Please can you confirm me that you have recieved returned product of order no. 4008061 which i have sent through first flight courier on dated 19.8.17 even i shared the courier reciept with you. I am really very disappointed with your service. Please resolve this problem and comfirm about the reciept of the product and also let me know about the refund money. Please find the attached courier reciept for your reference.

    I am riding this to cancel the order placed on 13th august 2017 on the website koovs.com. The order id is 4006057. I used the option of cash on delivery and was supposed to pay rs. 1, 499 towards the purchase of harry sejal x koovs high ankle sneakers.
    I am unable to access the order cancellation form due to no such service provided by it. I regret the inconvenience caused due to this.

        On june 27 i have raised an exchange request of my order no - 3841262 by placing an order of the larger size of peplum hem crop top from registered email id [protected]@gmail.com.
        The executive has asked me to return the top through any reliable courier co. & so i did it via blue dart where i had to pay rs.120 for the parcel.
        But till now the product could not reach your office. When enquired about the matter in dtdc, they said that the address was not valid. Therefore the parcel could not be delivered.
        I thought i was the only one who have been through this situation but after goimg through the complaints i got to know that it is just hopeless.
        It is seriously frustating to follow up for something for such long and receive negative replies.
        Plz help me to solve my problem.

            First of all the products are total #. The colors shown do not match the product and once you buy there is no way for return or exchange. I ordered two dresses out of which i nedeed a size exchange on one of them and once they received the product they sent a lame sms saying the product failed quality checks... I requested return for the other dress but they flatly refused saying it was a sale product and nothing can be done about it...in short koovs sucks... Please shut shop

                I stay in US and started buying recently from Koovs. I order from US and get my stuff delivered to my Delhi address. When I visit India (every alternate month), I pick up my orders. Very satisfied with Koovs quality of products. However, my last order 3536018 was a size smaller and since I visited India 2 weeks after delivery, I am unable to return or exchange it for a bigger size. The order is still packed and obviously not been used. I am hoping Koovs can help me in this and provide worldclass customer service. Exceptional situations like these really define the Customer Experience and prove worth of an Organization’s Customer service procedures especially in such situations.

                  Support number is never 24/7 as it boasts in website.
                  Never received Job agreement since 4 months although it mentions it to be received within 3 days of initial registration done with a payment of 2999.
                  Also inspite of several reminders, never received Job agreement letter till date. Support is useless.
                  before I could finish 5000records, which is a mark for them to release payment, by the time I finished around 50% of 5000 records, i was denied access to web portal used to perform work.
                  When asked, they come fake reports and reasons and then they disappear as if they never existed.

                  Requesting investigation and monetary compensation for the man hours spent already.

                    Not getting my item delivered since 5th April. The koovs customer care team is not taking any action since the last 3 days. They are lying that I turned down the order when the delivery boy came but nothing as such happened, no one from your side came to deliver the item. Since the order is not being delivered in the given time and the koovs team has accused me with false statements, the koovs team has to give me a compensation regarding the order. Your team needs to look into the matter urgently. Thanks.

                      Unfortunately a very worse 1st experience with koovs, where i have given Rs. 500 to return/exchange the consignment to koovs by dtdc. And DTDC didn't find the address (of koovs) and return both the consignment. Now the customer care personal said they often find the issue with DTDC, now if so why koovs didn't inform the same earlier when asked. Now they says to again return the consignment through Blue dart (as they says their official partner) for which i gaian have to pay Rs. 500. Which means total i have to spend 1000/- only due to mismanagement. And they says they will return 300 only. That means customer will incur a loss of 700 for doing nothing, adding to this i had send several mails informing the docket no. of dtdc but no action was taken against it.

                      Seriously very poor experience rather than financial its mental harassment. Such thing never happens with amazon, flipkart etc. where customer money is valued.

                        I had placed my first order with Koovs on a condition that if product does not fit me proper i will return it back. Customer care confirmed me that though they do not accept returns of Sales product but on special concern they will do it for me.

                        Later on 27th Mar, Blue dart was out of delivery at 7.30PM and when he called me i informed that it is office address and please deliver it before 6PM tomorrow.

                        Today (28th Mar) i received call from Blue dart and he was at his office is Rustampura and my office address was of Sagrampura which is in back street not too far off. Still he said we cannot deliver it now and we will deliver after 8PM.

                        I spoke to customer care of Koovs twice but they were like it is 3rd party logistics and we cant do anything much about it. I informed them that if i dont receive before 6PM than i will not receive the parcel, and he was like ok i will try to inform them.

                        Now i received message that your order has been cancelled.

                        This was first order and was worst experience with Koovs service. We did have issues with Amazon similarly, but the team provides extraordinary services and makes sure that product reaches the customer and coordinates with courier people. Koovs might be good, but when i shared my issue after having talked with Blue dart fellow, koovs people were not even bothered to retain customer or even help.

                        Instead of arguing with Blue dart people for purposely not delivering product though place is near by they immediately cancelled my order and did not even talk nicely.

                        Worst service in terms of Amazon, Jabong, Myntra.

                          I was looking for a dress on Koov's and found one that I liked, but it was a little pricey, so i added it to my cart, and thought that i'd decide about it later, as i had some work i needed to do.
                          Within 5 minutes, I got a call from the Koov's call center, and an employee who tried to get me to buy the dress. I told him i didn't want to make the decision in such a haste, amd he even offered a discount for it. I repeated my earlier statement, and the guy literally said "Ma'am I'll give you half an hour to decide, I think that's more than enough time". I told him that i couldn't possibly decide in half an hour, as he was in the middle of some work, and he again told me, that half an hour was enough time.
                          Tell your ****ing employees to not try to force customers into buying products, and not give us bloody ultimatums. You need to understand, that yours in not a need-based service, and that you cannot force your customers into making decisions about a purchase.
                          I am extremely disappointed that a company as established as Koov's would fall so much.

                              What a pathetic site KOOVS.COM

                              I thought I was the only one who have been through this situation but after reading the complaints I got the courage of escalating it further.

                              My order id: 3065967 & 3069531.

                              I had ordered from koovs for the first time on 29th Dec 2016 of around 10 to 11 items(all were dresses) and out of that I only received 3 dresses on 3rd Jan 2017 I immediately emailed them.with the pictures and
                              I had words with Mr. Anmol from Koovs he assured me that he will look into this matter and will get back to me. After that he ddidnt even bother to call me or even send an email I had to call them and like always he was busy so atlast I got fed up and asked the representative to transfer the call and he said that he has discussed the case with his team and according to them the products were shipped it was not their fault they can't refund the amount... But I didn't get the products... They are really a big cheaters who don't even accept their mistake and put the customers in trouble... And didn't even refunded my amount and closed my complaint without my permission... I want my money back as I didn't get the products.

                              I got a call from someone from ur company asking me for card details to refund the amount. And as I have HDFC account he said it can't be done with HDFC Bank. You people just know to close case atleast try and help your customers
