We had bought Samsung refrigerator model no- RT39FDAGAF on 20/10/2013 from Kohinoortelevideo.pvt.ltd, 182, Hafihabib bldg, dr.b.a road, Dadar E. for Rs 41500. The refrigerator was delivered on 31/10/2013. The refrigerator was damaged and did not start working. We went to kohinoortelevideo.pvt ltd in Dadar E and complaint about it, but didn't get proper response, they keep on giving us different reasons and are delaying the matter. The manager refuses to hear the complaint.
We are asking for refund from Kohinoortelevideo.pvt.ltd Dadar E of Rs.41500+ Interest 2% +8500( Damage of the food kept in refrigerator) If our complaint is not heard and are not given refund we will do police complaint and go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
