I want to register a complain against Khazana jewelery of anakapalle branch . I went to store for a jewelry item repair which i bought from the same store and i asked them about the guy who repairs it he was not available in the store but they told me to wait and they kept me in another floor in which no one was there and i feel very uncomfortable as a women i feel so bad and i waited for nearly 2.5 hours there and after waiting for that...

While doing online payment there is an error displaying "No payment categories available for the particular institution"...

I have paid monthly scheme @2016 but whenever i went to buy gold i wasnt able to use this amount due ti few reasons. This was put onhold as it is and now i miss the receipt of the paid amount. can u please help, i have transactions proof to be showed....

Im paying my payment advance &it will going to complete in next month...
I started the scheme at vizag branch ..
Can i buy gold at any Hyderabad branches..?

I have purchased a set of bangles 2 weeks back. The design is good and looks beautiful. But the bangle has sharp edges, when I try to put it on or / wear them it leads to cut and injury. I request to please replace me the bangles. What is the use if I am unable to wear them. Please help me on this....

Bill counter is very late such that they had 3counters in that only 2counters are working so, for costumers it is becoming late to pay the bill.

In this corona situation why there are only two counters because the crowd is very heavy and also not taking any covid precautions i[censored] want u can check the CCTV photo age in your shop. Time-7.20pm to 8.00pm.Date-12/11/2020....

I don't know how you people managing customers it's shame on khazana jewellers. U people are cheating customers in the name of scheme. There is no Pre closure benefit to customer in scheme. Rudely behaving staff no manners how to deal with customers.

ITS A REALLY A CHEAP MARKETING YOU PEOPLE WILL GIVE CHEAP GIFTS AND AT THE TIME OF CLOSING THE SCHEME YOU ARE CHARGING FOR GIFTS.

Sir Due to lock down and unavailable of income i had not paid scheme completely only 3 months i paid now i would like to pay remaining money but your team said the scheme policy expire on 25 sept and also telling you will not get any benefit and the gift which you collected that money also deducted this information they did not mentioned while joining in tge scheme please suggest me i dont want to extend that scheme and also not intrested...

I had created my gold scheme yesterday at my nearest kotagummam khazana jewelry branch. But in return i just got payment slip not even a single sms been in my phone.. Also dont know my membership number or something.. Plz assist me on this problem.....
