    Ticket 1671114 dated 01/04/2020
    This is with reference to the previous mail dated 01/4/20 to refund my excess amount paid to you towards my loan amount i have sent you both statement as well as mail regarding the same kindly do the needful at the earliest possible immidiately as it is very urgent for me to make online payment for other credit card pls find the below mentioned msg and refund me immediately kindly reply me immediately.

    This is with reference to your previous mail stating that to make a payment of rs 5893.88/- before 01/04/2020, i have made a payment of rs 5899/- on 31/3/20 and also made an excess payment of rs 5982.29 from my icici bank a/c number bearing[protected] now i am enclosing my bank mini statement to refund my excess amount paid to you towards my loan amount of 5829.29 from a/c the payment was made kindly look into this matter immidiately and do the needful at the earliest possible as the situation is very bad for all o[censored]s.

    I hope you will do the needful, i am not able to connect to you to speak over phone as your system says that less customers are working because of covid 19

    Please try to understand me and the gravity of the situation of customers and transfer my excess amount paid to you towards my loan amount immediately it is my sincere and humble request to you to do the needful at the earliest possible

    name k Umesh Kumar ticket 1671114 and 1670983 Fake persons they mentioned in website that it takes 24 hours to verify and now after uploading all the documents it has been 30 days i did not get any responce from their executives i have dropped a mail 30 times but i get a automated generated message except that i wont get any call i dont know why is this kissht managment irresponsible and the contact number which theuy have give in website is fake and no one recieves call and make us fool
    I have paid 5982 rs excess amount and finally i am not get any update onthis iam, really irritated becoz of this issue so kindly look into this and please do the needful

    And please help me with solving this

      Sir currently i dont have money in the lockdown period(covid-19).. and rbi gives three month moratorium but u still gives penalty charge for non repayment. I sent mail to kissht customer care for current situation. But i got message from kissht that they are going to take legal action and file a complaint. Please do the needful.

            I am a regular user of kisht app. However due to this pandemic i was not able to pay my due loan amount. I am being harassed and also my friends and family members. This is seriously not acceptable. As you guys are contacting people and misusing the information at this crucial hour. The govt. Has allowed 3 months of moratorium, why are you not following? Why such harasment?

But every morning there is reminder msg for my loan but we dont have any source to pay so plszzz kindly reminds us in this kind of suituation and i am not ur new customer im taking severals loans, i paid without any late payments so plszzz kindly help me.

                        Talking foolishly their loan agent are calling and talking abusively and mis behaving.
                        This the time of quarantine, and no one is allowed to go outside as well as there is no source of money available.
                        But no is listening and abusing, therefore i have recorded every data and send it to sp office of my city as well as consumer forum for further enquiry.
                        I'm going to file an fir and case to the above company for such an attitude.

                          Due to financial problem I am unable to pay the kissht loan and they are calling in night at any time, and due to lockdown there is no payment so they are telling me that come to police station for that.
                          How can I pay the amount if I have having some problem, so it's a request that give me more time to pay and I will definitely pay the amount.

                            Hello sir, i am anshul jain, i registered at kissht from no. [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com... I took a loan whose last date of repayment is 2nd april 2020but i tried to pay on 1st april twice through bhim but on both occation status of transaction is pending then i paid your repayment through card but on pending transaction amount is debited too from my account... And that pending status is approved today as u done my repayment through card earlier i need that approved payment through bhim back i am attaching all important document

                            You can also see that in my statement there are two BHIM upi transaction which is done to kissht whose transaction I'ds are
                            1st Transaction I'd :[protected]
                            2nd transaction I'd :[protected]

                            Both transaction is pending at 1st april and not reflected ay kishht account .
                            But I must have to pay my repayment before 2nd of april that's why i paid repayment through card whose transaction I'd is
                            Transaction I'd:[protected]

                            So my concern is that the reversal of amount you showed me is of transaction I'd :-
                            Transaction id :[protected]

                            And my concern is that I paid you twice one with debit card and one of which two transaction which are pending at BHIM is also confirmed on 4th april 2020. That means I paid you twice one with BHIM and one with debit card both transaction I'd are

                            transaction which are reversed back in my account on 4th april is marked with RED DIAMOND

                            It will make you easy to understand that two transaction which are completely transferred to you ...

                            And yeah the amount which is paid through debit card is of Rs. 3067 due to Rs 45 extra charges of paying through Razorpay or debit card

                            Even when i complained to BHIM of approved transaction done to you...then they also texted me that amount is transferred to merchant account. I am attaching screenshot of their reply

                                Hi sir/madam
                                Due to covid pandemic i have a due for 5412. Govt has stop the emi for 3 months but i am not going to stop it for 3 months il pay once i get my salary i m marketing executive in real estate company but your executive are giving threat and abusive language for not paying i said him il pay once i get my salary not able to listen me. Along with this you are adding daily interest due you think that we keeping money and acting with you as we are requesting time till our payment done we will get our payment only when we go out and work nobody will give us the payment by sitting at home i m taken a loan of 4300/- and the amount on due date was 4886/- but as being adding daily interest they have made it 5216/- as of today i.                                   Same another company.. Sending me fake notice and telling me to pay amount. They have tell 2 years of credit line and providing loan for 15 days with high interest charges. Me and my family members are getting harassing by continuosly calling us with different number and sending msgs. Due to covid 19 situation not able to pay the amount. But they are harassing me

                                  I'm using tis app for 2 tym..but it's making trouble of payment done it's showing processing in Google pay I paid but for me it's showing overdue

                                    The government of india has given three months time for repayment of loans. First time i have repaid on the due date. This time i am not in a position to pay. I will repay it next month. Also u have sent messages to my contacts. Is this humane. Please consider.                                       Due to covid my emi is due before that not even single emi was not over due on me i got one call from kissht for recovery the madam has used the root language on me and threat me on emi the govt has told that 3 month no emi but we won't do that i was telling that madam after all situation will be right then i am able to pay all u r loan she was not listen our prblm she was only telling that we do legal action and all that... This is wrong sir the company are not listing o[censored]s...

                                        Due to covid pandemic i have a due for payment govt has stop the emi for 3 months but i am not going to stop it for 3 months il pay once i get my salary i m poor family boy but your executive are giving threat and abusive language for not paying i said him il pay once i get my salary not able to listen me.
