Inv no. [protected] order number [protected] date 23 january 2019 time : 3:49pm token no.106 take away order for [protected]@99 chicken longer (2) and popcorn chicken regular (2). On opening found only one popcorn chicken regular and 2 chicken longer 1popcorn chicken regular not packed. Kfc ambience mall, gurgaon. Kindly initiate reimbursement action on priority.

I had ordered online fronm KFC on 1/1/19 via upi in jabalpur KFC outlet. i had ordered 2 times online but time only money was deducted but order not booked. it has bedn 20 days i havent got my refund back. kindly refund my money. amount is rs 520 which is to be refunded.
Order No. 8164, amount Rs. 709.99 was cancelled but still not refund the fund in account...

Please check and do the needful..

    I ordered 1 loaded popcorn and other items and it is takeaway order. Attaching the bill for the same. I didnot check the parcel before leaving trusting the kfc staff. But when i came home i realized loaded popcorn is missing. This is not at all a acceptable service. Worst experience.

    Is it theft, poor service or wokers with dont care attitude

    I have called much time to customer care department but they say we can't see we have received your Order but they can see my transaction details but they can't return because they don't have the authority to do such thing and made an online payment using UPI and amount credited to KFC account.transaction id[protected]

      Placed the order for home delivery at 8pm on 18.1.2019 for delhi address. Got a call from delivery boy asking for location of address. On informing the location, he stated that he does not come to that area and will handover the order to somebody else for delivery. As order did not come till 9p. M, called the centralised number to remind the outlet for delivery, but instead of doing anything, he gave numbers of delivery outlet. On calling outlet, it was informed that order has been sent. However waited for order to be delivered and again at 9.45 another delivery man called to ask for location, and claimed that he is starting with order. As almost 2 hrs had passed since order was placed, had no option but to cancel the order. No concern for customer at the place of order taking centralised location or at the outlet from delivery is to be made. Only courteous in talking, but no actual concern with the staff to take steps to serve the customer.

        On 1st january 2019 new year's eve i orderered from ur food chain online without knowing the nearest store. I paid the amount of 754.32 rs via paytm and got a msg that ur food will be delivered shortly and then after few moments i got the msg that ur order had been cancelled. I hoped that i'll get my refund shortly.
        From that day till now i am continuously following up with the store manager-mira road mumbai, all customer care executives for my refund but with great sorrow no response.
        Being one of the best food chain company it's really surprising that it's taking months or more to make refunds of a single order!!!

          My name is vinay hosmath. I am an advocate by profession. My in laws are placed in kerala near thiruvalla. I guys have a branch there. My complaint is that this is the second time happening to me. My order is taken bill is paid but at the end the items are not according to the order. To be exact the quantity i order and the takeaway they give is less. Kindly see to it that such things don't happen. Coz having faith in kfc i never used to check my take away. But after such incidents i am sure from next time if at all i order from your franchise i will check the food items twice

            I received a old chicken from kfc outlet... I complained to the restaurant but they are not ready to accept the mistake and they are helpless and now my money is fully wasted and health issues.               On 12th of January 2019 at 2PM I went to KFC Store and purchased Veg Ginger burger of Rs 149 with cheese and gave 500 rs Note but at present they were not having change so they asked me that after having your snacks you can collect the rest amount. As I missed to collect on same day. So i went on 14th Jan 2019 to recollect, but they denied. As I asked them to kindly go through your camera recording but they didn't and treated me in rude manner.

                On 13 Jan 2019 I ordered 2 Singles pack on KFC outlet in Srinagar Airport for Rs.305.Due to late in giving my order I was about to miss my flight so I asked them to give my order quickly but still they were reluctant.Since I was in such a hurry I had to go without taking my order but payment was done in the very beginning.
                I still have bill with me, so I want my payment back

                    This is pravitha writing from kakkanad, kochi. On jan 3rd i ordered for a zinger box combo from kfc’s online site and the order has been placed to the kakkanad kfc outlet. But after a few minutes i got a call from kfc goldsouk grande, vytilla and they told they are not able to deliver the product to kakkanad. I told them i placed the order to kakkanad kfc & they told the order has been taken by vytilla kfc and this happens because of server error. Also told
                    Me my money will refunded within 7 days.
                    The price was already paid from my debit card and the details are attached with this mail. It’s 12th jan today and my money is not refunded yet. Please refund the amount as early as possible.

                      I had placed an order from kfc gurgaon, cyber park branch at about 5:38 pm. I kept waiting for a call from delivery executive but didn't receive any call. I waited till about 30 mins and called kfc to enquire. They said it will arrive by 6:10. I gave another call at 6: 20 but no use. I kept waiting, didn't get my order.                       I placed an order on kfc website and made payment through google pay . Amount of 560.01 got debited from my dbs digibank but kfc website says payment failed . Even the store of west Patel Nagar said they have not recieve order .

                        I have ordered from kfc bangalore (Forum Value Mall No. 62, Whitefield Main Road Bengaluru 560 066, Bengaluru) on 08.12.2018 for an amount of Rs.440 from mobile app. The order was not placed and not confirmed. However an amount of Rs.440 has been deducted from my hdfc account.
                        It is been over a month and still i didn't received any refund for the wrong deduction.
                        Please look into this issue urgently and do the needful.

                          I make the payment through e voucher of 250 and remain 54 rupees is done by card and second time paid 54 by sbi net banking but I cant got our order i used this number on [protected] for order

                              The issue that i have experienced was: i ordered 3 potato krispers then executive said take combo offer of cold drink french fries too.. I denied thena kid with me handed over 500 note.. When i saw the bill it was 286 she charged me with add on price and dip price.. I said i didn't order i l not take it.. She said it's paid in cash we can't cancel it take it or leave it

                                This complaint/ feedback is regarding a particular store in kolkata.

                                Store details :

                                I want to report, not just one but a series of events /misbehaviour done by staffs of this particular store.

                                We visit this store mostly as this is the nearest to my current location. I didn’t face any issue till date with any other stores (Where ever we visited all over india).

                                This is the first time i am facing this issue, since we started going to this store.

                                1. Rude behaviour, no response when asked something at store also lack of information.

                                2. I tried ordering online, to track i was provided with few store numbers by customer care kfc. Some numbers didn’t pick up. A number which picked up ([protected]) failed to give information about my order and disconnected suddenly while i was asking about my order. So very rude! What kind of behaviour is this? Unacceptable!

                                3. Then i ordered online through the same store, one item was missing. When i called the store no one picked up. Such a waste of mood and time!

                                4. Now fed up with the direct service, we ordered through today.
                                They are repeating the same mistakes of sending wrong orders and not picking up calls from swiggy too.

                                This behaviour is ultimately damaging the brand name of kfc whether ordered directly or through a medium. We can’t tolerate this kind of misbehaviour by these staffs.

                                This is my 4th time, i am facing this kind of issue so i had to complain. Please teach them some manners first of all!

                                Really disappointed that kfc appointed this kind of irresponsible staffs.

                                Now we love kfc food but can’t go to a store always which is far away from my location. And if this nearby store continues such behaviour then we will have to stop ordering from kfc.

                                Not only about this complaint, I was facing many issues with kfc! Last time my order wasn’t delivered which was prepaid. I complained here and may be they were notified. They didn’t care to call me unless and untill this site notified them. After 2 weeks, I guess they sent me the food that I paid for. Anyways it’s fine! And I am ok with the solution provided. But I am happy with how this site is working to help consumers .

                                Update:

                                The area manager of KFC called me last evening (date 11th March, 2019).

                                And offered me food of the same amount that I paid.
                                They didn’t care to solve this issue themselves when I complained to KFC customer care. Anyways, though they are late but i got the solution.

                                All thanks to this website. I am very happy to see this website is doing justice to the customers in INDIA. A big thumbs up to this website!

                                Also KFC should have a valid email Id for customer complaints, which is mandatory but they currently don’t have a working email Id. The email they provided on their too yum website doesn’t work!

                                Also the customer care should keep valid numbers of the store. The numbers they gave me when I complained about the issue, were invalid.

                                A big thanks to the people who works for this website!

                                  I don't know if it's racism, bulling or unprofessional person being appointed at a retail shop.

                                  Incident 1 # 19dec invoice no ti[protected]
                                  I got a call and stepped out for 10 secs, just in front of the gate only to see a guy smiling and clearing my food in the trash. He exchanged smile with the lady in the counter saying sorry sir i thought you have left.

                                  Incident 2 # 24th dec invoice no ti[protected]
                                  The same guy was in the counter. He saw me and was laughing. I ordered the food, this time he gave me a torn rs.10 note. He later exchanged smile with a person outside the counter

                                  If kfc has cctv in the counter it's easy to figure out

                                  I have attached the receipts and also the torn note. This isn't about kfc, but one bad apple spoiling the basket. I won't be surprised if no steps are taken, but a step against such unprofessional behavior will definitely encourage a more friendly and professional atmosphere in such retail shops

                                  I didn't get the order as per it's standard..like it should be hot enough and fresh to feel the KFC...I asked the person to heat and serve us hot but next time also it was still cold...I never expected this from KFC... really annoying!!!

                                    This mail is regarding i have placed one order yesterday token no - 72, order channel - cckfc through zomato, invoice copy are attached for your reference. Also attached a picture of order which we have received.

                                    Due to worst delivery service of kfc crown interior mall, faridabad, we havent received complete order yet.

                                    And we raise a complaint & spoken to kfc team, he advised me he will refund my order amount or arrange to deliver balance order within 10 mins. But after 10 mins he started avoiding our calls contact no. [protected].

                                    Now i want a refund of full amount rs. 413.95/- of my order or deliver my order today before 2pm.

                                      I ordered the some good in kfc and I canceled it because of delivery reason.They said my cash will refund within 4 days, the 4 days has been over.so please refund my ordered money.
                                      We ordered 3 rice bowls(in 2 billing) as a takeaway from Z-square kanpur outlet.
                                      But no strips were found in any of the bowls.

                                      This has happened for second time.

                                        Kfc restaurant failed to complete my online food delivery on 23rd nov for amount of 474 rs. After 2 hours of waiting we had to cancel the order and were promised refund in 14 working days but no luck and kfc helpline[protected] keeps saying they will inform store manager but no luck.

                                        Tried speaking to basaweswarnagar store on [protected] and [protected], they keep saying they will check and call back but no refund yet.

                                        Cancelled order number 2714 from 23rd nov
                                        KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
