some manners first of all!

Really disappointed that kfc appointed this kind of irresponsible staffs.

Now we love kfc food but can’t go to a store always which is far away from my location. And if this nearby store continues such behaviour then we will have to stop ordering from kfc.

Not only about this complaint, I was facing many issues with kfc! Last time my order wasn’t delivered which was prepaid. I complained here and may be they were notified. They didn’t care to call me unless and untill this site notified them. After 2 weeks, I guess they sent me the food that I paid for. Anyways it’s fine! And I am ok with the solution provided. But I am happy with how this site is working to help consumers .

Update:

The area manager of KFC called me last evening (date 11th March, 2019).

And offered me food of the same amount that I paid.
They didn’t care to solve this issue themselves when I complained to KFC customer care. Anyways, though they are late but i got the solution.

All thanks to this website. I am very happy to see this website is doing justice to the customers in INDIA. A big thumbs up to this website!

Also KFC should have a valid email Id for customer complaints, which is mandatory but they currently don’t have a working email Id. The email they provided on their too yum website doesn’t work!

Also the customer care should keep valid numbers of the store. The numbers they gave me when I complained about the issue, were invalid.

A big thanks to the people who works for this website!

    I don't know if it's racism, bulling or unprofessional person being appointed at a retail shop.

    Incident 1 # 19dec invoice no ti[protected]
    I got a call and stepped out for 10 secs, just in front of the gate only to see a guy smiling and clearing my food in the trash. He exchanged smile with the lady in the counter saying sorry sir i thought you have left.

    Incident 2 # 24th dec invoice no ti[protected]
    The same guy was in the counter. He saw me and was laughing. I ordered the food, this time he gave me a torn rs.10 note. He later exchanged smile with a person outside the counter

    If kfc has cctv in the counter it's easy to figure out

    I have attached the receipts and also the torn note. This isn't about kfc, but one bad apple spoiling the basket. I won't be surprised if no steps are taken, but a step against such unprofessional behavior will definitely encourage a more friendly and professional atmosphere in such retail shops

    I didn't get the order as per it's standard..like it should be hot enough and fresh to feel the KFC...I asked the person to heat and serve us hot but next time also it was still cold...I never expected this from KFC... really annoying!!!
    This happened in KFC Sitabirdi, Nagpur.
    Please maintain the standard.

      Hi everyone,

      This mail is regarding i have placed one order yesterday token no - 72, order channel - cckfc through zomato, invoice copy are attached for your reference. Also attached a picture of order which we have received.

      Due to worst delivery service of kfc crown interior mall, faridabad, we havent received complete order yet.

      And we raise a complaint & spoken to kfc team, he advised me he will refund my order amount or arrange to deliver balance order within 10 mins. But after 10 mins he started avoiding our calls contact no. [protected].

      Now i want a refund of full amount rs. 413.95/- of my order or deliver my order today before 2pm.

        Hi i am aashu today i visit in your ambiance mall vasant kunj kfc store in dine in i had plce the order one meal of 99 in one chicken popcorn and one chicken zinger and smoke chicken rice ball but your csr mr aman take the wrong order he not repeated me my order and punch the order i have received my wrong order i was says its wrong order i placed smoke chicken rice ball but you give me only one pc smokey chicken mr aman was saying (Ye second time hai apka mere sath concern karne ka) what is this it's very bad experiences i am regular customer in your branch i don't want to mr aman in this store

        I ordered the some good in kfc and I canceled it because of delivery reason.They said my cash will refund within 4 days, the 4 days has been over.so please refund my ordered money.
        We ordered 3 rice bowls(in 2 billing) as a takeaway from Z-square kanpur outlet.
        But no strips were found in any of the bowls.

        This has happened for second time.

          Kfc restaurant failed to complete my online food delivery on 23rd nov for amount of 474 rs. After 2 hours of waiting we had to cancel the order and were promised refund in 14 working days but no luck and kfc helpline[protected] keeps saying they will inform store manager but no luck.

          Tried speaking to basaweswarnagar store on [protected] and [protected], they keep saying they will check and call back but no refund yet.

            Hi team, i was regular customer at kfc, they have policy if it is not finger licking good free replacement or money back guaranteed. I was given a bad chicken which was not hot and not crispy asked for replacement at kfc marathahalli, but manager told nobody is complaining and they did not refund also and they were very rude with me. This was very unprofessional behavior from kfc staff.

              My name is yahya moin.Today 1.13pm in bilaspur, chhattisgarh, I have ordered from KFC app and payment is done from paytm . An amount of Rs. 483.98 got deducted from my paytm wallet (Mob No. - [protected]) . My payment was successful.

              But no order is generated in KFC app.when I contacted the the local KFC shop they said the order is not generated so they cannot deliver the order.When I tried to contact KFC through helpline number given in KFC app it was unreachable.

              So I request you to look into this issue and get an amount of Rs. 483.98 refunded in my paytm wallet as soon as possible.

                Hi kfc,

                This is a complaint about delivery order placed on 12/12/18 at 8:30 and was promised delivery in 30 minutes... No order and no call received from customer service.. I had no clue of my order and kids were at home waiting for their dinner... It was huge inconvenience and annoying situation... I had to call and spoke to 5 different people but no was able to sort it... They had no clue of my order placed... I was promised a call back but did not receive any finally had to call and spoke to someone after 2 hrs he said will take 15 min more but order was not received in 2 hours... It was so much trouble and inconvenience... I need to take this complaint on a higher level and need goodwill gesture and prompt reply for the inconvenience..

                  Dear team

                  I am writing this complaint that your advertisement team is so careless. Unfortunately, advertisement board which is wrongly placed at mohali 7 phase near chawla chowk lights. I have observed that instead of placing on the straight position, it will be placed on right side where one can reach kfc. Its seriously shameful to your team, people can see the sign boards and go to the wrong side. However, problems should be faced by customers and also impact on your goodwill. Thanks

                  I tried to order Big 8 and paid first through Google pay and then through phone pe. Both the time my money was deducted and payment was shown successful in the respective sites but it showed failed transaction on KFC payment site.

                    I ordered on 09/12/18 at 13:40 pm and order supose to reach at 14:10 pm . But it did not reach in time and nobody called me . I only called twice to central customer care no and order came on 15:20pm.i and my daughter waited more than 1:20 min.
                    I found a chicken feather hanging out of the chicken in hot and crispy. It is very horrible experince at kfc.If you cannot maintain the level of your service then why do you charge so much ?I am utterly disappointed and my girlfriend literally puked on seeing this.Ur service has gone down to the level of street foods. i will never visit kfc again.

                      Why do you guys except the order where you cant deliver the order,
                      I got the msg order accepted then i got the msg food has been dispatched but store person calls and say we cant deliver the food to your address.

                      What kind of service is this.

                      You should tell us in prior that food cant be delivered nobody will waste their time and money.

                        I ordered kfc on 5th dec18-8pm and from kfc
                        Hypercity market
                        Survey no. 6/2 and 6/3, near kundalahalli gate, thoobarahalli village, arthur hobli, hyper city brookfield karnataka

                        After disconnecting they called again from#[protected] asking same.
                        He make me wait this long cancelled my order without any hesitation. Very bad manner of behaviour. Is this your company procedure of handling customer... Very disappoint with your service

                          I ordered food through online kfc application and kfc delivered the product but some items were missing and i called kfc staff and said to him items are missing and he said its my mistake its my problem in ordering and angry on me and call bad words and rest of the missing products i ordered again and he didnt took it and cut the call. When i call again and said i need delivery. He said he cant do delivery again. I should go and collect. When i went. He didnt placed ordered and i came out without buying. I need answer for it and i need justice

                          We entered 1040 pm to kfc kharghar joint. Asking a bucket of chicken costing Rs. 440.00 - for 8 pcs. We were told that we had to wait for 25 minutes. I just could said [censored] and walked out.

                          If you don't have satisfactory reply, don't bother to reply. Just acknowledge my msg.

                            I placed an order online on 31st oct but the order didn't get placed because there was no restaurant delivering to my office location at brigade metropolis, whitefield, bangalore. However, my money was deducted at 19:05 hours rs. 2130.05. I have not received a refund till date and kfc customer support is nonexistent. Please help as its 2k and very important to me and seeing the issue not resolved in a month is very disappointing.

                              Last month in the 29th october 2018, i had visited the kfc, ulubari, guwahati and the staffs attitude amazed me at first and got into my neveres later on. We were 5 o[censored]s and each had bought a separate meal and when my brother brought the meal on the table, i could see only 2 napkins and 2 packets of ketchup. When i asked my brother, he told me the staff gave him only one packet of ketchup and he had to ask for the second one.
                              After a while when we did not have enough ketchup and napkins for the lot o[censored]s. I went to the counter to ask for more. The staff first sentence when i asked her for a ketchup was "i've given you an extra already". This was the last sentence i wasted to hear so i couldn't help myself but tell her how stupid and unprofessional her behaviour was. Later she gave me just 1 extra packet of ketchup and i had to shout at her for another. And the same for napkins as well. The staff was so terrible in this outlet, i have never seen such horrible staff in any of the restaurants or outlets, ever. Along with the terrible staff attitude, the bathroom was terribly dirty and the stuffs were broken. Do look into the matter.

                                Hi, I ordered KFC bucket from Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore on 21-Nov-2018. The chicken was very different today; absolute tasteless and smelled odd. I have raised complaints in the past but they pay no heed. I have pictures to provide. I have posted on Zomato too. The chicken is undercooked most days. The batter today was very different. It was so thick and didn't look like it was the original recipe. I am worried of the authenticity of the product. Eating raw and smelly chicken is so hazardous.

                                  I have been a regular customer of kfc for several years.

                                  I want to raise a complaint on quality of hot and crispy chicken in kfc outlet in pune, amanora town centre mall.

                                  On multiple occassions i have observed that the batter used in hot and crispy chicken is very thick and therefore making the chicken not crispy at all. It it almost unedible with the batter being so thick and of poor quality when fried.

                                  Surprisingly this issue is with this outlet (Kfc store in pune amanora mall) only. I have eaten in other places and this issue doesnt happen there. Since i live near the mall, i have been ordering mutiple times, and the issue happens regularly.

                                  I have raised the issue with manager of the store, and they told me thats how kfc chicken is everywhere. I am surprised that being a global brand how the quality differs in different stores.

                                  Pls do a random check at that outlet and see for yourself whether what i am saying correct or not.

                                  Hope you are able to correct this issue, as i feel there damage being done to the kfc brand with the quality of hot and crispy chicky being provided at this outlet.

                                  The newly opened kfc outlet at thiruvalla has 3 oder collecting counter but they are just using one counter .which is really irritating that we've to wait a long queue even if there are 2 counters which are not using.

                                    Placed an order but was not delivery because they don’t delivered at 88 sector if then why order is expected at the time of placing order online and till date amount is also not refund
                                    Please refund my amount otherwise i have take help of customer court
                                    And why short complaints are not expected that are not the problems
