I have ordered food of worth 1500+ rupees on 03oct2018, there is an offer for payment via phonepay and paytm, but the store did not accept to pay through any one of it. They said we have a bad signal. Though its not our fault we have didnot avail offer, i need an explanation for this,

As we all know the standard of food in kfc and the cheerful service provided by the cashier, it was very disappointing to experience bad quality of food and very unprofessional not friendly service not once but couple of times. On 10.9.18 i had placed an online order in kfc and don’t have idea why they had cancelled the order and its more that 2 weeks and still they had not refunded the amount which is deducted from my account.
