This complaint/ feedback is regarding a particular store in kolkata.
Store details :
Dlf it park, kolkata 700156.
I want to report, not just one but a series of events /misbehaviour done by staffs of this particular store.
We visit this store mostly as this is the nearest to my current location. I didn’t face any issue till date with any other stores (Where ever we visited all over india).
This is the first time i am facing this issue, since we started going to this store.
1. Rude behaviour, no response when asked something at store also lack of information.
2. I tried ordering online, to track i was provided with few store numbers by customer care kfc. Some numbers didn’t pick up. A number which picked up ([protected]) failed to give information about my order and disconnected suddenly while i was asking about my order. So very rude! What kind of behaviour is this? Unacceptable!
3. Then i ordered online through the same store, one item was missing. When i called the store no one picked up. Such a waste of mood and time!
4. Now fed up with the direct service, we ordered through today.
They are repeating the same mistakes of sending wrong orders and not picking up calls from swiggy too.
This behaviour is ultimately damaging the brand name of kfc whether ordered directly or through a medium. We can’t tolerate this kind of misbehaviour by these staffs.
This is my 4th time, i am facing this kind of issue so i had to complain. Please teach them some manners first of all!
Really disappointed that kfc appointed this kind of irresponsible staffs.
Now we love kfc food but can’t go to a store always which is far away from my location. And if this nearby store continues such behaviour then we will have to stop ordering from kfc.
Expecting a solution to this.

Complaint marked as Resolved Not only about this complaint, I was facing many issues with kfc! Last time my order wasn’t delivered which was prepaid.
I complained here and may be they were notified. They didn’t care to call me unless and untill this site notified them.
After 2 weeks, I guess they sent me the food that I paid for.
Anyways it’s fine! And I am ok with the solution provided. But I am happy with how this site is working to help consumers .
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The area manager of KFC called me last evening (date 11th March, 2019).
And offered me food of the same amount that I paid.
They didn’t care to solve this issue themselves when I complained to KFC customer care. Anyways, though they are late but i got the solution.
All thanks to this website. I am very happy to see this website is doing justice to the customers in INDIA. A big thumbs up to this website!
Also KFC should have a valid email Id for customer complaints, which is mandatory but they currently don’t have a working email Id. The email they provided on their too yum website doesn’t work!
Also the customer care should keep valid numbers of the store. The numbers they gave me when I complained about the issue, were invalid.
A big thanks to the people who works for this website!
