Service-we were served our order in a wet (Dripping wet) tray. When asked to replace, it was replaced with another wet tray. We asked what is this service. We were shown no interest and the lady just left the counter.

Taste-we ordered a popcorn chicken. Chicken was bland, no taste and was rubbery. Looked like leftovers were made hot and served. We also ordered a mojito, it was served without ice.

We are regular kfc goers and have never faced anything like this.

This instance occurred in kfc viviana mall, thane, maharashtra.

I bought two / INR 500 vouchers online. I have debited my card but not received any coupons to my email or recpient email id. This is the second time and repeated the same. got tired of call customer care number...none of them are answering...need help.

    I have ordered 2 smoky grilled on 4th may, 19. But due to some issues the kfc restaurant is not delivered my order. So during order i pay my 360 rs to kfc, but still my money is not re-transfer to my account. Nd today 24th may, 19. So how many days i will wait, tell me something? Plz action immediately, otherwise i will published on social media how unresponsive persons u r.

    Today 24.5.19, I have purchased 4 pcs. of Crispy and 4 pcs of smokey grilled chicken from KFC shop at brookefields mall, Coimbatore Tamil Nadu. The smokey chicken smelled very worst like puss. The shop may be inspected.

    I placed an order on 31 May 2019.I cancelled the order and assured of full Refund by a week or two.But, i have not received the money till now.It’s a sad thing thing that a company like KFC doesnt have a proper Customer care service.Please help me resolve this matter.

      I made an order through kfc mobile app using sbi net banking and the payment was successful as my account got deducted with rs 681. 48 but i did not get any order confirmation.

      I have even called up kfc customer service but they said there was no order in my mobile number an did not help me any further.

        This kfc in pacific mall, dehradun is not upto the mark. Shame on kfc! We ordered our food at around 10:20 pm today and our order was skipped and only on reminding them they gave our order after forty minutes. The chicken that we received was not crispy, it was greasy and infact it looked stale. The fiery chicken that we received was not properly cooked. When we complaint about the delay, the person behind the billing counter sneered and smugged at us which was quite insulting for me as lady.
        This kfc always, even during the times of heavy rush, opens only one billing counter. They take up a lot time to give away the orders. Even the order screen never works and the service is poor and slow and they don't call out the order properly even after knowing that the order screen is not working. It is an inconvenience for the customer to go upto the counter over and over again asking for their food. This shows that how the quality is so low and its better that they improve themselves to keep the reputation of kfc high.

        P. S they should learn a few things from the kfc that is at rajpur road as their service and food is excellent.

        I had kfc at electronic City phase 1 near to Wipro, .
        Where I found hair in rice bowl and insects in chicken join. It's very worst situation and didn't expect this kind of food from KFC.

          We visited kfc on 10th may 2019 and ordered food worth of 425/- and tried paying with indian bank.. Money got debited but order was not confirmed. Please refund our money. It has been a week since the incident happened but we did not get refund. Employees of kfc were so irresponsible they did not even given declined slip to us and did not provide proper response about money refund

              I have made an order from kfc india website on 01 may 2019 12:56 pm, payment has done through paytm and amount has been deducted from my paytm account but the order is not placed.

              I even have not received any kind of communication mail from kfc regarding the order cancellation or any other kind o[censored]pdate from kfc. Kindly check and refund my money asap.

                I placed an order on 11 feb 2019 on kfc app and paid through google pay.
                Payment was successful and amount was deducted, but it showed an error on app and order was not placed.
                Then i paid for same order in cash and waited for automatic refund.
                But since today, i have not received refund of 327.50 rupees.

                I contacted google pay and they are saying to show upi payment id to merchant and they will refund.

                Kindly help me in this

                Really hopeless and unprofessional kfc guys and yum restaurants pvt limited.👎👎
                I ordered today from KFC app. After I made my payment for my order, I got a call after 10mins from KFC that we ll not be able to deliver your order in your address. I didn't expect this kind of inconvenience from a renowned store like yours. I haven't got my refund back yet. Firstly please don't take orders where you will not be able to deliver.
                Nothing has been done till now.
                It's really frustrating to see a company who doesn't listen to its customers.
                Highly unprofessional and hopeless kfc guys👎

                  I placed an order for home delivery.
                  And I didn't receive a KFC mail sit back and wait.
                  After one hour I tried to call it's not reachable. By luck, I got connected and enquired, but they said its a takeaway order.
                  I ask them to cancel the order.
                  Kindly refund the money...
                  My account was debited for Rs.334.00 on 06-05-19 UPI Ref no[protected] but the order wasn't placed. Also I tried to call the customer service and also KFC haldwani at which the order was to be placed but still I haven't received the refund amount yet.

                    I ordered my food at kfc on 26th april, the delivery boy came with incomplete order . On calling to kfc store Gwalior the person said they will be sending my rest order within 30 min . So after 45 min I called them again they keep on saying same next 30 min than after it at last the person misbehave and said they never promised to send my order as they have shortage of delivery boy when I argued about there promise then he said that they have already send delivery boy and he is on way to reach me bt I didn't receive my order till now. Fraud people shameful act . I want my refund back for whole order now because of their misbehave. I have added photographs of the bill for which I have paid .

                    I have paid rs. 415 on Friday Apr 12th 22:40:37 IST. Order number[protected]. Food was not delivered and again no refund. something is wrong. In my order list the order is not listed. Please help where I have to submit or complaint for this issue.
                    As a customer I always look forward to a pleasant smile from a sales executive's face .
                    But at Mall of Travancore Out Let it's different they are not even ready to serve a customer with a smile.
                    Try to give proper training on customer satisfaction

                      I got my delivery after 2 hours of ordering the food.. Unfortunately whenever we r ordering food it picks it near by store that is in 3b1 market mohali. There is one person who has no sense to talk with the customers.. Previously he said i will come at your home and check whether u r telling a truth or a lie. And today he crossed all the limits.. Spoken to me very rudely! And i now i will not sit down on my bed and u listen to all this #! I will approach consumer court for this! I want strict action against him. Btw i don’t know people (Kfc) will do something or not by tomorrow he will get the legal notice for harassment and talking like this and delivering bad food! His name is sunil!

                        On april 5 at 6:00pm i have ordered kfc 5 in 1 zinger from zinger box app. Which was by mistake it got takeaway. Later after 2 hour at 8pm i got a call it's a takeway so i need to go nd take so i told them to can u send me through delivery, they told ohk nd they told delivery charges will be applied. So i agreed nd they told me u will receive within 30 min but i received it at 11:30pm. The worst part they cancelled my order 10725047 nd placed a new order without even asking me. This is the worst experience i had. Please refund my money. I even tried calling kfc mogappair but i didn't find them helpful

                          I ordered a mingles bucket from kfc situated at ampaskywalk mall, aminijikarai, chennai. I was asked to pay rs.5 additional to the order value for the carry bag they provide for take away orders. The carry bag is having kfc’s branding on both sides of the bag. This is not the first time that the carry bag cost was collected from me, i have paid so many times. I want to ask kfc, if you use your carry bags for advertising your brand, then why do you charge the cost of carry bag from customers?

                          No response from KFC yet on the above complaint!
                          Placed order. No. 10973886 in KFC Coimbatore avinashi road DT on 19 April 19. Expected delivery time 2029 hrs. Actual delivery 2103 hrs. Company claiming official 30 Min time for delivery on website. Kindly look in the matter so that customer is not cheated by 30 Min time

                              He was very rude, lied to me he don't have change and didn't gave me my meal.
                              I went to get a change n when i came he was give a change to another customer, when i asked y he lied he was rude and had nothing to say in return.
                              I went home without enjoying my meal.
                              Please look into the same on priority.

                              I would like to complain about the kfc branch in bhilai tables and chair are never like never clean there and washroom is always dirty always i have to ask everytime i go there to clean these things up and in this hot summer if we ask for water at least provide us little cold water
                              Hi, I would like to inform you that the KFC Outlet at Delhi-Kernal Highway is very uncertain. I usually travel on this highway and this is my personal experience many Of the time I have been to KFC outlet there but I don't know what's wrong with it that 8 out of 10 times I have faced some kind of issue there. Few of issues that I have faced there are as follows Issue No.1 Card machine is not working. Issue No 2. The outlet is closed even at 12 pm in the noon. For your reference, I have attached some photos of this Outlet.

                              I have seen many people going disappointed when they face the same problem. Kindly, look into this matter.

                                When myself and wife visited today to KFC, we asked for Two Chicken Leg piece and he delivered two Wing piece, for which I had argument and later on he agreed to offer Leg piece.
                                When we both tasted it, the experience was completely different than what we had in Oman.
                                After eating half of it, we realised Chicken was infected and the quality was worst.
                                When we highlighted to Restaurant Manager, he did not even respond to it and we just walked out. ... Niranjan Borse cell [protected]

                                On 22.01.2015 I paid KFC bill through my SBI card at Nikko park Kolkata and they debited double amount Rs 1265 then they refund it through net banking and it was credited on my account but after few days on 28.01.2015 it was again debited from my account. I visited bank but they are not helping me. KFC wasn't agree with my complain and bank also.

                                  I ordered through the kfc website on 25 march, i was able to get through the payment gateway. But after the payment the site says some error. So the order wasn't placed and the amount was deducted.

                                  Reference number for my transaction[protected].

                                  I have sent multiple emails to the kfc and they are saying that the amount was not submitted to their account. I've even sent them my transaction screenshot from google pay which clearly stats that the amount has been transferred to the kfc account.
                                  Kfc india officials denied refund stating their bank hasn't received this. And i have proof that it has been transferred to their account.

                                  Also, i want to point out that i'm not the only one who has this problem.in the official kfc india app, all of the reviews are about this problem only. It seems like they are taking the money and there no track of it. Nobody got the refund.

                                    I have paid for online oder at kfc durgapur westbengal on 3.4.19 at nemae of manotosh sengupta with email id [protected]@yahoo.com of rs 598.99, money deducted from airtel wallet registered on no [protected] but no order confirmation came and kfc durgapur also confirmed that no order they received. Airtel confirmed money credited to kfc. Kfc not refund my money yet though complain done by email.

                                      I am ratnesh gupta. I had placed an order at 5.29 pm with mob no [protected] at new ashok nagar east delhi kfc outlet. Delivery boy who had come to deliver came with in 20meters of my house and called me when i requested him to enter my gate he said he will not deliver it and took back the food. I had provided the audio recording to mr zia on whats app to take strong action (Mob no on which complaint was lodge with proof[protected])

                                        Sorry to say this is one of the worst KFC I have ever been at
                                        1)serves very bad and arrogant staf[censored]sing filthy language amongst themselves
                                        2)toilets very badly maintained
                                        3)tables and chairs not wipped properly food particals everywhere
                                        4)first restaurant I visited with so many mosquitos inside as well as 2 ac s not working
                                        Please try and keep the place sanitized as well as with some tissue rolls and clean environment
