I visited kfc devyani international ltd. Plot no. 1 c, knowledge park, express highway, greater noida. The service person was so rude, i have been charged for the orders that didnt even placed and i asked for the bill and he told me to wait for the bill. After 5 mins he give me someone else bill. Please look after this. Please make money by fair means dont try to fool people, moreover employees seem to be involved, as no action took place...

I had recently ordered for takeaway a 10 piece bucket which was first of all not given to me in a bucket and was given in 2 separate boxes and as i was riding my bike the paper bag provided to me by them just opened up and all the pieces of chicken fell on the road. This is totally unacceptable. The packaging was so bad and the paper bag added to it....

There are long queues to place and order in KFC but checkout the furniture used before sitting on them. I went to KFC, DT City Center Gurgaon on 28th Oct 2018 around 2:30 pm. We visited db mall kfc counter, take delivery of french fry along with coca but the person handling over the items doesn't closed the tip of coca properly and it fell down immediately holding the tumbler. The service people should ensure these things before handing over to the customer. It affects the ambience and give rise to customer greviences. Rest all other orders were fine....

I had ordered a kfc delivery (Order no. 344w014791) on 6 oct 2018 for an amount of rs.687.03 and have made an online payment for the same. However, the order was cancelled and i have still not received my money back on my account.

I got in touch with the delivery manager of the store, and he assured me that it will be refunded.
I have waited for 20 days for the same and have yet not received anything.

I have ordered kfc through app and i have paid online, got message that your order will arrive in 30 miniatures. Paid 424rs by card and i received msg from bank regarding the payment. Kfc employee told the transaction has failed as they have not got the payment and the reversal would be done via bank i. Such case later, and made me to swipe 2nd time. It's been 5 days no reversal has happened and bank says payment has been done. Got conned by #kfc. Be careful guys...
